Dear Amit Agarwal (MD, Amazon India)
This is in reference to the pathetic and worst services I have ever gone through. On 22nd November using Amazon Prime I purchased Kindle which I promised by kid to be delivered tomorrow on 23rd November before the birthday party starts.
At 11:22 pm I got SMS from Amazon stating the payment has failed and need to revise the payment to avoid order cancellation. Hence, at 11:25 pm I again processed the payment on Revise Payment option. To my surprise I got an sms at 11:47 pm stating that the payment has failed again and I need to Revise the payment.
I found this fishy as this kind of payment failure and issues I never faced with Amazon in past. I called my bank and to my surprise they informed that both the payment were successfully debited from my Credit Card.
I called up Amazon and Ms. Soumya - Telecaller, instead o[censored]nderstanding my issues and acknowledging the same. She kept on saying that I will receive an email from Amazon if the order was successful or not. I was not convinced with this information and asked her to transfer call to supervisor. She not only interrupted a lot while I was speaking She did over talk on me. Which I felt was not professional approach. I asked to transfer line to supervisor. She said she feels the call is going no where and hung up on me.
This was the worst experience I could ever have in my life.
I called up again and spoke to Mr. Kishor - Telecaller, he understood the challenge I am going through for over 2 hours to confirm the booking of a product. He checked in the system and said that he could see 3 transactions and 2 payments will be reversed to my Credit Card and one payment will be adjusted and the shipment will be delivered for sure. I was relieved as on birthday I had promised to gift Kindle.
Today, on 23rd November, till 4 pm there is no call from courier service I called up Amazon to check what is the status. To my surprise Ms. XXX forgot the telecaller name said she checked the system and the order is cancelled. I asked to transfer to supervisor. Mr. Shiva came online. He said its cancelled and all the information given by Kishor were wrong. So I asked him what next thing to do. He said to wait for the payment to get back to my Credit Card. I said that is not a concern, I am more concerned that if I process fresh payment on the same will I get the shipment today, for which he had to words to reply.
This has been the worst state of my life. Infront on my relatives and during party I will be going infront of my kid without the gift that I promised for.
Amazon has caused to a sleepless night and a worst experience day today. I want Mr. Amit Agarwal to answer my questions and get this fixed asap.

Bt it is heated up and i dont like it so i was make cal with amazon customer care but they not allow to return it
