On 11/03/17 I ordered for a Micromax Q55 (Order#[protected] mobile battery from Amazon costing me Rs. 340 (free shipment). Around 18/03/17 I received a parcel from Amazon's seller called A_STAR Storefront wrapped under the packaging of askmebazaar.com. Inside the package was a mobile screen protector, a plastic lamination film for a mobile device which was so low in quality that it would not even cost 20 Rs. in the market. Since this was a mobile screen protector that I received & that again wrapped in the packaging of askmebazaar.com's cover, I failed to figure out then that it was delivered against my placed order through Amazon for the mobile battery.

When I was through with the last expected date of delivery for my mobile battery, i.e. 20/03/17, I called up Amazon on 21/03/17 & inquired about my order. The executives would tell me that they too failed to track the order & could not figure out as why I did not receive the battery yet.

It was late that I realized that the seller sent me the wrong product rather than what I ordered for, i.e. mobile screen protector instead of the mobile battery. That is when I repeatedly called up Amazon but their executives did not entertain me properly. Finally, on 24/03/17 I had an email from the seller of the battery, i.e. A_STAR Storefront, asking me to proceed for the return of the product through Amazon's website/application. I proceeded the same on the same day.

Since then, I neither heard from the seller, nor from Amazon.

Finally on 27/03/17 (today) I called up Amazon & ask them about my order's complaint status. The executive asked me to return the product on my own, though Amazon has its own pick up services. I repeatedly requested them to arrange the pick up of the parcel from their side but they declined giving me the excuses.

I live alone & due to my job schedule it is not possible that I do the delivery on my own.

Amazon has been troubling me unnecessarily & not doing the needful it is supposed to do.

Also, this looks a case of fraud for the seller sent me the cheapest item than what I ordered for & worth much more than that.

    I place an order on 8th March 2017.Now it has been 20 days from my day of order submission.I'm from Hyderabad the product that I ordered reached Hyderabad on 15th March till now I didn't get any response.I called to customer representative, they are saying to cancel my order and replace it so that they will refund my amount and then I argued with them and I told I will not cancel it.At last, they told for sure we will deliver your order by 27th March but I didn't received a single message from them.Please provide me justice for it.

      Now cable is not working they said is seller warranty
      But not mention seller warrantt
      Seller not replying any information
      Amazon india refuse any help

          This is to inform you i purchased the iphone 6 from amazon of rs 30k n it wuld b deliverd on 18 march . But it having hearing problem voice problm while attending d calls and getting air noise disturbance while calling and attending the callls ... i called the customer care alot tymz dey not helping us .. in dat mattter ... i want the refund of my product i am not satisfying with my product ur customer care sayz we r nt refunding get the replacemnt ... how dare dey shuld said like dat ... is dz d way to handleee the prior customerrr whom u r dealing since long tym... m vry disapppointung wid dat wordictsss ... where in urrrr boooks writtten or terms n conditions telll dat if we not satisfying wd d product we r not returned ...n get the payment back... plz let me knw either i conctact wd another way wd u peopleee... ... i want d refund back or i hv another options alzo get my paymnt backkkk...

            Hello, Wanted to bring to your attention. I had made a few orders with Amazon.. Due to the delivered product being faulty (incorrect size) . I ordered for replacement which was again received incorrectly. I then got the cash paid transfered to my Amazon account and not my Bank account.

            Now due to this to and fro of returns, I decided not to buy anymore.

            Due to this I wanted my money transfered from Amazon account to my Bank account which is already linked with Amazon.
            They bluntly refused to transfer it.. I also gave them an option of Cash to be repaid which also was refused.

            I need this money as for no reason Amazon is holding it.
            I would like to formally lodge a complaint against Amazon.in

            Please assist a consumer in duress

                I had ordered Tupperware containers and had paid the amount via debit card and still haven't received it. But today at around 12 in the noon, I got a mail and message stating that the product is delivered.
                Who did the bloody product deliver to?
                How could you be so carelessss.
                I'm lodging a case against Amazon if I don't get either the product or refund.

                    Dear Team,

                    This is complete nonsense and unlikely fake reason for cancelling my order that no one was available to received courier. I have called more than 20 times to courier boy and customer care but regrettably none of them has taken suitable action . I am a premium customer and frequently orders stuff online and never had such issue but this time your agency has heart my sentiments as I have ordered Item in sale and you know enthusiasm when order successful accepted in 1 minute time span in India .

                    Kindly treat this email as my formal complaint against courier boy and your customer care who refused to talk and given wrong information / perception that we were not available at home to receive package . I am now forced to asked few question before breaking my relation with amazon India .

                    1. What is benefit to be a premium member ?

                    2. How do we trust on local agency working for Amazon

                    3. What action will be taken against courier boy who cancelled order without delivery attempt

                    4. What is escalation matrix where I am raise complaint to management

                    5. Five international calls I have made to courier boy how do I claim carrier charges ..

                    I was not expecting apologies but at least Amazon team should acknowledge customer’s complaint .Now really difficult to deal with such company which are looting people's money through fake & attractive advertisement on TV . Govt of India should strict regulatory to punish such company … its really shameful 

                      Amazon India is so prestigious company in an India and people believe to purchase. Its the company reputation that sell good thing in website.
                      I had the very bad experience purchasing in Amazon website.
                      I purchased the radio from amazon on feb 14, 2017 and now its radio is not working completely.

                      When I went to the company website and selected the things for returns, there is message that warranty is there only two weeks. What a surprise?
                      This is really faradism activity.

                      I want to replace this radio.
                      Please help me in replacing this radio

                        I have booked product from Amazon ( #[protected] on 24.02.17. But product never reached. Even tracking i.d. provided to me was fake. Now they are saying we have refunded your money on 15.03.17. And provided me a transaction no. But till 25.03.17. No money has reached. I think that no. is also fake. They are saying you contact bank(BOB). which I also did. But they could not also find anything.
                        Now they are emailing/saying. It is between you and bank. We can not do anything. Pls. help to get my money back

                          I had spoken to escalation desk couple of times but they all are useless and have no authority to do anything..

                              I purchased RBL Card from amazon vide order number[protected]. On this order cash back was eligible. Amazon also confirmed after one month of placing of order saying.
                              "Congratulations! Your Amazon.in order placed during the Great Indian Festival (Oct 1-5, 2016) entitles you to a HDFC cashback.
                              The cashback will be credited to your account by January 5, 2017."

                              So i am eligible for cash back.Later It was denied by amazon .

                              In fact there was anamoly in conditions of amazon and from condtions of bank.

                              But later amazon denied cash back by showing condition of banks . If there is anomaly in condition of amazon and condition of bank then why customer should suffer for anomaly of conditions of amazon and bank.
                              In fact was allowing amazon pay back on case to case basis to hide anamoly of conditions . Amazon allowed full amount as Amazon cash back ( Rs 1483) to my collegue Mr Rahul Aggarwal ( email id [protected]@hotmail.com ). They also allowed Rs 250/- against my claim of Rs 1483.

                                I hv booked a tv about 15 days before...when i open seal i seen tht it was a used one with full scratch and its nt getting on...tht day only i done return request and they saying tht it will come to pick up and return amount and regularly they saying tht they will come but 15 days over n9 action frm amazon...i want to move legally and want to file a bail aganist amazon for cheating and fraud

                                    I have placed two orders on Amazon.in.
                                    1.bata shoes
                                    2. Jockey cotton vests for mens
                                    By card payment.
                                    When I received both products both of them were oversize so I placed replacement order for both.
                                    When I tracked the order status it shows the items are reached at local distribution facility.
                                    But I have not received any item.
                                    When contacted to customer care they said that the items were lost during delivery so I have to place cancellation order. But I have told them that I don't want refund and I want the product which I have purchased and for which I made the payment. But I have got the email from Amazon that cancellation order is processed and refund is initiated. And they showed remark for cancellation as customer refused the product.
                                    Second thing is that they processed the refund for one product only.
                                    My concern is that 1.I have not refused any product and it is the Amazon India's failure to deliver the product which is purchased by customer. I want products only and not the refund. So they can't show the remark for cancellation as customer refused products.
                                    2. Amazon India processed the refund for only one product and second product is neither delivered nor refunded.

                                      I Ordered for Redmi 4A 5999/- on 23rd Sale i make full payment in first time but last time to submitted i changed my mind i decline first payment and made a fresh credit card payment with EMI. and i placed my order Successfully. But my Order still showing Revise Payment Method, i gone confused i made call to amazon Customer care name, Saloni G. Prabha G Kratika g, Madhuri etc. i made 7 time to call and they given me the information which shown on MY Amazon ID but not tellling about the product delivery they told me evry time payment approved and product will be deliver on time but you may have to wait till. Finally after 24 Hr i loose my product canelled by Amazon without given any perior notice while i talking to executive 7 time they also not metioned me if i not make payment twice i will loose the product. Amazon and amzone team heart me lot they cheat me evry time while i paid for the product. i wished to purchase happiness from amazon for my younger but i got only sadness nad madness from Amazon.

                                        My registration customer id is [protected]. I booked split ac on 6th march and paid rs 27990 online. It was scheduled for delivery on 8th march. On 13th through an email i was informed that if it is not delivered by 16th i may take money back. On 16th customer desk, on chat, confirmed that the order is lost in transit and money will be reverted back to my account. He also said i don't have to do anything in the matter and company will do refund exercise on its own. He also promised to put in rs 100 as some sort of solace to me for my loss. But after that i have been contacting the customer desk daily, without any success. Standard reply i get is that large appliance section has escalated the matter and as soon as they get update, refund process will be initiated. But when will this take place, is not replied. They are not ready to even give number of some senior official who may be contacted for help. So company must pay me back rs 27990 expiditiously.
