Dear Sir, I had ordered a product of 500 rupees from the Amazon Mobile app, but the payment was declined twice, but at the third time the payment got succeeded.After the payment when I checked my bank account I got to know that I have been charged 1500/- . As the product costs 500/-
I have lost extra 1000/- rupees extra. The mode of payment was by debit card. I called the customer Care and they said that it will be automatically returned to your account but still now I don't get the money back.So please kindly look into the matter and try to return the money as soon as possible.

    I had placed an order on amazon.in for a foot massager jsbhf68 compact portable foot massagerwith heat (Red) sold by jsb healthcare vide order no[protected] on 25th october2016. The product was delivered on 29th oct 2016. The payment of rs 5999 was made using a sbi debit card, which qualified for a cash back of 15% as per the promotions offered by amazon.in at that time. The payment made by the debit card has also been debited to the savings bank account with sbi on the same date. Inspite of numerous phone calls and followup e mails, i have not been able to get the cash back till date (Which is about 4 months).
    I believe amazon.in is not very serious about the fulfillment of offers and these offers are not genuine. If they cannnot fulfill the offers for small values, how can anyone hv confidence for placing orders of higher values.
    Hall be thankful for getting this issue resolved

      I ordered from amazon asus zenfone it is a defective mobile, many time i talked with Amazon executive they r not helpful they told me ur mobile ll b pickd up but no one came .i m suffering to get mobile from amazon is fraud .their executive r also fraud...mny time i call not gtting soln to me.. Executive told me tht we hve creat ur pick up & refund request but i hve not got still pick up

        Amazon did not deliver one product but sent a message saying the items have been delivered. Raised a complaint in Amazon and they claim they delivered it correctly. Investigation team did not call me to inform what is happening. No product and no refund. Amazon just stole my money.

        Escalating the issue, the response was that the item is delivered and I signed the packag, which is not true. They are also not providing the delivery details. Something is fishy and Amazon is harassing me by not giving me my money back or the ordered product.

          Sir/Mam
          I ordered one spot removal pen from Amazon by online. I paid money by my debit card ( Rs 5700 before delivering the product). I got my product at 3 February 2017 but when I opened my product I saw the product is already used or damaged bcoz -

          1- the product of the box is scratched
          2- there is no one in polythene
          3 -one needle is out side of the box
          4- charger, spot removal pen and other item is already opened

          then I did chat with Amazon executives on Amazon website every time they disconnected my chat ( I did chat with 45 executives in last 20 days they asked my problem then they said "we are looking" then they disconnected)

          then I got number I called yesterday and told about my product they said please send us images on email I'd then I sent images by email then they replied me we are looking this and asked me you want replace or refund I told refund after some time they told me we will not refund.

          now sir I am frustrated bcoz they did fraud with me

            I have ordered Philips Viva Collection HD[protected]Watt Induction Cooktop (Black) on 19feb 2017 and it should be delivered to me on 22feb 2017 but it not delivered to me yet. I have received text from the company that a delivery was attempted but they dont called me on my number which was given. In the text message i have got the contanct number of the delivery boy but his number is switched off from the last four days. I am embarrassed with your service as i have paid all the money for this order

              I did not receive the product and amazon team is saying it is delivered to your address. they have shared me one POD which is not signed by me or my family member and POD is totally fake. after complaint they said to wait for 7 -10 days but after it they denied to process my refund.

                I had recieved the packet of chia seed from amazon on 25 feb 2017 i havent recieved the bill with the product and there is no mrp on the product i spoke to the customer service team but they were of no help to me
                The delivery guy has taken extra money before he was charging me 50 rs extra then i told him u said 449 so why r u takeing 499
                Then when i checket it it was 439
                And the amaxon guys are not ready to even look into like this i told them there is no bill but they were not bothered
                I would request you to pls take some strict action on this as this is hampering customers trust with sellers and we really cant do anything about this which is really frustrating
                Hope u will get some good news on this

                  Dear Sir

                  My Card Account was debited by AMEX on 10th Feb 2017 against purchase of Mobile handset LG Google Nexus 5 against Amazon Order no[protected] I've checked the charge for Rs.Rs.13, 990.00on Order Id:[protected]

                  The item was supposed to be delivered by 16th Feb 2017. Till 16th in the west it was showing as Track delivery.

                  When we called up on 17th, the executive replied that they have not recd payment followed by an email dated on 17th Feb
                  ""I can confirm I do not see this charge on Order[protected] The order is currently pending a payment.""

                  and the order was cancelled without even taking concurrence from us

                  AMEX told me that the Merchant was paid on 10th itself.

                  All of a sudden on 23rd, we recd one mail that your amount has been refunded saying
                  "" We are writing to confirm that we have processed a refund of Rs. 13, 990.00 to your payment method.
                  This is the pending balance from your payment against your completed order :[protected] ""

                  My grievances are not answered

                  1. When did you actually received the payment.
                  2. Without taking our concurrence, why did you cancelled the order
                  3. What does it mean "against your completed order"
                  4. How do you address the agony and mental trauma I have suffered from 10th Feb till date

                    Yes Amazon.com is doing a business of fraud.This company knows very well how to deduct the money from any ones account without his knowledge.I have seen many guys who is facing like this type of issue.If any one's starts making complaint then he is blocking his mobile number and email service also.I have given many proofs but all are useless for him.Like this type of company should be banned in india otherwise it gonna to create a big issue in future. He has deducted my amount of 10.99$ from credit card for prime membership on 20/02/2017.According to him no any charge has deducted for prime membership in spite of giving bank details, transaction id, date of deduction .I have requested to amazon.com a lot but no any use .
                    If possible returned my amount .

                      I ordered a 128GB pendrive and instead i got an 8 GB pendrive although the packet containing it said 128GB. I am pretty sure that when i return they will say i switched a different item into the packet and am defrauding them, instead of vice versa. I will end Amazon for their crafty deals and backhanded methods by which they rip of[censored]nsuspecting customers. Their customer service is useless and really if the package says 128GB I must have switched the products right, ha ha, i will keep my #### pendrive and see your death. I will live to see your death, Amazon. And after that you will be wondering if all that was worth Rs 2000. Sorry won't cut it this time, and why the heck would I contact you when you created the problem in the first place? Excuse me but I have to go now to cancel all my pending orders with the company as full of turd as Amazon itself.

                        I have ordered a Philips E103 Mobile on 11-Aug-2016. They has send me Philips Headphone. I have request for the refund of money. The Seller said to send me the product via courier. He will pay me the product price as well as courier. I have courier it on 22-Aug-2016. I have mailed the details. I have log complaints against this to Amazon 2 times but till now i have not received my money. Even till now they have not contact me.

                              I purchased one pulse 3t from amazon on 28th Jan. my delivery date was 31st January but product was not delivered and return without any information and reason.so i called and ask for the reason they said it is tecnical issue your product will delivered you in 2-3 days after i not get phone after 2-3 day i again called and they said we reorder your product from here you will get phone urgently but no result and even i dint get any massage about my phone where it is.at last i canceled it but now there is issue in refund please help me in getting my refund or phone.

                                On October I have ordered a analog fastack watch fro this amazon till now you didnt refund .If you didnt refund the money I will go to consumer court. I will publish to every you should not buy anything from this amazon.10 or 20 times I asked but they didnt answer correctly. Oneday they said that they have refunded. I asked to bank and they asked the UTR number.Then I contact Amazon and asked the UTR number. They said they won't give that number.Then How can the bank asked me the UTR number.One second I am saying refund the money or else we can meet in court.

                                  This is very frustrating as a customer that every-time you place the order it is cancelled by the seller due to some pathetic reasons like ( Order 2 below ) . More importantly Money is deducted and after 1 week you came to know it is cancelled.

                                  Its been 3-4 week I am unable to get the card just because I TRUST AMAZON and Now, I AM NOT Going to order anything from this site and will help my colleagues too to avoid it.

                                  If you really think what your sellers do or care about the customer then please check below orders for proof.

                                    On 22nd feb 2017 i was doodling through Prime feature of Amazon.
                                    but accidentally my 1 USD was deducted without my consent.
                                    as promised by Amazon, Saved Credit/Debit cards are secure, but i don't think so after this incident.
                                    as claimed my amazon, credit card's CVV no are not saved by Amazon then how
                                    my money was deducted and moreover i did not got any OTP on my mobile to confirm as well.
                                    I urge all the customer not to save their cards on Amazon provided server as it is totally unsecure.

                                    i want explanation from Amazon's concerned team regarding this issue.

                                      Here are the details of the order placed:

                                      Against my order (details mentioned above), i received the delivery on time. but to my surprise, when i opened the packet, the cover was of brand trylo but the product inside was of james.

                                      After placing the return request, the courier guy refused to take the return saying that the product is not of trylo.

                                      I raised the issue with amazon customer care, and the second time product got picked up.

                                      But after 2-3 days, i receive a mail from the amazon seller, that i have cheated on them and they have sent me trylo brand only. i even got a call from one of the seller representative and she accused me of the same and also used derogatory language.

                                      I have been shopping online with amazon for many years now and have bought items of much higher value than this product, so i want understand from amazon if they even check their customer profile before allowing their sellers to accuse their customers.

                                      More than my full refund, i would want to see how amazon deals with such sellers.
