Amazon has done big fraud with me. I have got the delivery of my phone it was working fine. Within 24 hours only the phone started troubling me like hell.

the drop down settings window which comes from the top was coming in between every single window I was opening I was trying to close the same but is was no allowing me. Even the task manager was not working I was trying badly to control it but the phone somehow gone to airplane mode. I am trying to control the phone but its did not worked out. After that I re-stared the phone then again it was out of control. I kept the phone aside and kept it like that.

I have written so many e-mails to customer care they asked me to install SmartChk app. I just do not understand the concept of doing the troubleshooting on the very first day of buying the product.

Then I called cm customer care of Amazon and I told him about all of the drama that happened with that phone. That guy put the call on hold and told me that I got a confirmation you can go ahead and exchange the product. I told him I do not want to exchange the product I want refund, I do not want to buy any phone from your web site. You people are fraud.

He again put the call on hold and have a word with some one, he said Mama I am transferring the call to our Refunds and return department, I said Ok, He put the call on hold and again he asked me that are you comfortable in English, I said yesI am,

He again put the call on hold and then transferred the call. The call landed to escalation department and she again asked me to do troubleshooting. That executive told me something else that I have got the confirmation for the return/refund then why the hell again same questions.

That escalation lady was not at all talking to me about the previous executive. LOOK THIS IS SERIOUSLY FRAUD THAT SOME EXECUTIVE SAYS YOU CAN RETURN THE PRODUCT. NOW you are asking me for all that BS again.

i am not a rich person who can buy again and again new phones. i am seriuosly sick of this, i begged in front of that escalatin lady but she disconnected thecall.

PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE, PATHETIC AMAZON. STUPID POLICIES, DON'T WANT THAT PHONE AT ALL.

    Dear sir,

    I have place order one item order no.[protected] dated 24-nov 2016 Rs. 1310/- at that time automatically order amazons prime membership card i didnt know about that order whose order no.[protected] Rs. 499 . When i was noticed it after first(actually) order item received i was call same day evening with amazons customer care center the executive told me when the actual welcome kit receive you dont accept your order will be automatically cancelled and your amount refund in your account .But till today no item received i call a gain today 24/12/2016 time 7.40 to 7.50 p.m . but customer care executive told order was processed and no refund to me .

    my Question is
    Who is responsible for not receiving keet to me.
    who is right first customer care executive or secound one?
    Why we people suffer due to poor service?
    Who is paying me my Rs. 500 which having great value in our life?
    Is this type of service provide by company like amazone ?
    I was customer of your campany from previous 3 year?

    Kindly provide me essential information what to do?
    and who is responcible?

        On 12/14 my bank of America visa credit card account ending in 5639 was billed for 96.27$ . I do not have an amazon credit account and have been fraudulently charged before. that has been cleared. all the info my bill shows is anzn.com/billwa. I am not familiar with this and would appreciate it being deleted from my account reference no. 8173 this may be a visa ref no. please confirm this action has been taken.

              I have ordered 1 of exclusive black and orange car body cover for mahindra kuv-100 [asin: b01n8vnpit] but instead of the car cover they had delivered
              Activa's cover and on complaining they asked me to send back the product to the warehouse.
              It was pathetic! Though it's their fault and now they are not sending anyone to collect the product. I'm continuously co-ordinating with the amazon customer care people and the seller also but everyone is just passing the basket on one another.

              Pathetic experience and zero customer satisfaction.

                On 01.12.2016 is when i saw a product ' Paws for a cause printed stainless steel anti skid food bowl Red-1600 MI' sold by pet world. which is a food bowl for my beloved pet and ordered for it by paying money online. This costed me 178.92 rupees due to some offer. On 07.12.2016 when I called customer care seeking for help where they informed me that the order got cancelled by the seller due to out of stock and the refund has been initiated.

                They asked me to place an other order by assuring me that i will get my product and credited 50 rupees for the inconvenience caused.

                Then when i checked for the bowl again on 15.12.2016, the price was way to high but however I wanted the bowl I placed the order again. This also got cancelled without my intimation on 20.12.2016 singing the same old song.

                PS: When the cancellation happened for the first time, I clearly mentioned to a customer service agent that if the order goes cancelled again, then I would like the product to be free as it is not my problem and the agent AGREED for the same.

                When I called the customer care I spoke with many agents like pradeep, joe etc who assured that this will be escalated to the leadership team and finally when I called back, I was transferred to a useless female called Poonam from leadership team who took all my order details and hung up the call which is awful.

                Amazon being a customer centric company I spoke to many associates having a hope that they will resolve my issue but all they spoke was 'I am sorry i will give you 100 rupees for the inconvenience caused!!!

                I mean i am not begging for the money! I am asking for justice. To get a product I had to wait for a month and they just hung up on me when i am talking over the call!

                SUCH A SHAME! Please someone do he needful.

                      I had Rs. 1535 in amazon pay balance and i am going to add Rs.14 to it for buying something and they put my account on hold after mailing to account specialist team i give them all the required information they closed my account ... account specialist team has only one mail that they paste to everyone that we closed your account...in simple terms they are money scamers when they got some money in the amazon account they block it for there personal use...and if you try to talk to there customer executive they will end the chat for example there executive monica

                        Hi,
                        I have purchased a moto g4 plus mobile from amazon on 20th dec'16 [order #[protected]]. After using the product for 2 days i found it is having some issue while charging as it is taking 8 hours to charge the device instead of turbo charging facility (Which takes maximum 2 hours to get fully charged). Now customer care team saying that it will take 5-7 business days for the replacement process. Like the defective product will be picked up within in 24 hours then after that 5-6 days will take to get new product, in the mean while i'll need to have phoneless. As it is not posible for me to stay phoneless i asked for refund and they are saying refund facility is also not available. This is a customer harresment and poor customer service provided by amazon customer care executives. I need either a replacement on the same days the defective product picked up or a refund for this faulty product.

                        Wtf !!! Fix amazon.in and give my money back
                        Use some common sense. Any Ecommerce website does that because fisrt they check whether u have sent the same phone back. then they send your new phone. And I have been using Amazon since a pretty long time and I can see that on the SBIN0011698 it is mentioned that any electronic item cannot be returned amd can only be replaced. some people like you do not value the features provided by these kind of websites.

                          Have purchased one mobile case
                          ORDER NUMBER #[protected] from Amazon that was showing under the category of Metal protective covers worth INR 595 on 12th Dec 16 after paying the full amount online. Have received my product on 17th Dec 16.

                          I was shocked when I opened the packet "one low quality plastic cover was there which is available for INR 99 on other online websites" immediately after which I've applied for return of this package after asking full refund. The product shown in the images was totally different from what it was been delivered.

                          I always trusted Amazon but now after this misleading incident I would never prefer buying things from here where there is no guarantee of quality of authenticity.

                          Further, next day one Amazon representative came to pick up the return package very rudely he asked " Kya problem hai ismein toota thodi hai kyun return karna hai reason batao" --I said this product is different from what I've ordered.
                          Then he had called someone and asked "Sir inka product galat aaya hai" I dunno what that person replied from other end after which that Amazon guy said "Main ise nahin leke jaa sakta koi aur aayega 2 din mein wo le jayega" I asked the reason, he replied my machine is not working so it is not possible.

                          After this pain I've waited for more than 2 days & called up Amazon customer service number where I was given assurance that product will surely be picked up within 24 hrs from now. Still no one has picked the package and its lying as it was since 10 days. And cherry on the cake is that over that I've received text message from Amazon that your return request has been cancelled at the time of return.

                          Want my product to be returned & refunded on immediate basis to avoid any further consequences that may spoil the image of your brand.

                            Above Order I was supposed to receive on Monday 19th December 2016, which I didn't received till today (23rd December 2016). In the order status it was mentioned than delivery attempted on 19th December but really it was never attempted (1st Lie) . When I called Amazon on 21st Dec Morning they said that order was returned due to defective product (2nd Lie). Same day when I called again some other executive said the product is Okay and it is with the courier office and I will get the product delivered Next Day (3rd Lie).
                            On 22nd December Morning I called again to Amazon they said the Product will be delivered to Me today which was not delivered till evening (4th Lie). Finally I called courier department yesterday evening, they said there is some issue from Amazon Itself.

                            Amazon Blaming Courier Office and Courier Office Amazon.

                            There is no coordination between Amazon Executives and Between Amazon and Courier department, They just keep our phone lines on hold and does nothing.

                            Order delivery is already delayed by a week now, I demand credit against the problems I have faced as credit now.

                              I am from India and I have an issue with Amazon not refunding my money of amount Rs 47, 580.

                              I had cancelled an order of a laptop on Dec 14th due to it's unavailability with the seller and requested for a refund of Indian rupees 47, 580.

                              It's been 8 working days till now and still I have not got my refund back to my icici bank account.

                              I have contacted Amazon customer care atleast a 100 times through emails and calls and no one is ready to help me and what they have to say is ask me wait wait wait.

                              I don't see any progress and I am really frustrated with the services Amazon has to provide me.

                              Could you kindly help me on this regard...my order number is #[protected].

                              Do find the debit screenshot from Amazon and no refund credit has been done till date.

                                      Myself vishal I placed order on 12 DEC oneplus3t 128gb and my delivery date is 19 DEC but today on 22 DEC end of the day I don't have my mobile parcel. I also contact amazon executives so many times but they give me kick pass one to another to another like I m a football. All the members on chat of amazon are making me fool .I have also a lot of my conversation history with their executives every time they told me ur request is on high priority bases. But in practical they do nothing just ignored me. Bcoz of these type of services I lost many things .waste of time, family relation get horrible becoz of amazon irritating me so much. I m already their prime member also after all they are doing with me like it . I can't any guess which are not prime member how they deal with them .

                                        I placed an order for T-Shirt o[censored]CB brand on Amazon on 6 dec 2016 which was successfully delivered to me on 9 dec 2016 with order id i.e.[protected] and later on I returned that product for proper size on 10 dec 2016 and requested for the refund amount Rs.965 in my bank account.

                                        I had called customer care of Amazon several times for the refund but everytime they are pretending that we have refunded the amount to your bank account which is not happened yet. I have even provided them the statement of my account as a proof but still they are making excuses one after another. And I have also cross verified form my bank regarding the same but nothing has been deposited by the Amazon.

                                        These kind of fraudulent activity do not befit to a prestigious company like Amazon. Some actions should be taken against such a fraud company.
