I was purchased Micromax Yureka mobile in the month of March at Amazon. When i was purchased its rebooted automatically and having battery heat problem, its going on 2 and half months. i was very unhappy to this product. But now till 1 week went its switched off. I was charged it, but not charged. Now i am using my old mobile.Please sir, I want to return it. I had Amazon purchased bill and had all box accessories. Please sir, its humble request for you please register my complaint Please help me to return this product and help me for refund my amount.

    This is regarding my Order#[protected]. I ordered a Canon powershot sx400(black) camera, at the time of ordering it was in stock and my order also has been confirmed(amount deducted) and then after two days you are saying it is not available and your amount will be refunded.Seriously it is not expected from amazon like brands.After this type of services you cannot expect users will comeback again on your site. VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! HELL AMAZON
    auto-cancel my order, after confirm it.

                  Hi, This is regarding the kindle-paperwhite replacement ORDER #[protected]. I had raised the request on 4th April, 2015. Olde kindle was picked up on 6th April, 2015 though FedEx. FedEx Tracking Number[protected]. As per the FedEx parcel was successfully delivered on 8th April, 2015 to amazone. Attached the screenshot for the same. Expected delivery for the same was in-between Friday 24 April 2015 - Monday 27 April 2015. Yet i have not received the replacement. I have called customer care 3 TIMES for any update on this & they guaranteed me to give update in max 48 ours but i never received any update from you guys. You can check you records for the same. Please tell me how many more days it will take to deliver the same, its been more than month and yet there is no update is coming from Amazon. This is not the way of working of Amazon!!!
