I purchased one pulse 3t from amazon on 28th Jan. my delivery date was 31st January but product was not delivered and return without any information and reason.so i called and ask for the reason they said it is tecnical issue your product will delivered you in 2-3 days after i not get phone after 2-3 day i again called and they said we reorder your product from here you will get phone urgently but no result and even i dint get any massage about my phone where it is.at last i canceled it but now there is issue in refund please help me in getting my refund or phone.

    On October I have ordered a analog fastack watch fro this amazon till now you didnt refund .If you didnt refund the money I will go to consumer court. I will publish to every you should not buy anything from this amazon.10 or 20 times I asked but they didnt answer correctly. Oneday they said that they have refunded. I asked to bank and they asked the UTR number.Then I contact Amazon and asked the UTR number. They said they won't give that number.Then How can the bank asked me the UTR number.One second I am saying refund the money or else we can meet in court.

      HI Team,

      This is very frustrating as a customer that every-time you place the order it is cancelled by the seller due to some pathetic reasons like ( Order 2 below ) . More importantly Money is deducted and after 1 week you came to know it is cancelled.

      Its been 3-4 week I am unable to get the card just because I TRUST AMAZON and Now, I AM NOT Going to order anything from this site and will help my colleagues too to avoid it.

      If you really think what your sellers do or care about the customer then please check below orders for proof.

        On 22nd feb 2017 i was doodling through Prime feature of Amazon.
        but accidentally my 1 USD was deducted without my consent.
        as promised by Amazon, Saved Credit/Debit cards are secure, but i don't think so after this incident.
        as claimed my amazon, credit card's CVV no are not saved by Amazon then how
        my money was deducted and moreover i did not got any OTP on my mobile to confirm as well.
        I urge all the customer not to save their cards on Amazon provided server as it is totally unsecure.

        i want explanation from Amazon's concerned team regarding this issue.

          Here are the details of the order placed:

          Brand ordered: trylo
          Seller: mylenceria.com
          Order date: 3-feb-17

          Against my order (details mentioned above), i received the delivery on time. but to my surprise, when i opened the packet, the cover was of brand trylo but the product inside was of james.

          After placing the return request, the courier guy refused to take the return saying that the product is not of trylo.

          I raised the issue with amazon customer care, and the second time product got picked up.

          But after 2-3 days, i receive a mail from the amazon seller, that i have cheated on them and they have sent me trylo brand only. i even got a call from one of the seller representative and she accused me of the same and also used derogatory language.

          I have been shopping online with amazon for many years now and have bought items of much higher value than this product, so i want understand from amazon if they even check their customer profile before allowing their sellers to accuse their customers.

          More than my full refund, i would want to see how amazon deals with such sellers.

              Amazon customer care harasses the customer in the name of identity verification. I had placed an order (No.[protected] and it was supposed to be delivered on 24.02.2017 (Tomorrow). Till yesterday the tracking showed the update of 20.02.2017. On my complaint they gave some more information (I. E. Incomplete) yesterday evening. Today morning while on my way to work i got the message that the order will be arriving today itself (One day in advance)!! Fine!! I was given the number of the delivery boy too but that fellow didn't bother either to pick up the phone or calling back!! I called him at least 10-15 times, sent sms but still no response. I needed to contact him urgently because the delivery address was my home address and coordination was required so that he doesn't find a locked door. For that i called up the customer care but the lady on the other side behaved not in a proper way and kept on asking so many details in the name of identity verification which prompted me to ask her to put the phone down. I needed to contact the delivery boy urgently so that my package is delivered without any hassles. And they never share the local phone numbers anywhere so that they could be requested to contact and ask the delivery boys to contact me.
              My suggestion is that they must give the contact phone numbers of their transportation services local office and the delivery boys must contact the customer in the morning itself on the day of delivery.
              Also they must be instructed to respond to the calls made to them.

                I ordered 2 itmes which i was supposed to receive on 22nd feb but the courier person wrongly updated that i am not contactable. The customer executive dept told me that somebody will definitely call me. I also then requested them to send the same on 23rd feb before 11 am. Neither i received any call from them nor tue delivery.

                Since this was a non refundable item they are taking me for a ride. This is the pathetic state of amazon service. Their own courier dept is not paying any head to their request.

                  Sir/madam I did a purchase of advanced organic chemistry part A on 22/02/2017 worth of 2162.00 rupees Order #[protected] through my sbi debit card.
                  For which the site showed that the payment has been declined but the money still gets deducted.
                  Kindly refund my money as soon as possible so I can redo my purchase. What sort of mess is happening here you people are saying that the complaint appears to be short. I have given all the detail are I might not suppose to write a Ramayana here.

                    I am Johson & Johnson Employee we are big Client of Amazon.

                    my Gift Card ID No [protected] was showing a balance of INR 3157 with an expiry as 23rd feb 2017 . i have logged in at apporx 10.30 pm for online shopping and when i went to make payment entire amount became Zero shocking for me still 23rd feb is not over and the card expired. this is very bad experience. kindly re-credit my account with INR 3157 .

                      I am Amit Sharma i lives in Begumpur Delhi . i had purchased a Samsung 40j5100 led tv at a price of 30090 . Two method of payment 9400 direct hdfc credit card and 20690 rs amazon pay balance payment method on dated 17 feb 2017. But my order automatic cancel toward end of seller. Then 9400 rs refund my credit card end but other balance amount of 20690 rupees show amazon pay balance which amount not refund my bank acount And for this concern i talked to customer care executive contact no.[protected] on 18/02/2017 at around 1p.m they told me your amount 20690 rs refund your bank ac after some days but amount not refund then iam again call your customer care on date 22 feb 2017 they told that your amount not refund do anything for you and when i tell them to transfer my call to their head they refuse my this request and amazon cheat with me.. iam go to consumer court or police complaint agaist amazon regarding block my money 20690 rs in amazon pay . And not refund my bank account or credit card... please refund my money my bank ac ..

                        The have deducted 10.9$ amount from my account without my knowledge for prime membership.Even my mobile number has also blocked from there.Only l can only send the mail but no proper response is coming .He is saying no any amount has deducted from my account.I have given many proof but not one is enough for him.Amazon.in is accepting that amount has deducted will have to contact with Amazon.com but Amazon.com no way...

                          Amazon India delivered a wrong size product completely different from what was shown in the website. Return request submitted but Amazon won't receive the return request. Claim filed but rejected by Amazon as under.
                          "Hello,

                          We have closed this claim because the A-to-z Guarantee does not cover the problem that you reported.

                          The seller does not have to accept a return because this type of item cannot be returned. Although we understand your position, our A-to-z Guarantee does not supplement or replace a seller’s return policy"

                          Amazon say they assure buyer guarantee & say that the discretion to keep or return the products is absolutely in the hands of the customer but this is what they actually do.
                          TRUST LOST WITH AMAZON.
                          Please support in claiming my return request. I don't want to keep the product since it's quality & size is not as per the description mentioned in the website.

                            I had ordered xiomi redmi note 3. It was lost in transit for Ist time.

                            Then, I made a replacement order. In replacement order, I received empty box

                            It is very serious matter as it has been done with famous & big brand i.e. amazon.

                            Please return my whole money back. I don't have trust on amazon anymore.

                              I am vinay arora i lives in ajmer(rajasthan) i had purchased a goodrej protekt refill pack at a price of 90rs and i received product on 22/02/2017 and when i opend the product the actual MRP of the product is 115rs and amazon is showing 170mrp and off of 42% off and they give the product in 99rs. And for this concern i talked to customer care executive name:- devashish contact no.[protected] on 22/02/2017 at 12.36p.m they told me we can''t do anything for you and when i tell them to transfer my call to their head they refuse my this request and when i asked for mail id where i have to drop mail for this concern they refuse this also and cut my phone . Amazon india is cheating with customers . Please raise this issue as big as possible also attaching the detail pictures of product and actual product i received nd the copy of bill.

                                Despite of repeated persuance, the problem regarding unknown payment of Rs 766.72 from my saved card of ICICI bank account at the Amazon payment Window has not been solved. This is a serious issue and falls under the category of cyber crime. You save the card of the customer whereas your payment window is not safe enough. If the matter is not solved by today evening, I'll understand that you are not capable enough to resolve the issue and I will lodge a formal complaint at the cyber crime department.
                                I hope, the problem will be solved by the cyber crime department efficiently and I believe, as a good citizen, it's my duty to take care of other customers as well along with my own interests.

                                  Hi guys, Amazon India online shopping cheating their customers very easily. What they are thinking about customers.

                                  I have ordered Figaro olive oil order id:[protected] sold by beauty_basket.
                                  The order is not dispatched yet from seller and amazon. With out intimatation they cancelled my order.

                                  I have called customer care, they said it is price variation so we cancelled your order. Comparing with ordered date and dispatching date price were changed. So, they canceled my order. Price variation means it's Amazon problem. Once the order placed by the customer Amazon should to deliver the product it's Amazon responsibility. But they cancelled my order with out intimatation. Amazon won't have any right to cancel my order due to price vary.

                                  There is no point in Amazon terms and conditions and in FAQs. I have read all terms and conditions. If we called amazon customer service that service answering with negligence and rude. One guy has answered me like whatever rights you have just do that. We dont bother about customers.
                                  Amazon have'nt delivered my product and they destroyed the details in amazon account smartly . I have the evidence. Please find the attached files. Delivered order id is[protected]. I have all the evidences. I have all the evidences with screen shots and voice recording. Suggest me, how to take the actions against on this cheating.

                                    but as it was not found suitable it was returned on feb 15 2017
                                    i got a message from you that refund order of rs 400 is intiated on 19th feb 2017, where as i paid rs 899 from my sbi bank account .
                                    why this anomaly, why you are returning less than what i paid

                                      I was purchasing moto g4 plus worth rs 11475, on 21st jan 2017 but payment failed on app and money was deducted from bank account.i came to know that my amazon account is on hold so i mailed them every needed document asked by them to verify my amazon account and also provided them transaction number to verify the payment.but they didn't reply.i mailed them, called them several times regarding unholding my account but no help from their side.on 15th feb i got a mail that my account has been closed and related money has been refunded but thet didn't provide me the reference number which they provide during money refund initiation, it's been a month after the payment
                                      i haven't received my refund!!
