I have received my phone lenovo z2 yesterday. I can find many problems in this phone such camera issue, heating issue, screen light off issue, screen lock issue, touch mismatch while charging. I complained regarding this issue to customer care but they completely disappointed me with their attitude and helpless service. Hope you understand my problem. The person who spoke was mrinal from hyderabad, he was not able to understand my problem and was going on telling about their policy. And when i check the problem through the app it passes all the test, if required please send a technician. Now i want to return this phone and refund my money. And amazon is not ready to give a refund when there is a genuine problem don't understand amazon useless policy to the customer. Also and also it is china made a phone, which is again against the indian government. And i don't want to go against the government. Hope you understand my problem and give proper solution to this. Hope positive response.

As I have purchased a phone from Amazon on 29 August 2017, But i was facing issue with the phone so I raised a complaint to customer care, after much difficulties i they provided me a replacement on 6th Sep. After using that phone for two days, again i was facing the heating issue, then I followed your instruction and gone through Smart Check App. Even there I was able to see that the heating temp was about 53degree. Cel..

So I called to customer care and requested for return and refund, also they agree for that and it was promised that the return will be picked on 9th Sep, but they failed again scheduled for 11th Sep again failed, again it was scheduled for 12th Sep, again they failed,

Today when pickup courier boy came he refused to take the pick up as there was a mismatch in IMEI no, so they did not take the return, so when I called to customer care and they told me to wait for more 24-48hrs. Don't understand why there is much delay. Also, the courier boy told if again he finds miss match in IMEI number again he will not pick the phone and I don't understand why you people sending the 29 August 2017 received product because already I have taken replacement on 6th Sep.

You people are not trying to solve my problem and making more complicated, feels like you people don't want to refund so only this many drama,

Now also you people have any respect for customer please take some action and initiate my return and refund, I am Completely frustrated by this service.

    I have ordered oneplus 3t mobile on 24-aug-17. (Order #[protected]
    It was supposed to deliver to me by 28-aug-17 by amazon transport, it is still not deliver as on 01-sep-17.

    On 28-aug-17 at 3:28 pm, i received a message that my order will be delivered by 9:00 pm.
    However no one from courier team came for delivery and even no one called me for delivery. My family was at home full time.
    In the night at 10:59 pm, i received a mail that order could not be delivered as no one was available to receive it.
    The same was updated on amazon also.

    On 29-aug-17 morning, i talked to customer care executive regarding this.
    I was ensured that my order would be delivered by evening. At 11:59 am, i again received message that you courier attempted to deliver my order.
    But as usual no one from courier team came and my order was not delivered.
    On 29-aug-17 evening again, i called your customer care, but did not received any satisfactory answer. Only received assurance that it will be delivered by next day (30-aug-17).

    I waited till morning 11:00 on 30-aug-17, then again i called amazon customer care.
    It was again false assurance to deliver it by today.
    At 1:46 pm, i received message with contact no. Of courier agent.
    When i call to that no, phone was picked by lady and she told that the person is not available, he is on leave for last 2-3 days.
    I asked her to give me contact no. Of other person or amazon delivery center where he works, but then she switched off the phone.
    In afternoon, around 4:40 pm, i received a call from one amazon transport, saying that he is from amazon coming to deliver my mobile.
    That guy told me that he is nearby my building and asked me to keep ready replacement phone.
    I assumed he will come within next 15-20 mins, however he also did not came.
    I tried to call that guy in the evening multiple time, but he did not pick up the call.

    After this i again called customer desk at 9:00 pm. I talked to customer care and requested him to check the problem with my order and update me.
    However he did not bother to call me to update about my order.
    And for my surprise again, i received a mail at 9:19 pm that delivey attempt was done but no one was available to receive.
    Then i call again customer desk and asked that i want to talk your supervisor or some senior.
    My call was connected to amazon's leadership team. I explained full story to him and requested him to deliver my order as soon as possible and also told him to take action against courier agent.

    After that again on 31-aug-17, i talked to another member from leadership team, and he assured me that my order will be delivered by evening.
    Your last update on amazon, very interesting, "the customer requested the appointment to be rescheduled". Could you please tell me when i told this and provide me call details for the same.
    As on 1-sep-17 9:30 am, i am still waiting my order to deliver.

    In between i escalated this matter to [protected]@amazon.in and [protected]@amazon.in multiple times, and they also only telling me that they have taken my issue on priority and are working on my issue.
    For last 4 days, i am getting only one response that order will be deliver by evening (Sunny deol's dialogue - tarikh par tarikh). But there is no progress on thta. I checked ysterday with amazon agent and came to know no assiciate was assigned to deliver my order, for which they are saying as high priority.

    I am waiting for my oredr for last 4 days and no one is providing me the satisfactory answer. Instead they are making false promises and playing with customer.
    Moreover courier services are the pathetic, trying to make fool people and without trying to attempt delivery, sending mails that they have done their job.
    It seems they want to say that this was not their mistake, it was my fault that i was not available to receive my order.
    It is really pathetic at your part to play with sentiments and emotions of customers.
    Moreover, even if no one was present at home to receive the product then the delivery guy should call to the customer.
    I will be expecting some strict action against courier agents.

    Its very much frustrating that every time i have to explain full story to every executive. And even if sometime call gets disconnected in between, they are not bother to call customer again.
    What kind of coordination amazon have between customer care and courier team, that is out of my understanding now.
    I believe you dont have any respect for your customer and you guys only work like only try to convince with your wordings, play with emotions of the customers.
    It was a really very bad experience for me this time. I’m a regular customer of amazon but i don’t think i’ll be able to continue shopping with amazon ever again.

    by this website www.amazoncareer.in after i apply they are asking me for security deposit money of rs.4450...
    please tell me its real or fake...

    I never ordered this product. I thought I had cancelled it, but I am still being billed for it. All my credit cards have been cancelled, so it will not do any good to keep billing me. Please make sure I do not get charged for this anymore. Thanks, Barbara Stokes If there are any more charges, you will hear from someone else other than myself.

      I found the phone over heating and the battery draining too fast on the first day o[censored]sage and raised a request for refund. I was routed through the app then the technician vist and when i connected back to amazon i was told that refund is not possible as per the policy of amazon. I was also told that the global temperature standard of a mobile phone is 45 degree centigrade i checked with the customer executive as where the standard was specified in the return policy of amazon. I was inform that search informations are not available in the policy and amazon cannot specify every information in the policy. I feel that this is not a fair response.

      When there is an option given as return and when there is also some time line given for return of a product the product should be accepted for return.

      Sinse i was sentimentally not ok with the product that i received i ask for different brand of mobile phone for the same cost or even at higher cost. The reason being both the sim slot and sd card slot or on the left side of this mobile and the mobile is overheating because of this.

      I was given an option to take a replacement of the same brand and model mobile phone and i still doubt that the new mobile which i get will also have the same issue because of the design.

      However i was not given any other option except to go for a replacement of the same model referring to amazon return policy.

      Being a very fair customer i wanted to take a chance trusting amazon and lg and i have ask for a replacement without any choice.

      I definitely would like to go ahead with the replacement of a different brand at the same cost or even at a higher cost.

      The pickup of my all phone schedule for tomorrow and the new phone order will be placed tomorrow and it will be delivered to me in another 2 to 3 working days.

      Requesting to help on getting a different replacement within this time which can have a value for the money that i paid.

        We got door alarm and we ordered iphone repairing kit but got an alarm, not only that on the bill that was on the package tit was the kit so we thought that it would not be possible that when we open it we get something else, the seller didn't have that product available so he sent this alarm, and we placed refund and scheduled a pick up of product form 16:00 to 19:00 but no one came to pick it up, we were alert and stayed for this purpose only and we had many otter things to do also, now i placed the next day for pickup, if the product was important and i want it that day for specific purpose then i would never ordered from amazon again but because i have time then also it is taking so long. The competition in the market is very high their are many e-shopping website available but i trusted u and now i am very disapointed not only for the wrong product but also that the person didn't come on the the scheduled pick up day to pick it up

              I had purchased a nokia 6 phone on 23/8/17 and received it on 25/8/17. The phone i received was a defective piece so i returned it. They picked up the package on 26/8/17. They have not refunded money even after 6 days. It was written on the website that money will be refunded within 2-3 business days. My order no is[protected]. I had called amazon customer care and they have asked me to wait for another 48 hours. I just want my refund as soon as possible.

                I placed online order no.[protected] with amazon india on 02nd may 2017 for wahl 9484-400 u-clip pro home pet grooming kit by wahl professional animal and paid rs.2, 918.68 by credit card, as per amazon requirement. However, as the product was not suitable for me, i cancelled the order on 05th may, 2017.
                Amazon india confirmed cancellation of the order by email of same date and advised that the refund of rs. 2, 918.68 will be done as soon as the product is received by them.
                After about 3 weeks the company sent me the product, delivery of which was not accepted by me, stating that the return process has already started.
                Although now 3 months have passed, i have not received the refund of the amount of rs.2, 918.68 paid by me through credit card.
                The company is not responding.

                  Hi,

                  I have ordered lenovo k8 note from amazon. After receiving it, i was not happy with the color of phone because and requested them replace this phone and send me a black colour phone. They completely denied from my request and said they cannot change the color. Then i requested them that i want to return this phone and give me my money back, and denied from that request as well. It seems that i am being penalised by opting amazon to purchase my phone. It is quite clear that whatever you buy from online portal, you always have a right to return that item back or replace that item. But unfortunately, amazon provided pathetic services in this regard and there was a limit of pathetic service, i was talking to thier customer care executive and she disconnected my phone saying that sorry we cannot help.

                  I hope this portal will help in resolving my concerns.

                  Hi, I have purchased Lenovo k8 note from amazon india website. But unfortunately, they denied and said that they cannot replace this phone. Then I requested them that if they cannot change this phone then I want to return this phone and please refund my money but they denied from this request as well.I just want to say that if we purchase anything from online portal then we always have a right to return that item or replace that item and I feel that this is consumer's right but amazon had disappointed me in this. there customer care executive was so rude that she disconnected my phone saying that we cannot help.

                  I am posting this complaint on this portal to seek help in my complaint. So please help me in this matter.

                    I am a amazon prime member.in recently i made an order and finally i couldn't able to receive them. This is the only mistake i made at amazon india, which was repercuss cod (Cash on delivery) suppression on my account.

                    I made chat with help line and now here the snollygosters come and say 'hey we/i will conclude your problem' and you will receive that you had been resolved. But at the end of 48 hours{ even here is so late to solve small problems} i got mail that i'll never use cod for my account. I solicited the 'account specialist' through mail to revert cod.

                    But amazon india is very untrustworthy in the entire e-commerce platform. The assistants at amazon india are so lazy, # and cretin. They don't even care about your confession. I send many mails and requested to remove cod suppression but they abused me a lot.

                    So as a prime-member i have lost money for paying membership!, i request anyone not to join prime-membership of amazon india. There'll nothing so miracle other than free shipment.

                    I'll never ever suggest my friends/coworkers to shop from amazon india. I'll imputate how amazon india abused me.

                    Warnings/suggestions: never join in amazon india's prime membership plan; never purchase from amazon india; never ask/request account specialist to resolve your problems; finally there'll be never exist amazon india.
                    {they'll never resolve your request and so you'll never purchase anything from amazon india}

                      I saved and subscribed saffola tasty edible oil on 28/08/2017 @ rs. 447/- per 5 lt. Pet jar, but after 3 days i. E. On 30/08/2017 the price increased to rs. 525/- per 5 lt. Pet jar.
                      This is not first time, it had happened eariler
                      Also and for this reason i forced myself to

                        I made a recharge for my jio number of rs399 and was eligible for rs99 cashback offer. The company assured it will be credited in 7 days but 13 days have passed and no cashback has been recieved yet.
                        I called their customer service thrice and everytime to wait for 24hr but no response or action was taken on their part. The way they were talking was also not polite and were very arrogant.
                        These fake assurances and wrong offer should fall under false advertising and customer harrasment.
                        For this non payment i have to delay my other purchases which was a opportunity cost to me.

                        I am yet to recieve a refund from the seller. Ive already parcel the package which i return back to the seller and ive check the courier service and its already been delivered to them. According to them they said they will refund as soon as they recieve the product but nothing is been done till today

                          Ordered two products yesterday. Order id's are[protected] and[protected]. Paid for guaranteed one day delivery. Received only the first order. That too the order was wrong. Instead of the honor pro 8 phone, it had some basic micromax feature phone. Raised a complaint to cs - [protected]@amazon.in and i am told that i will have to wait for 3 working days for the investigation to finish. After that a return will be generated and the right product will be delivered.
                          The second order has not been delivered at all even after paying extra. What has happened to amazon. Calling cust care is not helping as they give generic responses. This is unacceptable.
                          Please act soon and update else you will lose a customer.

                              2000 rupees stuck on my account because my amazon account is on hold from 1 month reason is that i ordered a product from amazon by mistake i filled something wrong in card details then i immediately cancelled the order after one day i saw my account was on hold than i called amazon customer service they said me to mail at [protected]@amazon.in
                              They are not listening my problem and sending [ your order can't be delivered please fax your credit card details with billing address ] but that credit card no i filled is wrong.
                              I told this to amazon customer service too they said we can't help you in this matter.

                                  In spite of several calls made on amazon helpline number, i haven't received any proper feedback. This is regarding the honor 6x mobile case which was ordered from my account along with the cell honor 6x. The case wasn't delivered but it shows me as delivered in my order history, this was raised to amazon customer executive several times nothing helped in this matter, every time the executive on the another line confirmed me for the refund or the dispatch of the item.

                                  Till date, there is neither any refund nor i have received the item. This wasn't expected out from you & from your service.

                                    I have ordered redmi 4a two times from amazon website and amazon corier service delivered the product both times to someone else and updated status "delivered" in my order account.
                                    And i have requested to them to change the status to "not delivered" or something else and should not show the status "delivered" and they are unable to change. And they dont have any status like what happend and where the product has been delivered by corier boy.

                                      I am a seller on amazon.in and i am facing a problem to log in my seller panal for the last 30-45 days. The funny thing is that you cannot call amazon if youre not logged into your seller panel. Even if you call the regular number, they don't help you out. So i've called many times to customer care and also mailed for help to log in but no one has helped me so far. Now i am receiving orders but due to the log in problem i am not being able to process them and orders are cancelled. And they are now charging us cancellations charge.

                                      I hope somebody at amazon india sees this complaint and helps us out as soon as possible. This is the worst customer service i have seen from a company that i love and regularly order from.
                                      Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I placed an order through amazon using my friend's amex card. Due to discrepancy in billing address. My account is locked. From past 5 days, amazon customer care is showing me hell.

                                        I tried to contact account specialist team, but they are for no help. Customer care executive said, that we cannot place a call to account specialist team.

                                        List of emails i got from amazon asking for below details:
                                        Day - 1: a copy of your statement for your visa ending in 03, including the billing address
                                        @customer: my card was amex but still they are asking for visa
                                        Day-2: a copy of your statement for your amex ending in 02, including the billing address
                                        @customer: suddenly a mail asking for amex statement
                                        Day-3: a copy of your statement for your visa ending in 03, including the billing address
                                        @customer: again they are asking for visa statement
                                        Day-4: a copy of your statement for your amex ending in 02, including the billing address
                                        @customer: i have mailed and faxed as they requested all the details
                                        Day-5: mail saying that fax is incomplete and send us the whole details including order id. As my account is locked i cant access the order id. And in previous mails they never asked for order id after sending all the valid details they are asking for order id.

                                        I have mailed the right details every time and faxed the statement of requested card for 3 times. Still they are saying to give me the order id. My account was blocked after ordering, i didnt receive any sms or email. So from where should i be getting the orderid.

                                        When i reply to the mails i receive, there wil be no reply for my query, just a auto system generated message.

                                        I have saved all the mails, and recorded all the customer care calls.

                                        Now i am asking you resolve this. I have 15000 amazon pay balance locked in my account. They cant just block my account. Atleast they should be cancelling the order and give access to my account.
