I am hope less I'm buy a samsung note 2 s-pen from amazon but it not working when I get thatwise I self return and they successful get that product I'm not get my refund amazon customers cear told me that they sent me refund and some references no. Also given but my bank told me that there is no refund comes in my account and that reference number doesn't exist. I think amazon not provide my refund ..

    Ordered on 6 february 2017 order#[protected]
    I had ordered and paid in full for a cutlery set.
    I did not receive the item but on amazon website shows that the item was handed over to me on 12/02/2017 at the given address.
    It was bought for a gift and i am very distressed.
    I did not receive the product and the company is not open to complaints of this nature.
    Please look into this and oblige.

      I bought mobile InFocus Bingo 50+ (Silver, 16GB) on 25 October 2016 using SBI card on delivery. but i didn't get cashback. Amazon suppose to give cashback on 31 st Jan. Almost 10 times, i chat with them & all the time escalation. poor service. they cheating customers. I want to make complients with them.

      Please help me to get my cashback. Thanks.

        1-I have Ordered Samsung Galaxy on5 pro. I received my Product. I was shocked to open that product. Down side of battery Paper is not stick and some apps are not working properly.
        2- Same think happens with other project also. When I open the packet of my Highlander Casual denim shirt I was shocked to see that the shirt is used and tag was open.
        Amazon is harashing Customer by sending such type of defective and used products.

          Hi Team,

          I have ordered Lenovo K5 vibe gold update version but still i am not received the product . Its over 20 days since i dint received my product. very worst delivery. every day i am keep on doing follow-up with amazon customer care. they are suggesting 23 hours whenever i call. I will tell my all friends to don't use this site for purchase. I am get fed-up, my amount also not returned. like this is going on you will lose all customers. I request you to do fast service for customer satisfaction. otherwise don't do this business.

              I have ordered tow products from amazone with order number[protected]. i received the product on 7th Feb, 17. As the product was not up to the quality, I returned the product that day itself. I'm Supposed to get the refund within 1 week. But till now I haven't received my money back. I have contacted the customer care representatives and as per their instruction I have send the return receipt copy to their official email ID. I have been waiting for the refund since last 10 days. No positive response from Amazone.

              There is no response from Amazone till now..as confirmed by their customer care representative two days back amount should be credited within 24 to 48 hours..today the deadline ends..There is not even a single
              Mail from amazone confirming payment schedule.

              What's the point of making a complaint here? I had filed a complaint against Amazon for non refund of amount against product return. Surprisingly I have not received the money yet even after filing a complaint.. it's going to be almost one month now. I have not received the refund yet.

                I was purchsed Samsung Galaxy J7i 2016 in October 25-28 Diwali Offer from Amazon app & that time offer is 10% from site & 15% from App, I orderd my mobile from app & that time there was offer 15% cash back & after purchase mobile I recieved massege that your cashback will recieved on 31st Ja. 2017, but afternot recieved that amout I was called there for the same these executive told me that bank related issue & you will recieved within 24 hour, but not any cashback recieved & again I called there & executive told me that 48 hrs, but not recieved & 3rd time executive told me that yes sir your eligible for 2000 cashback & I submit escalation form for the same. But after when I called them they told me that you are not eligible for this offer & cashback & for cashback & offer I purchsed mobile from Amazon, but they are not ready to give me my cashback my order no. is[protected] .

                  I placed an order (ID[protected] for Preethi steel supreme MG 208 750 watt mixer grinder (ASIN: B00V531U5U) on[protected], paid cash Rs 4730/- through net banking, by VISA debit card, the same was confirmed and received message as the same shall deliver by 4th Feb' 17.
                  But the seller cancelled the order, the same was informed by mail on 3rd Feb'17,
                  and Amazon informed the refund process has initiated and shall reflect in my account within two days.
                  But till today[protected] the amount was not reflected in my bank account.
                  This shatters the faith on AMAZON.
                  Please look into it and speed up the refund.

                    I ordered one leather jacket from amazon.in ( Order #[protected]. When I follow up with amozon for my order then they replied that your product is delivered even I did not receive my product yet. I have been taking follow up with customer care since 5th January 2017 but its useless and waste of time, after some time they sent me one fake proof of delivery and denied for further call and complaint.

                    I have already paid 4199/- through online payment method and want refund.
                    (fake POD shared by Amazon is attached herewith)

                      I purchased goods from them in the month of October with the cash back to be credited in my card on 10th Jan .
                      Though I received some products & some were cancelled by them after the cash back scheme was over & after calling them on 26 Nov I was assured for the cash back but checking my credit call bill no cash back was received & calling them today they refused to give cash back & explaining that the partial order was cancelled by us so you are not eligible for cash back

                        I had placed an order, number[protected] for which I had to place a return request as the item ordered couldnt fit my purpose. I was asked to self courier the item by able auto seller. I speed posted the order on 1st feb 2017, speed post number - EM[protected]IN which states that the order has been delivered. however I am trying to contact the seller by calling multiple times and I even watsapped/messaged the seller about the order number and courier details, everytime I get a response "Mam we will get back!" and they have responded back yet! no updates are shown on my account for that order. Highly disappointed with the order and I will not recommend to shop for amazon seller Able Auto services. Pathetic behaviour and 0 customer satisfaction!

                                To Amazon Team,

                                I want to update you on quality of services provided by Amazon India. This is a real time data taken from my last 3 orders ordered in period of 5 days.

                                1) Order #[protected]
                                • Ordered on 3rd Feb
                                • Status showed as dispatched on 4th Feb
                                • Got a call from seller on 5th Feb stating that he is calling from Amazon and wanted me to cancel the orders as the stock was unavailable.
                                • I updated the same to Amazon customer care and they informed me that they will send an update to seller to deliver the product
                                • On my next call to Amazon for update they stated that seller will return your amount because he did not have the stock.
                                • I got the money back by 8th Feb

                                2) Order #[protected]
                                • Ordered on 8th Feb
                                • Got message on 11th Feb stating that Customer wants to reschedule the delivery
                                • I have called Amazon team, updated on the wrong status update and that no one called nor updated me on the order. They stated that they will update the courier team and help me in getting it delivered
                                • Got message on 12th Feb stating that customer wants to reschedule the delivery
                                • I have again called Amazon team, updated on the wrong status update and that no one called nor updated me on the order. They stated that they will update the courier team and help me in getting it delivered.
                                • Got a message on 13th Feb stating that customer did not take the product hence returning it back
                                • I have again called customer care and intimated them on the false message. No one came to deliver the product nor called me on the same. They stated that they will update the same and help to get the product delivered
                                • On 14th, I have called for an update and Amazon team informed me that I will get my refund.

                                3) Order #[protected]
                                • Ordered on 8th Feb
                                • Got a message on 13th stating that product was delivered
                                • Informed Amazon team on 13th that I did not receive the product, they wanted me to be patience so that I will get my order delivered
                                • Again called Amazon team on 14th and informed them that my product was not yet delivered. They again wanted me to be patience.
                                • Today is 15th and I am yet to receive my product.

                                I have few points to ask you guys
                                1) Is it worth purchasing with Amazon anymore with this type of service?
                                2) Why is the status updated wrongly on all the orders? For example if you see my orders[protected] and[protected]. These show status stating customer cancelled the orders hence processing the refund. But the reality is seller did not have the stock and courier company did not deliver the product respectively. Why blaming customer for your mistakes? Are we the soft targets?
                                3) In my multiple calls with Amazon they were never helpful with actions.
                                a) They first apologize for what has happened
                                b) Secondly read out the status what is shown on the portal
                                c) Thirdly convince the customer that they will inform the seller or the courier company but there will be no action in reality.
                                4) If this is what is expected from customer service you can arrange an IVR instead of human intelligence.
                                5) Trust should be like; if an order is placed customer should be sure that he will get his product. But not his money back. Amazon team behaves like they are doing favor returning my money when the order is not honored.
                                6) I request you to concentrate on service quality and fool proof mechanisms to improve customer satisfaction.
                                7) Customer services should behave like their world revolves around the customer but not vice versa. I had to call you guys multiple times after placing the orders.

                                        Day 1 [09-Feb-2017] : Called amazon, they asked me wait 1 or 2 days an check.

                                        Day 2 [13-Feb-2017, Morning] : Called amazon, they said "refund is bounced back, we will re-initiate again", our backend team will get back with the confirmation mail

                                        Day 2 [13-Feb-2017, Evening] : Amazon replied back with the refund reference nos., saying nothing more our end you have to check with the bank.

                                        Day 3 [14-Feb-2017, Morning] : After the first call with the bank, called Amazon, you have to check with your bank only, we can't help in this.

                                        Day 4 [14-Feb-2017, Afternoon] : After the second call with the bank, Called Amazon, they said check with your bank get the dispute no and share, so that we can look into

                                        From all the above i can clearly understand, once you pay the money to amazon, if you face any issue (so far i haven't faced such issue in my amazon purchases) that's it no body from amazon will help you.
