    Sir, i have purchased 2 PC of Bluebells India 6 in 1 Peston Insect & Pest Killer cum Electric Health Care System from Amazon.in.
    They sent me 2 Pcs from which 1pc is working fine and other is not working cum defective one.. i have requested amazon for pick up or refund my money for 1pc defective item, but they are not picking up the defective product and they are asking me to do the courier in my cost.. Sir, Is it my fault ?? If they don't check the item before dispatched?? is it ok for amazon that i should pay for product + Shipping Charges Ones, and then after they send me defective product i have to again pay for courier charges ?? means i should pay product amount + Shipping charges 2 times?? Sir Amazon is not giving proper service to their customer.. its to costly for someone to give product charges and 2 times shipping charges..please Amazon i request u please pick up ur difective product from my address..Thanks

      I ordered 2 mobile hand(Xiomi Redmi 3S) sets on different timing on 23.02.2017 and on 25.02.2017, I cancelled 1 hand set, but as confirmed by Customer care of Amazon, both of the article were coming in single packet and now after cancellation of 1 item both were rejected. I want to submit here that When I ordered the items on different timing why they were packed in single package and if it was returned then why not any person of Amazon or courier company didt not contacted me.
      As I have promised some one to give this mobile, now what face I would show him.
      Please look in to the matter and do the needful.

        Got defective item and worst part is that had to go to nearest post office to receive it.Didn't deliver it to home..worst experience..why do we need to buy online if we have to finally go to receive by ourself...going to uninstall amazon after this disaster experience.Want immediate return of the product..

          I am rajan bhatia..my registered mobile number with amazon is[protected].i ordered iphone 5s 16gb space grey on 20jan2017 with order id[protected].but it is not delivered to me still.amazon said they delivered this order on 26jan2017 to any X HD G.i called many times to amazon fron 26nov to still.firstly they said it is our mistake then they give me refund or replacement..but nothing is recieved.i call again and again.but on 1or2feb they put my account on hold and not give me any information regarding order.still i don't recieved refund or replacement.now they clearly said they could not give refund or replacement..

            Dear sir,

            i place order for ifb washing machine on amazon dt.30/01/2017 and i made payment by my amazon pay balance but some how my order was cancelled and i call on amazon call center and i

            get back refund on 01/02/2017

            again i order the same item on 01/02/2017 and again i made payment by my amazon pay balance and again my order was cancelled on 02/02/2017 and i got message due to

            payment method revise require your order was cancelled.

            from 02/02/2017 i m every day calling on your call center for my refund but till i m not getting my refund from last 1month i m continue following but every time amazon customer care representative telling me that you will get your refund with in 24 to 48 hours

            i want to place order for same item but how i can order if i m not getting my refund

            i also ask for my account statement do. 1/01/2017 to till date but they didn't provide me. I have some doubts about my balance

            pl. do need full in this matter and pl. feel free to call me any time or mail me

                I want to bring to your media notice that,
                On 24th Feb, I have ordered Oppo phone on Amazon. Order number[protected].
                Today on 28th Feb. I got the delivery where in my Aunt Ganga picked up the shipment in my absence. When i came back home and opened the phone box, I'm surprised to sea a stone in Oppo phone box. I have complained in Amazon customer care and waiting for refund.
                If possible, please highlight the issue. I've attached images for reference.

                  This is Regarding CELL KEEPER MOBILE CHARGING STAND WALL HOLDER HANGER L01...This order was placed 12 days back but despite of that it has not been delivered yet ... I called customer care twice ad everytime they are telling me to wait for another 24 hrs ... today an amazing thing happened one of the delivery boy called me and told me that your address is beyond delivery area .. I was surprised as since last couple of years I am getting delivery on the same address ... moreover that guy told me to collect it from a place which is 35km away from my address ... when I declined he told me to order from any other portal like flipkart, snapdeal ... I have already paid for this order ... Is this kind of services that we Indians are expecting from Amazon???

                      Hello Team,

                      this is in reference to Amazon order[protected], which i placed on 27th Feb'17. And under amazon prime service it was updated to me that product will get delivered by 28th Feb 2017 by 8:00pm.
                      but no once called me up or neither came to deliver the product.
                      Also i called amazon customer service 3 times in a span of 3 hours and everytime they told me, it will get delivered in next half an hour. and they kept me awake till11:00pm to wait for product to get delivered. and now its 1st march and no one bothered to deliver the Product.Even i had words with Ms Suprita(cutomer service Amazon, onfloor supervisor) but she was not able to share any update.
                      Kindly please raise a concern and file complaint against them as i was being harassed by Amazon till midnight and even then i was not been provided by product and money has already been paid for the product.

                        The prestige aluminium pressure cooker was bought on. 29/12/16.Today evening.while my wife cooking cholar dal. The pressure cooker burst and my wife was burnt and injured to a great extent. It may be noted here that the safety valve of the cooker was intact. Two whistle sound was heard. After that the cooker burst.I cannot believed that a pressure cooker bought from your site cud go wrong within two months of buying .

                          I have placed order of 4TB hard disk on[protected]. I got the product on[protected]. After that I returned the product on[protected] due to better price available on eBay.in. They picked up the product on[protected] from my address. But after 7 days when I didn't get the refund I called the customer care and they replied me that my refund will be processed when the product reached at our warehouse. So I waited two more days and called customer care they again informed me that your product is on the way and your refund will be available after it reach at our warehouse. He also informed me that my refund will be processed on or before[protected] as it take maximum 5-10 working days. On[protected] at 9:30 pm till I didn't get the refund information, I called customer care and informed the matter. He told me that the hard disk is used 1TB and so our technical team is checking the matter. I argued with him that what is your refund policy, does it not cover the product? And the call ended with to wait for some more time to get refund.

                          Please help me in this regard.

                            I have bought Hush Puppies sandals from Amazon India site. The product got damaged with holes and soles coming off after normal use. I have used the product only few times in the first weeks thinking the product would stay upto its mark and since i trussted the brand Hush puppies. After 30 days only i have strarted normal use and found the product is completely damaged one.
                            I have raised complaint with amazon. They told me to contact Hush pupies care who in turn asked me to contact Bata India. The bata accepted that the Product is damaged and they agreed for refund of money. But now the amazon have turned plate saying 30 days is up and cant do anything.
                            Where is the logic in that and how can a normal guy predict the product is going to get damaged. Its pure cheap service from Amazon.

                              I ordered for glass bottles and i received the glass bottle completely broken.The pieces were so small and sharp that it fell off the box and scattered everywhere
                              It is very dangerous and this happened because it was not packed properly.
                              There was some sort of bubble wraping but it was of no use, it was put there only for the sake of it

                              I even hurt my self trying to clean the glass pieces.

                              If amazon is selling such breakable items then they should make sure its wraped properly..

                                I have purchased this mobile and received on yesterday.there is return and refund available till 10/3/17.
                                Here in the specifications it is clearly specify that it supports 4g sim card in both slot and allow expandable memory card.its a hybrid sim as it was written in Amazon specification.but no where it is written that both sim doesnt support 4g network at a time.now they are not taking back and they say only replacement is available..but no return available.as per the advertisement it's very easy to return the product.infact they are not ready to take back and compelling us to keep this E-weast with me.

I also charge dispute to bank. but my bank does not track that refund number. and told me give him to proper NEFT number to resolve my case. but amazon does not give me proper transaction id:

                                    MOTO G4 PLUS was delivered on 17th Feb, 2017

                                    I started to use it a few days back and observed there was problem with sim slot issue, when i was charging some flickering was happening, heating issue.

                                    I call amazon service center tried to initiate a return/refund, but for mobile phones amazon asks to download the SmartChk app from the orders/returns page and test with it. I did that and the app. I always get the error - INVALID PIN.

                                    I have contacted amazon customer service executives multiple times in the past few days. Each time I'm told that I will be connected to their MOTO SPECIALIST TEAM. I'm put on hold for 10 - 15 mins each time, but never connected to the moto specialist team.

                                    Then I'm told that the MOTO SPECIALIST TEAM will call me back, but I NEVER GOT A CALL. (I now doubt if they even have a moto specialist team ?? )
                                    When I contacted amazon again to say that I did not receive a call, I'm again put on hold saying that I will be connected to the moto specialist team and the cycle of events continue.
                                    When I call the motorola customer service I'm given some options.I just want to replacement of the product that has issues or just get a refund.I feel amazon is intentionally delaying the process so that I will not be able to return the product by 27th Feb, 2017.

                                    Tired of the usual replies that I get from their customer service executives.
                                    I think we should case a file against amazon service for delaying the process that customers are facing.I think they are just fooling the customers.

Yesterday night i made one the biggest mistake of my life as i chose amazon over flipkart to purchase something. I ordered an i phone7 around 12 @ yesterday night. I was told it would be delivered by thursday. I was on cloud no. 9 as i told all of my friends and family members about it and than today noon i got a message that amazon has declined my payment and blocked my account. The biggest problem with indians is we fall for these mnc's first by setting high standard and when we know these mnc's are father of lowest standard we start to curse but its already too late. So i called customer service with real anger and found a guy piyush who helped me to become more angry. Right now i dont know what to say but these foreign companies are as same as east india company, they spend a lot on promo but the whole picture is always pathetic.

                                        I pad at amazon rs-3542rupees by my bob debit card. My card no-[protected] valid thru 10/21. At 21/10/2017 and date of the date of18/02/2017 return by amazon. And tranjection id[protected] but the payment of rs-3542 not credit in my accont ([protected]) till now. So i want to knowthe status of my payment reduted credit my payment as soon as possible.
