I want to highlight certain things.
I am a seller in amazon. And my brand registry has been approved and also i have applied for tm some days ago.

Here i am spending time to list my products, spend some money to advertise them, spend some money to boost my sale.

But when the product become popular some fake sellers are coming and selling my brand without my authorization.

While asking the seller support team, they are telling we cant prevent them as you dont have tm certificate with you. As everyone know tm certificate would take much time to reach, in that time any seller can sell your product.

That is insane. Ridiculous that you are supporting bad practice in amazon india.

I am here to say to each and every seller dont spend your hard earned money on product campaigning.

I am spreading this news so that every buyer comes to amazon can have a better understanding what is going on in amazon india. So he can be wise enough to choose products.

    #QUITAMAZON: WORST SERVICE That's the only thing I can say because I placed an order from AMAZON from my colleague's PRIME ACCOUNT but the order was already 1 day late from your mentioned date and today when the order was arrived then the courier boy was talking in a very rude way and he was like that I will not come upstairs for delivering your 1 order you have to come downstairs and collect your order, I have some personal issues of mine and then he said that I left and do what you want to do (I also have recording of the same with me).

    You call your self the Best Service Provider (JOKE OF THE ERA) then seriously take my suggestion and apply - RETHINK, REBUILD & REDESIGN your commitments and services.

    First improve your courier services and choose your partners wisely at least they should know how to communicate with the customers.

    And from today on wards I will never ordered from AMAZON (THE BEST SERVICE PROVIDER) anymore and also spread the same in my community and groups.

      Subject: Charge dispute "Refund never processed"

      Dear sir

      A refund of 8872 rupees was successfully processed on 8 March 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

      I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

      I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

      kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

        I had ordered a mobile on 10th March and it was to be delivered on 15th march but it didn't delivered and the delivery boy didm't contact me too and the amazon demands for an additional address and i gave it and they tell the product will deliver within 48 hours but today i get the message out for delivery reaching today and since now thw product has not been delivered.On both days the message i got from amazon it contains the number of the delivery man and on both days i call that man and he refuse and said that he is not having my package.I got wrong numbers from amazon and they are not contacting me and my package has not been delivered.

          My order no. is[protected], dated 04-Feb-2017. I requested for a return of the product and the return pick-up was on 11-Feb-2017. I have got confirmation of the order placed and confirmation of the return pick-up too and it shows refund has been initiated on 11 Feb 2017, however, I am yet to receive the refund of Rs. 1249. I contacted customer care via Facebook on 07 March and they sent links to me to share my contact details on and promised me that Amazon would get in touch with me to solve this issue, but I haven't heard from Amazon until now (16 March). My refund has not been processed yet. I sent an email to [protected]@amazon.in and the email was not delivered. I am shocked to see a company such as Amazon indulging in such fraudulent behavior and I will go to consumer court, if I don't get my refund by 31st March.

            On 12th march 2017, 10:00 pm,

            I have placed two orders at amazon from two different seller.
            1. Luminous inverlast tubular battery (Sold by wagon power solutions private limited)
            2. Luminous zelio 1100 home inverter (Sold by deepti batteries)

            The orders were placed and amount (Rs. 4400 + rs. 11000) was deducted from my account. I received the order confirmation message as attached in the screenshot below.

            On 16th march, i logged into my amazon account to check the status of my order. I was troubled to find one order details was missing this time and nowhere to be seen. (The order for battery, sold by wagon power solutions limited)

            I called up amazon customer care, and found that the order for battery has been cancelled automatically, as the item went out off stock and the seller is unable to ship the item.

            I asked them two questions;

            A. Why don't you reflect the same on amazon app, and refund my money soon (As paytm would do) so that customers are clear and can take the next step accordingly. My money is not been refunded yet, and i am been asked to wait for another 48 hours to get the refund. (So if i didn't make this call, would this seller run away with my money? And would amazon just sit idle?)

            B. If item is unavailable with this seller, then why should it be advertised on amazon for people to place order. And why don't amazon take any responsibility for this, rather than just blaming the seller? If the seller did not display the item as available, then i would have placed my order to another seller.

            Now tell me, what should i do with the home inverter without a battery?

            As customers, we trust amazon. Not the seller!!
            But if amazon is unable to take any accountability or remedial measures for these kind of issues, how can we keep our trust on this huge online shop.

            This is totally unacceptable & i urge other customer to be careful when you do your shopping at amazon, which was once a trusted shopper.
            I feel i am been ripped off by a seller at amazon, with the complete support from amazon.

            (Why should I buy from a different seller for a higher cost when I was been misinformed via Amazon itself. If the correct information was given at that time, I would have bought from a different site (paytm) which had the product for just Rs.500 extra, which went out of stock today)

            3. Amazon misled me into placing order and loosing my money with a wrong seller and that cost me loos another opportunity with another online site like Paytm.

            4. Let me see how quick and ethically you resolve this matter & decide as per that if I should take this post to all other online social media and stuff. (This is my grievance not a threat - Have the decency to understand that please)

              I ordered a projector on dated 23 February 2017 and which was delivered on 27.
              The projector had not clear image and low brightness so I submitted the request for return on 9th march.
              despite 10th march was the date of collect the item they did not collect yet

              I am very disappointed from amazon and there is not any help or customer care number available for register the complaint against the seller of amazaon

                I am amazed to see that Amazon India is not coming to such a low level that to keep promise of delivering its products on time, they have started forging deliveries. My order was delivered to me without me accepting the parcel and when I contacted the customer service they told me that someone by the name of Vikrant Roy accepted the parcel but I never received it. When I contacted the delivery boy, he told me that it was made delivered in the system by Amazon only as it is the process of all prepaid parcels which means that Amazon is making the deliveries without doing the actual deliveries. This is a clear case of forgery because someone forged my signature to mark the parcel as delivered. I would like to place a formal complaint against Amazon for this. Kindly help

                  Amazon.in sent me 2 iphone charging cables jabox. I was promised 6 months warranty
                  That nothing would happen to the cables, i didn't physically damage the cable
                  (Nothing has happened to the cable by me) it just worked for 5 weeks and and suddenly stopped working so happened with the second cable as well.

                  So, now i would like to use my 6 months warranty charge. I want these cables to be replaced in less than a week as 6 months are not over yet.

                  Please do replace these 2 cables.

                    Delivered refrigerator 5 days back. No one so far visited to install the refrigerator. When contacted yesterday Amazon customer service told me to call back within few minutes so far no reply. Lg people provided one mobile no but the technician not lifting phone. Both Amazon and Lg centre services are poor. If this continues people will not go for online shopping.

                      Sir,

                      I am colonel mahendra pratap choudhary and reside at m-416, 13th floor, tarapore towers, andheri link road, oshiwara, andheri (W), mumbai-53. My telephone no is [protected].

                      On the 7/9th of november (Please pardon me for not having been able to recall the exact date but it is on the same day as the above quoted order), along with the above order, i had also placed order for dumbbells and four additional weight rolls of one kg each. I have already paid through my credit card for all the items details of which can be provided as and when ai receive my statement of account for the month by the 30 march. I was promised that the delivery for other is likely to take place up to 27 of the month.

                      Before i could save the mails and orders my pc crashed and have lost all data. Now when the pc has been repaired i find that under my orders none other orders are shown for which i have already paid. Two of these are (A) dumbells 10 kg and two pairs of additional weights (Rollers) of one kg each. It is likely that another order also may also could have been placed which i do not remember. This because of the bullet injuries sustained in an anti terrorist operation blue star where i saved the president of india in the golden temple in 1984. One bullet had hit me on the head and my shoulder is destroyed completely by another three bullets. Due to weakness of hands i have been adviced exs at home as i cant go out to gym hence this orders.

                        Mr. Harsha has listen to all the communication that has happens to to customer service, above is the finding from him similar findings have been communicated to me by me selvin to my astonishment it is the same department who has disconnected the call on face last time ie mr selvin am i in right communication channel

                        Further this event has came to me in second instance for first there are 6 apology emails sent and every time the feed back mechanism was told to me, annoying to say that there is just feed back explanation witch do not come in practical at all that fact still remain that my case is closed without resolving it with me.

                        Annoyed with the repeated blunders and the experience with amazon. That is what i need to get it to your attention but some how it is not reaching you in transparency.

                        O the case with the power bank is closed deliberately for the sake of closing case without understanding human human value.

                          I had ordered for a mobile phone. After ordering the same i updated my delivery address on the very next day. I have made some calls also to your customer care for the updation of my new address and they confirm me that the same has been changed. I have called you on 11th march, 14th march and 15th march for the same. But today when my order get undelivered from the old address then i came to know that my address still not changed and only communication of 11th march is updated in your system and there is no details of call which i made on 14th and 15th march. This was very urgent for me as i was having some commitments to someone. Please also tell me who will compensate me for this.

                            When amazon had initiated a refund for order number[protected] on 9th march 2017, it was said that by max 14th march 2017 i would get the refund in my account. And when i contacted them on the evening of 14th march asking why is it delayed, likitha amazon executive said (3-5 business days) will happen only on 15th march and asked me to wait another 24 hours. Now when i contacted them again, harish amazon executive said 5 business days will be completed on 16th march and he is asking me to wait another 24 hours, i mean what the hell, seriously there are heights of giving reasons. I want my refund now.

                              I have purchase the mobile moto g, 4th gen (Black, 32gb) on cashback 15% on sbi debit card & deliverd on dt. 4 nov. 2016. I have compalint 5 times but amount 15% not credit in my acount upto till date 14 march 2017. So i request as per amozon telephonic conservation with mis lakshmi & vikas senior person of amozon. I have send also attached statement of tranzasation of sbi acount but till date not received amount of cashback offer and today telephonic convrsation tell me u have not eligible for cashback offer so aftre 6 month sufferd problem from amozon so please advise me properly beacuse amozon not considerd my complaint.

                                Hi i m facing problem regarding my cash back against my order on Amazon i fell cheated they mislead me on 26oct2016 they assured me with an email that i m eligible for cash back & after 4 months they r saying that i m not eligible against tearms & conditions every time when i have contacted customer service they assured me that ill get my cash back of 15% of my purchases Amount will be transferred to my sbi bank account on 31jan2017 but on 8feb2017 they said i m not eligible for any cashback i have long argument regarding this issue & on14feb2017 one of there seniors assured me that if i have a written email assuring me for cashback so i will receive cashback within 3 to 5 business days but i didn't get any money 0n 18feb2017 i again call to cc Amazon 1st they said i m not eligible after argument of 1 hr they said ok we will provide the cashback wait for 6 working days till 28feb17 but when i Amazon cc on 28feb17 they said the same thing that u eill not receive any cashback ur bot eligible under t&c i m feeling cheated & mentally harassed could you please help me

                                  Saw a product on amazon, confirmed amazon customer care if vendor "piloda" is authentic. Ordered product. Product malfunctioned since 1st month of 3 month warrenty .Paid extra for delivery and again for return. Bendor smartly took case till 2 months more. Layer agreed to refund and amazon closed the claim and my refund is nowhere to be found!!
                                  Amazon keep sending mail that payment processed but thers no credit in my account or anywhere. Even the vendor has fooled me nicely and amazon just watched it happening. Vendor is fooling customers by smartly misusing amazon policies.

                                  I dont just want the refund but the price for mental harrasment by the vendor and amazon.

                                  Amazon thinks customers in india arent king but fools. I wont let that happen!!
                                  Call me on [protected] if needed to discuss the case. I am ready to go extra mileS !!

                                  I am s.k.kiran, from kompally branch, i am not getting petrol allowence from last three months and anyway i resign job.in the month of febuary my salary settlement salary didnt get, please do me needfull, take nessasary action

                                    I paid extra amount to get the cell phone delivered by Tuesday 3rd March 2017. Got an sms at 04:07 pm that it was delivered. Amazon has updated as follows, 'Package was handed directly to customer Signed by Dhiraj Kunder'. (Package was handed directly to customer The delivery receipt was signed by Dhiraj Kunder). Came home to find that it was not delivered.(I never received the product nor did I sign for it!!!). Called the courier guy, he said that he did not come at all to deliver. He assured me that since I have paid the extra amount to get it delivered today he or his employee will come within one hour to deliver it. He did not turn up till 11:30 pm. Called him again but he did not pick up my phone.
                                    Called Amazon customer service who showed me how bad a customer service representative could be. Inspite of telling him that my parents were at home the whole day he told me that since nobody was at home it was not delivered!!! I reminded him of the delivery status on Amazon;s website. He placed the call on hold and told me it may have been given to my neighbour or the building watchman!!! (without my permission). Again reminded him of the refused to call the supervisor because 'the manager could not come to his desk because this desk was assigned to him'...sic...
                                    Told him to transfer my call to the floor manager. A guy who 'specialises' in escalation calls spoke to me. He turned out to be the same as the executive. Asked for the manager. He refused to transfer the call. Asked him why can't the manager come to his desk and take the call. He replied' Since this desk is assigned to me...!!!' I didn't know whether to laugh out loudly or cry in sheer agony.
                                    One of the most pathetic customer service experience till date.till date. These people (delivery guys / customer service) spoil the name of Amazon.

                                      I have tried to contact amazon.in since 3 months. Basically, i have paid item based on cash on delivery. I have received the all item. So i given full amount for items. I have checked that item description and quality does not match. So i have returned 2 item but when i requested for refund they start delaying my email response and not trying to contact me. I have requested r4044.

                                      They are saying that send them snapshot of delivered item after 3 months, and they are saying that item is not delivered so they cant refund.

                                      I have returned the item to vapi amazon distribution center. The guy picked two item.

                                      When i try to call delivery man, someone else picked my call from punjab.

                                      I think something fishy going on. I would like to police to investigate this matter. I think cash on delivery is way to obtaining money without tracking.

                                        I contacted amazon customer and the resolution team regarding the cashback. The payment for the said transactionwas done by credit card . The amazon team replied with a very funny answer statting that the money being credited to the debit, and are asking me to contact the bank. They are unable to provide any transaction reference details. Kindly let me know how do I raise the issue further.
