I have tried to purchase amazon e-mail gift card for the amount of Rs.1500 and while I am making payment I saw banner displayed about this additional 10% & 15% discounts for amazon pay balance so I have gone through the banner message T&C and there is no condition mentioned that it's not applicable for purchasing e-mail gift card from amazon but now because of amazon miscommunication...

I purchased OnePlus 3T for a price on INR 29, 998 on 12th December prime sale, but I'm yet to receive the phone.

I had placed 3 paid orders with amazon since 13th december 2016.All the orders had been dispatched but not delivered. Everytime the ordered items reached the nearest courier facility, they sent them back to amazon consecutively 3 times.
