I have purchased one plus 3t flip cover from zioan order#[protected] from amazon on 2nd jan'17. The product delivered is different than shown in figure while purchasing from site. Product shown on website does not have rectangle whole in cover while the cover which i received have bigh rectangle whole in it. Request to replace the same as per shown product as it cost 500/- rs to me....

On december 27th i ordered some shoes on amazon charged the item on my visa credit card. It shows that it was charged to my credit card, but i have not received any verification on my email that any item has been shipped or been delivered. It would be appreciated if i would get some feed back on this issue or please credit my credit for a full refund since i didn't receive any notification of any kind....

I am following up for returning of my defective mobile & AMAZON representatives giving me false commitment from last 5 days but still pick-up not happen.
I have experienced same thing during product delivery also & every representative giving false commitment.
Also, I experienced arrogant behavior from some of the AMAZON representatives.
Contact numbers shared by AMAZON for pick-up is also fake....
