I ordered a mobile phone and it was returned with comments customer refused to accept where as I never did and customer care representative told me that we are not able to help you and you have to reorder.
Second time when I ordered as a prime customer it was showing 2 days delivery but when I placed order it showed me 5 days to deliver the product. I called them and requested to deliver in 2-3 days but they refused.

I ordered a led TV on 5th October and got a different product on 19th October. I have been calling the customer care since 23rd October but no satisfactory results and now my replacement is expected to be done by 7th Nov but I urgently needed it till 3rd november . the pickup is still not done. All my complaints are still unresolved as they are just following their own techniques....

I have placed order(canon 1200d) on 3rd Oct, But today they are saying that not going to deliver the item because of damage of product and not going to replace again. first time they try to deliver on 16th but they didnt do that and requested replace of item by them only.

I had ordered a product from Amazon which as per them was sent to me via BLUEDART courier service. Unfortunately i don't comprehend for what reason this courier service is reluctant to contact me even a single time and unfortunately AMAZON is least bothered about it though i had written so many mails regarding order. this is absolutely cheat with customer the MRP of the product i received is 1500 and the model number and item is exactly same
and what amazon people had done they had inflated the rates twice that is 3000 and give 67% discount though the discount is only 33 % in their lightening deal this is cheat i need my money back i need 67% discount on Rs 1500 else i want to file a case...

Here i would like address a serious issue i am facing from last 4-5 days.

What happen was:
i ordered one product from my amazon count, after placing the order successfully i found that i have contact number which is not active from my side.

i changed my contact number in my account.

After couple of days, i got a message that product will be out for delivery.br...

I bought a phone through amazon (India) a few months back and now is giving some software related problem. As it is under warranty, i can get it serviced from an authorized service center for which they need the invoice. Unfortunately, the imei# on the invoice provided by amazon is incorrect without which the center refuses to provide the service.

I have been following up with amazon for last 2 months to get the correct invoice...

I am waiting for my item to be delivered from 24th oct 2016. It was supposed to be delivered by 8pm on 24th oct.
I am still waiting for the item, every day i get a notification about the dispatch and then by evening i get address details required.
When i called them they said sorry and it will be delivered byy tomorrow and then the cycle continues.

I had placed an order on amazon for a phone samsung a5 2016 with order no.[protected] on 4th of actober 2016 with a stipulated delivery date of 7 to 10 october 2016. On 5th october i got msg from amazon stating my order package was dispatched and on 7th oct another msg from amazon that the package is out for delivery and will be delivered by end of the day did not received the product on that day nor got any call form amazon delivery...

Regret to inform that order no.#[protected], Vitro Mosquito Spray has not reached yet. All other items ordered after it had come in time. Kindly see to it and deliver to my home address as given before without fail.

Worst experience. Ordered some items as a gift on 7th october. But one of them didn't reach till 21th oct. You ruined my surprise. Tracking details missing. On complaint got tracking details. However as the pack was damaged, torn and opened, the delivery boy threw it above the gate. Amazon is neither arranging pick up nor refunding the money. How can i ask the person to courier it back.. I received phone which has heating issue, arranged an engineer visit and after verification heating issue was confirmed.

I am forced to get the replacement of the product instead of refund stating that it is as per our policy.

When asked to provide the same statement in writing, denied and disconnected the call. I am returning product within 10 days timeline as per policy and it is confirmed by their engineer...
