The packing of this product is very poor and it is already opened. The book is full of dust and edges are black. Seems like I have purchased second hand book. I have been calling these guys from last 25 day and asking the solution of this issue. But each time new executive receives the call and give different information. Initially They told me somebody will come to pick up damaged product. Then they said I need to make self return of this product. If they can deliver damaged product then why can not send someone to pick up that product? Why I need to make self return?

      Dear team, i ordered for one dress on 25th march 2017, that day it self i received an a confirmation SMS its shows the the order no(#[protected] then its said as once order dispatches again it will send a SMS, but as of now i am not received any product which i have ordered and also i called to customer care many times they said that we will send you soon but still i am not get. kindly send me the product or else give my money back of Rs 334. i will wait for another Two days if i did'nt get any intimation i will complaint to CONSUMER COURT.

          ... Hence i have answered all right answers and booked an iphone i have send my number and pin number for paying money 349 but i didn't get anything i have done saying invalid pin number and expired pin number...,

              A few days ago I had ordered Puma shoes from you. After 1 week the product was delivered, the product order which was given was of Puma brand and the product you have delivered is a non brand. You used to fraud me the product I had ordered with me. You gifted a gift to Coolidge and you ruined my reputation by cheating. You take this product back and let me solve it

                  I had ordered BLACK and YELLOW colored tops also three more tops of SIZE- M, but found "RED and BLUE instead with the three tops of SIZE- S"!

                  Why do you ask for sizes? When don't you intend to deliver the correct one? Also, the colors, why ask if you have a brain for yourself to select one and send?
                  I was given wrong sizes and wrong colors.
                  Orders come from north pole to south pole, who's authority it is to check the size/color first then send? It's their mistake.
                  Please recruit educated people in your panel so such mistakes are not committed.
                  It's very disheartening to wait for your order for one whole week and receive not what you ordered but what some stupid Amazon employee decided for you instead, IN HASTE!

                    I placed one order on 11th May 2017 during Amazon Great Indian Sale period.

                    Product Purchased: Honor 6X Mobile Gold 64 GB
                    Offer Price Purchased: 12999
                    And there is 15% CITI Bank Cash Back offer during Great Indian Sale Period for orders place worth more than Rs.5000.

                    It is not yet dispatched. Estimated Delivery Dates keep on getting postponed.

                    Initial Estimated Delivery Date: 16th May 2017
                    Revised Estimated Delivery Dates: 20th May, 24th May, 27th May and going on..

                    I contacted and following up multiple times with Amazon Team. But there is no concrete update from multiple complaints.

                    They said there is some technical problem in their fulfillment center. Due to that it got stuck in shipment, we are unable to resolve it and working on it.

                    They are telling to wait for more time or cancel and place fresh order . I need product. I can't cancel because i am going to loose my offer and money. And I can't wait more as well. They are not taking it seriously and not solving the problem.

                    Some times customer executives behave irresponsible.

                    Here they agreed problem is their side, but they are not able to help on it.

                    Now the price of product got changed and increased, after so many calls and arguments they said they will provide price difference but citi bank cashback will not come.

                    I loose that due to their mistakes and internal problems, It is their responsibility to solve the problem and fulfill order. I can't wait for more.

                    I think this is valid concern to bring here. Otherwise many people will face problems during offer sale period.

                      I had order iphone 7 red (order #[protected] on 17th May which was during sale period (14th to 18th May 2017). The expected delivery was 23rd May which I haven't received till date. I got in touch with Amazon customer service but and they commit they will provide regular update. I had word around 7 Amazon executives and none of them have call back or email with an update. For raising replacement request I waited till 27th May. Further replacement request to get initiate they are taking 2 more days and when I requested for faster delivery they clearly denied and sated it would be regular mode. Bottom line is customer are getting suffered even if something went wrong within their internal teams and keep customer waiting until they complete investigation which would end with a week or month. I have an recording clip were Amazon executives denies for there own commitment.

                        Sir I am customer of Amazon Recently Placed an order for Redmi 4 Mobile 32 GB in Amazon.

                        But I had already rescheduled the order to 4th June. Because the customer is not available at address location. He came for outside station of Kurnool.
                        The Amazon courier had delivered the Product at address before the reschedule.
                        As Amazon is not at all following the customer request. They were not caring the customer feedback. They were doing as their wish.
                        The Amazon customer care were actors doing perfect action regarding showing concern on customer and they blame customers are more important to Amazon.
                        They were great story tellers and they value customer feedback. But they were not following the customer request.
                        We asked to replace the order of same Redmi 4 Mobile 64 GB. They were saying impossible. In this way the Amazon is cheating their customer without any response. Customer is also unable to complain on Amazon in this Process customer should forcibly accept what Amazon is doing to their customers.
                        I can understand that there is no problem in delivery of product. But before delivery of product they should inform to customer it's a courtesy and without informing they delivered the product to my address.
                        Because here customer only placed the order. So it should reach to customer not to address. If customer is available he can directly accept the order. If not available customer he should delivery the order on scheduled date. I particularly rescheduled the delivery of order without committing a mistake.
                        If order had delivered on June 4th it will be beneficial to customer directly he takes the order without any delay or any third party persons.
                        Amazon had doing a same mistake in delivery of order to customer. They doesn't, value the customer feedback and request after placing an order.
                        Without any confirmation to customer like message or phone call and email. There is no need customer.
                        But Amazon is cheating the customer in this way Amazon always looking for customer and value customer request and feedback it's not happening. Such a way Amazon making customer as fools and believe everything what Amazon persons say.

                          Amazon service are very poor in terms of refund. Myntra and other e commerce website refund the amount with in same day but from last 10 days i am looking for my refund which is not yet initiated. After calling thrice to your customer team they asked me to add my bank account which already exist still they are not able to refund my 749 rs against w kurti. Held up with such a bad service

                            I have ordered my product (I. E weight machine) 3 days before and the problem is it is not showing me the perfect result. Yesterday i have checked my weight it was 56.03kg and just after 1 second it showed me 54 kg. So we are paying it for our product so we want an appropriate result. Do something please because i think there maybe some internal problem. Help me out with this thank you!

                                Amazon was a company that had one of the best services earlier but to my dismay it has lost all of it. The delivery executives are rude and nonchalant whereas the customer service doesn't care if they're losing customers or if the customers have a problem. They just care about their own profits and nothing else.
                                I ordered a Yoga Mat which was supposed to be delivered by 22nd May and arrived on 26th. I had to buy another one for my event on 24th and it is now useless. When asked for compensation they said they couldn't. I did not say anything even though I had to pay twice for the same product.
                                My chin up bar which was supposed to arrive on Friday (today) arrived a day early with no prior notification. I didn't even receive a message that my order would come, so I did not leave the money with my household help. The guy said he would come back tomorrow and he cancelled the order. When I called amazon they said sorry, you'll have to reorder the entire thing.
                                I am furious with the customer service, and the company.
                                Never using the app or their services again.

                                    I ordered a LYF water F1s mobile phone on may 1 I and payment is done successfully through credit card.but still haven't delivered the ordered stuff.I mailed several times and get the answer is wait for three daysl wait​ more than nine day but there was no response from the company.my order

                                    I ordered a lyf water f1s mobile on 11/5/2017 and paid succesfully[protected] is my order id . But still haven"t delivered the paid stuff. I mailed you several times to inform the matter.But get still now it is not delivered, if you can"t delivered the stuff refund the money i paid
                                    I have orderd a pen drive (hp) on[protected] having the tracking id[protected]) but now it is not visible on my orders in my account when it will be deliverd to me

                                      Placed order for redmi note 3 vide order number[protected] on 1st oct. 2016. 15% cashback offer was there for orders placed through app and payment made through hdfc card. Both the conditions were fulfilled but cashback was given 10%. Due to this, had to pay late payment charges for my hdfc credit card. Have been writing them since last 10 days. They asked for 5-7 days. When wrote after stipulated time, they again asked for 5-7 days.

                                      As a customer, we expect this process to be stp. Instead we have to follow up for the things that company should take care off. Just running here and there from hdfc to amazon but yet to get solution.

                                      Pathetic services. Didn't expect this from amazon.

                                      Please resolve now atleast.
