i have order this product in 1st week of march which was delivered to some other address. i have highlighted the same to amazon india as well as seller also. both are sharing only AWB detail .when ordered is delivered to some other adress than no need to share AWB detail.

      Hello sir this is regard to my refund ofrs 1336 for the hul pureit bought on amazon i had asked for a bank transfer after furnishing my bank details along with my ifsc code and details .. they had askede to furnish my exact name i did even that ... till today im going on making call to the customer care and no proper solution to the ptoblem .. i have asked them to change the mode of refund to my pay balance they are not doing that ... every time i call a customer support they tell me to furnish my bank details ... wht the hell should i provide plss return my money i. A busy doctor anf cant just keep doing this nonsense all the time... hoping to see a quick and fruitful response...immediately

        This is Mehul Dodiya, and this is regarding order number[protected] which was placed on 31 March 2017 and was scheduled to be delivered on 4th April 2017.

        All the procedure worked fine until yesterday delivery day, Sudden I got the message yesterday morning that the product couldn't deliver and it is returned back to seller. When I called Amazon support they said its just a technical error I will get my product delivered today i.e Yesterday.

        2 hours latter I again called to know the status of my product, The call was answered by the Name :- Karan. He said the product has been returned to seller as the product was noticed damaged by the courier partner. I accepted but instead of providing me replacement he suggested me to reorder my product again at the new price which is 40% higher which I can even purchase from any shop instead of buying from Amazon.

        He even started shouting on me without providing any solution and disconnected my phone. Its not my mistake if the product was damaged, Its your responsibility to give me replacement as you have taken this responsibility.

        Dear Amazon ! Its better you cancel your license and shutdown your company If you are not able to fulfill customers requirement, This is not the 1st time I have faced this issue with Amazon ! STOP CHEATING PEOPLE !!

        They supplied on set of jaipuri kurti salwar.invoice was for two sets and charged for two sets by cod mode
        .did not responde to mail or mobile calls.Now I vow to never purchase any items of amaazon.in.They looted my Rs 1039.I also request my fellow Indians to bycot amazon.in.

            When my order come there is no camera in a box . When I call Amazon he says that our pickup boy come tomorrow and receive the package . And your refund came to your account in 2 days . But 6 days our going.
            There is no response and satisfied me.
            Kindly take some action please sir.
            When I call customer care he says that we file a return o[censored]r. Tomorrow at any cost your package will return but no has come .
            Amazon send me a message that your package is not ready that's why return reschedule at next business days. Without calling me

                Order was placed on 23 march 2017 and payment has been already done, estimated delivery date was given 30 march 2017, but the package is still not delivered till date.
                I've talked to customer service couple of times and they are also not able to give me the delivery date and current​ location of the package.
                No one is taking charge to update the exact location of the package with delivery date.

                  Hi,
                  I have ordered iphone 6s from amazon with the order id[protected] and it was delivered to me on 1/4/2017.But Amazon has delivered me the demo version of it with lots of applications already installed with videos, mp3 files and music files already in it.An used product to be precise.I intimated the same with your customer care and they asked me to provide a cerificate from authorised apple service centre stating the same for getting replacement.I had talked to the executive in live chat and also directly over phone and both of them promised me a replacement.And with lot of strain i got the report ready and mailed it to [protected]@amazon.in and then called the cx care and then they said me replacement cannot be done, instead refund will be provided.

                  I agreed to that and ended up the conversation only because Mr clement who spoke to me claiming he is from leadership department promised me that the pickup would happen on April 4th.I confirmed the same with Ms Megha and Mr pradeep and they also promised me the same.But today ie 4th april when contacted cx care Mr abhinav is saying me that is been scheduled to April 5th and can't be done Today.

                  This is not at all acceptable from customer point of view.I bould a product worth Rs 41000/- from amazon because of the belief in it.Please understand the amount is big and i have been literally cheated by giving a demo product which is kept in shops and stores.Is this the quality service that amazon is claiming? I bought the product from amazon, not from any particular seller and its your responsibilt to take care of this.

                  In brief iam expecting a proper solution on this and i need it asap.Iam attaching all the conversations and mails i had with your executives.Please check on to it.

                    Once placed some order then items in the order will be removed but money will be deducted for all items we added.

                    As in below screen shots you can see difference in items which i ordered and exiting in amazon order.

                    As you can see and there is payment failure transaction even and amazon people deducted money two times for the same order.

                    Please help me.

                      I ordered a haier hwm58-020 washing machine on amazon india (Order no.[protected] dated 21st march 2017), delivery promised was 23rd march 2017. I have paid 10.5 k for the same via credit card. Item was not delivered to me till date 4th april 2017. I have request and complained about the same to customer care but received no confirmation regarding cancellation of my or expected delivery. As such amazon india has no details of my order location and problem. I have requested for cancellation three time to customer care on 25th march 2017, 29th march 2017 and 02nd april 2017, but received no confirmation or refund. Please help to resolve the same, cancellation of order.

                          Product with ID[protected] was ordered on 18-Feb-2017 & status updated on 20-Feb-2017 saying delivered to customer. When i called back on 20-Feb-2017 the amazon person said wait till 23-Feb-2017 will be delivering the material. On 23-Feb-2017 when again called the amazon person told they can not provide the material & they will put enquiry on the "Amazon Transportation Services, Tracking #:[protected]" as the status is updated wrongly. It was also told on 24-Feb-2017 that they will initiate the refund & will be provided withing 4 business days, as part of compensation 200rs voucher will be given. I had requested mail regarding same & amazon call representative replied they wont be sending any mail however the internal tracker will be updated with the same. On 24-Mar-2017 again followed up as i didnt recieve payment & voucher. I had to explain whole process to amazon rep again & finally got back my money. However the voucher not provided saaying i dont have mail confirmation. Amazon is doing such type of cheating they dont track the what they talk to customer & customer will end up in loss for ordering through amazon. Customer care executives dont send any mails but cut the call saying shortly will be sending.

                          Being a frequent user of amazon i faced the cheating from Amazon. Strongly recommend to take up some action.

                            I purchased many items from Amazone online shope... but, the items are not appeared in my 'Order History'.

                            In the last month (March) I purchased a cutting machine (Planet Power EC4 4" Tile/Wood Cutter ) .But the delivered item is not what I ordered. It was a Planet power blower. Then I canceled my order and send to the given address and requested for refund. But the refund not arrived. Why it disappeared from my order history? From where I get the details about the refund?

                            i was purchase evana folding storage rack collapsible cabinet almirah in 1280. that product cancel from the seller side. then i request for my refund amount. but its too much time i did not get my refund. my product purchasing date is-14/03/2017.
                            i called daily and daily but they not reply properly. i want my 1280 refund within 24 hours now...
                            I hv not got my product and also refund. i am doing again again calls but i din not get my refund. its to much time, i want my amount with 24 hr now. i am totally fedup with your services...i am totally disappoint with amazon...

                                I had purchased hp 32 gb pendrive online from Amozon.in and in return when i got my parcel i got Rayban glasses which is duplicate. I requested for return of that product because it was wrongly sent to me, a man who came to collect the product accepted but funny part is that some other man is riging the bell with HP pendrive, was surprised because that man is asking again 1093 Rs which i have paid already .its totally scam. I need help becuase amozon reprentative have different story everytime when i call them.

                                  I have purchased laptop from amazon on 22 of march 2017 (Transaction done at night),
                                  On 23rd of march 2017 i was trying to cancel the order but i am not able to cancel the order (I have tried it 3 to 4 times but it wasn't possible for me), and on 25th of march 2017 parcel was delivered at home.
                                  Now since last 10 days i am trying to cancel order from website, customer care, or from email but they didn't get any respond to cancel the order

                                  How could it's possible that if we placed the order and it's not possible to cancel

                                    I had purchased some items on amazon during festival shopping in october month. Several time follow ups on calls, e-mails as per their requirements i had provided all details about bank & i had lost a huge amount of my valuable time on the same, until i don't have get cashback on my shopping. Amazone were declared the cashback for the shopping, which was credited up to 5th jan, 2017.
                                    So, i want cashback money whatever it may be amount.& the cost of my valuable time.

                                      I bought Moto 4G mobile phone from Amazon through Order No.[protected] on the 21st of January'17 and the payment of Rs 10499.00 was made through Standard Chartered Debit Card under a scheme in which there was a cash-back of 10% on using this bank's card. When on going through my A/c in this bank I found that no cash-back had been given, I contacted your customer care number and was told that it would show in my A/c within 90 days.
                                      When I contacted my bank a few days back, I was told that my A/c was not eligible for cash back on purchase of Moto 4G phone and Amazon people now told me that there was no such scheme etc.etc. and what proof, mail I had to show that there was such scheme or such commitment had been given.
                                      Now, if the world's biggest e-commerce company can go back on its word, what more can one day?
                                      I have bought so many things from Flipkart and no such thing has happened with them ever.Probably, if there was no cash back on using Stanchart Chartered Debit Card and also had an inkling that what one would go through on buying from Amazon, I could have very well bought from Flipkart or Snapdeal or even from the open retail market.
                                      Also, when the mobile phone was delivered it was handed over to my neighbour without verifying the credentials etc. and it is just a matter of chance that I got it.
                                      Another complaint is regarding the F Gear casual Backpack that was bought by my wife a week or two back from Amazon only through Invoice No.TN-MAA5-[protected]-10180 for Rs 799.00 and was told by the delivery boy that there will be a discount of 10% on making payment through debit card, again it has been a promise never to be realised even after making the payment through debit card.
