The prestige aluminium pressure cooker was bought on. 29/12/16.Today evening.while my wife cooking cholar dal. The pressure cooker burst and my wife was burnt and injured to a great extent. It may be noted here that the safety valve of the cooker was intact. Two whistle sound was heard. After that the cooker burst.I cannot believed that a pressure cooker bought from your site cud go wrong within two months of buying .

    I have placed order of 4TB hard disk on[protected]. I got the product on[protected]. After that I returned the product on[protected] due to better price available on eBay.in. They picked up the product on[protected] from my address. But after 7 days when I didn't get the refund I called the customer care and they replied me that my refund will be processed when the product reached at our warehouse. So I waited two more days and called customer care they again informed me that your product is on the way and your refund will be available after it reach at our warehouse. He also informed me that my refund will be processed on or before[protected] as it take maximum 5-10 working days. On[protected] at 9:30 pm till I didn't get the refund information, I called customer care and informed the matter. He told me that the hard disk is used 1TB and so our technical team is checking the matter. I argued with him that what is your refund policy, does it not cover the product? And the call ended with to wait for some more time to get refund.

    Please help me in this regard.

      I have bought Hush Puppies sandals from Amazon India site. The product got damaged with holes and soles coming off after normal use. I have used the product only few times in the first weeks thinking the product would stay upto its mark and since i trussted the brand Hush puppies. After 30 days only i have strarted normal use and found the product is completely damaged one.
      I have raised complaint with amazon. They told me to contact Hush pupies care who in turn asked me to contact Bata India. The bata accepted that the Product is damaged and they agreed for refund of money. But now the amazon have turned plate saying 30 days is up and cant do anything.
      Where is the logic in that and how can a normal guy predict the product is going to get damaged. Its pure cheap service from Amazon.

        Hi
        I ordered for glass bottles and i received the glass bottle completely broken.The pieces were so small and sharp that it fell off the box and scattered everywhere
        It is very dangerous and this happened because it was not packed properly.
        There was some sort of bubble wraping but it was of no use, it was put there only for the sake of it

        I even hurt my self trying to clean the glass pieces.

        If amazon is selling such breakable items then they should make sure its wraped properly..

          I have purchased this mobile and received on yesterday.there is return and refund available till 10/3/17.
          Here in the specifications it is clearly specify that it supports 4g sim card in both slot and allow expandable memory card.its a hybrid sim as it was written in Amazon specification.but no where it is written that both sim doesnt support 4g network at a time.now they are not taking back and they say only replacement is available..but no return available.as per the advertisement it's very easy to return the product.infact they are not ready to take back and compelling us to keep this E-weast with me.

            HELLO sir amazon fraud with me that i purchase mobile MOTO G4 PLUS from amazon on date:[protected] from my debit card.and mobile come on date:10/02/2017 but the mobile was defected so i return that mobile to amazon on Date:15/02/2017.and requested to amazon that to give my money back.amazon said that your refund is all ready credited in your account on date:[protected]. but it wil not show in my bank account.my amazon order no is#[protected].amazon also give me refund number of the transaction but it does not work in bank software. I also charge dispute to bank. but my bank does not track that refund number. and told me give him to proper NEFT number to resolve my case. but amazon does not give me proper transaction id:
            sir please help me in this case what should i do??? Sir please help me.

              AMAZON ORDER NO:[protected]

              MOTO G4 PLUS was delivered on 17th Feb, 2017

              I started to use it a few days back and observed there was problem with sim slot issue, when i was charging some flickering was happening, heating issue.

              I call amazon service center tried to initiate a return/refund, but for mobile phones amazon asks to download the SmartChk app from the orders/returns page and test with it. I did that and the app. I always get the error - INVALID PIN.

              I have contacted amazon customer service executives multiple times in the past few days. Each time I'm told that I will be connected to their MOTO SPECIALIST TEAM. I'm put on hold for 10 - 15 mins each time, but never connected to the moto specialist team.

              Then I'm told that the MOTO SPECIALIST TEAM will call me back, but I NEVER GOT A CALL. (I now doubt if they even have a moto specialist team ?? )
              When I contacted amazon again to say that I did not receive a call, I'm again put on hold saying that I will be connected to the moto specialist team and the cycle of events continue.
              When I call the motorola customer service I'm given some options.I just want to replacement of the product that has issues or just get a refund.I feel amazon is intentionally delaying the process so that I will not be able to return the product by 27th Feb, 2017.

              Tired of the usual replies that I get from their customer service executives.
              I think we should case a file against amazon service for delaying the process that customers are facing.I think they are just fooling the customers.

Yesterday night i made one the biggest mistake of my life as i chose amazon over flipkart to purchase something. I ordered an i phone7 around 12 @ yesterday night. I was told it would be delivered by thursday. I was on cloud no. 9 as i told all of my friends and family members about it and than today noon i got a message that amazon has declined my payment and blocked my account. The biggest problem with indians is we fall for these mnc's first by setting high standard and when we know these mnc's are father of lowest standard we start to curse but its already too late. So i called customer service with real anger and found a guy piyush who helped me to become more angry. Right now i dont know what to say but these foreign companies are as same as east india company, they spend a lot on promo but the whole picture is always pathetic.

                  I pad at amazon rs-3542rupees by my bob debit card. My card no-[protected] valid thru 10/21. At 21/10/2017 and date of the date of18/02/2017 return by amazon. Return my money 3542to in my card link accont and amazon also give me the reffrens no - (#74332747049704897642237). And tranjection id[protected] but the payment of rs-3542 not credit in my accont ([protected]) till now. So i want to knowthe status of my payment reduted credit my payment as soon as possible.

                    Amazon refusing the replacement

                    I have purchased micomax canvas 6 pro (E484) from amazon on 24 jan 2017 and on, 24 Feb 2017 my battery got bulged due to the mobile/device internal heating problem.When i am using the

                    phone it got heated up and battery is buldged/damaged. and discussed this with amazon they said you have to contact micromax for this since their support window is closed so i have contacted micromax service center.

                    It has just one month for purchase and how come your service center is denying the warrenty.

                    It's device/mobile internal fault which heated up and damaged the battery so you have to consider the warrenty.Replacing new battery will not going to fix the problem since the problem resides in moblie device itself.It may again heat up and cause battery damage.I want total mobile replaced.

                    I contacted back to amazon and they told me to get DOA or denial letter but micromax simply denies saying that our warrenty does not cover this so we cannot give any letter.

                    I told amazon to arrange revese pick up and get it cleared with manufacturer but they simply dening doing this.

                    Amazon is providing such worst service, they know it covers warrenty but not getting it resolved by doing at their end.

                      My complaint is that one reason why we prefer online purchasing is so that time is saved by online transactions and we do not have to go to bank(taking time out of busy schedule) for transactions.
                      If amazon can withdraw money in seconds for online purchasing then why not same while giving our money back during failed parcel delivery.
                      my money is pending(to be given back by amazon) since january as i cant go to bank due to busy schedule as i am free in evening only.simply pathetic and irresponsible behaviour.
                      And to add to it now another Product that i had bought last week of rs 7000 has also failed to be delivered as it has been damaged.
                      now i have to again beg for my money.

                      Its really irresponsible and carelessnes and also selfish from amazon.
                      If you cut money within seconds then you should send money back within seconds.
                      Its your failure for which we have to suffer.
                      this is my last transaction with amazon.

                        The mi max prime phone I purchased and received yesterday, has the provision to either put two cards or one SD card and one sim card. I need to put all three and therefore this phone is useless..this information is not mentioned anywhere n the product page at all. After repeated calls to the call centre, they have told me nothing is possible. This is deliberate customer misguiding and sales malpractice.

                          I have placed an Order#[protected] on 18 October 2016 for an amount Rs.10999/- by paying using my CITIBANK credit card 4617 xxxx xxxx 8999 through Amzon Mobile App installed on my COOLPAD NOTE 3 mobile phone. For that order actually Amazon & CITIBANK offered 15% cashback for orders placed through Mobile App and 10% cashback for orders placed on desktop.
                          They have credited only Rs.1100/- on 19-01-17 as Cashback to my CITIBANK account where as it should be Rs.1650/- as the order was placed using CITICARD on my mobile APP.
                          When I enquired about the wrong promotion applied, Amazon customer care representatives told that the remaining amount will be credited to my account within 2-3 days.
                          But today they are informing that no additional cashback will be given to me as I placed the order from desktop.
                          This is nothing other than cheating from these people.
                          Really the information that Amazon submitted "Order placed using browser" is absurd.
                          The faith about the Amazon will vanish in no time if it happens to several customers with the wrong data they are maintaining in their database.
                          I need corrective action from Amazon.

As per shown in tracking details.but, the agent not delivered the to home. And he dialed me for picking up the item at their office. I asked him for door delivery. My address is constant from 30 years and I got nearly 30 items to that address. The cause mentioned in the track record is false. The call received from ur agent is [protected]. If like that functions continues in ur company ..u and ur distributors business gone to sick...

                              I bought Coolpad Mega 2.5D mobile from amazon.in [website]on 19th October 2016. I thought ordering the same item from amazon mobile app as I would get more cash back.

                              So, I cancelled the order which placed from website. I ordered the same item from mobile app.

                              Cancelled Order Number : ORDER #[protected]
                              New Order Number :ORDER #[protected]

                              I got mobile for my new order next day.

                              Now the problem is amazon did not return my cancelled order amount. I contacted customer support several times. They asked me to check with bank and provided me reference number of the refund:[protected].
                              I check with citi bank customer support and they clear said they did not get any amount from the merchant.
                              I got the below response from citi bank customer support team.
                              We refer to your email dated December 20, 2016, highlighting two transactions for Rs.4, 498/- at M/s. Amazon on October 19, 2016 with reference numbers ending 0255 and 0714.
                              Our records indicate that the transaction was successfully settled with the service provider vide PV ( purchase voucher) number and trace number as follows;
                              For reference number ending 0255 - PV number [protected] and trace number - 555739.
                              For reference number ending 0714 - PV number [protected] and trace number - 557149.
                              We are not in receipt of any refund for the said amount till date. Hence we request you to contact the merchant stating the above PV (purchase voucher ) number and trace number.

                              I sent above response to amazon customer support team but did not get any response.

                              Hence I request please help me in this regards.

                                  Very awful delivery service. I opted for Amazon prime which means my product was to be delivered within 1 day but no news of the same. Their customer care is full of robots. All of them say the same old stuff that their sorry and they will escalate the same with their seniors. But no use. It's plain nonsense and you the customer have to bear even though you have paid for the delivery. Very pathethic site. This has happened more than thrice. Still I kept the faith hoping they will improve but they are palin "useless" in short liars. Please opt for other ecommerce sites such as snapdeal or flipkart or shopclues. I can guarantee their delivery is perfect on time though they might charge you a little higher for the merchandise. But beware of amazon.

                                      Dear Sir, I had ordered a product of 500 rupees from the Amazon Mobile app, but the payment was declined twice, but at the third time the payment got succeeded.After the payment when I checked my bank account I got to know that I have been charged 1500/- . As the product costs 500/-
                                      I have lost extra 1000/- rupees extra. The mode of payment was by debit card. I called the customer Care and they said that it will be automatically returned to your account but still now I don't get the money back.So please kindly look into the matter and try to return the money as soon as possible.

                                        I had placed an order on amazon.in for a foot massager jsbhf68 compact portable foot massagerwith heat (Red) sold by jsb healthcare vide order no[protected] on 25th october2016. The product was delivered on 29th oct 2016. The payment of rs 5999 was made using a sbi debit card, which qualified for a cash back of 15% as per the promotions offered by amazon.in at that time. The payment made by the debit card has also been debited to the savings bank account with sbi on the same date. Inspite of numerous phone calls and followup e mails, i have not been able to get the cash back till date (Which is about 4 months).
                                        I believe amazon.in is not very serious about the fulfillment of offers and these offers are not genuine. If they cannnot fulfill the offers for small values, how can anyone hv confidence for placing orders of higher values.
                                        Hall be thankful for getting this issue resolved
