I am a seller on amazon and sell product in the firm name naturehood arts.i got a order from deepa bhakshi for crockery unit.order id[protected].Accdg to amazon norms this order is to b fulfill as COD and easy ship which is not possible.amazon norms says it should b selfship with electronic advance payment.I already complain amazon lot of time but my problem is not solve by company.As per rule of amazon it should b selfship its weight is more than 18 kg.even buyer nature is so rude n not show proper response.

    Order Id:[protected] was supposed to be delivered on 6th Feb but it was not and we received a text message that this will be delivered on 7th Feb which is today.
    I called the delivery boy to get the status in the morning and he replied that he will deliver the package in the evening and in the evening instead of receiving the package i got a message that it is returned by us.
    Delivery boy mobile number is 75080012.

    We are regular customer of Amazon and we have never experienced this sort of issues.We will urge you to look into this issue and let us know the reason that why this much delay occurred.

      Hello sir,
      I had ordered the following two items on 4th Feb.’2017 and paid the amount through Internet Banking from my saving account under State BanK of India. And from the Transaction statement, it is clearly shown that the amount Rs.3317/- had been transferred to INB AMAZON on the same day, that is Saturday, February 4, 2017. To my very surprise, Amazon. In cancelled my order by informing me the cancel reason as ‘ Payment Declined’
      Then where is the amount of Rs. 3317.00 transferred from my Bank account to INB AMAZON gone? Kindly explain me about Payment Declination ; please search my payment and return to me so that I could re-order the same items.
      To support my claim that Rs. 3317.00 has been transferred to Amazon from my bank account, I am enclosing my account’s transaction statement from onlinesbi.com.

        I purchased (Skullcandy JIB S2DUDZ-003 In-Ear Headphone (Black) from Amazon on 4 November 2016 and made the payment of RS 749 via redeeming coupon of RS 500 and rest by making online payment. The product was working properly for 2 months and now stopped working which indicates that it was a fake Skullcandy. Date of purchase was 4/11/2016 and I received the product on 8/11/2016. There was no detail of the seller (Tecmate) and all they did is averted the responsibility.

          I had placed order for panasonic camera on 20th Jan and cancelled it on 23rd Jan 2017 as it was available for at cheaper rate. Order #[protected]

          The refund of 25, 500/- was processed and should have been reflected on or before 28th Jan 2017, but amount is still not credited in my account.
          I have been calling Amazon as well as my bank several times to track the payment.

          Bank needs UTR number to track the payment but Amazon is not ready to give transaction details of the refund processed. They have provided 6 digit reference number which is not referring to any transaction in the bank.

          I have been asking repeatedly for the transaction details but they keep on stalling me...
          If they have processed the payment then why they are not giving the details.
          I have been told several times that money would credited by the end of the day or in 24 hours. Even they told about some technical error from seller and they refused that refund was processed successfully.
          And without giving me any transaction details, they keep telling me to call the bank, which I have done several times.
          But they are not giving any details about the transaction.

          Its been 2 weeks and I have not got my money back yet.

              I have ordered oneplus3T on 22 January 2017. The payment is made for this order through the SBI debit card.

              As this order was cancelled on 27 January 2017. The Refund should be reflected on my account within 3-5 business day.

              I have a conversation with the Amazon customer care. They provide some 6-digit Refund Reference Number and said asked our bank representative regarding this issue.

              I have also visited the bank branch, they said we can't track transition with the Refund Reference Number.

                Hi Team,

                I Placed order in the month of October using mobile app and Payment was made using Citibank credit card as per the offer 10% additional cash back for the order is not credited to my Citibank account. The same has been escalated to the team, but no resolution is provided.

                I called to the customer care several times and every time they say we need 24-48 hours for the resolution but till date the cash back is not credited to my credit card.

                  Made a purchase from amazon which comprises of 1 order worth 7990rs. later on, same day i cancelled the product. at the end of day i got a email form amazon that the refund is made and this is The Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number) for the transaction is 895107.

                  and they asked me to contact the customer care of the bank to track the refund which is not yet processed.

                  I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken. And customer care officials are refusing to raise a complaint from bank side.

                            The material was sent back through dtdc vide their c.N. No. K91757525 which was delivered to aarti collections on 26.10.2016 and they have received it as per consignment status of dtdc india. The receiver's phone no. Is [protected] which is not being responded.

                              I have done a courier on dated[protected] with shipment #43330155 from nagpur. It was a return product of amazon. The consignment is getting back to source many times
                              but none of on dot official reported about it. it almost a month getting delayed for return and Amazon refused to process the return process.
                              when tried contacting on dot officials in nagpur they are not able to provide simple information about the product and not able to handle queries too. the main thing is whatever no specified in the site for customer support none of them are working (for ngp and delhi) and if it is active then no one will receive. i have posted complaint
                              regarding this on portal but i dont think someone has acknowledged it.

                                  I have ordered the item on 30th Jan and promised last date of delivery was 4th Feb 2017.However i got a message from amazon that my address is not reachable or need more info. I have ordered many items to my current address in the past and never come across such a stupid issue. I am staying in center part of city.
                                  I have complaint to customer service and no action taken after 48hrs even. One more thing I have paid full money including courier charge . Hence I request all Amazon customers to go only buy the item if COD is available.Otherwise you may loose money.
                                  I think i have to approach consumer court to get my money back.

                                    I had purchased a mobile through amazon on 31.1.17. the invoice was generated in the name in the amazon account. As I am eligible for a reimbursement for a Mobile handset I requested for change in name (my official name) in the invoice. The customer service person through online chat said it's not possible. Since I gave a poor feedback on the CS enquiry, the call was escalated and I spoke to a supposedly higher executive who guided me to give an invoice request online and assured that it shall be sent through email within 24 to 48 hrs. The request goes to the seller. How convenient! Then I get a regret msg from the seller that all invoices are dealt by amazon. When I spoke to the amazon cs executive again she says that invoice cannot be changed by amazon. The issue is being tossed back and forth by amazon and e mobiles, the seller. With advancements in today's technology, change in invoice is very simple - it is possible from a smallest retailer /supermarket to a big mnc. I fail to understand what is all the fuss about. Sincerely regret that I chose to buy a product through amazon. I should have bought from the manufacturer or in a mobile shop which may be simpler. Even the option of return and re purchase wasn't given.

                                      On 09/08/2016 I had ordered Motorola g4 plus phone from shopping App amazon.At that time amazon was offering Great india Sale 10% cashback on purchase through State bank debit cards. The term & condition of that offer told me that cashback will be credited in my account upto 1st Nov, 2016 but till today I haven't received cash back in my Bank Account. My Order id was:[protected]) Total: Rs.14, 999.00. Please take actions towards Amazon as many customers like me are harrased because of this.

                                      My last statement from Capital One has a unknown charge on it, so that means my credit card was used.

                                        I have purchased boxing part from amazon but bcoz of worst quality I was not satisfied with preduction so I returned as per policy in 7 days.amazone person come and collect the product as well but still I didn't receive any refund from amazon what kind of process they are following not able to understand that. It took more than 6month to refund the amount I have attached the enclosed of product returned receipt as well.
