Order date- 14th feb 2017, Initially I am informed that I will receive the order on estimated date (25th Feb 2017), however I have not yet received the Order.

I have escalated this issue to Amazon, however I have received a response that they have sent the product to seller and the delay is from seller side even though i requested them to contact the seller as im not provided the seller details, I am not getting either my ordered product or a response. Please do the needful. I have paid the full amount of the product by loan for which i have paid interest 14%.

    I had purchased mobile phone Moto G4 PLUS (16GB) Order#[protected] from Amazon India and fully paid via Amazon Pay balance during the offer period which is (February 08, 2017 – February 10, 2017) and before purchasing mobile amazon confirmed me offer via mail and after 3 they days also i enquire about my cashback amazon promises me that i will get March 15 2017 via mail.

    With multiple mail profs i complained from march 16 to 21 but Amazon customer representatives are denying that there was no offer on that day. So i contacted them through email to [protected]@amazon.in still no response from them.Then also i had verbal communication with them for at least 2-3 times

    I have added Offer Terms and Conditions this another prof that cashback offer was there on that day.

    The offer is applicable only on purchase of Moto G4 PLUS (16GB) smartphone using Amazon Pay balance during the offer period.
    The customer will receive the cashback in the form of Amazon pay balance, which would be credited by 15th March, 2017 to the customer’s amazon.in account as Amazon Pay Balance.

    How does the promotion work?
    Scenario
    I am a customer who has placed order for Moto G4 PLUS (16GB) smartphone during the offer period and following are the details.
    • Order 1 – Rs. 12499 (Paid entirely using Amazon Pay balance)
    • Order 2 – Rs. 12499 (Rs. 11000 paid through Amazon Pay balance + Rs. 1499 paid through other payment methods)
    Am I eligible for the promotion and how much would I be eligible for?
    Answer: You are only eligible for the offer in scenario 1 where the Moto G Plus smartphone is purchased entirely using Amazon Pay balance.

      I ordered saree on 2-oct 2016 and i amazon delivered to me wrong color saree that's why i return saree to again amazon seller. but i didn't get my amt of rs 447 from amazon on till date 21.03.2017.
      O i am very disappointed with amazon service.
      And i am going to send you details about amazon mailing same every time these type of refund process but not got my rs 447 money from 02. oct.2016 to 03.03.2017 till date.

        The product is of very poor quality and Morphy Richards attend to the complaint regularly however new problem crops up. I checked with other customers they too felt the Morphy Richard Mixer from Bajaj is of a bad quality. I suggest that you stop selling these items as it will tarnish your image.The mixy makes noise so much and probably the motor rotor rubs to the walls of the sides. earlier I find it difficult to pull out the jars with material on churning. They resolved it however now I am having problem of noise. I hope you stop selling such bad items through web may lead to loose customers in future.

            I placed an order in Dec first week with Amazon for windows10 installation dvd and the seller name is Deepaksale.I Made payment through my debit card.I got a mail from Amazon that my order is cancelled.The order no is[protected].When I asked why it was cancelled, the seller said, it was cash on delivery basis.There was a call telling me that the dvd can be delivered in 48 hrs, if I accept cash on delivery basis. I accepted and it was delivered and I paid the amount through my card.I was unable to install and when I contacted the seller through Amazon, he asked me how I installed and after I explained him the problem through mail he promised to send me the replacement in a couple of days.When I kept on asking, he said he has sent it, then he said wait for sometime and suddenly he stopped responding.When I complained Amazon regarding this, they promise me to get it sorted out, at the same time they say that the seller has sent it without their knowledge, but still they will look into it.I received the item in Amazon cover, I am attaching the photographs.Now either they should give me replacement or refund.The dvd cover has the name Microsoft misspelt.Is Amazon dealing with fake products.

              I am madhusudan suna from sambalpur of odisha state on 12th of march i placed an order from amazon and the estimated delivery date was 18th march the delivery boy was contacted me on 20th of march i was not available so on 20th o contacted back to the delivery boy for the delivery of my product i gave him my preferred time for delivery 3pm, so delivery boy told me he won`t deliver my product at my preferred time as because he has only few parcel left for delivery and he will finish his work till 1st half of the day and also miss behaved me and he also said to me i[censored] have to complaint then u can complaint on amazon tough the amazon logistic is giving service till 8pm yet this kind of response is not really expected from this organisation and tough it was not 3rd party courier service yet they are not giving time and place utility to customer its a question of amazon logistic service what kind of cheap service you are giving .
              I say its totally disappointed i am not going to recommend to anyone to go for amazon

                I have been cheated many times by Amazon.

                1) I have ordered "Lenovo Vibe K5 (ORDER #[protected]" on January 7th 2017 which has not delivered on time and updated as "Delay delivery on customer request" even I followed up with them for which I heard all lies from them, then got delayed for 4 more days where I lost my patience and cancelled the product.

                2) Ordered "J&J baby milk bath (ORDER #[protected]" on March 1st 2017, I got the product with original container filled with duplicate inside it. (Instead of baby wash, I have seen normal adult hand wash).

                3) Ordered "Samsung EVO class 10 micro sdhc Memory Card (ORDER #[protected]" on March 3rd 2017, I got the package looks perfect but the product is duplicate which I came to know when I try to start using the product. And one more thing here, I already been used (Proof: I have some music, pics & videos with older dates[protected] date as I remember))

                4) Ordered "Lenovo K6 Note 4GB Ram Gold (ORDER #[protected]" on 18th March 2017, with one day delivery Guarantee paid 150/- which has not delivered. When I tried to reach agent, he said he will deliver the product by end of the day. But, when I called him again, he has not responded. I reached to customer care and even for them also he has not responded and suddenly product got updated as "Delay delivery on customer request". Don't get shocked by reading the same sentence again as above because this is what happened.

                As this has happened multiple times, I lost my patience and got anger which is why I am posting my complaint here. I think this will take as a big mistake and expecting action against them.

                I didn't get any call or any update from amazon but the complaint shows resolved. Then what is the point of raising a complaint when it is being duplicated here too?

                    Regarding your reply above please find attached screen shot & chat with your customer executive. He agree that first time installation is free, secondly find attached scree shot of your Installation & Demo details.. click here you have written refer table below for charges applicable ( if any) clearly mention that fully automatic washing machine standard installation & Demo- Free of cost..So why i have to pay the charge..

                    You have mention that above email If you check on the product page it is clearly mentioned that 'For requesting an installation/demo for this product once delivered, please call LG support directly on[protected] and provide the product's model name. Installation charges may be levied by LG. Customers are requested to confirm directly with LG while requesting for a demo/installation ' My Question is why you mention charges may be??
                    what i understand at one place you write free of cost & second place charges may be..why not you clearly mention with amount ??

                    for this item in installation which is require only 10 minutes.only connection of inlet water pipe & connect only drain pipe, & just fixing rat mesh..its require not more 10 minutes..LG demand 550 amount.LG says if you purchase from dealer we will installation are free of cost & if you purchase online then we will charge 550.. what is this?? what meaning customer Dont by with online platform??

                    I am very first-raid with amazon & LG also..when i have visit in dealer & showroom every dealer says me dont purchase with online..online platform send a damage & faulty peace as well as online platform not support the customer..He all say True.its my big mistake i trust with amazon ( Apni Dukan) & purchase the product..but when i receive product i check that washing machine in front side slightly damage & patch up work..means every delaer said true..& not customer support for installation..

                    I think which product require installation if amazon not ready to support customer after your writing standard charges for installation..amazon dont sell this type of product..
                    I think amazon is only DALAL..he is only intrest from commision from customer & seller.
                    I am a common man i have save a single rupee then i purchase.

                    its amazon duty if he sell the product in his platform he will contact the company which ever brand purchase after confirmation of delivery..& he send the person after coordination with company..why customer suffer & make so many phone calls to amazon & lg..

                    In your mail you have written the warranty may get voided if you get the product installed by the local technician. thats mean you have force to customer to pay the charges..its very wrong & rediclous..

                    In above purchase i have save only 1000 amount from dealer..Dealer also ready to given in 14700..in only 1000 saving you have told me that you have to pay installation charge 550 & pick a damage piece..& so many first-ration. free...if i buy from dealer i received same day product with zero damage with free installation with warranty..its my Big mistake
                    Further i swear that i do not by any item of this type with amazon as well as not recommendation to any people.

                    I forward my big mistake to all the people as well as every social media..so further no any one make a fool..By amazon..

                    I think amazon is not apni Dukan its make a people make a fool surely dukan..

                        Amazon is a trickster. after choosing an item specifying cod- cash on delivery, we are told by amazon" this item is unavailable for cash on delivery."
                        what is this?
                        after going through the entire tedious procedure- verification on phone, filling in address name and other details, we are told that what we ordered is unavailable on cod although we chose that particular item only because it had cash on delivery option!
                        why trick shoppers?
                        the juggernaut Amazon is just another rouge company after all.
                        want to alert potential buyers about this rogue.

                            I ordered a product kore dumbbells from this site order suppose to get delivered on 16th March 2017 but till now it didn't get delivered.from past 4 days they are saying the same thing that your​ product will be delivered tomorrow and when I call them they again say the same thing .And they also blamed me for not receiving the product which is not true my family was home that day.

                                The Order#[protected] was placed on Amazon India on 22nd Feb 2017. The recipient was suppose to be Mr. Prafulla Chandra panda (Berhampur Orissa). The product was mentioned in the website to have delivered on 3rd March 2017. On touch basing with the recipient, I cam to know that it was not delivered . On contacting further with Amazon and the seller it is mentioned that the product was successfully delivered and signed by A. Jaeyasri. After waiting and deliberating for 2 weeks, we raised an escalation within Amazon to refund the amount 4201 rupees. After one week, Amazon responded as follows.

                                "Greetings from Amazon.in.

                                As stated earlier, We can certainly understand your concerns about the A-to-z claim for order[protected] being closed.

                                We have reviewed this claim and as per our records we have confirmed that shipment is delivered to the shipping address you have provided on 3/3/2017 with signature acceptance.

                                We advise you to check with your family members on the delivery of this order.

                                Although we understand your position, we have reviewed this claim and we stand by our decision. We cannot give you more information about this matter, and we may not reply to further emails about this claim.

                                We understand that you may not agree with this decision, but this claim will remain closed.

                                  Placed a order on amazon. In on 10 th of The order no[protected].amount. 31500 rs.order was confirmed. Payment was made online. Order was supposed to be delivered on 18th of march. On 17th I get message from amazon that my order is cancelled. Reason is "seller don't have product in stock ".I tried contacting customer care through chat option and phone both the representative were giving same replies that the product is not in stock so my order is cancelled. And they just disconnected the phone and left the chat window. Their behaviour was very imprudent. They were arrogant. Now the same mobile is available at Amazon but it is priced 3000rs higher than what I have bought. I think this whole thing is a setup between seller and Amazon to use people's money and making buyer helpless topurchase the same same product at higher cost.I want to know what action can be taken regarding this matter. Thankyou

                                    I have order iphone6 on 17th march under order no.[protected] which was suppose get delivered under granted delivery by 18th but neither did till today when i call helpline they always share wrong information and they just make false commitment and still i am waiting for my product i am very disappointed with their service
                                    soon will draft legal notice to amazon india

                                      The evidence:

                                      1) Sealing was poor. Box was probably resealed.

                                      2) The graphics on the rear of the box were totally different from a genuine iPhone box.

                                      3) Documentation and SIM card ejector tool missing.

                                      4) SE comes with iOS 9. My iPhone came with 10.2 out of the box. Clear sign of being tampered before. I couldn't have done this myself because the latest version is 10.3 and I got this phone on 18th March 2017. If I would've updated, it would have been 10.3.

                                      5) On checking the serial number with the website, I find that the phone displayed on the website is Gold, whereas mine is Space Grey

                                      6) Many buyers have reported cases of missing phones, documentation etc. My case is not a unique one. This has happened before.

                                      Action taken by me:

                                      1) Contacted customer service. They refused to replace product. I wanted a refund.

                                      2) Called again. They still only agreed to replace, not for a refund. I want a refund because there are many customers complaining about tampered iPhone SEs. There is no guarantee that I will receive a proper product next time.

                                      3) Called for the third time and they refused to give a refund again. This is utterly disappointing. My phone clearly has been tampered and many users have the same issue. Yet, I cannot get a refund because it is against their "policies".

                                      Don't be like Flipkart, Amazon. People HAVE RECEIVED REFUNDS FOR IPHONE SE BEFORE. I want a refund.

                                        I placed and order and it was not as expected so i wanted my refund so contacted the amazon assistant but with vain... I couldn't get my money its been so long and i really don't appreciate this. I have contacted amazon service but they never favoured the refund. The seller already requested for return but amazon was not responding as i thought.
                                        Inspite of talking to the seller and amazon service my issue was not resolved yet.
