I had placed an order on Amazon.in on 24th Dec 2016 from U.S. and all the items were supposed to be delivered by 2nd Jan 2017 latest. I got no items delivered before 2nd. I am calling every single day morning and evening to check the status and just wasting my time to repeat my information to have the agents track my account and repeat my concern. Even After Paying the money and deduction of the amount from Bank Account they force to make the payment again....

I have bought a mobile from Amazon E - Commerce but I received a defective product, after returning Amazon representative told my money will be refunded on my account, but not received till now also no any customer service is allowed me to connect my call from senior representative, and saying your refund will be processed within 3-5 days, but time passed approx 50 days .
