I placed one order on 11th May 2017 during Amazon Great Indian Sale period.
Product Purchased: Honor 6X Mobile Gold 64 GB
Offer Price Purchased: 12999
And there is 15% CITI Bank Cash Back offer during Great Indian Sale Period for orders place worth more than Rs.5000.
It is not yet dispatched. Estimated Delivery Dates keep on getting postponed.
Initial Estimated Delivery Date: 16th May 2017
Revised Estimated Delivery Dates: 20th May, 24th May, 27th May and going on..
I contacted and following up multiple times with Amazon Team. But there is no concrete update from multiple complaints.
They said there is some technical problem in their fulfillment center. Due to that it got stuck in shipment, we are unable to resolve it and working on it.
They are telling to wait for more time or cancel and place fresh order . I need product. I can't cancel because i am going to loose my offer and money. And I can't wait more as well. They are not taking it seriously and not solving the problem.
Some times customer executives behave irresponsible.
Here they agreed problem is their side, but they are not able to help on it.
Now the price of product got changed and increased, after so many calls and arguments they said they will provide price difference but citi bank cashback will not come.
I loose that due to their mistakes and internal problems, It is their responsibility to solve the problem and fulfill order. I can't wait for more.
I think this is valid concern to bring here. Otherwise many people will face problems during offer sale period.

I Nachiket Bhosale a amazon customer, has order a Juicer on Amazon.It was delivered to me on 18 May 2017.A cracked glass was given to me with the juicer.I request you to give a new glass as soon as possible.
