I bought ladies dress and paid payment with my debit card Rs1428. And it was very poor quality. I returned this product. After one week amazon did not refund me my amount. Then i complained for my amount. And again and again 6 times. They told we already refunded you. You have to send your bank transaction statement to us.and i did it. After they said You need complain to your bank. They did not cradit amount which we had provided.

I ordered for i phone 7 on 15th of feb and when i got the package i got different thing in it and i called to amazon customer service and the ensured me that sir we will pick that thing and give your money back.
Everyday i called them and they say sir you have to give that item back and we are arranging the pickup for that and it has been 10 days they are arranging the pick up but no one called me for pick up that thing and nobody came to my place to pick up that thing and daily i got the text that your pickup has been cancelled.
I want my money back and i have all the proofs and recordings regarding this issue and they even ensured me many time that if it will not be picked up by tomorrow we will give your money back and now also they are saying the same thing.
I want my money asap.
Or i will do it officially.

Bought this pair of sandals which are apparently small and have raised a return on the 27th feb for the same however since then no one has picked it up and the product is still lying with me !! Have raised almost 4 compalints so far but till date no one has bothered to resolve this. All i get is standard copy paste replies stating give us 24hrs and this will be resolved but in vain .

Hello Amazon Service,

Yesterday, I got called from amazon support team and over conversation and SMS it was clearly mentioned that product will be taken from customer(me) at around 8 am to 11 PM slot.But till now no guy came to my doorstep.

Now when I called on Amazon Agent number he told me that he will come at around 3.15 pm to 3.30 pm.Is this the promise which amazon makes to customer.

Already Amazon Agent is late by first slot, I am not sure that he will come on 2nd slot and when it go to warehouse and when will my replaced product will reached to me back.

Seriously this is headache to me as well as my family members becoz they are not able to go out of house becoz of this false reason told by amazon that they will come on time and still agents are not available on given time.

I will make sure that from future onwards I will order any product from amazon becoz there services are not helpful for customers.

Seriously it is foolish behaviour by amazon service??????? Fooling to customer on call.

I ordered Saree on 2-oct 2016 and i amazon delivered to me wrong color Saree that's why i return Saree to again amazon seller. but i didn't get my amt of rs 447 from amazon on till date 03.03.32.
so i am very disappointed with amazon service.
and i am going to send you details about amazon mailing same every time these type of refund process but not got my Rs 447 money from 02.Oct.2016 to 03.03.2017 till date.

Sir, i have purchased 2 PC of Bluebells India 6 in 1 Peston Insect & Pest Killer cum Electric Health Care System from Amazon.in.
They sent me 2 Pcs from which 1pc is working fine and other is not working cum defective one.. i have requested amazon for pick up or refund my money for 1pc defective item, but they are not picking up the defective product and they are asking me to do the courier in my cost.. If they don't check the item before dispatched?? is it ok for amazon that i should pay for product + Shipping Charges Ones, and then after they send me defective product i have to again pay for courier charges ?? means i should pay product amount + Shipping charges 2 times?? I ordered 2 mobile hand(Xiomi Redmi 3S) sets on different timing on 23.02.2017 and on 25.02.2017, I cancelled 1 hand set, but as confirmed by Customer care of Amazon, both of the article were coming in single packet and now after cancellation of 1 item both were rejected. I want to submit here that When I ordered the items on different timing why they were packed in single package and if it was returned then why not any person of Amazon or courier company didt not contacted me.
As I have promised some one to give this mobile, now what face I would show him.
Please look in to the matter and do the needful.

Got defective item and worst part is that had to go to nearest post office to receive it.Didn't deliver it to home..worst experience..why do we need to buy online if we have to finally go to receive by ourself...going to uninstall amazon after this disaster experience.Want immediate return of the product..

from 02/02/2017 i m every day calling on your call center for my refund but till i m not getting my refund from last 1month i m continue following but every time amazon customer care representative telling me that you will get your refund with in 24 to 48 hours

i want to place order for same item but how i can order if i m not getting my refund

Today on 28th Feb. I got the delivery where in my Aunt Ganga picked up the shipment in my absence. When i came back home and opened the phone box, I'm surprised to sea a stone in Oppo phone box. I have complained in Amazon customer care and waiting for refund.

This is Regarding CELL KEEPER MOBILE CHARGING STAND WALL HOLDER HANGER L01...This order was placed 12 days back but despite of that it has not been delivered yet ... I called customer care twice ad everytime they are telling me to wait for another 24 hrs ... today an amazing thing happened one of the delivery boy called me and told me that your address is beyond delivery area .. I was surprised as since last couple of years I am getting delivery on the same address ... moreover that guy told me to collect it from a place which is 35km away from my address ... when I declined he told me to order from any other portal like flipkart, snapdeal ... I have already paid for this order ... Is this kind of services that we Indians are expecting from Amazon???

this is in reference to Amazon order[protected], which i placed on 27th Feb'17. And under amazon prime service it was updated to me that product will get delivered by 28th Feb 2017 by 8:00pm.
but no once called me up or neither came to deliver the product.
Also i called amazon customer service 3 times in a span of 3 hours and everytime they told me, it will get delivered in next half an hour. and they kept me awake till11:00pm to wait for product to get delivered. and now its 1st march and no one bothered to deliver the Product.Even i had words with Ms Suprita(cutomer service Amazon, onfloor supervisor) but she was not able to share any update.
Kindly please raise a concern and file complaint against them as i was being harassed by Amazon till midnight and even then i was not been provided by product and money has already been paid for the product.

The prestige aluminium pressure cooker was bought on. 29/12/16.Today evening.while my wife cooking cholar dal. The pressure cooker burst and my wife was burnt and injured to a great extent. It may be noted here that the safety valve of the cooker was intact. Two whistle sound was heard. After that the cooker burst.I cannot believed that a pressure cooker bought from your site cud go wrong within two months of buying .
