3rd class service from amazon for delivering the product called me for package receiving, 2 km away from my home . When called to customer care arogant customer care executive insulted me and talked very harsh i called customer care for maore than 3 times every time i was waited for 2 3 days and still no sign of package refund was done like charity was given to me by the executive he was talking in very bad manner every time i order i face...

I made an online transaction on 15/1/2017 in Amazon. The order was canceled because of some reason. The payment amount still not credited in my account. I called the customer service of Amazon and they told me to register a complaint.

I have 3303 Rs. In my account due to hold I unable to use this amount for ordering.
