Dear sir,
I am brinda roopak, resident of delhi and a customer / frequent buyer of products from amazon since years, be it for buying books, electronics, accessories and other merchandises.
I appreciate the customer support and services i have got from amazon in past.
But this time, to my surprise, i am facing some frequent issues.
On 12 august 2017, i ordered for a mobile phone model no. Oneplus 5 (Slate gray 6gb ram + 64gb memory) in exchange offer against my old phone that is sony xperia c (Details of which were mentioned while placing order), via order no. Order #[protected].
A pre-payment of rupees 29995/- (Twenty nine thousand nine hundred and ninety five only) was made from sbi debit card to avail a further cash back of 1500/-.
As per the order status it was suppose to be delivered by 18th of august 2017. But without any prior information the delivery personnel came on wednesday 16th august 2017, around 11:oo am in the morning. Being it a working day and no prior information from your end, no one was there at the address to receive the order.
Any how the delivery personnel called up after reaching the given address, i requested him to deliver the same in the evening or next day morning on which he agreed. But no one showed up, also i tried to contact the delivery personnel but he switched off his phone.
On the following day i received a computer generated follow up call from amazon regarding the delivery of the product i ordered for, through which i was confirmed that the delivery will be made on sunday 20th august 2017 between 8am to 11 am in the morning. But again to my surprise no one showed up. Finally i called at the customer care number to know what is the problem.
At the customer care the representative after listening to the issue patiently, informed me that the status of the product is showing undeliverable, due to some technical reasons at amazon's end.
"also she assured me that the product will be replaced and will be delivered soon and i will receive a confirmation call regarding the same supra mentioned issue within 24 to 48 hours."
Again to my shock and disappointment i have not received any confirmation call till today, instead now the current status shows refund.
I am very disappointed with the fake promises made by the customer care representative and the delivery personnel.
Kindly provide me with the same product and the same deal which i availed, as the problem was from amazon's end.

Amazone prime customer also get pathetic service...
Amazon needs to investigate the investigation...Waste of time..!!
