I had ordered for 1 Sennheiser CX 180 Street II In-Ear Headphone (Black) on the 31st of March that had to be delivered in Gaziabad, Delhi. The seller has sent the courier through Delhivery courier service. I am really disappointed with this and i further decide not to buy anything from Amazon. I still cannot track my order as it was earlier showing in Haryana and now it is showing in West Bengal. Please advice whether my order will get delivered or not. Thanks

    To Whomsoever it may concern Hello, Ref: Order ID[protected] Let me begin by saying that I love shopping on Amazon.in. I like the website, it is very user-friendly, and the delivery is always before time. I congratulate Amazon.in on this performance. Having said that, something interesting happened today (April 04, 2015) w.r.t. Order ID[protected]Prepaid Order with Free Shipping). The mentioned Order was delivered today by India Post. And the Postman asked for Rs 30/- as delivery charges. I read about the association of Amazon.in with India Post, the former looking forward to use the latter's delivery penetration (Pincodes) in India. When I told the Postman about the Free Shipping, he said that the instruction from the Post Office is to collect Rs 20-30/- as delivery charges for all Amazon Orders. When I refused to pay, he refused to deliver the package and told me to collect it from the Post Office. I immediately told him that I would complain about this to Amazon and file a complaint in the Post Office too, he simply walked away with the package. Then after walking away for a few steps, he returned back with the package, handed the package to me and warned me about my future deliveries. He said that now Amazon deliveries will be made by India Post and I must take care in the future. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? WAS THAT A THREAT? WAS I WARNED ABOUT MY FUTURE ORDERS FROM AMAZON.IN? SHOULD I STOP ORDERING FROM AMAZON.IN? IS THIS THE DIRECTION THAT AMAZON WANTS TO TAKE WITH INDIA'S SHOPPING POTENTIAL? After providing such good service and building a huge consumer base, this complain would probably go unnoticed? But I am sure there are others who are facing this same problem. India Post and Amazon.in are both to be blamed for this issue. India Post doesn't care, it never has. Well does Amazon.in? Today we hear about the millionaires and billionaires in e-commerce industry, tomorrow we will hear the about the INDIAN POSTMAN AND HIS MILLION DOLLAR IDEA. I, the customer, pays for all of it.

      I had returned the One Plus One that I had ordered form Amazon on 10th Feb worth Rs21, 999 The company claims that they have initiated the refund transaction on 14th Feb . But the amount has still not been credited to my account. After raising a request with the bank as"transaction never processed " as suggested by amazon the bank has reverted saying that the transaction id provided by amazon cannot be traced. It has been almost 2 months and the amount has not been refunded. I have contacted Amazon regarding this several times and got no solution,

        I have place an order on 2nd April, 15 whose number is Order#[protected] on amazon which isYU Yureka (Moondust Grey). (After this i have placed two more orders which are dispatched as intimated by your company through SMS/Email) .But my Order#[protected] status shows it's not dispatched although its tentative delivery time is 8th April, 15. So at the end i want to know that whether your company is going for actually or practically deliver me that product or not ? . In other words i am afraid after 8th April you will sent me a message about sorry we are unable to deliver you that product due to over demand or any other equivalent excuses.As my other two ordered product are related to aforementioned phone. Now amazon asked me plz prive us time for 2 hours then two days...i hope they will ask time two ... But how they acknowledged me via sms/email about confirmation. After two days when i enquired about product they give lame excuses as my order stuck at amazon end if it stuck then why they did not respond me? and they sent me email as:Hello Jasvir Singh, This is pradeep Kumar writing this email to you regarding the Yureka excluive sale. I understand that your order could not be processed due to technical error from our end for this I have escalated the issue and you would get the Golden Ticket option soon where you can place the order irrespective of Flash sale that happens on every Thursday. I sincerely apologize for the all inconvenience caused and I am issuing the Gift card of Rs.100/- as a compensation. If you have any queries please get back to us. We are available 24/7 Warmest regards, Pradeep V But i wants the product not compensation

          Hi There, I have been chasing Amazon since 20 days after the purchase of an Apple Mac Pro ([protected]-702591) for giving me an incorrect invoice with wrong serial no. The customer service guys are so irresponsible. I would not suggest anybody to buy from Amazon after this bitter experience with them Naveet Sr. Project Scientist IIT Delhi.

            This is to inform all the consumers who are dealing with this fraud site. Amazon has seriously is a bad compnay to trust. I have order a product on 24th Mar'15. They have promise it to deliver by 30th and till now no body is turned up. moreover the courier company from which they are dealing are also fraud, they are forwarding wrong information that addresee is not available as they are not visiting to our address. I have paid full amount on 24th only. Now i have realized these sites are doing nothing just they are enjoying with the interest money of the people who are dealing with it. So please take precaution before dealing with such fraud people. and never buy anything from them I also have taken this as a lesson.

              Counterfit Product supplied by Amazon / GreyZone- The product is not performing and is causing continuous problems. Apple service center refused to service the product on the grounds that it is illegal in India (USA purchase) and doesnot have waranty. It is shocking that an reputed website like amazon is involved in such counterfit business. If I do not receive refund with damages, I will be forced to file legal complaint as well as FIR for indulging into illegal business. More over, I will be proceeding with taxation authorities for not providing tax invoice. It is a clear cut case of tax evasion and amounts to serious legal implications.                   My Order No. ID[protected] Above mentioned Item against my above referred Order was delivered on March 27, 2015. The box was opened on Saturday, March 28, 2015 and found following shortcomings / problems in the product purchased from AMAZON: - Heating Pad is found empty, Gel is not filled in the Heating Pad. Without Gel, Heating pad cannot be used. - It is not clear whether heating circuit is working or not in absence of Gel inside Heating pad. But on connecting to Electric Power Point, heating of Pad does not take place. You are requested to supply the Gel separately with instructions for filling in the Pad or supply another Heating pad filled with Gel. Your prompt action is requested. JIMMY ADAJANIA

                    Hi. I am Arshad Mailanchikkal. I have order a book "HP Certified Systems Administrator - 11i V3 " on September 2014.An amount of Rs.2, 894.00 is deducted from my account. My order Number is #[protected]. They didn't deliver the product on the delivery date. When I called the customer service they were behaving. I don't need that book anymore an they didn't refund the amount. I request you to please look into matter and make sure that I get my refund back.If in case I won’t get my refund I will have to take some actions against this issue.                       I have not received the order that is placed on " AMAZON.IN " I already paid the money via my debit card. Today i got a mail from " Amazon.in " that there was no one at my home to collect the items, that i ordered... But in actual, its not true..nobody came to deliver !! Even on the delivery tracking status : the item has not reached to the " OUT FOR DELIVERY " point. There was no sms or call before the delivery...                           Dear sir I am Trishala Naik from Kolhapur I had purchased an puma men’s Sandal on 31st January 2015. Due to some issue I had to return the item. Date of returning was 5th February 2015 at 12.20 p.m. I got a mail from amazon on date 6th February 2015 that I will receive a refund within 3 days of business. Yet I haven’t received refund against Order #[protected] To sort our this issue I had called in customer care twice and your clients told me the repeated procedure. After which I received mail from amazon that I will get my refund back within 4 days of business. Still amazon has failed to fulfill the promise. And haven’t received a single mail from billing department. I have called in the customer service and had a conversation with sukanya from pune on 16th March 2015. According to her directions I updated the account no. IFSC NO. and account holder name. However, up till now I didn’t received the refund. Instead I got a mail that the refund was unsuccessful. So today again I have an conversation with Mr. Pretam Bhaskar. According to his direction I changed my account no., IFSC NO., and account holder name. Due to previous inconvenience I had entered the new account no., IFSC NO., and account holder name according to the directions of Mr. Bhaskar. He ensured me that the refund will be returned within 4 days of business. I request you to please look into matter and make sure that I get my refund back within 4 days of business. If in case I won’t get my refund I will have to take some actions against this issue which I have been facing since beyond a month. This time I won’t call you back in customer care as I had already called twice for my refund. I would only send a mail of warring later I will have to take the action as I am left with no option.
