    I have order a mobile handset from amazon.com. Which i really received on time but the delivery man swiped my card twice by mistakely. As a result twice the amount had been got deducted from my account. After that when we asked for the revert of the money, we are just getting the inconvenient replies from the concerned firm. The amount deducted is about rs 9, 000 which is indeed our hard-earned money. Please look into this matter and kindly oblige. We are the registered customers

      I ordered 2 t shirts before hand to give to my friend i ordered it on 24 Feb, 2017.It said it will deliver on 6, i was excited to receive it, but amazon could not fulfill my excitement.they did not ship the product i called the customer care they gave me rs.200 for one day delivery charges and now the t shirts are not available for one day delivery charges and now because of AMAZON INDIA.i have nothing good to give to my friend.

        I have ordered for Singer Fonta Instant Water heater 3. Order Id is[protected] for Rs.2281.43 and also paid Rs.499/- for Amazon Prime membership . As such I have remitted Rs.2781.43 Dt.[protected] through my debit card. I have received the delivery of water heater but so far I have not received the Prime membership certificate from your side where as I have already paid the subscription for the Prime membership.
        P. look in to the matter and resolvr my issue at the earliest.

          I was order one lunch box for my little son on date 21 jan 2017, they are delivered me defective pic, after complaint they are again delivered me product, but then product was very low or cheap quality road side product, now every day i requested kindly take back your product or refund my money .they every day schedule pickup but nobody come for pickup .if amazon is brand this is not authority to make fraud with customer in india . kindly help out or take back product or refund my money back,

          Cash on Delivery orders are not being received in Bhavani, Erode district.
          No messages or phone calls being sent to customers. They expect us to sontact them and for us to go and collect orders at offices which are far away.
          I was not contacted for the order and lies are told about me not picking up the phone. Very poor customer service!

          Nobody come for pickup or till now not take any action .amazon is playing with indian humanity, or if amazon really brand will take serious either i will not stop will take legal action .

            This is about 5th time i am complaining but these selfish people never respond or give my money back.I wont stop till i get my money back and place my complaint on social media continously.
            my complaint is that one reason why we prefer online purchasing is so that time is saved by online transactions and we do not have to go to bank(taking time out of busy schedule) for transactions.
            If amazon can withdraw money in seconds for online purchasing then why not same while giving our money back during failed parcel delivery.
            my money is pending(to be given back by amazon) since january as i cant go to bank due to busy schedule as i am free in evening only.simply pathetic and irresponsible behaviour.
            And to add to it now another Product that i had bought last week of rs 7000 has also failed to be delivered as it has been damaged.
            now i have to again beg for my money.

            Its really irresponsible and carelessnes and also selfish from amazon.
            If you cut money within seconds then you should send money back within seconds.
            Its your failure for which we have to suffer.
            this is my last transaction with amazon.

              The product order No.[protected] ordered from Shillong on the 2nd Feb 2017, shipped on 6th Feb 2017 and supposed to be delivered on 6th March 2017 has not been delivered to me.The seller did not provide tracking ID so that customers won't be able to track the shipment.It is surprising since all sellers provide tracking ID for convenience of their customers . Please update the status of my shipment at the earliest.

                I have ordered the Product 01st feb with amazon
                they are unable to deliver the product .so i have asked for refund on 22 feb
                so they initiated the refund on 27th feb
                and the RRN Number is 74332747060705926796807
                They told me that the refund has been processed successfully on 01 st march 2017.
                but until today the amount is not credited in my bank statement.
                when i asked amazon about this issue they told me to contact the bank branch and file charge dispute.
                when i meet the bank to file charge dispute they are telling that there is no option like that and so they asked to contact amazon itself.

                amazon india is telling the same repetitive answer of contacting the bank side and they are telling there is nothing to do from their side

                kindly ask the amazon to refund the money. or else i will move on towards consumer court and file the case against amazon india. This is my third consumer case after the previous two successful cases

                  I am writing this complaint after more than 1.5 month of followup on emails for not receiving the promised cashback by 17th Jan 2017 for Order #[protected] from Amazon india.

                  I had provided all detail thrice to Amazon during last month and many mails written but no cashback yet.

                  In the latest update Amazon customer executive said that i am not eligible for cashback because "their" system shows transaction was done through "netbanking" and not by any "card".

                  I am here adding the snap of transaction detail for you to judge how correct Amazon's analysis is.
                  ( You can see the card number mentioned (masked) in the bank statement snap which Amazon can't and didnt even bother to check with Citibank).

                  My further query/suggestion to Amazon was to share what response they got from Citibank on mode of this transaction ( if they ever tried to ask?) Or they should check now? But Amazon rudely replied "they have done what they could do best"!!!

                  Never expected this sort of response from reputed firm like Amazon.

                  Just to add more proof that its a CARD transaction and not NETBANKING i am attaching a mail from Citibank itself which was sent on the day of transaction which says in BOLD that this is a DEBIT CARD TRANSACTION.(not netbanking)...what else proof is needed to Amazon!!!
                  Even if they doubt this Amazon is free to verify it from Citibank itself

                    I have paid for three memory cards worth Rs.34000 and on their website it kept showing despatched and the products never got delivered to me. Also I wrote the complaint emails but nobody replied to the same. Two days back I even chatted on their online helpline but even their employee said that they can't help. But I expect at least money to be refunded if they are unable to reach my products to me.

                    They are coolly telling me that they can't do anything.

                      I have ordered a SanDisk USB Flash Drive on 9th feb'17 at Amazon and order number is[protected].Item price was Rs.499.27.Expected delivery date was 21st feb'17 but till now I have not get the item.Payment already done through debit card on 9th feb'17.Several times informed to seller(Java store point) over mail and over mail/phone to amazon toll free number but no solution is getting till now.So I claimed for refund amount.As per Amazon customer service refund initiated on 23rd feb'17.But till now amount is not credited in to my account.I had already shared my bank statement but no solution is getting.Pl. help.

                        I m here to say that its been more then half a month tat i got my product which is totally different from wat i needed.i needed medella breast nipples and wat a receive was medella breast shells which i have no use

                        I call n call customer care many times n every tym i was called to wait

                        Butt now is enough tym i gave to u nn i need my refunds back.this tym i m soo much disappointed by ur services n u breach my trust.i will never recommend anybody to purchase from amazon.

                        I just want a strict action shall be taken against my complain with due results.

                              Extremely frustrated with the amazon refund. I placed an order for a mobile on Jan 10 2017. Inspite of repeated error finally I managed to pay for the item and then I got an email from Amazon.in that my purchase has been cancelled and my refund request have been made.

                              The thing is they have some automated cancelling thing since I tried more than 2 times to pay for an Item.
                              End of story is that Till now (06March 2017) I didnt get my refund, when I ask the bank they are blaming Amazon and Amazon is telling its the problem with the bank. I didnt get the item purchased, I didnt get my money back too... that too almost 60days... !!!

                              Stupid customer care is always making False promises.

                              I need my money back. or give me the mobile I tried to purchase. this is horrible.

                                Purchased phone under EMI for 6 months on 20-Jan-2017.
                                But my Feb statement dint show amount converted to EMI..
                                On contacting Amazon i was assured that they have confirmation from bank that transaction is under EMI & will reflect in my next statement.

                                But till date EMI is not converted & my bank also confirms transaction was not under EMI.

                                Now Amazon refuses to take my complaint stating that i need to contact bank for EMI conversion & they cannot help me.

                                  I had placed order for Philips Daily Collection HR1459 300-Watt Hand Mixer with Amazon.in on 21-Jan-17 and the order no. is[protected]. I received the mixer on 22-Jan-17 and as it was not good . I did not receive any message or mailer that my refund was initiated by Amazon to the bank account with ICICI which was mentioned in amazon.in[protected]. I followed up on 23-Feb-17 through mailer and calls to the bank and also to amazon. however the only details that the amazon is sharing with me is that the NFT tran id is NFT[protected]XXXXXXXXXXXXXX, dated 31-Jan-17 which is not complete . I called up both the parties ICICI bank and amazon and spoke to them several times and mailed them also . However, both ICICI bank and amazon are refusing to co-operate in this regard and not ready to resolve the issue from their end. Amazon is refusing to give the complete NFT no. to me and bank is telling that they will not be able to mail amazon as it is paid through cash.

                                    I have purchased one xiomi redmi note 3(silver 32 GB) through your app,
                                    during diwali festival. ( Order No.[protected]. I received the
                                    item on 03 Nov 2016 and paid to the deliverer through SBI card. The invoice
                                    number is KA- BLR[protected]. Because of diwali, you had declared
                                    10% discount on the purchase through SBI card as well as 5% discount on
                                    purchase through your app. which I have done. However it is regretted to
                                    inform you that 3 months have been passed, but you have not yet credited
                                    the discounted amount to my SBI account. Copy of bank statements also forwarded to you. I also intimated this fact telephonically to you via customer service channel. Regards. Awaiting your immediate action and reply.

                                      I have ordered a moto g4 plus . its estimated delivery was on 3rd march but the product was not delivered to me till 5th march on making a complaint in their customer care the are arguing that i was not available on the time instead the courier boy or the courier service provider has not contacted me before the delivery and had told that they have attempted the delivery but noting such had happened . I ordered the smartphone for giving my online exam which was on 6th march but due to this i have to face many problems for giving my exam . also i was forced to buy a second handed smartphone for giving my exam . I rquest you sir to take a strict action against amazon . thank you
