I ordered a gtx 1050 graphics card and i got a laptop battery which is useless and the battery also seems to be second hand.I am not getting any help.Amazon and dealer both keep saying to wait.The order was worth rs.11000 i have saved the money for graphics card so one day I can get it but amazon broke my dreams.I swear i will not do online shopping of such an expensive item again.

    I ordered a redmi prime 2 prime back cover from amazon, order id is #[protected].it delivery in time but product is not good as show on amazon, so i return it 8 march 2017 and today 21 march 2017, at long time i waited but refund will not successful ..i call customer care(Amazon) 21 march and they say now wait 3 to 4 days more ..why ??? ..is this long time not enough for refund...a awful experience from amazon.

      Dear sir

      A refund of 6999 rupees was successfully processed on 15 March 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

      I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

      I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

      kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

      Sir, I had ordered a arena swimming goggle on July 25, but I immediately cancel it.This goggle price Rs.4714.75 But money has been transferred from my bank account. Then I called a Amazon customer care and he said That your order's payment has not been received by us. Then I called the bank customer care and said that you have not been transferred. Then they found the complainant. And after taking that compliant, they transfer. But they will get direct access to your account on 7th September. Then I started calling Amazon Customer Care again. He said that we will not take your money. Then I went back to the bank. Then I told them that my money has not been returned. Then they replaced the compliant and then said that it would take 15 days. Then after 15 days I went back and said that your money has been transferred. Then I asked for their account statement. And he's sending a copy of the photo of the statement to you.

       Sir Please, I request you to return my payment as soon as possible. plz

        This is to inform you that I confirmed about the cashback details from your customer care executive, They told me if you purchase moto g4 plus via standard charted debit/credit card you will receive Rs1500 cashback.
        Even I called to your customer care exec. on 10th march 2017, the same response i got that "I am eligible for the cashback and will receive the cashback on 20th march 2017".

        But today they are denying to me.
        This is the fraud behavior from your side.
        Your customer care executive tell lies to customer.
        Worst experience from AMAZON, will never believe on your **** services.

          In 12th march I was placed the order HP V210W 32GB USB 2.0 Pen Drive (Order #[protected] and next return this product without opened. Friday I was call in customer care talk with may be Aurn and he said that your refund initiated in your amazon account. Today I was called to customer care talk with Vinay praksh something person not give clear his name and he said refund not initiated and he call hold on 10minutes with inform and after I call other landline number and I said other customer care to please inform one of the our team member called hold on last 10 minutes. 2nd Order no : Order #[protected] and he said thay this product not delivered on your address and I said this product received in my address and I was return this product at my home. Last 10 days to I was talk with customer care in 4 times and every time person say your refund in your account process in next 2 days still I can't receive money in my account.

          I am very disappointed today just because I said to customer care person he is not transfer to call higher authority and he call hold 10 minutes before he said (MEIN AAPKA CALL 2 MINUTES KE LIYE HOLD PER RAKHU) may be something this type and Order #[protected] about this order he said order not received on your address and he cant under stand. I said this person to 5 times I was receive and the I was replace this product. He not saying clear his name.

            My son place order Xiaomi Redmi 3S Prime(Gold, 32GB) on Amazon on 17 march 2017 #[protected] and #[protected]

            The payment of both item successful via HDFC credit card.
            Amazon send mail for decline payment by bank and request us to revise payment. So again payment done by same credit card for same order.
            Now HDFC credit Card statement showing both transaction.
            Amazon is not giving any reference no which shows HDFC credit card decline the payment.

              To whom it may concern, i am a business owner of pizza outlet. I had placed an order for 3 items that supposed to arrive by march 14th of 2017. I still have not received my items and i had a chat online on Amazon site and the person had no cule how to resolve my issue. She told me that the order was damaged in shipment. So this is not my issue, Amazon such a big name should follow up when such incidents occur. i am sorry to say but i have been using Amazon for a long time when i was abroad. But in india they have know clue how to resolve issues and take care of customer relations. You guys are ruining AMAZON name. When something goes wrong with customers order you guys should follow up and inform your customers. This is absolutely unprofessional . Very disappointed in your service. Probably wont be doing Business with AMAZON.in ever again...

                as per your side product and acceries warranty 6 month so i request you please do the needful.

                  Order date- 14th feb 2017, Initially I am informed that I will receive the order on estimated date (25th Feb 2017), however I have not yet received the Order.

                  I have escalated this issue to Amazon, however I have received a response that they have sent the product to seller and the delay is from seller side even though i requested them to contact the seller as im not provided the seller details, I am not getting either my ordered product or a response. Please do the needful. I have paid the full amount of the product by loan for which i have paid interest 14%.

                    I had purchased mobile phone Moto G4 PLUS (16GB) Order#[protected] from Amazon India and fully paid via Amazon Pay balance during the offer period which is (February 08, 2017 – February 10, 2017) and before purchasing mobile amazon confirmed me offer via mail and after 3 they days also i enquire about my cashback amazon promises me that i will get March 15 2017 via mail.

                    With multiple mail profs i complained from march 16 to 21 but Amazon customer representatives are denying that there was no offer on that day. So i contacted them through email to [protected]@amazon.in still no response from them.Then also i had verbal communication with them for at least 2-3 times

                    I have added Offer Terms and Conditions this another prof that cashback offer was there on that day.

                        The product is of very poor quality and Morphy Richards attend to the complaint regularly however new problem crops up. I checked with other customers they too felt the Morphy Richard Mixer from Bajaj is of a bad quality. I suggest that you stop selling these items as it will tarnish your image.The mixy makes noise so much and probably the motor rotor rubs to the walls of the sides. earlier I find it difficult to pull out the jars with material on churning. They resolved it however now I am having problem of noise. I hope you stop selling such bad items through web may lead to loose customers in future.

                            I placed an order in Dec first week with Amazon for windows10 installation dvd and the seller name is Deepaksale.I Made payment through my debit card.I got a mail from Amazon that my order is cancelled.The order no is[protected].When I asked why it was cancelled, the seller said, it was cash on delivery basis.There was a call telling me that the dvd can be delivered in 48 hrs, if I accept cash on delivery basis. I accepted and it was delivered and I paid the amount through my card.I was unable to install and when I contacted the seller through Amazon, he asked me how I installed and after I explained him the problem through mail he promised to send me the replacement in a couple of days.When I kept on asking, he said he has sent it, then he said wait for sometime and suddenly he stopped responding.When I complained Amazon regarding this, they promise me to get it sorted out, at the same time they say that the seller has sent it without their knowledge, but still they will look into it.I received the item in Amazon cover, I am attaching the photographs.Now either they should give me replacement or refund.The dvd cover has the name Microsoft misspelt.Is Amazon dealing with fake products.

                              I am madhusudan suna from sambalpur of odisha state on 12th of march i placed an order from amazon and the estimated delivery date was 18th march the delivery boy was contacted me on 20th of march i was not available so on 20th o contacted back to the delivery boy for the delivery of my product i gave him my preferred time for delivery 3pm, so delivery boy told me he won`t deliver my product at my preferred time as because he has only few parcel left for delivery and he will finish his work till 1st half of the day and also miss behaved me and he also said to me i[censored] have to complaint then u can complaint on amazon tough the amazon logistic is giving service till 8pm yet this kind of response is not really expected from this organisation and tough it was not 3rd party courier service yet they are not giving time and place utility to customer its a question of amazon logistic service what kind of cheap service you are giving .
                              I say its totally disappointed i am not going to recommend to anyone to go for amazon

                                I have been cheated many times by Amazon.

                                1) I have ordered "Lenovo Vibe K5 (ORDER #[protected]" on January 7th 2017 which has not delivered on time and updated as "Delay delivery on customer request" even I followed up with them for which I heard all lies from them, then got delayed for 4 more days where I lost my patience and cancelled the product.

                                2) Ordered "J&J baby milk bath (ORDER #[protected]" on March 1st 2017, I got the product with original container filled with duplicate inside it. (Instead of baby wash, I have seen normal adult hand wash).

                                3) Ordered "Samsung EVO class 10 micro sdhc Memory Card (ORDER #[protected]" on March 3rd 2017, I got the package looks perfect but the product is duplicate which I came to know when I try to start using the product. And one more thing here, I already been used (Proof: I have some music, pics & videos with older dates[protected] date as I remember))

                                4) Ordered "Lenovo K6 Note 4GB Ram Gold (ORDER #[protected]" on 18th March 2017, with one day delivery Guarantee paid 150/- which has not delivered. When I tried to reach agent, he said he will deliver the product by end of the day. But, when I called him again, he has not responded. I reached to customer care and even for them also he has not responded and suddenly product got updated as "Delay delivery on customer request". Don't get shocked by reading the same sentence again as above because this is what happened.

                                As this has happened multiple times, I lost my patience and got anger which is why I am posting my complaint here. I think this will take as a big mistake and expecting action against them.

He agree that first time installation is free, secondly find attached scree shot of your Installation & Demo details.. click here you have written refer table below for charges applicable ( if any) clearly mention that fully automatic washing machine standard installation & Demo- Free of cost..So why i have to pay the charge..

                                    You have mention that above email If you check on the product page it is clearly mentioned that 'For requesting an installation/demo for this product once delivered, please call LG support directly on[protected] and provide the product's model name. Installation charges may be levied by LG. Customers are requested to confirm directly with LG while requesting for a demo/installation ' My Question is why you mention charges may be??

                                    I am very first-raid with amazon & LG also..when i have visit in dealer & showroom every dealer says me dont purchase with online..online platform send a damage & faulty peace as well as online platform not support the customer..He all say True.its my big mistake i trust with amazon ( Apni Dukan) & purchase the product..but when i receive product i check that washing machine in front side slightly damage & patch up work..means every delaer said true..& not customer support for installation..

                                    I think which product require installation if amazon not ready to support customer after your writing standard charges for installation..amazon dont sell this type of product..
                                    I think amazon is only DALAL..he is only intrest from commision from customer & seller.
                                    I am a common man i have save a single rupee then i purchase.

                                    its amazon duty if he sell the product in his platform he will contact the company which ever brand purchase after confirmation of delivery..& he send the person after coordination with company..why customer suffer & make so many phone calls to amazon & lg..

                                    In your mail you have written the warranty may get voided if you get the product installed by the local technician. thats mean you have force to customer to pay the charges..its very wrong & rediclous..

                                    In above purchase i have save only 1000 amount from dealer..Dealer also ready to given in 14700..in only 1000 saving you have told me that you have to pay installation charge 550 & pick a damage piece..& so many first-ration. free...if i buy from dealer i received same day product with zero damage with free installation with warranty..its my Big mistake
                                    Further i swear that i do not by any item of this type with amazon as well as not recommendation to any people.

                                    I forward my big mistake to all the people as well as every social media..so further no any one make a fool..By amazon..

                                    I think amazon is not apni Dukan its make a people make a fool surely dukan..

                                        Amazon is a trickster. after choosing an item specifying cod- cash on delivery, we are told by amazon" this item is unavailable for cash on delivery."
                                        what is this?
                                        after going through the entire tedious procedure- verification on phone, filling in address name and other details, we are told that what we ordered is unavailable on cod although we chose that particular item only because it had cash on delivery option!
                                        why trick shoppers?
                                        the juggernaut Amazon is just another rouge company after all.
                                        want to alert potential buyers about this rogue.
