I paid extra amount to get the cell phone delivered by Tuesday 3rd March 2017. Got an sms at 04:07 pm that it was delivered. Amazon has updated as follows, 'Package was handed directly to customer Signed by Dhiraj Kunder'. (Package was handed directly to customer The delivery receipt was signed by Dhiraj Kunder). Came home to find that it was not delivered.(I never received the product nor did I sign for it!!!). Called the courier guy, he said that he did not come at all to deliver. He assured me that since I have paid the extra amount to get it delivered today he or his employee will come within one hour to deliver it. He did not turn up till 11:30 pm. Called him again but he did not pick up my phone.
Called Amazon customer service who showed me how bad a customer service representative could be. Inspite of telling him that my parents were at home the whole day he told me that since nobody was at home it was not delivered!!! I reminded him of the delivery status on Amazon;s website. He placed the call on hold and told me it may have been given to my neighbour or the building watchman!!! (without my permission). Again reminded him of the refused to call the supervisor because 'the manager could not come to his desk because this desk was assigned to him'...sic...
Told him to transfer my call to the floor manager. A guy who 'specialises' in escalation calls spoke to me. He turned out to be the same as the executive. Asked for the manager. He refused to transfer the call. Asked him why can't the manager come to his desk and take the call. He replied' Since this desk is assigned to me...!!!' I didn't know whether to laugh out loudly or cry in sheer agony.
One of the most pathetic customer service experience till date.till date. These people (delivery guys / customer service) spoil the name of Amazon.

    I have tried to contact amazon.in since 3 months. Basically, i have paid item based on cash on delivery. I have received the all item. So i given full amount for items. I have checked that item description and quality does not match. So i have returned 2 item but when i requested for refund they start delaying my email response and not trying to contact me. I have requested r4044.

    They are saying that send them snapshot of delivered item after 3 months, and they are saying that item is not delivered so they cant refund.

    I have returned the item to vapi amazon distribution center. The guy picked two item.

    When i try to call delivery man, someone else picked my call from punjab.

    I think something fishy going on. I would like to police to investigate this matter. I think cash on delivery is way to obtaining money without tracking.

      I contacted amazon customer and the resolution team regarding the cashback. The payment for the said transactionwas done by credit card . The amazon team replied with a very funny answer statting that the money being credited to the debit, and are asking me to contact the bank. They are unable to provide any transaction reference details. Kindly let me know how do I raise the issue further.

        My name is naveen, my email id is [protected]@gmail.com, i have baught a mobile from amazon.in on 5th march that was lyf water f1s, with order number[protected], according to amazon seller i should get rs 500 cashback in jiomoney account, but when i received the phone jiomoney refused to give any cashback, as jiomoney said that offer has been expired, and than i contacted the seller, again they said offer has been expired. But at the time of purchase the seller and amazon didn't mentioned anywhere that the offer will expire on 7th march, and i got the phone on 9th march 2017, i contacted amazon many times, but they refused to provide cashback, today on 14th march i visited the amazon again and what i checked that still offer is showing of jiomoney cashback and the product is amazon verified, according to my purchase offer is expired, but they still continue to make people fool by displaying the offers which are expired. Kindly help me out so that i can get my cashback. I am attaching the screenshot which shows the offer even on 14 th march, that was expired on 7th march.

          I bought a JBL C100SI In-Ear Headphones with Mic (Black)
          Sold by: Tech Show
          Shipped: Feb 17, 2017.
          This product have little bit of damage. So i was returned my product it was appears on refund. I returned the product on Feb-24. But till now the amount is not refunded.. What's the problem on caught in refund. The refund status is Return request approved . this only showed my account status.. What can i do.. i fully strugled here on this problem. what is the solutin of this issue. the refund tracking id is[protected].
          Please take any step to provide any solution on my problem.

                They are giving the false information to the customers

                They said they will deliver the order within 2-4 buisness days for my address and now they taking 6 buisness days.

                And literally they are giving me an false information like this

                Me: And I am sure that you are not going to do any one of the above
                Just to convince me you are saying all these
                Monika: However in order to assist you, I will personally make a follow up of your order and frequently contacted the courier and informed them to deliver your order as soon as possible.

                But they are not going to do the same

                Before Two days same conversation with different agent.

                Rahul:Please accept the same.
                I totally agree with you.
                Me:You will tell that i will escalate with high priority and i will get my product only on Tuesday
                Then why i have to pay shipping charges.
                Rahul:Devraj, I am also creating a follow-up to get it deliver on the most high priority basis.

                Dear Deva Gpt,

                Yeah i am agree with you. Always they do like this. I faced the issue with courier people of Amazon that, when i ordered consignment the package was at destination city and the same for kept more than 2 days at their warehouse. Also after 2 days it was out for delivery at morning. Till evening they didn't delivered. When i asking them about delivery they couldn't reach me through phone so went back to their office its false statement. Also at the same day they made a status of consignment as it delivered in their website. i can't bear these kind of pathetic activity

                  I had purchased a Lehnga from amazon that was purple color with heavy work but i received a different product which is baby pink and green color and with less work.
                  I have tried to return the product but then i found in their site the order status is cancelled i dont know how when i received that product. I have raised a complaint to them but not getting much response and it is being delayed day by day and going in circle from couple of weeks.

                  Please help me to get rid of this and help me to get my refund.

                    I m vineet pathania I purchased motorolla G4 +. 32GB. Dated 28october 2016. From ur Amazon site. The time to today 12/3/17. I m very disturb wth ur phone. 3 time I went to service center for ths set to repair . Every time something occur the complaint wth this phone. And every time service center assure it will be k. But I m so much disturb wth ths phone. Ths time camera is not working.
                    Finally I want to change my set. Ths set I purchased the finance from bajaj alliance.
                    I want to say I will stop my installment. Or complaint I consumer court.
                    Tell me wat to do . I m very disappointed to purchase wth u. Amazon is very reputed farm. OK. Solve my problem.

                      I had ordered for a combo pack including a flip cover, a back cover and a tempered glass for my lenevo k6 power mobile phone hanset on 05/03/2017 vide amazon. The product has been delivered to me on 11/03/2017. But after opening the pack I found that only the flip cover which is very very odd looking because it is not fitting properly and the other two items are missing. I had acknowledged the matter to amazon and now they are cheating me regarding the return of the same even after assuring a schedule repeatedly. The cost of the product is Rs. 389.00. So, please help and suggest in this regard.

                        I ordered v-guard stabilizer for ac from Amazon india having Order#[protected]. It was supposed to get delivered on 8th March 2017 and i got a sms from amazon having mobile no of delivery agent. To my surprise that no is switched off. Amazon claim that they made an attempt to deliver product on 8th March 2017 which is completely lie as i didnt got any call from any agent. Now since then i am calling amazon every day and every time i am being told we dont have any information. Every time i call the response is we will contact you soon but no solution offered.

                        My question is who will provide me info if amazon itself dont know anything. Every time i contacted amazon all response i got is we will get in touch with u soon.

                        Its like amazon is torturing its customer and its happening second time.

                          I placed an order which Amazon broke in several packages. I received all packages but not one. The status suddenly changed to delivered and that I myself have received the package which was a false information. There was no delivery from Amazon on the mentioned date in my apartment complex. I was present in my house all day and later checked the entry logs for that day at the security desk. There was no entry for any delivery from Amazon on that day's log.
                          Now when I inform Amazon about this, they respond that as per their records the package is delivered.

                          What should I do next to get this issue resolved?

I had send by self courier because they cant arrange me pick up service. Courier service have deliverd product to amazon warer house... They had call me that they have deliver my product to amazon. So i mail my courier recipt to amazon so i can get refund.. After getting coureir recipt they had given me mail about i will get money back... When i call customer service they r telling we cant track ur courier... So we cant give ur money becuse from where i courier they had nt provided online tracking... If they cant track y they had given me mail... I want my money back

                                Hello Team

                                I have already contacted amazon team on phone and have told them the issue that I am facing
                                I purchased the TV from Amazon dated 13th July 2016.
                                Now there are white patches that's coming on the screen and need to be serviced. The service engineer asked for the original bill which i gave them which was provided to me by Amazon.However the model no on the bill is not correct . I need the correct bill with the correct model no to get serviced.One of your colleague advised me to ask for the service denial letter from the engineer however he denied to even give that.He told me to contact Amazon to give me the correct bill.Now I am being asked to contact from one service provider (Micromax) to the seller(Amazon).when I contacted Amazon again the persons who. Picked up the phone told me to send the original bill and the correct model no so that correct bill can be sent out to me. Request you to please help me here.I am attaching the bill and the snapshot of my model no. I need this to get sorted quickly as I won't be afraid to go to consumer court against both Amazon as well as Micromax service centre.

                                i am following up with amazon from last 2 to 3 weeks and not gettig any support
                                have asked the call back but not getting any esponse
                                I want to lodge a complain against amazon in consumer court now

                                  I booked a combo order of a fast track watch with a 64 gb samsung memory card through my karte, probably a vendor of amazon. This product was delivered to me in a "deals amazon" package. The product supplied is of a very inferior quality.
                                  On contacting amazon, i was informed to contact my karte, and they provided me with the following nos.

                                  How can a co. Like amazon have connections with fraud vendors???
                                  And if i have received my order in a package of "deals amazon", how these guys are unaware this transaction.

                                    Today 11/3/2017 I called amazon for about my query and the 1st agent is very rood and she disconnt my call she even not understand hindi or english.
                                    I said tranfer the call to senior agent or manager or supervisor she is not transferred the call intead the transferring she is aruge with me and my wife.
                                    I want to compalin about the lady which i spoke 1st time plz listen the call and take strick feedback so that the customer will not to be suffer next time.
                                    2nd lady was good she helped my issue and understand my concern . I really appreciate her.

                                      I had ordered for a Ilina gift watch set which was supposed to be gift wrapped and with a gift message. It was a birthday gift to someone special and was to be delivered timely. However i got a message that the order was arriving two days early at the person's place. I called up the delivery service and requested them to have it delivered two days later. The guy replies rudely and tells me he is sick and can't help me further on. He rejected all my calls post that. When the gift was delivered, it was neither gift wrapped nor did it contain a message. That was quite an embarrassing moment for me. I called up amazon to assist me with this. The representative added some credits to my account and further on suggested some gift card which would be gift wrapped and contain the same message and would be delivered timely. However, the gift arrived a day late and was again without a message or gift wrap. I was completely embarrassed for the second time. Amazon doesn't value emotions or the weight distanced love carries. All they care about is just completing their damn order by hook or crook, without verifying the sellers or the delivery service. When I called up the representative again, he just apologised and said he couldn't help me with that. Atleast he was willing to refund my gift wrap money, which is so important when paired with emotions that the gift carried, don't think they'll get the sarcasm I intend to make here. Please escalate this issue as much as you can, to not get duped further on and exchange baseless calls with their representatives who provide no solutions, only excuses.

                                        We have got an item (lapotop - http://www.amazon.in/Asus-X541UV-XO029D-15-6-inch-i5-6200U-Graphics/dp/B01K1TTZP... )no bill provided, there is one cap (near the bottom right of screen cover bolt) is missing, we tried to return the product and amazon's return window was not accepting the return even before the return policy expiry date - was showing return window closed on 16th march 2017 (from 2nd March onwards), with little hope that amazon will send new and no unboxed products, so we compromised with bill and bolt issue because it was not a big concern, but from last night it started giving noise and becoming hot.

                                        We tried to return or replace the product but amazon is taking to technical support window on step 2, and even though the returns are eligible till 16th March 2017, its saying returns are closed on 16th March 2017, don't know whether its amazon website issue or something else, also sent them a request using their contact us page, and didn't received negative response from them, also talked to their representative and no use, its really a frustrating experience from amazon, never faced such experience in past, I hope amazon will resolve this issue asap.
