I requested Amazon agent to send me latest stock and she said will help on that but next day they are telling that they don't have that Chat in there DB and cannot refund or return. I have screenshots of that Chat. Please let me know how to proceed further.

        Hello, my name is sachin, i had an annoying experience from amazon for the first time, because of the courier service GATI. The first order[protected], was placed on 15th feb, even after more than half a month i didn't receive it, The second order[protected], Its in the city already, on 2nd feb, the courier person from Gati called me up on the next day, 3rd feb, saying i have the parcel, i said then deliver it at home, he said ok, but sounded like Unwilling and lazy to do so, and it happened, he never showed up, its like i will not come, you come to me. I did complaint to amazon about 2 to 3 times, they assured that we'll take actions, but they didn't, i'm annoyed with this.
        i want to complaint about that delivery person especially, his number is - [protected].

              It has come to my notice that Amazon provides invalid delivery persons phone number. And they advertise stating that the product will arrive at a time but fails every time, and I have prime membership ... Now when I try to cancel my prime membership they tell me they will cancel the membership but will not refund my money because I've been placing many orders from them.
              When I asked customer service to provide case number they don't even have that.
              And refused to escalate inspire of me requesting multiple times.

                  Following up with amazon since the past 2 months with regards to the amazon paybalance credit to be made to my account but all in vain... Vinay p/aayush/navin kumar s are all a bunch of # who are getting salaries for not doing any work. They have confirmed that i am eligible for 15% cash back but again asking for me to wait for some more days for the credit... Its been 2 months now and they have still not yet got back to me... Pathetic customer support

                  Comments:this is in continuation to my earlier mails dated 31/jan and 08/feb and the corresponding replies recd from amazon representatives vinay p & aayush where i have been assured that the correct amount of cash back would be credited to my pay balance within 10/feb.

                  For your kind information today is the day end of 18/feb and till date the amount has not been credited. This is height of inefficiency.

                  Has amazon hired representatives just to forward pre-typed format of replies to their customers and their job is over or are there sensible responsible representatives also who see to it that the complaint forwarded to them has been resolved or no.

                  By doing so it is amazon which is losing their market image also the customer is suffering because of such incompetent representatives.

                  Would appreciate if i could get the email id or contact information of some senior officials where i could excalate this matter as their incompetent representatives are only paid salaries to forward replies and not to resolve the complaints.

                  Highly disappointed by the service standards of amazon. Have never faced such issues with any other online sites. 19 days and still compaint un-resolved. Only false promises been forwarded by amazon.

                  Amazon do not broadcast false commitments just to gain business.

                      Amazon shows fake delivery at his website after complaining they told us to wait, we will verify the delivery. On mail they are telling it is delivered to you kindly check with your family where as it is official address where Saturday and Sunday is off and status of delivery was done on Saturday how could it be possible. After i ask for what vitrification has been done before handing over the product they replied i don't have authority to share with you.

                          I bought the product - Philips HL1632 500-Watt 3 Jar Juicer Mixer Grinder with Fruit Filter on 22 feb 17 with order no.#[protected]

                          The product is up to the mark and good in service except for two things that i faced difficulty in mantling and dismantling the cutter as i have to rotate it too much. Also it doesn't extacts the juice completely as the waste of fruits is highly wet which i don't liked.Hope you could help me out of the problem.

                            I bought ladies dress and paid payment with my debit card Rs1428. And it was very poor quality. I returned this product. After one week amazon did not refund me my amount. Then i complained for my amount. And again and again 6 times. They told we already refunded you. You have to send your bank transaction statement to us.and i did it. After they said You need complain to your bank. They did not cradit amount which we had provided.

                              I ordered for i phone 7 on 15th of feb and when i got the package i got different thing in it and i called to amazon customer service and the ensured me that sir we will pick that thing and give your money back.
                              Everyday i called them and they say sir you have to give that item back and we are arranging the pickup for that and it has been 10 days they are arranging the pick up but no one called me for pick up that thing and nobody came to my place to pick up that thing and daily i got the text that your pickup has been cancelled.
                              I want my money back and i have all the proofs and recordings regarding this issue and they even ensured me many time that if it will not be picked up by tomorrow we will give your money back and now also they are saying the same thing.
                              I want my money asap.

                                Bought this pair of sandals which are apparently small and have raised a return on the 27th feb for the same however since then no one has picked it up and the product is still lying with me !! Have raised almost 4 compalints so far but till date no one has bothered to resolve this. All i get is standard copy paste replies stating give us 24hrs and this will be resolved but in vain .

                                      Hello Amazon Service,

                                      Yesterday, I got called from amazon support team and over conversation and SMS it was clearly mentioned that product will be taken from customer(me) at around 8 am to 11 PM slot.But till now no guy came to my doorstep.

                                      Now when I called on Amazon Agent number he told me that he will come at around 3.15 pm to 3.30 pm.Is this the promise which amazon makes to customer.

                                      Already Amazon Agent is late by first slot, I am not sure that he will come on 2nd slot and when it go to warehouse and when will my replaced product will reached to me back.

                                      Seriously this is headache to me as well as my family members becoz they are not able to go out of house becoz of this false reason told by amazon that they will come on time and still agents are not available on given time.

                                      I will make sure that from future onwards I will order any product from amazon becoz there services are not helpful for customers.

                                      Seriously it is foolish behaviour by amazon service??????? Fooling to customer on call.
