I have placed order thro Amazon as per the advt in the press for motog5 mobile.

The offer along with the mobile is 1. Free Sandisk Ultra 16GB MicroSD memory card. 2. Rs. 1000/- Cash back if HDFC Credit card is used.

I did the same and used HDFC Credit card, I may be receiving the cash back to my a/c.

I have received the mobile thro Amazon on 7th April one day before the actual announced delivery date.

I have not received the free Sandisk Ultra 16GB MicroSD momery card.

I request you to look into it and send the free offer of 16GB Micro card, .

    Following are my complaints:

    The item ordered is appearing as delivered. However I've still not received the item. The item is prepaid. Please track the consignment and update me on the actual status.

    2) PO#[protected].

    This item has been ordered (prepaid). on 4th March'17 and still not been delivered. It"s more than a month now. Either you do the delivery or refund me the cash.

      I placed a order[protected]) and paid money for redmi 4A mobile on 30th march 2017, I CHECKED tracking status it will be delivered by 4th march 2017 and amazon assured to delivery my product on 4th march 2017, but it is not delivered on 4th m arch 2017, I waited till 6th march 2017 but it not delivered to me but still it shows on 4th MARCH 17, I called toll free number, they told it will reach you today, but not again I called they given 24-48 hours, anyway I accepted, then I called after 48 hours, again telling the same 48 hours and I frighted with them, simply they cut the call, again I called they told we will refund your amount and it take 3-5 days, this is really worst and fraud of Amazon.

      My waste of time and because of this I irritated and heart broken.

      no product or no instant money - what is this ?

      I placed order on[protected] and from Amazon.in given estimated delivery was on 4-4-2017 but still not get my order, i called so many times to Customer support team they are telling some reasons and now they are telling need 2 more days to delivery the product.. Actually i order for gift to my friend on 5-4-2017 but today date is[protected]. After our conversation without any confirm and information they are ignoring my call. This Amazon.in is very hurting me my friend also waiting for this. this is really heart broken by Amazon.in

          I want to know that what is ''other'' option in storage setting bcoz after downloading 4-5 app of total 1gb after downloading when i checked storage setting on my device there is an ''other'' option in storage setting and it is showing that 5.28gb has been used by that other option.

            I have order several product through www.amazon.in. Every time product delivered delayed. When I called courier agent, Every time I was told that address doesn't belong to my area. So I complained several time to amazon regarding the case. But no solution was provided to me. Next time I am buying any thing from amazon.in I am facing same problem. I am registered to amazon.in with my mobile no [protected]. Problem remain persistent even complaining several time. Even amazon given me the commitment through mail that this problem will not happen again. But same was repeated next time.

I received a message on my mobile number [protected] that the order is already delivrd Please let me know to whom the item is delivered and if it is deliverd to a wrong person, refund the cost to me.               The item is delivered and received by me but company has never regretted for rude way of talking by their staff on telephobe and also not informed what steps they have taken to rectify their system so that the item is not wrongly informed as "Delivred" in their message, untill it is actually delivered Till then, my cmplaint stays and not disposed off.

                Regarding defective item of orpat electric press and burning of plates in normal mode of operation in 2 cloth pressing onlysir,
                Most sorry to inform u that such defective bitems bring the big name down in the customer relationships. I bought this item through amazon and just few uses its plate material got darkening black marks and sticky burning plates. It's very negative and worst experience till now i got. So urs valuable responces in receiving this complain and resolving issue of ensuring safe and rilablity in the customer must be ensured so please do the needful of such products o[censored]rs name and its replacement or refund of defective items as well as for better products. Acknowledge the reciept and accord priority. The image of defective items are attached for urs responces please. This is the worst products selling by amazon big name and customer value are heartening by such inferior quality product. The amazon did not responding the customer requirements of giving the right quality product. They are only responsible for the payment. Rest customer know their own what to do. This responces i got. So better to not opt the amazon services. Such irresponsible and fraudulent behavior is really heartening to the customer. Plz don't go for it my friends.

                As per instruction of amazon care rep. I contacted orpat customer care and miss sunita executive given the advice to contact Mr rajiv Mishra, when I communicated he addressed that its Delhi area so u reffer other.I again tried to contact MP zone Mr.jitender bhadauriya who told I am not concern, contact Gwalior zone, Mr Ajit after 7 days when his shops will open.after that delay I searched the said and asked for replacement for good items.he denied and forced that nothing matters he need 100 service charges for checking.where as the company assure for its new item defective, replacement. They are keeping the customer in dark and only to get benefited by customer. Such irresponsible and forcible company or seller should be banned and penalized.the prrof of that service is attached.plz the big name of amazon should favour the good products availability to customer.such false looting are very consern to Agency and customer.plz banned that type forge company

                  Hi!
                  order #[protected] is NOT Delivered up 14.30 hours IST on 7th April, 2017. The email at 11.53 hours of the 7th says order delivered. The order was placed on 3rd April and by the Company has sent an email to the registered email id that the same was delivered on 7th April around 11.50 am. However the package was undelivered.

                    I bought a product(Yepme Women's Blue & Pink Tops YPMTOPS0667_M) form amazon website, but instead of this they sent me another product(Yepme Women's Blue & Pink Poly Cotton Tops - YPMTOPS0666-$P), now when I wanted to just replace the item but they are not providing me such option of replacing, they are giving me option of return only, and for return purpose they don't sent anyone for pickup, they are saying to me that I have to self manage for returning their product by courier or etc, since I am not living in my own city, I live in another city in hostel how can I manage this, then why I am buying online products, I talked to their representative but he didn't respond well and doesn't give any perfect solution regarding my issue, he said it's not their issue, if it's not their issue then how and where should I contact. please do the needful.

                      I ordered a mobile samsung galaxy j2 on 25 march but it is undelivered till now and they are saying to cancel the order but my arguement is that why i cancel my order 13-14 days of ordering so i want the mobile at the price at which i was ordered and i have all images regarding bills and other recordings regarding all my conversation with amazon as proof

                          I have been charged with Rs.735/- on 04-MARCH-2017 (directly debited from the credit card details saved with the amazon account) towards amazon prime membership though I never opted to have membership.

                          One month free trail of amazon prime membership was offered to me as compensation from amazon customer care, when I raised a complaint regarding delay in delivery and wrong updation of delivery status as delivered though i didn't receive it.

                            My SBI bank account debited for Rs.80, 997 with transaction ref. noIGABBZXIQ8.

                              I got amazon data cable in lightning deal its not working now previously they said they are going to replace if there is problem now they deny for replacement and they say to get refund amount which u got in lightning deal now who is going to pay extra amount and buy there is total injustice and they totally denay for call transfer to assistent managaer or manager worst service even thought of moving to consumer court for amazon fraud case

                                  It's regarding the order #[protected]A mivi micro usb cable) which was supposed to be delivered to me by 28th of march. I have faced same pathetic service from amazon before for several other orders such as #[protected] as i have several accounts on amazon. And every time there is this same pattern "the package is delivered by india post" and they never bother to call me. All they do is return the package to the seller. Shopping from amazon has wasted my time and my money. Amazon never values your time. Compensation for wasting my time is out of question. But at least return my money. Money paid through debit and gift card. Package not delivered yet. Just return my money and will never shop from amazon again.

                                    I had ordered prestige 1.0 veg cutter on 31 march 2017. Expected date of
                                    delivery was 6th Apr 2017. All of sudden on 4th Apr 2017 around 5pm some delivery boy delivered parcel to my neighbour house and there was no communication about that. Within 10 mins we were back to home and my neighbour gave me parcel. Parcel was weighing very light and I opened with doubt, and shockingly there were only air filled plastic bags inside the box. It had a bill of the item also attached to the box.
                                    When contacted to customer care very casually they said sorry and initiated refund which takes some more days and we have to keep tracking that also. Is this the way Amazon is working? My effort is getting wasted and moreover I am totally unhappy with all this.

                                      I purchased the 3 month subscription and I received an email with the product code but when I tried to redeem the service I was being shown a message that the code I entered is invalid. The money from my account has already been deducted. Please send me another email with the card.
                                      This is a very depressing situation I hope to have my subscription pack activated or refund my money! Please send me another card

                                        I place order to the company on 11 march 2017. order for ACTION SHOOS & Green Tea. at the time of order company shows delivery is at my place. but later company return my 'Green Tea" order with tag "delivery is not in your city". Action shoos i order for size 7, company send me size 10. that also return to the company but this 5th april 2017, i didn't get money back to my account, customer care not support earlier said send to your bank account now not answering any more.

                                        if company unable to deliver to my order at my address than why company take my order and also accept money and not return the money after a month.
