Three days I called your customer service regarding the courier service not delivering my order which I had already made the payment am not getting my product .amazon have cheated me there for am contacting Consumer court for justice
I bought mx q pro 4k tv box Rs2999/ but it is working so i retuned and get back the same in good conditioned the tv box received the sender on 25.8.2017. I am not get it so please make an arrangement to get it soon

      I had placed an order for a basic mobile on 14 august 2017. The order was cancelled without my permission saying undeliverable. After that i contacted amazon for several times requesting for refund, which was just waste of time but nothing i got. Neither the product nor my money.

      I dont want your product, atleast refund my money. It's been almost a month and now i dnt hve my money and the product either.

      Everytime i contacted your team for refund i was told to wait for 4 business days, you yourself calculate how many days over till now andstill how long shud i wait for a refund.

        Hi,

        I have ordered a phone with amazon on 22nd oct 2016. This phone is lost yesterday. I have tried to log a fir on police station they are asking for emi number of that phone. Invoice that was shared by amazon is contain only serial umber of phone. Imei number is not mentioned. I have asked to amazon of emi number. They are not providing as reason this is more than 12 months of purchase.

        Please help so that i can register a fir and disable sim card.

          I have been trying to contact amazon since 10 days regarding this, and nothing is happening.
          Here are the details regarding this:
          My previous transaction from my amazon.in account with this email was on 17th august with order #[protected].
          I have placed a replacement request of the same on 29th august which was picked up on 30th august. My account was kept on hold on 29th august which i didn't know and returned my product. Now i am unable to access my account, my replacement or refund was stopped and the account was kept hold and asking me to provide details on a payment method.

          The problem comes here:

          I have been asking to verify an amex ending with 05 which i neither owned nor used. My latest transaction was done with an indian bank rupay debit card ending with 5480 with the name registered on bank "ryali janaki rama ankith".
          I have been contacting amazon since more than a week and nothing is done till now. I even sent an email explaining everything to jeff on [protected]@amazon.com, but still, it's the same. I got a response but no improvement at all.
          Now i am so fed up with amazon and i don't even want my amazon account back. I just need that amount which was held. Refund the amount of 15079 inr to the original payment mode. I don't even need that replacement now because i can't even claim guarantee as my account was kept on hold.

          Just refund the amount with order #[protected] to the original payment mode within 48 hours. If i don't receive an update regarding that order within 24 hours, i'll file a consumer case against amazon. I am ready to face it.

          If you want to verify the payment method that i have used in my account, i can do it. But not that amex ending with 05 which i never used.

          Payment method i have used in my recent transaction with order #[protected] is:
          Registered name on bank: ryali janaki rama ankith
          Bank: indian bank
          Card number: ending with 5480
          Billing address: 53-17-43/6, krishna college road, behind automotive, maddilapalem, visakhapatnam, 530003.

          And to verify that it is a genuine payment, here i can send my id proof and bank's passbook as well.

          I don't care a damn about my amazon account right now. I just need the amount of order #[protected] to be refunded to the original payment mode. I can assure you, that i will never use amazon again. I am totally fed up with it.

              I had bought a mobile that is red mi 4 cost of 8998 from amazon.com after the 15 days of delivery its loudspeaker is not properly when i complaint on amazon they deny for replacement and suggest me to go service center when i go to service center by means of saying that its because of liquid or moisture and they will charge me 6000rs to repair it.
              What should i do...

                Hello, my name is sachin, i had ordered a product from amazon on 26th august, while i ordered the product[protected]
                It was obviously available, and been more than a week they didn't even ship the order, so i asked about this to the amazon representatives, they said that the product is out of stock!

                Well this is totally annoying that when a product is out of stock, why to accept the order, why accept the payment?? They accepted the order, payment, then declared that its not with us you are fooled... Now wait for a month till it gets back in stock, and then we might ship that to you.. How cool is that.?

                Hello my name is sachin, i had ordered a product on 27th of august, and it has been more than a week i didn't receive it so i kept complaining about the delay to amazon through live chat facility. Then finally the item got shipped, and on saturday i received a call from that Bluedart courier service person that it will be delivered today.
                But nobody showed up that day, nor sunday, monday, and today on tuesday 5th sep, i received a message that you have refused the order and we are returning it back to the seller.. !!?? what in the god's name is this type of negligence and behaviour... i have been eagerly waiting for that and complaining about the delay, and they cancel it return it saying that i refused it??

                We have lately bought a smart phone (X9L5), from Amazon on the 30th of August 2017. We have asked the for refund and return. Please ask them to make it fast. After we have tried to complain, our account details were seen wiped off. Please see that you refund and take back the product as soon as possible.

                  This product was delivered successfully but here i want to mention that person who delivered this product was misbehaving with me and he was talking rudely. As i am very old customer of amazon i didn't expect this from your service. Your delivery boy is telling that he don't work for amazon and he said that you are amazon's customer not mine and if i'll get your product next time for delivery then i'll reject it immediately and he also started abusing me.

                  In my previous order my product got delayed and this time delivery boy was misbehaving with me. I don't know why amazon service is getting worst day by day.
                  I don't have his details like name etc but above is the product name and tracking number. If amazon will not take any action then as a customer i have multiple e-commerce sites to order online.

                    Dear sir/ madam,

                    This company is just making fool out of customers​, first they will send the defective product and when we ask them for return, they say that they can't arrange for pickup facility of the product.

                    I have purchased a baybee alexa baby stroller pram red order no[protected] on 22-08-17 and received it on 28-08-17 in a very bad condition, i called the customer service of amazon for return of the product and they refused to provide the pick up facility of the product and asked me to the self shipment of the product on the condition that they will refund my courier charges up to rs 1000/- to my bank account on providing the courier slip.

                    I don't understand when there is a delivery facility to my address then why not the pick up facility is provided by the company. Any which ways i somehow manage to return the product on very next day i. E 29-09-17 by professional courier which cost me rs 920/- which is within the limits the company provided for the refund of courier charges. I have also send the courier slip to the company on the same day but still not received any refund of my courier charges in my bank account.

                    After giving the clear instructions in writing to them that i want my money to my bank account, those people have added that amount to the gift card without my permission and is not ready to refund my amount in my bank account.

                    Sir, i belong to a lower middle class family and for me rs 920/- matters a lot. I have also attached the courier slip for your reference.

                    So, i request you to please look into the matter and help me in getting my refund.

The product reached amazon office in chennai on 01-09-17 and still my refund has not been processed. I am attaching the proofs of courier as well​ as the receipt list of the product.

                        Dear sir,
                        This is with reference to the above mentioned subject, i mr. Milind chandrakant modi holding a savings account in your esteemed bank holding account number [protected]. Sir on 07th august 2017, i made a transaction through my debit card holding debit card number [protected] into amazon for purchasing a mobile of rs. 24, 490/-. On 13th august it was delivered to me but as there was technical issue in mobile so i returned the parcel which was taken by blue dart on 16th august 2017, i informed these amazon people to refund me the amount of rs. 24, 490/- on which they agreed to do so as they didn’t has another mobile for replacement. According to them they have issued me the refund on 17th august 2017 and on 24th august 2017 an executive from amazon named deepika send me a mail with refund referenced number 74332747230722953743425 for which i am enclosing the copy of mail from amazon.
                        As i didn’t received the refund for more than 15 days i again enquired in amazon they told it has been issued from our side you can contact your bank through which the transaction has been made and even was told to speak to customer care of bank to file a “charge dispute” on this transaction, i called up the customer care of bank of baroda where for the first time i spoke to mr. Bharatkumar who told me that as per the rules of reserve bank of india, sir you have to wait for 14 working days and even told me that on 4th september you can go to your bank and enquire about your refund amount on which i agreed to do so.in between that i again called up customer care where i spoke to mr. Nityanand and told him the same issue and even told him that i want to file a “charge dispute” for this transaction, on which he denied to file it and told me that bank of baroda doesn’t file any charge dispute on the transaction as due to new systems of their bank on which he told me that to directly go to bank as the waiting period of refund has been exceeded.

                        I am requesting you to please look into this issue and refund me my amount of rs. 24, 490/- asap.

                          My complaint is against amazon ; i've purchased one dress material from their site on 23 of august 2017. Firstly they didn't delivered it on time as the courier service they sent the product through was showing that address not specified as my earlier orders wee delivered on the same address finally i got the product on 1st of sep 2017.
                          Secondly the image shown of the product was different from the actual product i received and i've mailed them thrice a day to arrange a reverse pickup of the product and they are just harassing me by saying that i have to self ship the item direct to the seller. I tried my options to pick up the product from my doorstep such as dtdc courier, blue dart courier even the postal services to pick up the product but all failed no any courier service agreed to do so.
                          Now my issue is that why the amazon is not arranging a reverse pick up when they have delivered the product at my doorstep. If return pickup is not there then how the product came...??? Every time i get the same response that u hve to self ship the item when there is no anything such as written on their page of the prescribed product. The sme thin g is available on flipkart and they are providing 30 days return. My money is lying with them and they are telling to refund after they get the product. Iam sending u the details of the order plz look into the matter and see what u can do as i've very high hopes from u guys.

                            My phone is heating when i received from you. After i was complain to amazon. Your executive listen my problem then after your service person came at my home for checking on technical problem at that he saw that my phone heating problem solved automatically but camera was blaring by heating problem. Then after i was called your executive to re complain of my order but she was misbehave with me and give me irresponsible answer. She won't to listen my any argument. So i want to decide to recheck my complain and give me further answer. Otherwise i'll be go at consumer court for complain about your manipulate order.

                              The due date for delivery of the above order by magic deals was 02/09/2017.
                              The firm had not given cash on delivery option. The track package is not working. It is really surprising the amazon works like this. The amount paid has been 880 rs. Hope this will be sorted out. However amazon is promptly asking me to review the seller giving me no option to cancel the order also. This is really strange. Hope amazon sorts it out.

                                I ordered this product online on 10 july[protected]) and received on 17 july but due to difference in size i return it on next day by indian post courier and recieved by ss fashions new delhi on 21/07/2017 but still fund not returned,
                                Kindly do needful and return money as soon as earlier.

                                  I ordered one plus five for 38099 from amazon on 30th august, paying extra for one day delivery. Upon the delivery, i found the product was completely different from what i had ordered. The phone that was delivered to me was non-branded, not sealed, there was no mrp printed on the box, there was no charger infact. I don't care about that phone anyway. When i talked to the customer care executive, they promised me for a refund 'or' replacement. And i think when there is an or, there is an option. They asked me to wait for 5 business days. I continuously called them over the next few days and they everytime gave me the same resolution, either refund or a replacement. But on 3rd september, they completely denied the refund option and without my consent, they initiated a replacement. Now, they will take back the wrong phone, and will deliver the right product after few days. And between the period i will have no guarantee. My money is with them, the wrong product is with them and the right one is with them as well. How can i trust amazon again after this?
                                  Friends, it is really very sad that an international company like amazon is contradicting the words they themselve said. I request you to never again order a phone from amazon.

                                  I bought an mobile MI 4A from Amazon on 15th August.But I have not met yet Customer care speaks today, not today, tomorrow is getting increasing day by day
                                  I ordered Motorola g5splus from Amazon and paid them early. My parcel was about to come on Monday but they showed me status in my notification and tracking that it has been delivered to me but I haven't got it. The pathetic thing is that the courier service is Amazon Transportation Service and they even don't know where is the package. they are not even telling me any number to contact just saying wait three days we will refund your money if you don't get. But the thing is why should I wait while I have already paid you in advance. Long story short Pathetic service I will never buy from them again.

But delivery person was adamant & he cancelled my order. Is it a policy of amazon? Can u deliver this product again?

                                      मेने अपनी तरफ से दोनों से पूरी समस्या बता दी
                                      फिर भी आज दिनांक 3/9/2017 तक भी मुझे मेरी रकम का भुगतान नहीं हुआ .
                                      उक्त समस्या से शारीरिक, आर्थिक एवं मानसिक पीड़ा के कारण मुझे शिकायत दर्ज करनी पड़ रही है
                                      अतः निवेदन है की मुझे क्षतिपूर्ति के साथ मेरी रकम शीघ्र दिलाने में मदद करे.
                                      ताकि न्याय की गरिमा बनी रहे.
                                      जिससे मुझे आर्थिक एवं मानसिक पीड़ा और ना सहन करनी पड़े.

                                        I m umar arshid from bangalore i want to put an order for redmi note 4 black as i need to send it to my bro in srinagar i m doing it for whole day may not able to put order on redmi note 4 64 gb to srinagar 190015 plz look forward in this matter is have lot of faith on amazon products so please look into this matter
