Dear amazon team member,

I wish to inform you that my son has order nerf gun retaliator on 24/july/2017 (Order no: #[protected] & paid ₹2, 908/-.

Till today, we haven't received the parcel. My wife have made number number of calls to customer care but everytime we got different replies.

Today when she called reply was, some enquiry is undergoing & will take about 20days more to resolve the matter. Later he informed me that we must check the tracking details. Tracking details shows that the parcel is delivered to us on 7/aug, 2:15pm.

We clearly remember that 7th aug was raksha bandhan & we were in delhi at that time.

This is clearly a matter of mischief, & unnecessarily we are dragged in & our money is blocked.

I must tell you that we have already persuaded this matter for long and made lot of calls.

This is final email to you, if this matter is not resolved in next 10days.. I will move to consumer forum.

    I had order a birthday return gift seeing the site it was pack (Kids cartoon birthday return gifts for kids pack of 200 pouches combo) of 200 but now amazon has cancel the order saying its an mistake from our side and cant be delivered to you and kept the phone and order is been cancelled. Request you to pls look into it and give us some resolution.

      Please be informed that my self ramratan tiwari. I was ordered a sandisk 16gb class 4 micro sdhc memory card (Sdsdqm-016g-b35) through amzon india wide order #[protected] on dated 16/07/2017.

      It was scheduled to deliver by 26/07/2017 but unfortunately same has not been delivered till date 03/09/2017.

      Please do needful to deliver the same on priority.

Ab tho refund provide karo sir aap bolo agar galat damage product tha tho return kiya hai aapka policy bhi hai ki damage rong clour ko return karne ka. Phir kyo aap ya mail sand kar mara paisa chat kar rhe ho. Sir aap reverce pickup bhi product ka kar liye aap ko return received bhi ho gya phir mara paisa refund karo ya mujhe original product jo photo ma hai wo do. Sir please help me.               I ordered redmi 4 from amazon dated on 15.08.2017 & delivered on 19.08.2017 at 18.55.
              My mobile restart 2-3 times in a day & i booked return request to amazon in this week (Date is not confirm - before 31.08.2017) but there is no any response for pick up the product. Today i called to mi for the same, he tolled me that you contact amazon, i called amazon & speak with nitin gayakwad, he tolled me that return period is expired on 31.08.2017 but i return request book before 31.08.2017 & they tolled me that there is no any request show in their system.
              They tolled me that you contact in mi.

              Both firm mi & amazon are not support for the same.

                My order got cancelled from amazon.in and refund was intiated from thier end on 9th august 2017, amazon team said that the refund will be credited in 5-6 working days & till date i haven't got my refund.

                Amazon.in provided be a reference number (Authorized code) to file charge dispute for the same and i contacted the bank regarding this and they said it will take 14 working days to reflect the amount in the bank.

                Now, it has been more than 14 days and i need my amount which is 5, 399/- as it is very urgent & i'm stuck from a long.

                I want to file a charge dispute on this case.

                      I placed an order with amazon and had already paid for the same. The order was an expensive one. On the day of the delivery, i get an update from amazon that the order has been delivered whereas the order is not delivered to me.
                      The status in the app is updated to delivered to the customer.
                      However, on calling the customer service repeatedly, everytime i get a differ response from the customer service.
                      Once they say they have escalated the issue to the courier team, but they have no reference number or anything to track this escalation status when i call them again.
                      Everytime i call them, i need to again explain the issue.
                      They are not even able to update the correct status of my order to not delivered.
                      There is no transparency at all and i just have no information other than to just sit back and wait at the person of some random courier person. They have not even shared the courier person's details with me.. I really have no idea where my courier is. Extremely disappointed. And this is not the only incident. Even my previous orders have been repeatedly got delayed and i get no help from the customer service regarding my complaints. All i do is waste my time calling them and get no resolution.

                          return pick up not done even after initiated for 3 times in 12 days

                          I have initiated a return pick up in amazon for my order #[protected] on 23rd august. The pick up was scheduled on 24th but nobody contacted. Neither i received any notification on any reschedule or cancel pick up.
                          I cancelled the return and initiated again on 29th august. I contacted the customare person and was told that the pick up would be done for sure.
                          But pick up was not done on 29th also. I had to contact...

                            We placed an order on 25.08.2017 order no.[protected]) payment done. Neither the order recieved nor the refund.

                            As we were tracking our orders through the links provided by the compay's official website in our "your account". The only feasible option given to us in our case was a refund. Whereas the links directs us to return the product back which is never delivered. The delivery of the product is said to be attempted after office hours malafiedly.

                            We need immedite refund. Otherwise we would be compelled to approach consumer redressal forum as we are feeling cheated and harrassed.

                              Dear sir/madam...

                              I ordered orient mixure grinder and morphy recharged iron worth rs. 1748/- on the date of 9th august 2017 (Order number is #[protected] and i cancelled it for some reason.
                              But till date i don't get refund from the same..
                              Bank is saying no amount has been received by them from amazon. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming.
                              I need amazon to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

                                  A refund of 1624/- rupees was successfully processed on 28 june 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                  I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                                  I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund and refund reference number is[protected]

                                  Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

But after few minutes later i got message that the payment is not made due to technical fault but already credited my balance.
