From last month i am facing product deliver issue from amazon india. Order status is showing delivered where as actually i am not getting the product. Already the said issue faced 9th times. Though i have complained through telephonic discussion, but still there is no action from amazon. Every time they are saying "you can order and the product will be delivered with 100% assurance" but there is no value and even i am not getting any call from amazon agent/deliver boy.

    I would like to share my experience that i ordered a mi redmi 4 phone with prime delivery from www.amazon.in order id # #[protected].

    But to our utter dismay it was seen that there was no phone and accessories inside the pack. The seal was already broken. Two stone pieces were kept inside the pack.

    What's wrong going on now days with amazon india services. It is our hard earned money. Very, very disappointed with your services!!

    Before this i always had a great experience with any purchase via amazon but after this, for the first time i feel disappointed. I really never have expected of such from a reputed company like amazon.

    I'm not sure who will provide the compensation. Please help me out from this situation.

    Today I have received a strange response first they told me to wait till 15th Sept as we are still investigating and suddenly I have got an email mentioning below response

    Then I called customer care and spoke to Mr Akash and I told him that we have all the CCTV footage of complete process from receiving the product by courier boy to opening the packet then their response was very strange "Do whatever you want this is our FINAL RESPONSE from highest escalated team"

      Dear team
      I have escalated the matter today to your executive salman from escalation team and have given the details. I strongly feel that their some scandal happening on a large scale. Please check my last order anycast dongle for 599 cod which status still shows shipping soon from 3rd september till. I felt maybe that you guys have not updated the information status which happens and is quite common so was not at all suspicious when i received a call from the courrier guy. But while conversing with the ecom express delivery call i felt a little suspicious as he did not tell me that from where the parcel was but said its around 400 gms. Still i thought the dongle with packing will be around the same from amazon as the value and date of order was similar and soon just after the call i got the message from them regarding my cod order from some fake company i. E olmarteshopping.com for the amt 599. I checked on google and after searching i found few more victims who got actually conned by them which and me. Below is the link where i also posted my comment too. O want you guys to take strict action share the consequences.in the meantime i am honestly loosing faith and confidence which i once had.       My last order information with amazon.in was compromised with another website order which was sent through some fake website address www.olmarteshop.com and my amazon order was showing shipping soon instead. The product wasn't packed properly and since i had already checked some fake information about this website on google. I refused to except the parcel which in first place i never ordered from that website

        Sir on 23 aug 2017 i had recharged my jio mobile for rs 309/- on first recharge amazon was supposed to give me rs 99/-but when i called to them they said to me that amount will credit in my amazon account now they are saying your not eligible, i very much surprised company like amazon is misleading customer or making false commitment to customer.                 Sir/madam,

                I am place order no.[protected] on dated 21st august 2017. Today 30th august, 2017 at 11:36 am i received message "your package will be delivered today". I am calling delivery boy on 01:12 pm, delivery boy say i collect your package and deliver to you after 2 hours. At 03:02 pm i am again calling delivery boy and delivery boy again say deliver your product after 2 hours. At 05:10 pm the delivery boy delivered the product to me and i am open the box i'm totally shocked, laptop not in the box and i'm find marble pic (Stone) in the box (Attachment attached herewith). I'm calling delivery boy 05:15 pm the delivery boy said you request to return product on amazon website i'm coming your house after 2 days to collect the box.

                Please look into the matter and find my mac book pro laptop/refund my amount as soon. Otherwise i'm going to court for further process.

                    I have ordered a laptop from amazon's android app order #[protected]

                    - to my surprise the laptop didn't have cd/dvd and it was not mentioned in product information and i couldn't figure it out while ordering.
                    - knowing that without cd/dvd, it would be useless for me, i tried to return it but then figured out that there was no return policy on this laptop. Again, nothing was mentioned on product information page.
                    - on calling customer care, the first representative assurred me that your returned will be processed and he has escalated the matter to higher level. But then on calling them again, i got to know that there is no return policy on this laptop and now i am stuck with useless product.

                    As consumer oriented product company, if amazon can not convey the information to consumers upfront while ordering the product on product information page that shows that they want to cheat their customers. I want to log a complaint against this hidden policy as this is clearly considered as fraud from amazon.

                      Bishwajeet ([protected] amazon regitered contact), here i am sharing my problem which i recently goes through from amazon delivery boy to person attend call as amazon customer care service.. For order details i uploaded a screenshot...
                      So the problem which i faced
                      -on 5 sep i got a call (Without any pre informed sms) from amazon's delivery boy about my parsal that he was at my address with parsal, and at that time i am not there so he said that he could deliver the same in evening (Of same day) but at some other address where i have to reach. So in evening i reach there and call him and after receiving call he starts talking abusively and said that he is not giving any parasal (Jo karna ho kar lena) and didn't gave me that parsal and waste my 1 hr there.
                      So i call amazon service care abut this, he said sorry and also make me belief that next day i will definitely receive my parsal
                      -next day (On 6 sep) i wait till evening and i received nothing except a message that "i rejected my order" without any call from delivery boy (And i didn't reject that order)
                      So again i call amazon customer service care and this time he said that he would take action against this and also said that in next 24 hrs i will definitely receive my parsal
                      -finally on 7 sep again i wait till 4 pm and this time i receive nothing... No call, no sms... So again i call amazon customer care and this time he advised me to place new order of the same product and also he said that he would take some action.
                      So now i have to order that same product at raised amount🤔🤔🤔
                      And nothing about the delay, time i wasted, amazon delivery boy misbehaviour???

                        I have orderd kurti by j b fashion on amazon. On date 3/9/017. But i have recived wrong peoduct with my same address and name which i shared with only amazon. But i have recived this wrong product by blue star[protected]sairam coplex, causway road, katargam surat.

                        I tried to call them but it is switch off all the time.

                          I'm vashista with email [protected]@gmail.com. I have amazon pay balance of rs. 2470. I had contacted customer care to refund it to my account on aug 30th, 2017. They replied back with an email saying they would do it by 5 working days. Since it wasn't not done till sept 7th, i contacted again. They are now telling it's not possible n that has to used only for shipping.
                          Please help on this. The amazon pay amount is getting expired on sept 8th.
                          I don't like to waste money on shopping something just to use it because of wrong info given by amazon earlier. Attached is the email from amazon.

                              I have ordered an "swipe connect eco 5.1" mobile from amazon 3 weeks backs till now i didn't get my product. The delivery date was september 2nd and i have contacted the amazon customer care for more than 4 times, each time you pickup the call and ask for about 24-48 hours to resolve the problem. Now it's 7th september till yet my problem is not solved. It's really bad service from the amazon.

                              I have updated my email as one of the customer care person has told to do so to receive updates regarding my order cancellation. I request you to cancel my order and return my money asap.

                                  I am santha ram. I ordered an apple iphone se 32gb for rs 21109 in amazon app on 31 aug 2017. The order number is[protected]. The transaction was done from my visa card ending with last 4 digits 1509. The payment failed for some reason. But the money was charged from my bank account. When i raised a complaint in my bank account, i was replied that the transaction was successful. The bank asked me to contact amazon. But when i comtacted amazon, they said that they didn't receive any amount for that order. I attach the message proofs and mini statement proof. Please help me.

                                    I had brought moto g4 play at the cost 7999/- on dated 14th may from amazon.in and there was offer that if you are purchasing it by credit card then you will get 15% cashback that will be credited up to 11th august 2017 and i brought that mobile from credit card as as per there sale there was 15% cashback which will be credited by 11th of august 2017 but the thing is i have completed to the site so many time but they are not providing cashback return to my account and now they have cross the limit even they are not receiving phone call from my side as the recording said we are unable to fetch your product so the my question is when will be my cashback return to my account because it was a 50 days time now the date is 20th september 2017 i have called them so many time but they are not giving my cash back to my account.

                                    Please help me getting a cashback return to my account.

                                      On the day of 10th august 2017. I got a sms from my hdfc bank saying that, amazon prime membership has raised an debit request of 699.98rs towards card validation. And the same day i called thrice to the amazon customer care contact persons in multiple ways and asked them to please check on this. They simply said no sir we didnt see any transaction details for this on our side. We will wait until it gets reflected. And then the very next day i asked them about the same, and everytime i call them new guy picks up and i need to explain the problem clearly to him. Then i start asking him about the auto debit request. They told me to send the screenshots of the sms and hdfc bank statement. I have saved the bank credit card details in my amazon account for quick transaction. I didnt opt for any prime membership. If i would also i would have got a mail or sms saying prime membership has been activated and we raised an request for the debit please confirm. But didnt confirmed with the customer. I dont know the prime membership cost 499rs. But why in the name of god they raised an debit request of 699.98rs. I call them everyday and ask about the same. I sent them the screenshots. They said to wait for four to five days inorder to confirm the billing team about the transaction happened. But noone is able to solve the problem. I contacted the abroad customer care number and all they did is saying the same thing again and again to send the screenshots and a mail having the detailed info of the bank card number from which the money got debited, the date and time and all. I did the same thing. For my suprise my phone bil to call this amazon billing customer care number costed me 686rs. Because they told me to be on hold so that they can check and confirm and the call goes on like 40 or 50 minutes. Its been a month and iam contacting the customer care of amazon and explaining them every time and keeping mails and checking up regularly for the problem they made not by me. And a week before a guy from the amazon customer care says you are a amazon prime member thats why they charged this amount. I said in reply "how can you order prime membership without billing from the customer" and "how can you raise an debit request without indicating customer abou the same" and main question "why did you charge me 699.98rs when amazon prime membership cost 499only". He was totally speechless and he told me i understand the problem is from our side only then. Sir will you please check your account once if you are getting prime benefits or not. When i tried to check for my surprise my amazon account says "you are not a prime member". I dont know why amazon treats their customers like this. The person said sir please send me the screenshots of your bank statement and sms for one last time and i assure you in four days your money will be refunded. And i believed him for one last time and did the same explaining the problem and attaching the screenshots in the mail and sent to [protected]@amazon.in mail. He said he got the mail and forwarding it to the billing desk team and higher official to get it done. And today i got a mail saying, "for this problems kindly log in to your amazon account and contact customer care". Seriously the entire problem went for a month and now they are asking me again to start from the beginning. I need a clear explanation and my refund along with the phone charges too. That is 700 for the debit u made and 686 for the phone charges and money for the mental stress i had because of you. For the technical problem amazon has why should customers be treated like this. We are busy in our own lives and because of this kind of things we need to take up mental stress. I need amazon to answer these all questions and come up with a clear and quick solution for this. Or iam going to sue the company for the mistakes they do and play with the customers.

Till 31st august i was getting assurance from amazon that refund amout will be credited to my account by 31st august and now they are telling me that you are not eligible for offer so u dnt get the refund.
