I bought Coolpad Mega 2.5D mobile from amazon.in [website]on 19th October 2016. I thought ordering the same item from amazon mobile app as I would get more cash back.
So, I cancelled the order which placed from website. I ordered the same item from mobile app.
Cancelled Order Number : ORDER #[protected]
New Order Number :ORDER #[protected]
I got mobile for my new order next day.
Now the problem is amazon did not return my cancelled order amount. I contacted customer support several times. They asked me to check with bank and provided me reference number of the refund:[protected].
I check with citi bank customer support and they clear said they did not get any amount from the merchant.
I got the below response from citi bank customer support team.
We refer to your email dated December 20, 2016, highlighting two transactions for Rs.4, 498/- at M/s. Amazon on October 19, 2016 with reference numbers ending 0255 and 0714.
Our records indicate that the transaction was successfully settled with the service provider vide PV ( purchase voucher) number and trace number as follows;
For reference number ending 0255 - PV number [protected] and trace number - 555739.
For reference number ending 0714 - PV number [protected] and trace number - 557149.
We are not in receipt of any refund for the said amount till date. Hence we request you to contact the merchant stating the above PV (purchase voucher ) number and trace number.
I sent above response to amazon customer support team but did not get any response.
Hence I request please help me in this regards.
