I am Amit Sharma i lives in Begumpur Delhi . i had purchased a Samsung 40j5100 led tv at a price of 30090 . Two method of payment 9400 direct hdfc credit card and 20690 rs amazon pay balance payment method on dated 17 feb 2017. But my order automatic cancel toward end of seller. Then 9400 rs refund my credit card end but other balance amount of 20690 rupees show amazon pay balance which amount not refund my bank acount And for this concern i talked to customer care executive contact no.[protected] on 18/02/2017 at around 1p.m they told me your amount 20690 rs refund your bank ac after some days but amount not refund then iam again call your customer care on date 22 feb 2017 they told that your amount not refund do anything for you and when i tell them to transfer my call to their head they refuse my this request and amazon cheat with me.. iam go to consumer court or police complaint agaist amazon regarding block my money 20690 rs in amazon pay . And not refund my bank account or credit card... please refund my money my bank ac ..

    The have deducted 10.9$ amount from my account without my knowledge for prime membership.Even my mobile number has also blocked from there.Only l can only send the mail but no proper response is coming .He is saying no any amount has deducted from my account.I have given many proof but not one is enough for him.Amazon.in is accepting that amount has deducted will have to contact with Amazon.com but Amazon.com no way...

      Amazon India delivered a wrong size product completely different from what was shown in the website. Return request submitted but Amazon won't receive the return request. Claim filed but rejected by Amazon as under.
      "Hello,

      We have closed this claim because the A-to-z Guarantee does not cover the problem that you reported.

      The seller does not have to accept a return because this type of item cannot be returned. Although we understand your position, our A-to-z Guarantee does not supplement or replace a seller’s return policy"

      Amazon say they assure buyer guarantee & say that the discretion to keep or return the products is absolutely in the hands of the customer but this is what they actually do.
      TRUST LOST WITH AMAZON.
      Please support in claiming my return request. I don't want to keep the product since it's quality & size is not as per the description mentioned in the website.

        Hi,

        I had ordered xiomi redmi note 3. It was lost in transit for Ist time.

        Then, I made a replacement order. In replacement order, I received empty box

        It is very serious matter as it has been done with famous & big brand i.e. amazon.

        Please return my whole money back. I don't have trust on amazon anymore.

          Dear sir,
          I am vinay arora i lives in ajmer(rajasthan) i had purchased a goodrej protekt refill pack at a price of 90rs and i received product on 22/02/2017 and when i opend the product the actual MRP of the product is 115rs and amazon is showing 170mrp and off of 42% off and they give the product in 99rs. And for this concern i talked to customer care executive name:- devashish contact no.[protected] on 22/02/2017 at 12.36p.m they told me we can''t do anything for you and when i tell them to transfer my call to their head they refuse my this request and when i asked for mail id where i have to drop mail for this concern they refuse this also and cut my phone . Amazon india is cheating with customers . Please raise this issue as big as possible also attaching the detail pictures of product and actual product i received nd the copy of bill.

            Despite of repeated persuance, the problem regarding unknown payment of Rs 766.72 from my saved card of ICICI bank account at the Amazon payment Window has not been solved. This is a serious issue and falls under the category of cyber crime. You save the card of the customer whereas your payment window is not safe enough. If the matter is not solved by today evening, I'll understand that you are not capable enough to resolve the issue and I will lodge a formal complaint at the cyber crime department.
            I hope, the problem will be solved by the cyber crime department efficiently and I believe, as a good citizen, it's my duty to take care of other customers as well along with my own interests.

              Hi guys, Amazon India online shopping cheating their customers very easily. What they are thinking about customers.

              I have ordered Figaro olive oil order id:[protected] sold by beauty_basket.
              The order is not dispatched yet from seller and amazon. With out intimatation they cancelled my order.

              I have called customer care, they said it is price variation so we cancelled your order. Comparing with ordered date and dispatching date price were changed. So, they canceled my order. Price variation means it's Amazon problem. Once the order placed by the customer Amazon should to deliver the product it's Amazon responsibility. But they cancelled my order with out intimatation. Amazon won't have any right to cancel my order due to price vary.

              There is no point in Amazon terms and conditions and in FAQs. I have read all terms and conditions. If we called amazon customer service that service answering with negligence and rude. One guy has answered me like whatever rights you have just do that. We dont bother about customers.
              Amazon have'nt delivered my product and they destroyed the details in amazon account smartly . I have the evidence. Please find the attached files. Delivered order id is[protected]. I have all the evidences. I have all the evidences with screen shots and voice recording. Suggest me, how to take the actions against on this cheating.

                but as it was not found suitable it was returned on feb 15 2017
                i got a message from you that refund order of rs 400 is intiated on 19th feb 2017, where as i paid rs 899 from my sbi bank account .
                why this anomaly, why you are returning less than what i paid

                  I was purchasing moto g4 plus worth rs 11475, on 21st jan 2017 but payment failed on app and money was deducted from bank account.i came to know that my amazon account is on hold so i mailed them every needed document asked by them to verify my amazon account and also provided them transaction number to verify the payment.but they didn't reply.i mailed them, called them several times regarding unholding my account but no help from their side.on 15th feb i got a mail that my account has been closed and related money has been refunded but thet didn't provide me the reference number which they provide during money refund initiation, it's been a month after the payment
                  i haven't received my refund!!

                  Product m mistake h.. Cut lga h jo order bok kiya tha vo ordee nhi h i will chnge this... I have return this nd give me my case.. I hve't satisfied this please return this.

                        I have received a mail from "[protected]@amazon.in" mentioning that my access to amazon account has been locked because my payment information was not confirmed. I was asked to fax my credit card statement with my billing address to[protected].

                        But when I try to send the docs the line keeps coming busy and they have given no means to verify if the fax machine is working at their end.

                        Calling the customer care is of no help since they say they can't do anything because the team who blocked my account can't be contacted by customer care and I must send the fax only.

                        Also, the email ids "[protected]@amazon.in" and "[protected]@amazon.in" are giving Delivery Failure.

                        my account is locked and no way to contact the Amazon team which blocked my account.

                        Kindly unblock my account or refund my Amazon pay balance to respective bank account/debit card.

I gave a replacement request in site on 8/2/2017 but without any response and nobody came to collect the item and neither did i receive the new airfryer in unbroken condition.

                            I have Purchased Samsung Galaxy on5 pro with exchange offer (order no.[protected].) The product send by seller was a defective product. I inform amazon to replace it. Amazon collect the new mobile but not given any other mobile.
                            I have no extra mobile because Amazon has taken old mobile and new one also. Without mobile I am unable to contact anyone so its heavy loss of my business. I spend money also but still waiting for...

                            I added Rs300 gift card to my amazon account and ordered a product, which got automatically cancelled. Although I got refund of remaining amount but tha Rs.300 is in Amazon pay balance.
                            Now I can't use my own money which I added to Amazon pay.

                            I added 300 worth gift card to my amazon account, then I tried to order amazon prime membership, so I paid remaining amount with my net banking account.

                            After paying using net banking, my ordered got cancelled automatically, though I got refund of 200 into bank account, remaining 300 in amazon pay can't be used.

                            I got an email saying 'I have to verify my address and bank statement by faxing the details'
                            I tried to fax the docs but it says the fax number they gave is wrong, so I can't even fax and verify the address.

                            I tried contacting their customer service but they told they don't have access to address verification details.

                            So please help me to reactivate my amazon account.

                              Hi sir,
                              This is regarding the transaction of 737.43 inr ( of 10.99 $) made by Amazon.in without my consent using the saved details of my credit card for renewal of my Amazon prime membership, which I never asked for. Its totally unacceptable to me. Kindly cancel this illegal transaction & revert the money back.
                              Amazon is looting the consumers by first giving free trial membership of 1 month. After the trial period is over, they, On their Own, without the knowledge of the customer, shamelessly renewing the membership on their own ILLEGALLY using the saved Credit Card details of poor consumers on their site. They sent a sms to me indicating, they have deducted the money from my credit card for renewal of my amazon prime membership, and for which further authentication (like sending an OTP to consumer etc) is not mandatory as per RBI guidelines! This membership is amounting to 10.99$ or 737.43 INR even without my knowledge and consent.
                              Such a fraud on part of Amazon India!!!
                              Please help me in getting my money back.

                                I have placed the order for Lenovo Z2 plus black Z2 plus. Ordered on 13 February 2017 Order#[protected]. The site claimed that packet was shipped on February 14.. The EDOD was February 20.. I have made full payment in advance. Using Credit Card. The product is almost untraceable. Earlier no tracking information was available with courier site. On my repeated requests, After two/three days, the courier site started showing tracking details. For the last two days, they are showing that the product is lying at Gurgaon. Amazon is helpless, courier people are helpless and me too... Completely unprofessional approach from Amazon India...

                                  Sir on 18th Feb 2017 I was paying for purchase of lenovo vibe k5 mobile of Rs7499 from Amazon through internet banking from my A/C no-[protected] (Aditya Mohan) . Then due to some problem the transaction couldn't be completed and the amount deducted from my A/C and my transaction reference number is IGAAVBFBQ4. I haven't got the refund yet . So I am requesting you to refund my money back to my account.

                                  They told me my complaint was too short. So here you go. Long Island was killed with snow this weekend. We probably got 16 inches of snow☹️Had to dig out all weekend. I missed the Grammys. Oh well. Hopefully that helps my complaint.

                                  I was charged $8.48 and $72.88 on 01/20 and $11.95 on 01/21
                                  from Amazon mktplace pmts bill/wa. I have no idea what these charges are for. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you.

                                    I placed an order on 7th December 2016. The product arrived and I got it. But when I opened the packet the ball was duplicate and was was not in a good order. It was damage too. I returned it with the correct details and the label that the seller gave us. The courier company was good and known the product was returned... But the seller didn't refund..

                                    We are requesting a refund or return...

                                      I am already purchase Panasonic led TV 28 inch order on 14 Feb 2017 and led
                                      TV delivered on 15 Feb 2017 but TV was damage and then I give pickup
                                      request on Amazon site for 16 Feb 2017 8am to 11am but delivery boy come
                                      and say it is damage product and we can't accept because we have not right
                                      to pickup damage product and they will tell me to complaint again and only
                                      Amazon delivery boy have a right to pickup damage led TV then I again
                                      complaint on your call centre then your representative tell me that we will
                                      reschedule your pickup request to 17 Feb 2017 11am to 2pm but in evening
                                      again I called your call center to change pickup timing because I am
                                      unavailable in afternoon then please change pickup timing to evening 5pm to
                                      8pm but I will not receive any pickup request timing change SMS and SMS
                                      only show afternoon timing and on 17 Feb 2017 I would receive a SMS from
                                      Amazon that pickup timing is afternoon 11am to 3pm and also mention Amazon
                                      pickup agent no. Then I call on agent no. They tell me that our delivery
                                      boy is already going pickup and I will inform you after he will come. In
                                      evening nobody delivery boy call me to pickup and Amazon agent whose I
                                      called inafternoon is switch off his mobile phone and your call centre
                                      representative is also reschedule my pickup delivery to 18 Feb 2017 11 am
                                      to 2 pm
                                      This is the whole matter and courier boy is very irresponsible behaviour
                                      and your seller cloudtail service is also giving damage product.
                                      If 18 Feb 2017 you will not pickup my tv then I will sue in consumer court.
                                      Surly I will sue you in consumer court and take claim TV and Money refund
                                      also.
                                      This is your service shame on you Amazon.
                                      worst product worst service worst communication.
                                      I would doing biggest mistake in my life to trust on Amazon.
                                      But it is never happen again in future because I will not
