They are not providing any information about my order. Even I am unable to track my order. They are just giving lots of excuses and they failed to proof that they are saying truth, they finished the conversation from their side. They said that seller will reply within maximum of 8-72 hours but it's more than 96 hours and till now the seller didn't reply to me.
Amazon is providing totally pathetic service and harassing the customers.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
And I thought amazon.in is the best. Don't hesitate to fight for justice.

The Manager has taken this complaint against the courier services for not delivering the item to you on time and for providing the wrong tracking update and on the Leads and agent who has been rude to you.

        I have purchased mobile, cover and tempered glass from amazon on cod out of which mobile and cover are delivered. But in case of tempered glass which is expected to be delivered after 1 day is not delivered. Then on delivery day i have got message at 5pm that your order has been canceled at the time of delivery. Then i checked my account for that it was showing order canceled returning to the seller. I have not received a single call from delivery boy when i called him at 5:30 he told me that he will deliver package tomorrow morning.
        I don't know what happened but still package is not arrived.

Also I wrote the complaint emails but nobody replied to the same It is cheating to customer if the dispute would not settled in legitimate time limit the dispute would be taken to the court for redressal

            So I ordered Adidas shoes and received a fake Adidas shoes which I instantly raised complaint for a refund. I was told to update my bank details which I did and confirmed 100000 times with your customer care if my money will be refunded to my bank account and to which your CSR said yes it will be refunded to my bank. Today I checked my Amazon and I see they have initiated the refund as GIFT CARD. This is completely unacceptable. You need to refund the money on my bank any way possible. Don't commit if you can't do it. STOP LOOTING CUSTOMERS. What the hell will I do with Amazon pay balance if you sell all the fake products.               I have booked a product from Amazon India.i have sent one of my product with order number[protected] with price of ₹4049. From cart2india seller of Amazon. The product is no use for me so requested to return.
              By mistake I have sent my product to a seller named magicdeal and address is A-50, Khasra No. 614-615, Situated in the Revenue Estate of Rangpuri, A-Block, Rangpuri Extn, New Delhi- 110037. By India post with tracking number EN[protected]IN on 20/01/2017. I have told my mistake of returning to Amazon. And Amazon clearly instructed Magicdeal no to accept the product so it comes back to my address. But Magicdeal recieved the product. After many discussions with Amazon my problem is not solved.

              seller magicdeal and address is A-50, Khasra No. 614-615, Situated in the Revenue Estate of Rangpuri, A-Block, Rangpuri Extn, New Delhi- 110037 is fraud. recently i ordered a wireless mouse through paytm. the same seller had sent a dummy piece. because of this type of seller people losing trust in online shopping. company like amazon, paytm, flifkart should take it seriously and kick out such seller from market.
              Never order anything online which exceed more than 500 bucks. Always try to pay by COD. Do not make the payment by credit card, debit card or by net banking. Because there has been situation that people have ordered product worth 5000 and 10000 bucks which may have stolen or misplaced. Keep track of all those the items purchased by you. Because these days there are lots fraudsters online and they are always looking for opportunities to cheat people. When you any item from Amazon, Flipkart or any other e-commerce portal, make sure that the price is minimal. You can buy mobile phones, cameras and other computer peripherals from your city itself. Be careful when you buy something from online...

                Hello Team, It has been 2 weeks that I have been continuously following up with AMAZON team to have the issue resolved. The issue was I delivered the defective product and from the first day itself I have been continuously following up to have the phone picked up from my home but they were least bothered to have it done. Even the person who was supposed to pick the product said that the house was locked, from the morning itself I was calling him and he committed he will come and pick the product and then at the end of the day he said that the door was locked. This is really annoying. After all the efforts I had the product picked from my home, Now I have been following up with the team to have the product delivered. It has became my duty to connect AMAZON daily. On Monday, I had a word with one of the executive to have it delivered. He committed(One more of those False commitment) that the product is in TRANSIT and will reach Bangalore by tomorrow and new product will delivered in 5 business days. Now today(On 3RD Business day) when I called, the executive - SHWETA told me that the product is still in TRANSIT and I will get the product by March 14. She was so rude & hang up my call without solving the issue. I asked her to transfer my call to escalation/Grievance team, she said we don't have such team. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE I encountered. Also the person who was supposed to pick up the product, Aarush(Depando), the person who was supposed to pick up the product from my home, when I called him he was rude too. Again and again I was trying to get in touch with the customer service to provide me the information about the escalation/grievance dept. where I can lodge a complaint, but no one helped me.
                Then I found this webpage to login a complaint, not sure whether you would be assist me.

                        I have order a mobile handset from amazon.com. Which i really received on time but the delivery man swiped my card twice by mistakely. As a result twice the amount had been got deducted from my account. After that when we asked for the revert of the money, we are just getting the inconvenient replies from the concerned firm.                           I ordered 2 t shirts before hand to give to my friend i ordered it on 24 Feb, 2017.It said it will deliver on 6, i was excited to receive it, but amazon could not fulfill my excitement.they did not ship the product i called the customer care they gave me rs.200 for one day delivery charges and now the t shirts are not available for one day delivery charges and now because of AMAZON INDIA.i have nothing good to give to my friend.

                            I have ordered for Singer Fonta Instant Water heater 3. Order Id is[protected] for Rs.2281.43 and also paid Rs.499/- for Amazon Prime membership .                               I was order one lunch box for my little son on date 21 jan 2017, they are delivered me defective pic, after complaint they are again delivered me product, but then product was very low or cheap quality road side product, now every day i requested kindly take back your product or refund my money .they every day schedule pickup but nobody come for pickup .if amazon is brand this is not authority to make fraud with customer in india . kindly help out or take back product or refund my money back,

                              No messages or phone calls being sent to customers. They expect us to sontact them and for us to go and collect orders at offices which are far away.
                              I was not contacted for the order and lies are told about me not picking up the phone. Very poor customer service!

                                This is about 5th time i am complaining but these selfish people never respond or give my money back.I wont stop till i get my money back and place my complaint on social media continously.
                                my complaint is that one reason why we prefer online purchasing is so that time is saved by online transactions and we do not have to go to bank(taking time out of busy schedule) for transactions.
                                If amazon can withdraw money in seconds for online purchasing then why not same while giving our money back during failed parcel delivery.
                                my money is pending(to be given back by amazon) since january as i cant go to bank due to busy schedule as i am free in evening only.simply pathetic and irresponsible behaviour.
                                And to add to it now another Product that i had bought last week of rs 7000 has also failed to be delivered as it has been damaged.
                                now i have to again beg for my money.

                                Its really irresponsible and carelessnes and also selfish from amazon.
                                If you cut money within seconds then you should send money back within seconds.
                                Its your failure for which we have to suffer.
                                this is my last transaction with amazon.

                                  The product order No.[protected] ordered from Shillong on the 2nd Feb 2017, shipped on 6th Feb 2017 and supposed to be delivered on 6th March 2017 has not been delivered to me.The seller did not provide tracking ID so that customers won't be able to track the shipment.It is surprising since all sellers provide tracking ID for convenience of their customers . Please update the status of my shipment at the earliest.

                                    I have ordered the Product 01st feb with amazon
                                    they are unable to deliver the product .so i have asked for refund on 22 feb
                                    so they initiated the refund on 27th feb
                                    and the RRN Number is 74332747060705926796807
                                    They told me that the refund has been processed successfully on 01 st march 2017.
                                    but until today the amount is not credited in my bank statement.
                                    when i asked amazon about this issue they told me to contact the bank branch and file charge dispute.
                                    when i meet the bank to file charge dispute they are telling that there is no option like that and so they asked to contact amazon itself.

                                    amazon india is telling the same repetitive answer of contacting the bank side and they are telling there is nothing to do from their side

                                    kindly ask the amazon to refund the money. or else i will move on towards consumer court and file the case against amazon india. This is my third consumer case after the previous two successful cases

                                      I am writing this complaint after more than 1.5 month of followup on emails for not receiving the promised cashback by 17th Jan 2017 for Order #[protected] from Amazon india.

                                      I had provided all detail thrice to Amazon during last month and many mails written but no cashback yet.

                                      In the latest update Amazon customer executive said that i am not eligible for cashback because "their" system shows transaction was done through "netbanking" and not by any "card".

                                      I am here adding the snap of transaction detail for you to judge how correct Amazon's analysis is.
                                      ( You can see the card number mentioned (masked) in the bank statement snap which Amazon can't and didnt even bother to check with Citibank).

                                      My further query/suggestion to Amazon was to share what response they got from Citibank on mode of this transaction ( if they ever tried to ask?) Or they should check now? But Amazon rudely replied "they have done what they could do best"!!!

                                      Never expected this sort of response from reputed firm like Amazon.

                                      Just to add more proof that its a CARD transaction and not NETBANKING i am attaching a mail from Citibank itself which was sent on the day of transaction which says in BOLD that this is a DEBIT CARD TRANSACTION.(not netbanking)...what else proof is needed to Amazon!!!
                                      Even if they doubt this Amazon is free to verify it from Citibank itself

                                        I have paid for three memory cards worth Rs.34000 and on their website it kept showing despatched and the products never got delivered to me. Also I wrote the complaint emails but nobody replied to the same. Two days back I even chatted on their online helpline but even their employee said that they can't help. But I expect at least money to be refunded if they are unable to reach my products to me.
