Dear amazon team member,
I wish to inform you that my son has order nerf gun retaliator on 24/july/2017 (Order no: #[protected] & paid ₹2, 908/-.
Till today, we haven't received the parcel. My wife have made number number of calls to customer care but everytime we got different replies.
Today when she called reply was, some enquiry is undergoing & will take about 20days more to resolve the matter. Later he informed me that we must check the tracking details. Tracking details shows that the parcel is delivered to us on 7/aug, 2:15pm.
We clearly remember that 7th aug was raksha bandhan & we were in delhi at that time.
This is clearly a matter of mischief, & unnecessarily we are dragged in & our money is blocked.
I must tell you that we have already persuaded this matter for long and made lot of calls.
This is final email to you, if this matter is not resolved in next 10days.. I will move to consumer forum.
