To Amazon Team,

I want to update you on quality of services provided by Amazon India. This is a real time data taken from my last 3 orders ordered in period of 5 days.

1) Order #[protected]
• Ordered on 3rd Feb
• Status showed as dispatched on 4th Feb
• Got a call from seller on 5th Feb stating that he is calling from Amazon and wanted me to cancel the orders as the stock was unavailable.
• I updated the same to Amazon customer care and they informed me that they will send an update to seller to deliver the product
• On my next call to Amazon for update they stated that seller will return your amount because he did not have the stock.
• I got the money back by 8th Feb

2) Order #[protected]
• Ordered on 8th Feb
• Got message on 11th Feb stating that Customer wants to reschedule the delivery
• I have called Amazon team, updated on the wrong status update and that no one called nor updated me on the order. They stated that they will update the courier team and help me in getting it delivered
• Got message on 12th Feb stating that customer wants to reschedule the delivery
• I have again called Amazon team, updated on the wrong status update and that no one called nor updated me on the order. They stated that they will update the courier team and help me in getting it delivered.
• Got a message on 13th Feb stating that customer did not take the product hence returning it back
• I have again called customer care and intimated them on the false message. No one came to deliver the product nor called me on the same. They stated that they will update the same and help to get the product delivered
• On 14th, I have called for an update and Amazon team informed me that I will get my refund.

3) Order #[protected]
• Ordered on 8th Feb
• Got a message on 13th stating that product was delivered
• Informed Amazon team on 13th that I did not receive the product, they wanted me to be patience so that I will get my order delivered
• Again called Amazon team on 14th and informed them that my product was not yet delivered. They again wanted me to be patience.
• Today is 15th and I am yet to receive my product.

I have few points to ask you guys
1) Is it worth purchasing with Amazon anymore with this type of service?
2) Why is the status updated wrongly on all the orders? For example if you see my orders[protected] and[protected]. These show status stating customer cancelled the orders hence processing the refund. But the reality is seller did not have the stock and courier company did not deliver the product respectively. Why blaming customer for your mistakes? Are we the soft targets?
3) In my multiple calls with Amazon they were never helpful with actions.
a) They first apologize for what has happened
b) Secondly read out the status what is shown on the portal
c) Thirdly convince the customer that they will inform the seller or the courier company but there will be no action in reality.
4) If this is what is expected from customer service you can arrange an IVR instead of human intelligence.
5) Trust should be like; if an order is placed customer should be sure that he will get his product. But not his money back. Amazon team behaves like they are doing favor returning my money when the order is not honored.
6) I request you to concentrate on service quality and fool proof mechanisms to improve customer satisfaction.
7) Customer services should behave like their world revolves around the customer but not vice versa. I had to call you guys multiple times after placing the orders.

          Day 1 [09-Feb-2017] : Called amazon, they asked me wait 1 or 2 days an check.

          Day 2 [13-Feb-2017, Morning] : Called amazon, they said "refund is bounced back, we will re-initiate again", our backend team will get back with the confirmation mail

          Day 2 [13-Feb-2017, Evening] : Amazon replied back with the refund reference nos., saying nothing more our end you have to check with the bank.

          Day 3 [14-Feb-2017, Morning] : After the first call with the bank, called Amazon, you have to check with your bank only, we can't help in this.

          Day 4 [14-Feb-2017, Afternoon] : After the second call with the bank, Called Amazon, they said check with your bank get the dispute no and share, so that we can look into

          From all the above i can clearly understand, once you pay the money to amazon, if you face any issue (so far i haven't faced such issue in my amazon purchases) that's it no body from amazon will help you.

            Dear amazon,
            I placed an order[protected] - order number) and return to amazon 21 jan 2017. Amazon send me the reference number of the refund: 418349 on 27 jan 2017. As amazon said that i have to wait 5 business days to get return, till the date the amount is not credited to my account. From past 4 days i called to amazon costumer care representatives they said that the refund is initiated form your side i should call to sbi customer care service. I called to sbi customer care they said i need to visit home branch. My home branch in my town i'm in hyderabad.

            Again contact sbi customer care they said i need to ask you like amazon you ave not initiated to the refund. And i said the reference number also so they said i need to visit the branch.

            And i call to my home branch and i ask them with the refund reference number and they tell they don't get any of refund amount with this refund reference number in my account...

            16 days completed. 5 to 6 times i called up amazon they said same thing they never take responsibility to clear this problem. Please take an action on amazon. They don't refund to my account simply games with customers and they wasting our time to following them past 6 days. Don't go with amazon online shopping.

              Hi,
              I had bought a set of 8 Hikvision Cameras from Amazon.in (ORDER #[protected], out of which 1 camera stopped working after 9 months. As amazon.in showed me it had 2 years of warranty I spoke to Hikvision.
              Hikvision said they don't give warranty on the products sold outside from Hikvision (Amazon is considered unauthorized seller for Hikvision). Hikvision denied me and gave explanation via below
              - telephonic denial, many times
              - via email

              Also Hikvision said they had put a declaimer on their website that they don't support cameras sold outside of hikvision(which is right).

              Now Amazon is adamant that they need DOA letter to proceed further...Hikvision is denying to give any such letter and telling me to tell Amazon that if Amazon.in need DOA then talk to Hikvision directly (not via customer).

              I had spoken many times to Amazon (azra, chirag, mandeep, deepthi) and told to them about this but they didn't help me. Also few of them disconnected the chat rudely.

              I am in soup now, neither Amazon is helping (where it should) as I had bought product from Amazon and they have wrongly descripted that the product has 2 years of warranty... None of the Hikvision product sold by Amazon (there are lots) has NO warranty and wrongly shown on Amazon.in.

              Amazon is refusing to deal my case and adamant on DOA which manufacturer is not providing.

              Please help in my case, I thought Amazon.in was good.

                  On July 2016 I bought a glass tip LPG triple burner stove via online. Top glass was broken. Before breaking the glass that means 3 hrs before I was making food at 6 pm and I stopped cooking. And I was having dinner at that time in between 8.30 & 9.30 pm the glass was breakdown and too much of noises its being last for 1 hrs. Already I informed to amazon and they told me they will call back and check. Till now they didn't call or didn't make any enquiry. Please exchange it and give a new one or repair it and give. I think ur service is too bad.

                      I ordered set of 2 mouse "Ordered on 9 February 2017 Order#[protected]" they are not working at al and i am not satisfied at all. On very same day I requested refund. No one available to pick up. Customer care executive asking me to do print a label, courier by yourself.

                      What is this man. you should mentioned this before while i am ordering. I will buy this product from flipkart or anywhere else. They all are providing same facility at my same location. Jabong, snapdeal, ebay, myntra all are providing same facility at my location.

                      How can it be possible that amazon able to deliver a product in same location but can't pickup.

                      That's such a disappointment. if that's the case why should buy online from amazon.

                      As a customer I am still in loss. Amazon did nothing but ordering me to do it by myself. that's the worst company on internet.

                      There are some courier partners with which these online shopping sites are linked to. Only few of them take back the items from the customers and the rest of them which are really prominent couriers but still they only deliver the items at your home but won't pickup. if you are staying at a place where these couriers are not available then there is nothing amazon can do.

                        Amazon is stating they have succesfully processed the CASHBACK & asked to contact the bank But it hasn't been credited otherwise why was i wasting my time unneccessarily.
                        I was asked by the Amzon to furnish OCT 2015-JULY 2016 bank statements which i sent them, then later on they started ducking & giving lame excuses.
                        Now the bank asked for Txn No?? if the Amazon has processed the Cashbacks which they haven't furnished to me me till date neither i got the cashback, the sole pupose for doing shopping online with promotional offers went down the drain with enormus amount of time & energy spent
                        dont buy product from amazon under any cashback schemes because i had placed many orders lured by promotion cashback offer but in reality never got back cashback with successfull orders!!!

While surfing facebook the screen of the mobile suddenly got hanged on 11feb 2017 and since then it is unserviceable . no operation can be performed. so the handset may please be replaced.

                                Hi Sir,

                                Had bought the Disk from amazon, from day 1 there was issue, Assumed it may be a driver issue. Later it was crashing when ever rebooted.

                                Raised a complaint to seagate as it was in warranty. When visited the seagate service center, they found out there was 2 stickers, they said it has been forged . both stickers when they verified it was not showing the warranty.

                                Please look into this.

                                  I have placed multiple orders on amazon. They cancelled my order randomly after 10-15 days of order date and give me a silly reason. They send me a confirmation date when i placed the order. They always cancel the order after confirmation. They are not delivering my order yet which was placed on[protected].                                     I've purchased the above said item on 20th January.but I returned the item before getting delivered.but still now I didn't get my refund. I've called their customer care thrice.At last time I called they are not responsive and cancelled my call.i've contacted my bank customer care as well as my bank, they told me to call amazon customer care, because the Amazon didn't credited my money yet.I think flipkart is better in dealing with customers.they are more satisfactory than amazon.amazon is really irritating by dealing with customers.

                                      I Purchased Captcha Wireless Bluetooth Device from Amazon recd. in Bad Condition/Dead. After that I Complaint to Amazon C.C and there Courier picked device by 14.01.17. But still today I not recd my device, in between 10 to 15 Calls to A.C.C. but they are only Assurance to Return my Device.

                                        I am one of the regular buyers at Amazon.in. This is regarding Amazon order no.[protected]. I placed the order on 10th January 2017, paid in full but haven't received it till date.
                                        The vendor "Liveyoursport" is making lame excuses by sending me mails (after a month) that the product is not available and there was a price problem when nothing as such is true.
                                        Just that now since the price of the product has increased, the vendor wants me to cancel the old order (placed at lower price) and place a new order at higher price. He is a fraud.
                                        I have told him that I will not cancel my order and will not take the refund.
                                        I want my product to be despatched to me immediately.
                                        Please look into this serious matter and contact me for any further information
