Dear sir,
I am already purchase Panasonic led TV 28 inch order on 14 Feb 2017 and led
TV delivered on 15 Feb 2017 but TV was damage and then I give pickup
request on Amazon site for 16 Feb 2017 8am to 11am but delivery boy come
and say it is damage product and we can't accept because we have not right
to pickup damage product and they will tell me to complaint again and only
Amazon delivery boy have a right to pickup damage led TV then I again
complaint on your call centre then your representative tell me that we will
reschedule your pickup request to 17 Feb 2017 11am to 2pm but in evening
again I called your call center to change pickup timing because I am
unavailable in afternoon then please change pickup timing to evening 5pm to
8pm but I will not receive any pickup request timing change SMS and SMS
only show afternoon timing and on 17 Feb 2017 I would receive a SMS from
Amazon that pickup timing is afternoon 11am to 3pm and also mention Amazon
pickup agent no. Then I call on agent no. They tell me that our delivery
boy is already going pickup and I will inform you after he will come. In
evening nobody delivery boy call me to pickup and Amazon agent whose I
called inafternoon is switch off his mobile phone and your call centre
representative is also reschedule my pickup delivery to 18 Feb 2017 11 am
to 2 pm
This is the whole matter and courier boy is very irresponsible behaviour
and your seller cloudtail service is also giving damage product.
If 18 Feb 2017 you will not pickup my tv then I will sue in consumer court.
Surly I will sue you in consumer court and take claim TV and Money refund
also.
This is your service shame on you Amazon.
worst product worst service worst communication.
I would doing biggest mistake in my life to trust on Amazon.
But it is never happen again in future because I will not

    I Jain Sebastian, Student had ordered Laptop using Gift Voucher Worth Rs. 24, 499/- .While i am ordering the same in between my account has been hold. and my amount is in amazon account. regarding this from past 2 months i am calling amazon customer service and complaining everyday but no convenience reply. Every day they give 24 hrs timings and escape from the matter.

    Please Help me in this regard to get my money back.

I got false commitment about delivery time from your team which has not fulfilled.Earlier also I faced same problem. Your Hyderabad Amazon service is very very waste. I want to bring notice that you should be taken some action against your Hyderabad service. Don't harass your regular customer.

      Monday to Thursday No body are available at home to receive the order.In future I have to think twice before ordering from your site.

      From deepalinx through Amazon.in which is yet not delivered to me . It's sheduled delivery was on 10 Feb. I have send so many e mails to the vendor but they are not answering my emails.

        I was planning to buy trouser and my Amazon pay balance was 260. I tried to add 640 more when my payment failed.
        Now I have received a mail from "[protected]@amazon.in" mentioning that my access to amazon account has been locked because my payment information was not confirmed. I was asked to fax my credit card statement with my billing address to[protected].

        But when I try to send the docs the line keeps coming busy and they have given no means to verify if the fax machine is working at their end.

        Calling the customer care is of no help since they say they can't do anything because the team who blocked my account can't be contacted by customer care and I must send the fax only.

        Also, the email ids "[protected]@amazon.in" and "[protected]@amazon.in" are giving Delivery Failure.

        So now I am left with no means to use my own Rs. 1000 since my account is locked and no way to contact the Amazon team which blocked my account.

        Kindly unblock my account or refund my Amazon pay balance to respective bank account/debit card.

                Hi i ordered litter tray for my cats got a message that package will be delivered in morning and agent.no was provided when i called no was invalid second message i got we tried delivering the package but we were at home then in app in came delivery date not decided false information and it happened multiple times my tracking id[protected]

                  I ordered for a sony smart band but it is not working with handset i have. So i have raised a return request. Still waiting for return request to be completed.details attached below.
                  I need an answer that by when it would be sorted. This is last time i am waiting for a reply else the next time it would be consumer court settling the differences. I am fed up with following on same thing time and again.

                      I brought "Samsung On7 Pro(Black)" phone based on Amazon app details with photos 16th Feb 2017 but it's not the same which i received. I asked amazon customer care to return my money but they denied as they don't have policy which changed few months back, then ask them to give at least another color in the same product but still they denied. Asked them to escalate to higher but they denied and saying that there is no higher level escalation in Amazon.
                      They are saying that they will not help anyways & do whatever you want.
                      Amazon earning money by cheating customers which is not expected ever from brand like this.
                      Please let me know how resolve my issue.

                          I paid through my Amazon Pay account t subscribe for Kindle Unlimited for 6 months on[protected]. Rs. 999 was deducted from my account while I was not given Kindle subscription.

                          On writing or calling to Amazon Support they are just transferring or escalating the issue to different departments.

                          Today on the[protected] still the issue is not rectified and I am made to run to n fro for the refund or subscription.

                          The approach and attitude the support team is giving a feeling that I had lost my money to them. They are least bothered to sort out the issue.

                              I have ordered a Sony xperia Bluetooth speaker from amazon website but i was delivered a local company speaker afterthat i registered a complain to replace my product and I post the product at the address mention in the delivery box then after 10 day my product was again delivered to my address but what i get the same local company product.i m very disappointed with your service and i want to complain this matter to consumer forum..please stop making customers fool

                                The parcel reached my office on 14th Feb 2017 and for payment the delivery man was not carrying the debit card swipe machine so he promised to come the next day which came again on 15th feb 17 with amother delivery man who again was not carrying the same swipe machine and left again to come back after few hours which has not yet come back. please inform what next should i do to get my ordered parcel,

                                  Further to our several tel-cons on the subject matter, I would like express the following,

                                  1. With trust on AMAZON, my children had placed an order (Order[protected], by making online payment thru my bank account for purchasing a Shuttle Bat,

                                  2. Upon opening the parcel, it was noticed that the shuttle bat was delivered in a broken condition,

                                  3. Immediately my children informed the concerned over phone about the broken condition of the bat and photos were sent to you and others,

                                  4. The customer care personnel had informed that they would take action for re-fund,

                                  5. Later on, the customer care personnel had informed that the broken bat has to be sent back to 'GOYAL ENTERPRISES' by courier, but the charge quoted by the courier company is too high which is @ Rs. 850/-, so, sending the broken bat by courier was not done,

                                  6. Finally, having known about the above developments, myself ( parent) took up the matter with you over phone and you had assured to get the refund done by 17th Feb'17, but so far the refund didn't reflect in my bank account,

                                  7. In the past 2 days, I have been calling on your mobile phone but you are not picking my calls, therefore, I am writing this mail.

                                  In view of the above, you are once again requested to take the matter seriously and take necessary action for refund.

                                    I have place a order on 2feb'17, ie.Avsar New Collection 18K (750) Yellow Gold and Diamond Pendant with order id[protected] and amount is 3190/- as shown in picture.
                                    As i get material on 13feb but the quality and finishing of that gold was worst so i immediately registered return pickup on same day.As i got a date of reverse pickup on 14feb between 8am to 11am even go through below picture but no one came for pickup on given time.That pickup boy came at evening and he was very rude and he didn't take my material from home, he said that give your material nearby location.So i reached there and gave that worst quality material.
                                    And he said that your amount will be refund within 24hour.
                                    But till date i havenot receive single amount.
                                    And amazon customer service dont have any curtacy that they should update me about the refund status.Not even single call i get from amazon.
                                    They always show negligence regrding refunds.

                                      I would like to inform you that on date 08 Feb 2017 I have ordered Lenovo K4 Bluetooth wireless Headset with free gift of 02 smallest mini Bluetooth headset earphone.

                                      which cost after discount was Rs.546/-(Five Hundred Forty Six only) my order no. was[protected] & I have already done advance payment from my Credit Card.

                                      But you did not send me that product which are shown on your site you send me one Chinese MP3 headphone & one simple wired ear phone.

                                      Sir I was surprised to open my courier & I have shocked that amazon which are a reputed company of on line shopping make me a fool to their customer this is not the right way to growth your business most of people believed only some reputed on line shopping company like Flipkart Ebay. Amazon is one of them.

                                      This type fraud do only some fake site but now you also start cheat with your customers.

                                        I had ordered a tripod Benro IT 15 on 4/2/2017 and it was to deliver on 15/2/2017. This item was lying with the delivery agency from 10/2/17,
                                        on 14/2/2017 I got a message that it was delivered to me and signed by
                                        TV for E Be, what a fun ? My name is chandan chakraborty and it was booked in my name and in my address only.
                                        From 14/2/17 I am contacting with your customer care and they said that you will get the refund with in 3 days but till now neither the item nor the refund is seen.
                                        In fact I made full payment, and now I feel I made a mistake by paying in advance and it seems because of this the delivery people
                                        took the advantage of it.
                                        KINDLY GET MY REFUND urgently SO THAT I CAN BUY IT NOW
