Hi,

I ordered a mobile phone on Amazon on 24 January 2017.

This phone was supposed to be delivered on 30th Jan but it was never delivered. When I dropped a mail to amazon on 5th Feb they told me that the order has lost in trasition and they can't provide me the order so I need to replace it.
I gave replacement request on 5-Feb-2017 and I was told order will arrive in 3-5 days but Amazon has not dispatched the order yet.

Please help.

    I purchased Lenovo vibe K5 phone by Amazon on 20 Jan 2017 order no[protected] the item not received and the same item was returned . The Amazon was refound my payment on 26 Jan 2017 and receiving DT 31 Jan 2017 but I not received my refound payment . I payment my card no[protected] amount 7499. And Amazon payment tranction no 629694.

      I have ordered Shopper Stop Instant Gift voucher with order No. 171-[protected] dated 26 January 2017.Erroneously I have entered a wrong email id which I immediately within 5 mins called customer care team and informed with the incident. I have also received an email on 26January stating the the gift card was undeliverabale and to edit the Gift card and resend. I had tried number of times using Amazon App AND through website also but there is no option for edit or resend the Gift card to different email address. I called customer care team and they also tried but not able to do any thing. Thus, I have been informed on 28 Janaury that only Amazon back end team can only resolve this issue which will be done in 5 days. However, there were no response or confirmation about resending the gift card or refund even after my several phone calls, emails sent to customer care team. Since last week, customer card team had not sent any update to this pending issue and over the phone that they are unable to resend the same to email and cant refund the amount.

      This is such an unacceptable way to resolve customer complain specially when this is such a basic request. Thus, Since I am not receiving any response to my query complaining this to this forum and expect that the concerned team will help to refund INR500 or resending the gift card to my correct email address. I have given the order details above and do call me by taking my call details from Amazon account. Thanks.

        Amazon India is encouraging doctored reviews on its website by providing incentives to people who write positive reviews on their website.As a consumer this leads to misleading and promote purchase in other wise not so good product.

          I purchase xiomi note 3 from Amazon some days back which got delivered today. I am unable to remove the SIM tray according to the instructions there seems to be a problem with the SIM tray. As mentioned on the website and purchase order details it has a 10 day return policy. Spoke to the customer care they tell me the item can only be replaced with the same model. I said I need my refund and don't need the replacement as I don't know maybe the replacement product could have same issues, and don't wish to purchase anything from Amazon.

          The representative tells me it's not their fault as its just a medium for Redmi for selling the products and they are not responsible for any defective products. How can they even say that, they don't even know what kind of products they are selling on their website, it's just a money minting company.

          Today is the day I received my phone I received a message saying I can return it by 20 th Feb if I am not happy even before purchasing on the website it said it has 10 days return policy but the representative tells me that thir policy has been changed in November which wass mentioned nowhere during purchasing the item or even in the delivery confirmation mail.

          This is just not acceptable, this is the worst experience I had with Amazon.i am not going to purchase anything from here henceforth. For now I just need my refund. That's it!!!

            Refund not done by Amazon which order #[protected].
            I purchased with debit(ATM) cord (SBI) rs.5999.
            Amazon saying that they made payment on 27 Nov.2015. with NFT[protected]XXXXXXXXXXXXXX.
            I visited many time in my bank for refund never processed. My bank custamer respond me very well but they unable track processed this neft no.
            I complained emailed to Amazon for this matter Same way they just answer same nft ref no. Ask bank custamer to refund never processed.
            Amazon not telling Thier bank Name correct reference no.
            No refund paid by Amazon they are fooling with such fake NFT no.
            Amazon one person must come look at the matter (just do not email do work direct)

              Hi there,
              I am facing a trouble as the laptop which I recieved online on 5th of Feb 2017 was dead on arrival,

              Even after charging it for 5-7 hrs in different interval of time, there was no response, it was not turning on, when it was checked by dell engineers they said need 40 days to fix for which I am not ready,

              I just want the laptop to be replaced within 3 days or else I may have to unwillingly make a complaint in india consumer forum. I request the people or executives in Amazon customer department to please look into this, take necessary action

                A to Z company seriously you guys are just making the fools, on 7th this month i make an order of RS 5000, the same day i cancelled the order and after 2 hours i got a call from the seller, how dare you to cancel the order ?bull #### seriously flipkart is far better than you guys it is hardy matters for me 5000 bucks but definitely i am going to share my experience on linkedin also .

                  I have placed an order on dec 19 2016. the product which was delivered to me was wrong on dec 30. i put an return request and the return pickup held on jan 2nd 2017.but till date (nearly 1 month 15 days) i didn't got my refund.the amazon customer service not at all resolving my issue.they simply asking details but no work about my issue was going on.i called and mailed them so many times but no one replying and they simply telling that you will get your refund within 3-4 days. your amazon customer service was worst.Amazon returns and refunds are not easy at all they simply play with us.

                        I ordered a laptop vide no[protected] on 3rd feb for next day delivery.but i didnt receive it so far.i received a call from ur del boy on 5th feb(sunday).i asked him to come on monday becoz our office remain closed on sunday.but till date i didnt receive any call neither i got my laptop yet.i contcted ur cus cr couple of times finally they provided me a mob no of delivry boy.i called him today he said he came to my off and called me but call was unreachable that is the reason he took it back.i asked him why u didnt come to the given address.he said the procedure is he calls the customer if he failed to contact they they dont go to the given address.then they update that customer is not available.i shocked to listen to him.i got shocked againg when i saw the tracking report on my application.they updated that they have attemped 4 times although this is completely lie.our office opens 10am to 8 pm.i again called ur delivry boy on [protected] in the afternoon.he said he will delivr it before 7 pm.but now his no coming swiched off.i didnt expect such a service provided by amazon.i am going to uninstall ur app.i will never buy anything from u.

                          Amazon.in order #[protected] could not be delivered as customer was not available was supposed to be delivered on 6th Feb but it was not and we received a text message that this will be delivered on 7th Feb which is today.
                          I called the delivery boy to get the status in the morning and he replied that he will deliver the package in the evening and in the evening instead of receiving the package i got a message that it is returned by us.
                          Delivery boy mobile number is [protected].

                          We are regular customer of Amazon and we have never experienced this sort of issues.We will urge you to look into this issue and let us know the...

                              Amazon India — Amazon for refusing to give back my money

                              I received a worst customer service from AMAZON support staff. The person after kept waiting for 40 minutes, simply left the conversation without giving me any reply.

                              So, I decided not to buy anything and decided to close my AMAZON Account.

                              But, I have some money in my AMAZON Wallet. The AMAZON refused to transfer the money into my bank account. There are suggesting me to buy something with that money. But, I don't want to buy anything from a website which has a staff who don't values it's customers.

                              So, I decided to file a complaint against AMAZON INDIA...

                                I have ordered an exclusive mobile phone in 2nd Feb 2017. Amazon dispatched courier through gati courier services but local office of gati told me that we are not providing services in sohna gurgaon give me your local address otherwise I'l.p. return your product. Why they told me like this.and gati courier already posted status in his online tracking service such that customer refuses to accept the product while no courier boy is arrived in my home.such a frustrating company of amazon and gati courier services. I need that product so I provided him my local address amazon india only write complain but no action is taken by the company. I am not buy any product from Amazon and guys this is my request please don't buy any product from Amazon. I want a action against gati courier services( mr dharampal contact no [protected]) he refuses to provide my product in shona and asking me local address.

                                  I have ordered few items and as usual delivery guy has called me back during office hours. i asked him to come next day and next day he has come again in same hours and i asked him keep the item in secrete place and i asked my friend to rush into room and take item inside but there was no item place in said place. hence i request you to ask the delivery boy and return item asap and do the refund.

                                    On 22nd January, 2017, I placed an order for a memory upgrade module for laptop and made the payment of Rs 2800 for the order online.

                                    On 28th January, Saturday, I got a call from an Amazon delivery boy while I was out of town. I explained to him that I was out of station and will be returning in a day or two Bangalore. I had requested him to come again on Monday, 30th January, since even my neighbour was out of town there was nobody to receive the package on my behalf. He agreed. Immediately after that I got a message that the package is delivered. I assumed that the delivery boy was just marking it as delivered so that he can come again on Monday.

                                    When he did not call even after several days. I called the delivery boy but he could not relate to what I was talking about. I then called the customer care. The customer care said they will ask the seller to refund.

                                    The seller called me and said it was not his problem if the package was not correctly delivered and that I must reach out to Amazon customer care.

                                    I called the Amazon customer care again. They told me to wait for a few days and then call them again if I still don't receive the package. They told me to wait until 6th February. I called the customer care again on 6th February in the even. This time they said, they will start an investigation process and the investigation team will contact me via email.

                                    After a day I got an email stating that they investigated and verified that the product has been delivered to me since I have personally signed and received the package. When I told them I was not in town, their response was like: the case is closed no matter what I have to say. How can I sign and receive the package when I was not in town.

                                    I called the customer care again. Even they gave the same response. I tried explaining that I had no family members at the delivery address and no neighbours around my house on 28th January and there is no way that any of my family members or friends receive the package on my behalf. The funny thing, the customer care kept saying that I have signed and received the package personally on 28th January, while was not even present in the city on that day. The customer care person told me he cannot help me. I asked the customer care person, what options I have and whether I must go to the consumer court to get my money back. The customer care person told me wait and he never came back online. After waiting for several minutes I realised, it must be their typical tactic to deal with angry customers by putting them on-hold forever. So I hung up.

                                      On11/1/17 we have tried to add rs2000 in amazon pay balance five times but all the time shown failure still the rs10000/ (@2000x5 debited. Complained to amazon they have received three [protected]@2000, returned by them on 16/1/17. For rs4000 we have contacted to sbi customer care but they have messaged that no such type of debits were done now how we will get back ourrs4000
