MOTO G4 PLUS was delivered on 17th Feb, 2017
I started to use it a few days back and observed there was problem with sim slot issue, when i was charging some flickering was happening, heating issue.
I call amazon service center tried to initiate a return/refund, but for mobile phones amazon asks to download the SmartChk app from the orders/returns page and test with it. I did that and the app. I always get the error - INVALID PIN.
I have contacted amazon customer service executives multiple times in the past few days. Each time I'm told that I will be connected to their MOTO SPECIALIST TEAM. I'm put on hold for 10 - 15 mins each time, but never connected to the moto specialist team.
Then I'm told that the MOTO SPECIALIST TEAM will call me back, but I NEVER GOT A CALL. (I now doubt if they even have a moto specialist team ?? )
When I contacted amazon again to say that I did not receive a call, I'm again put on hold saying that I will be connected to the moto specialist team and the cycle of events continue.
When I call the motorola customer service I'm given some options.I just want to replacement of the product that has issues or just get a refund.I feel amazon is intentionally delaying the process so that I will not be able to return the product by 27th Feb, 2017.
Tired of the usual replies that I get from their customer service executives.
I think we should case a file against amazon service for delaying the process that customers are facing.I think they are just fooling the customers.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
