Hi,
My name is vrishali watcha. I had ordered for a number of items by mistake through the shopping cart. The following are the order numbers.

However, i still haven't recieved the refund which was supposed to happen in 3-5 business days. However, no i did not get any refund. Plus, when i spoke to customer care on 26th may, i was told i would be getting a callback regarding the status of these orders. I also recieved an email confirmation about it. However, did not recieve any call. I called again today and the customer service agent said that its a seller order and that he will get in touch with seller and ensure a refund for me. Because, the first of assurance of callback was not fulfilled how would i trust amazon to take this step of ensuring the refund. Besides, when i asked the customer service agent (Bruce) for his full name, he refused to give his full name so i asked to speak with the team leader, he placed me on hold and then got back and said that he cannot get the team leader and very conveniently he just thanked me and disconnected the call. Besides, towards the end of the call, he kept over-talking and then disconnected the call. How do i even know its a legit customer service agent. Secondly, why did he refuse to get a supervisor. What were the supervisors doing, if they couldnt take a call.
