I have ordered a laptop from amazon's android app order #[protected]
- to my surprise the laptop didn't have cd/dvd and it was not mentioned in product information and i couldn't figure it out while ordering.
- knowing that without cd/dvd, it would be useless for me, i tried to return it but then figured out that there was no return policy on this laptop. Again, nothing was mentioned on product information page.
- on calling customer care, the first representative assurred me that your returned will be processed and he has escalated the matter to higher level. But then on calling them again, i got to know that there is no return policy on this laptop and now i am stuck with useless product.
As consumer oriented product company, if amazon can not convey the information to consumers upfront while ordering the product on product information page that shows that they want to cheat their customers. I want to log a complaint against this hidden policy as this is clearly considered as fraud from amazon.
