I had bought the mobile(8th aug 2016) in amazon when their is an cash back offer of 10% through sbi debit.As per terms and conditions i had to recieve my cash back on OCt 10th 2016, but i did not recieved my cash back yet.when ever i am calling them they are simply saying that they are checking why it is not credited.And i had also shared the bank statement also. I had ordered some seeds of worth Rs 137 and gave my office address for delivery, the courier person tried to contact me on 14th Dec 2016 for delivery at 3:25 PM.
