I called to customer care 10 times but worst service they provided my and noone is taking responsibility for delivery yet they had not delivered my product they are justing fooling to customer because of them i loss of rs.4000 i recommend to people never order anything from amazon its just wastage of time.

i got a call from someone ([protected]) who is saying he is from amazon, but he is asking for my credit card number and debit card number but why should i give my account detail, because my order is cash on delivery

    I many times try to convince, i wasted my time,

    This is anita verma, i purchased a power bank on[protected] your company promised me to if i buy this product so they will be delivered by 2-4 to days but that product i got on[protected] then after when i open that product i saw that i did not get charge data cable and then when i trying to use power bank also power bank not working as expected, i tried to charge that product as possiable as but i wasted my time,
    Then i called your customer care excutive and i told my problem so they told me aif you want to replace or refund this product you have to send this product from your hand and also you have to pay couriar, i knew you will not solve this problem thatswhy i complained in consumer affiars they advice me to send a written complain i request to you to please solve this problem otherwise i have to go to district consumer court order placed: 25 may 2017 amazon.in order number:[protected] order total: 649.00 dispatched on 25 may 2017

    i ordered a power bank(ADATA PT100 10000mAH Power Bank (White-Blue) from your online store site when i ordered this product there are showing that i will get that product by 2-4 days after purchase but i got that product on[protected]After 7 days) After that then i opened that product t was dead product also i thought i will get a charge data cable it was also missing, then i trying to charge that product, that product did not charge and also that not even started yet, i tried many times to charge that product now i disappointed, after that sent many e-mail's but i did not answer yet about product and i also called your customer care executive they told me we will not pick this product from his they told me if you want to change this product you have to send this product from my side and i have to pay that courier charge and we will give you up to 100 rs for send that product, this is only way to solve this problem,
    now i need has finished and i don't need this product, your executive did not help me that time now 3 days has finished and i did not get answer from your side

      It’s highly unpleasant; i have to suffer a lot to get refund of my money. From the day when i made the payment, i am continuously following up with you and my bank (Bob). You have provided me a reference number#[protected] and rest ask to follow up with bank. Bank is confirming that they have no received payment from your side. Neither had i got any message on my mobile #[protected].
      I have done many rounds with you and bank and literally i am tired. I am sharing you my bank statement with you people. Please issue check in case you can not transfer the amount asap.

        I had ordered a moto g 5 phone as a gift for my son on 4 june 2017. The phone arrived on 10 june 2017 (Order #[protected].

        At the onset itself we found that the speakers of the phone were not working, so i filed for a return. After numerous calls to the customer care, they suggested i do a smart check on the phone. I asked them to send in the technician. When the technician finally arrived on 14 june he concluded that the phone needed to returned. When i contacted the customer for the 'nth' number of time they asked me to mail the report given by him on [protected]@amazon.in. I received no response from them, so i called them up again and then the so called returns and refunds department representative tells me that the phone i bought for rs. 11999/- was not eligible for refund or exchange but could only be replaced by the same model. When i insisted i needed a refund, he said no one in whole of amazon could give me a refund for the product and that i would have to take a replacement only.

        This is a fraudulent way of adopted by amazon which is forcing faulty products on the customers.

          I ordered a camera on 5th june 2017 from amazon and paid online through credit card. The expected delivery date was 10-15 june.. I was given a tracking code of india post which was invalid from the beginning and later on i tried to contact to the seller but i got no response. I needed the camera on urgent basis but i kept waiting. Later on amazon initiated the refund process but because of the some fraud sellers on amazon i wasted my time and amazon is nothing but sorry to me. I need compensation for my 10 days of waiting and eventually i got nothing because it was a fraud since the beginning. I'm attaching few pics of the order.. P. S. The seller was "sp store"

              I had ordered a double bed sheet on 4th may from your company website its details are-

              It was delivered to me on 10th may, but it was a different bed sheet, not the one that i had ordered, for it is a low quality, low price, different print and different colour sheet, so i had spoken to your customer care the same day that is on 10 may that i had received a wrong bed sheet and i want to return it and want my money to be refunded as this is totally your company fault, your customer care executive had assured me that he will send some guy to collect the bed sheet the next day i. E on 11may and get it returned and refunded. But nobody came to collect it. I had again called your customer care to check why the guy hasn’t come and again the same reply he will come next day, but nobody had come the next day also, its been 5days now.

              This is my first shopping from amazon and this is the service, i had received from your company, your customer care exe. Are making fool of people. I had never seen such disappointing and bad service. I am sorry to say that your customer care exe. Are insincere, unprofessional they are there to help customer not to create more problem for

                I am listed for Amazon Easy Ship. I scheduled a pickup on Jun 13. Your guy did not turn up.
                I again scheduled another pickup on Jun 14. Your guy did not turn up.

                So on June 14 I complained to you, over chat, email and call. I made it very clear and your rep agreed that the order will NOT be cancelled and that someone will pick it up for sure without fail today (June 15). I was asked NOT TO do anything from my dashboard. Now I get an email saying that the order is cancelled.

                This is ridiculous and I think I will sue Amazon for falsification of information, mental abuse and hurting my reputation.

                Do you think you can reverse the cancellation and ensure that the order is delivered?

                      In continuation to emails, it is to remind you that we have not yet received the courier until now. On june 5th itself it has reached kollam, kerala. Now it is 14 th june, it is not yet reached my home even though my home is in kollam city only. On your email dated 8th june you have told that it will be delivered as soon as possible. It took only two days for the item to reach from chennai to kollam. But even after 9 days why cant be delivered to a place within 5 km?. Very pathetic experience.

                        Hi,
                        I have placed an order with amazon.in on 07-jun-17 and they were suppose to deliver the parcel to me on 12-jun. Till 14th, i have not received my parcel, even after immense follow up and emails.
                        Trust me, amazon is the worst site for shopping. Its actually a pain for their customers. I'll never use this again and will never recommend. Moreover this is not the first time i am experiencing the problem with their delivery, previously also same issues have happened. Anyways, congratulations amazon for your most worse courier service, which will lead in loosing your users.

                          On 13th june 2017 the executive with out attempting to deliver consignment has updated that "delivery not successful as party was not available".
                          He has not made any telephone calls to the receiving party.
                          We request you to kindly supply the consignment to the postal address between 10.30am to 5.30pm.

                            This is not a one-time story but i'm highly disappointed today. I booked a pan from amazon.in on 11th of june 2017. It was supposed to arrive on14th june 2017, but instead, i got a message saying that the customer refused to accept the parcel when the actual delivery didn't happen. After waiting for so long amazon.in always gives such messages.
                            I have been complaining them since so long that the courier guy always does this and every time i get the assurance that we will see into the matter etc. When we book a product we do it for a better offer but isn't it obvious to be excited and be waiting for the product? And after all of this, you get an official message saying that i refused it. When i contacted to consumer care they say that the reason is not specified yet but there will be reason fo doing this. This they say without any enquiry and from my past experience i say that no this is like a long time affair they do it on their convenience so they say no and compile me to believe that there is a reason. First of all the company is ok with the service provider for not informing about the issue but cannot take action against this whereas the customer will still be frustrated and is suggested to reorder it and doing a favour they will provide a similar offer to me.
                            I am not at all ok with this and strongly want to take action for the same.

                              Since these guys have given me lot of pain both, mentally & financially.
                              I am cardiac patient and i have been operated for severe mitral valve stenosis and i hold amazon responsible for any further deterioration in my health.

                              I would request every reader to post the link on fb & twiiter

                              Seems amazon doesn't value their loyal customers.

                              Read complete mail if you really do

                              I received a used acer led monitor on 5th june for order number
                              [#[protected]] which was 50 inch led tv.

                              1) product unsealed by mitashi installation serviceman
                              2) immediately called & complaint about same, serviceman also spoke to your cs associate.
                              3) sent videos and images to your
                              [protected]@amazon.in
                              4) return pickup was assured in 2 -3 days on mail and teleconversation
                              5) return pickup not arranged
                              6) i call again to your number and this time a link was given (Gati courier) and i was asked to register return pickup, after 2 days the courier team says they don't deal in fragile items i. E led tv
                              7) today again i called back to get another link for registering pickup
                              Charges to be borne by me which will be refunded as amazon paymoney.
                              8) also got to know deadline to send it by 17th june else refund won't be possible
                              9) even blue-dart refuses to pickup.
                              10) fedex says they may pickup but i will have to pay 2416 cash.
                              11) their management is bunch of adamant people, who are not even courteous to revert you on mail.
                              12) nor fb nor twitter affects them, they are arrogant guys

                              It's been a week and didn't get solution, i wanted replacement you guys denied.

                              Every time i call a new promise is made which doesn't fullfiled.

                              If the money doesn't get refunded asap i will have to pay to credit card soon and i don't have money with me to do that.

                              Who will pay for my cc, who will bear interest charges.

                              I bought this led since it's festival time for us along with holidays for children, my children wife and i surrounded the tv while being opened by your installation serviceman.

                              My wife and children had lovely smile on their faces but amazon ruined it.
                              Amazon sent a used dead acer monitor, the smiling faces suddenly turned into long frowning faces.
                              I would have picked up fight with amazon had there been a physical store of you them.
                              Why don't they value customer emotions, why can't they guys go beyond and do something for customers.

                              How are they going to compensate for the loss in terms of time, energy and above all mental harassment, emotional embarrassment.

                              Do customers buy online for getting harassed in such a way?

                              I am planning to go legal for the trauma you guys caused to me,
                              Every day i have to call, speak for an hour, get frustrated which shoots my bp

                              Since i was made to call customer service every now and than and the calls lasted not less than 20mins

                              Will also file case in consumer court.

                              Also i will take the wrong product received, along with a banner of issue faced, prints of mails, video and audio records and sit on dharna at gateway of india mumbai - will expose amazon's behavior to crowd with help of media

                                I placed 2 orders on 17 th may 2017 for 2 nos and 1 no. Pendrive on amazon.
                                I received package and paid rs 620 + rs 520, when i opened the boxes i found metallic piece instead of pen drives
                                Immediately contacted amazon customer care, they confirmed that they have blacklisted their traders because of such recurring cheating incidences from traders.
                                Amazon committed to refund my rs 620 + rs 520

                                But till date i have not received my refund and everytime i call they ask mr to wait 24 to 48 hours

                                      Hello i had purchesd a hybrid sim slot adaptor of rs 299 from amazon on 24/05/17 and due to some issue i return it on 04/06/17. The amazon said that they have processed the refund of rs.299on 06/05/2017. The amount should reflect in my account by 13/06/2017. And now today is 14 june 2017 i have not got my refund in my union bank of indaia a/c yet.
                                      They gave me the authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction-

                                        I have oderd a product hair oil my tracking #:[protected] i got message about delivery but i didnt get any call from transport team n after two message i got message i have copied same message as i recived

                                        Your package with indulekha bhringa hair oil 100 ml was refused at the time of delivery. If you have not refused the package, please contact amazon.

                                        Last time also i have subscribed for the product same thing happend they have returned my product saying customer rejected and my subscription was cancelled by the amazon team as per their policy its very irritating. A person starts subscription only when he want the product regularly and he cant order it every time
