On 13th june 2017 the executive with out attempting to deliver consignment has updated that "delivery not successful as party was not available".
He has not made any telephone calls to the receiving party.
We request you to kindly supply the consignment to the postal address between 10.30am to 5.30pm.

    This is not a one-time story but i'm highly disappointed today. I booked a pan from amazon.in on 11th of june 2017. It was supposed to arrive on14th june 2017, but instead, i got a message saying that the customer refused to accept the parcel when the actual delivery didn't happen. After waiting for so long amazon.in always gives such messages.
    I have been complaining them since so long that the courier guy always does this and every time i get the assurance that we will see into the matter etc. When we book a product we do it for a better offer but isn't it obvious to be excited and be waiting for the product? And after all of this, you get an official message saying that i refused it. When i contacted to consumer care they say that the reason is not specified yet but there will be reason fo doing this. This they say without any enquiry and from my past experience i say that no this is like a long time affair they do it on their convenience so they say no and compile me to believe that there is a reason. First of all the company is ok with the service provider for not informing about the issue but cannot take action against this whereas the customer will still be frustrated and is suggested to reorder it and doing a favour they will provide a similar offer to me.
    I am not at all ok with this and strongly want to take action for the same.

      Please consider this post as complaint in case i get a heart attack,
      Since these guys have given me lot of pain both, mentally & financially.
      I am cardiac patient and i have been operated for severe mitral valve stenosis and i hold amazon responsible for any further deterioration in my health.

      I would request every reader to post the link on fb & twiiter

      Seems amazon doesn't value their loyal customers.

      Read complete mail if you really do

      I received a used acer led monitor on 5th june for order number
      [#[protected]] which was 50 inch led tv.

      1) product unsealed by mitashi installation serviceman
      2) immediately called & complaint about same, serviceman also spoke to your cs associate.
      3) sent videos and images to your
      [protected]@amazon.in
      4) return pickup was assured in 2 -3 days on mail and teleconversation
      5) return pickup not arranged
      6) i call again to your number and this time a link was given (Gati courier) and i was asked to register return pickup, after 2 days the courier team says they don't deal in fragile items i. E led tv
      7) today again i called back to get another link for registering pickup
      Charges to be borne by me which will be refunded as amazon paymoney.
      8) also got to know deadline to send it by 17th june else refund won't be possible
      9) even blue-dart refuses to pickup.
      10) fedex says they may pickup but i will have to pay 2416 cash.
      11) their management is bunch of adamant people, who are not even courteous to revert you on mail.
      12) nor fb nor twitter affects them, they are arrogant guys

      It's been a week and didn't get solution, i wanted replacement you guys denied.

      Every time i call a new promise is made which doesn't fullfiled.

      If the money doesn't get refunded asap i will have to pay to credit card soon and i don't have money with me to do that.

      Who will pay for my cc, who will bear interest charges.

      I bought this led since it's festival time for us along with holidays for children, my children wife and i surrounded the tv while being opened by your installation serviceman.

      My wife and children had lovely smile on their faces but amazon ruined it.
      Amazon sent a used dead acer monitor, the smiling faces suddenly turned into long frowning faces.
      I would have picked up fight with amazon had there been a physical store of you them.
      Why don't they value customer emotions, why can't they guys go beyond and do something for customers.

      How are they going to compensate for the loss in terms of time, energy and above all mental harassment, emotional embarrassment.

      Do customers buy online for getting harassed in such a way?

      I am planning to go legal for the trauma you guys caused to me,
      Every day i have to call, speak for an hour, get frustrated which shoots my bp

      Since i was made to call customer service every now and than and the calls lasted not less than 20mins

      Will also file case in consumer court.

      Also i will take the wrong product received, along with a banner of issue faced, prints of mails, video and audio records and sit on dharna at gateway of india mumbai - will expose amazon's behavior to crowd with help of media

      Already i have shared my pain on social media.

        I placed 2 orders on 17 th may 2017 for 2 nos and 1 no. Pendrive on amazon.
        I received package and paid rs 620 + rs 520, when i opened the boxes i found metallic piece instead of pen drives
        Immediately contacted amazon customer care, they confirmed that they have blacklisted their traders because of such recurring cheating incidences from traders.
        Amazon committed to refund my rs 620 + rs 520

        But till date i have not received my refund and everytime i call they ask mr to wait 24 to 48 hours

            I purchase a product tracking no. Was[protected] amazon and i gave my address. And pin code too. Yesterday i received a call from fedex "collect your courier from our office we can't deliver it to ur postal pin code."
            I ordered this for home delivery not for waste my time. If you didn't able to deliver on right address then why you took this order.

              Hello i had purchesd a hybrid sim slot adaptor of rs 299 from amazon on 24/05/17 and due to some issue i return it on 04/06/17. The amazon said that they have processed the refund of rs.299on 06/05/2017. The amount should reflect in my account by 13/06/2017. And now today is 14 june 2017 i have not got my refund in my union bank of indaia a/c yet.
              They gave me the authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction-

                I have oderd a product hair oil my tracking #:[protected] i got message about delivery but i didnt get any call from transport team n after two message i got message i have copied same message as i recived

                Your package with indulekha bhringa hair oil 100 ml was refused at the time of delivery. If you have not refused the package, please contact amazon.

                Last time also i have subscribed for the product same thing happend they have returned my product saying customer rejected and my subscription was cancelled by the amazon team as per their policy its very irritating. A person starts subscription only when he want the product regularly and he cant order it every time

                  Order id[protected]. Special delivery was supposed to happen on 12 june but it still hasn't happened yet.

                  Delivery person has been disconnecting call. Today the guy was rude also stating that he won't delivery and do what ever i can. His words were "nahi karenge delivery, jisko email karna hai karo".

                  Supervisor nikhil in customer service of chat, disconnected the chat stating that he cannot provide resolutions to me. I also asked him to email me the transcript but he hasn't done that yet.

                  I have called the delivery person more than 60+ time and he either has been disconnecting the call or not picking up. When he finally picked up he said that delivery nahi hoga, aap email karo.

                  While placing the delivery, i have an alternate address to leave the courier to, but the delivery person is not doing that.

                  On 13th june at 7 pm, i get a message that the product has been delivered but that's a lie. I immediately called the delivery person and he confirmed that product is at his office and not been delivered.

                  Amazon is doing fraud by taking my money and not giving me the product.

                  Product is philips in-bt4200a/94 portable wireless bluetooth speaker (Blue).

                  I have attached all screenshot of the call logs, messsages stating that product is delivered.

                  Today I got a text message that says the product is being returned to the seller .
                  I also got an email that says it will be delivered today . To much confusion

                  I brought a good one smart phone from amazon.A few days back.But the phone is not okey.earphone is not working.jio sim is not working.Also airtel 4g is not working now.So many time i have called u.But they did not gave me write answer.they are confused me.i need refund.
                  I ordered a gift from usa to my brother in law, and on OCT 25 order(ORDER #[protected] shows delivered. unfortunately my father in law had a brain stroke and admitted to emergency on OCT 22, so my brother in law and every one are in hospital until today. I saw option as Delivered and thought they may have left package at apartment office or with security and apparently none happened.Today my father in law got discharged and my brother in law went home and enquired about package in apartment office and every one of his neighbors and no one had it.
                  i chatted with amazon customer service and their answer is its outside return policy window and they cant help.
                  Amazon india is such a fake and my money is gone and the purpose i sent that package is not served .. as a customer i am helpless . Hopefully some forums like you can get me some help

                          Hi,
                          I have ordered gold coin from amazon and it was delivered on may 6th.
                          The delivery agent did not call me and had delivered the item to the security guard. When i saw the item delivered message on my mobile and contacted the security guy, to my shock we saw that the delivered item does not contain the gold coin. The package is tampered.
                          I have complained amazon customer care and i am not getting response.
                          Can you please help me to get my refund.

                            I would like to explain you the whole situation at a glance and i hope this mail reaches someone who would be able to sort out things.

                            So from the first instance i was willing to buy a gift for my wife for her birthday which is today and i was referred to buy that from amazon by a friend of mine.
                            As i wasn't aware of shopping from amazon he helped me out and informed me that i would receive the package by 10th of june. I was awaiting delivery and did not receive any calls from you so expected a delay in delivery and wasn't worried about that because i had no issues as there was still time for her birthday, after getting back from work was surprised to see that there was a mail sent to me saying that the product is delivered. I didn't knew what to do so i called my friend and informed me not to worry and asked to contact the customer service and helped me out. I did the same thing reverted back to the email sent to me and i got a reply from an agent named geetika at 12:55 am on 11/06/17 saying that sometimes the carrier will accidentally scan a package as delivered when it's still on its way. So when these happens the package is usually delivered within the next few days and she requested me to wait till 12 th of june as you guys need to investigate this issue and if the investigation team isn't able to figure out the package by 12th she promised me for a replacement which means you guys would send a new product again i was relaxed with her mail and was disappointed as well that there might be a delay gifting that to my wife even then i was just hoping for something good to happen. I went ahead and replied to the same mail and got a reply from mr. Ayush asking me to wait for 24 hours and i did that too and when gave a call to you guys on 11th there was a person from the escalations desk named manikanth and he was so good to me but he asked me to wait till 14th of june and i explained him the whole scenario and asked him to check my mails for the written confirmation i had from that particular agent and he checked that and informed me that as you have a written confirmation we would​ keep up our word but asked me to wait till 12 june end of the day as mentioned in the mail and informed me that he would follow up with me regarding the same and promised a call back as well.
                            I did not receive any calls from that person and when i gave a call there was person who answered my call and informed me that there is a specialist team which deals with this and transferred my call to another department and that's when i literally lost trust in you guys as i got connected to a person from that team named bhargavi.
                            She did not have a valid answer for any of my questions and she sounded so rude and she asked me to wait till 14th june only after that they would be able to take any actions and today i received a mail from some person and he is asking me to wait for 3-5 business days... The time is just being extended day by day and am feeling cheated but at this point i really needed someone who could see the situation from my perspective as well.
                            My friend informed me that amazon customer service is the best he experienced as far and this is what am experiencing now. As it's over the day has come and it was a surprise for my wife and now everything is ruined.
                            I spent all my savings with you guys and now am cornered. Now there is nothing that can be done to make this day better but need to borrow money from someone for buying her the same because i don't have enough money.
                            I wanted two things to be clarified.
                            Don't you guys value the words which you given in written and why don't you cancel this and refund money and then do whatever investigation you guys have to do. Why am i being penalised here??
                            How long do i have to wait.???

                              Bought this sewing machine online, it work for one day that too i tried very simple stitch as i was beginner.
                              I am unable to fine shops to repair it. Feeling very bad..
                              After seeing fullfilled by amazon i bought this product.. Very worst product..
                              Help to repair or replace new one..
                              Warranty option is also not available..
                              How can we believe amazon.. I always feel amazon is best comparing other.. But this made me to feel as worst..

                                  I ordered an iphone se and order id order #[protected]. Some how it was cacelled and now they are not giving me my refund. Refund was intiated on 20th of may. I already filed charge dispuit and than also they are giving me fake promises billing tram is not understaning my concern and gives me fake promises please look in to my mater i need my refund as soon as possible.                                         Dear customer representative,
                                        I am very irritated by your service, i had ordered a rayban glasses yesterday that is 10 th june and received a mail saying payment has been accepted and now 24 hours later i receive a message saying order cancelled... And when i log in to amazon i find that the rates of the glasses has been increased from 3, 400 rs to 5068 rs... What is the meaning of this... Due to the price hike you have dishonoured your commitment of sending me the item... I am attaching the cancellation message and payment received mail... Be rest assured if you don't fulfill my order at the price i had paid for i will send the mail and all attachments to consumer court and if need be sue your amazon... I myself am a lawyer and so you better not mess with me.
                                        The following is the message "your order #[protected] has been cancelled because the payment couldn't be completed. You won't be charged for the cancelled item."
                                        Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I have bought this product @ rs 799. But on tag amount is Rs 699/- . They charged higher amount instead of actual price of product.. will never use amazone for online shoping in future.
