4-Registered address- A-201, Janki Niwas, Tapovan, Rani sati Marg, Malad East, Mumbai- 400097.
I have registered a complaint against my product Samsung Galaxy on5pro under Exchange offer to the Consumer Forum. In my complaint I have given alternate mobile no. On that Mobile on Amazon person from Bhopal on Monday Evening 20/02/2017 called me and asked my details and password. By mistake I gave him my password.
Today on 21/02/2017 in the morning 07:05 am I received a SMS from
[email protected] on my email (
[email protected]) that your account has been updated. Your new registered email is (
[email protected]).
I was shocked to receive this mail that my account has been updated. I come to know that Actually my account was hacked by someone. Hacker has changed my password, Mobile no., Address etc.
Now I am unable to open my account because my original account has been hacked.
It is very serious matter.
I request you to please do the proper inquiry and inform me.
Pls do the needful.
