I had purchased an esquire mop which was delivered to me on 14/8/17. I am a resident of flat 44/1b, ceedeeyes chennaipattinam, ammapet, 603108 and this is located near tiruporur. As i found the product not up to description i had requested to return the same on 18/8/17. Your people approved the same and directed me to follow the procedure for return, they had not offered to pick up the same from my address and gave me the only option of shipping by self for which rs.100/ as courier was offered by them. Now i have been running from pillar to post to courier the same from here. Professional courier people are servicing our area but they said that anything returned from here to amazon is not accepted by your office looking after returns. This amazes me! When we order things, you accept and deliver with alacrity while it is return, this game is being played by your people. I demand that you make some arrangement to take delivery of my product and send to your return office and let me get the refund. As a consumer, i think this type of discrimination to those who are not residents of the city area is condemnable and shameful. As a multinational organisation, i expect better treatment from yoiu.
