I had ordered a product on 16th December which under guaranteed delivery, and had to be delivered by 17 th December. I got a sms stating Delivery couldn't be completed because customer wasn't available, which was a lie, I have been at home waiting since 16th and today is 18 th December. And they should have made an effort to call me, which never happened. Even I called them too many times, but they didn't picked up the phone.When contacted to customer support first I was told that I'd get the product by evening as they have prioritized it, later at 14:30 finally around 4pm I was told to wait for 24hr. It was cash on delivery, but I have wasted my 1days already waiting. Each time they replied that they have told courier service to deliver it with high priority. If this is how they treat a high priority then its miserable. ORDER #[protected]I I want to raise compensation for wasting my time, for providing false information, and not fulfilling your "guaranteed delivery".

Plzz check it and revert my money(27999) back to my account. Kindly find the attachment below. And the payment was done through debit card

    i have spoken with my branch manager also they are requesting for RTGS or NEFT transtion ids to solve the issue.note:plzz check with u r bank transactions there is a possibility that money has reverted back into u r account please contact [protected] to solve my issue.

      I placed the order for One Plus 3T on 12thDec, for some reason inspite of being a prime member the delivery date given was 19th. I thought it might just be the maximum time frame given. The order never reached me right till the 16th. I spoke with Rohan who assured me that the delivery will happen on the 17th before 11am, that did not happen. Called up Amazon again on the 17th spoke with Sumati R who seemed to be confused and more interested in using condescending statements. I asked for a supervisor, was transferred to Himanshi who was rude, condescending and absolutely unhelpful. I told her that people who placed their orders after me hv received their orders but not me to which she rudely tells me to stop comparing myself with others. She also tells me that if i had seen that one day delivery was available I should have cancelled the order and placed it again, she was stubborn, not ready to take accountability and did not bother understanding the situation, just kept honking her horn. Then I received a callback from Rohan as I had given a bad feedback which registered in his name, he promised he is checking on the delivery and he will make sure it gets delivered today. I tried using the call option on the app which conveniently stopped functioning, then i called up the Customer Service line and spoke with Tejas who brought to my attention that my order has been cancelled and only a replacement can be setup which will only get delivered by the 24th of Dec. I am flabbergasted at the audacity of Sumati and SUPERVISOR Himanshi to have cancelled my order without my consent just coz I sent a bad feedback. This is hooliganism at its worst. This is the worst customer service experience anybody can have. I am am left stranded with no answer. This is a gift for my brother who is a shippie and will be sailing on the 20th. I want concrete action take and I want to be kept in the loop. If necessary I am ready to go to your Mumbai office but I want action taken. This is as good as a crime in the Customer Service world. This is bullying of the worst kind. This is not expected of an organization of Amazon's repute known for its impeccable customer service worldwide. I guess in India even Amazon has lost.

        Hello,

        I purchased moto g, 4th gen (Black, 16gb) with order number #[protected] on 11th july 2016. I should have to receive the 10% cashback.

        I did multiple conversation with customer care teams and here what i received theire feedback based on the converstion

        1) initially they told me that you should receive the cash back please send us the bank statement history, which i send over [protected]@amazon.in

        2) after not getting the cashback i started another discussion with customer care and then they told me that your item is not eligible to get cash back by purchasing mobile. Their feedback "i've thoroughly checked your previous correspondences, i have checked and found that 10% cash back on standard chartered bank credit (Including emi) and debit cards on purchase of below products: a. Desktops b. Laptops c. Tablets"

        3) after not getting any good response i again started another channel and they they tell me that "i have checked with the leadership team and they have confirmed that there was only hdfc offer in july. There was no offer for standard chartered offer for cash back. I am so sorry, you are not eligible for the cash back for this order"

        Do let me know when should i get the cash back, otherwise i will claim case in court with total cash back amount and changes for my time spent in all above procedure.

          I had purchased a product from Amazon (Or der No:[protected]and received on 12th Dec. Due to product issue I had requested for refund on 12th dec and pickup scheduled for 13th dec and from that day till now pickup has been rescheduled 6-7 times and no one coming for pickup. I tried calling the pick up agent ([protected]) and he asked me to wait for on hour and he is on the way and coming. I postponed my plan and waited but he did not come and when I called him again he did not respond and switched of his mobile. Can you tell me whether you can refund the product of not. Give me one date and one time for pickup.

                  Amazon #[protected] . Requested for a return pickup and Amazon is denying to take the product from doorstep saying you need to self return it as it is some sort of seller fulfillment . I told them I cannot return it by my own, executive transferred the call to her super visor Prasanna S and he said if you cannot return it by your self forget the money . I have a recorded conversation of it . I need my money back ..Please do the needful and self return is not possible for me.

                      I bough a shirt worth 2799 & paid money by coupon codes. The order is well placed and product dispatched but they call it back. After enquiry they said its a pricing error. I request to resend but they do not want to do so. They did not refund any promotional balance also. Many people placed order which successfully got delivered. But i didn't receive my product.

                            Samsung galaxy E5 (Indian edition ) does not have 4G network support.
                            But amazon selling substandard 4g less samsung galaxy E5 (Indian edition )
                            to people by posting 4g supported samsung galaxy E5 (International edition ) on in website and once customer is buying the mobile they deliver duplicate indian version.

                            When you contact amazon, they will ask for job sheet from samsung.
                            Samsung service center says that amazon is not a authorized dealer.
                            So customer will always end up cheated by this amazing online technical cheating.

                              Pathetic product. I will never recommend anyone to buy it. I bought this piece of trouble on 13th july16 and within these 5 months the unit started creating problems like getting heated up like a ball of fire!! Its batter drains out so fast!! The over-charge circuit does not function properly so thats why during each recharge the unit becomes hot! Is the product life only for 6 months and after that it will conk off?? You guys are cheating public by bringing sub-standard products and selling it on your platform by tagging it as "amazon exclusive". Poor public gets trapped on such "niche ads" and taste the consequences. Few complain while maximum donot. I chose not to remain quite on this mental agony and cheating! You will have to face the consequences!!!

                                Dear sir,
                                I had booked a product mentioned above from amazon india. The payment was made online and the delivery details mentioned to me were 13th dec 2016. Received a confirmation message from amazon that the product will be delivered on 13th and also provided a number of the courier person which hardly connects but when connects no one answers. I contacted the call center they told me that an attempt was made on 13th dec 2016 at 7:12 pm to my surprise i was waiting at home since 5:30pm but no courier was attempted. Then i launched a complaint with call center again on 14th dec they told me shipment will be delivered within 48 hours and they will assure me the same in 24hours but no revert was received. Eventually i contacted the call center after 48 hours and they told me they have not received any revert from the courier company. This is not the service expectation.

                                  I received eureka forbes aquagaurd ordered on amazon.in (Order[protected] on 1st november. Despite repeated calls, the installation guy didn't come till 1st december to install the product. When he installed the product, he found that the product was not working. He uninstalled the product, took pictures and left. After following up with eureka forbes, they told us to return the product to the seller. I filed a replacement request through amazon.in, but the seller told me the replacement or refund of this product has been closed.

                                  I had no way of knowing that the product was faulty till it was installed. It was faulty on first use itself.

                                  The seller has refused responsibility. Amazon is not taking responsibility. I don't know what to do any more.

                                    I jayesh dongaonkar my amazon.in order #[protected] ordered united colour benetton mens leather boat shoes no.9 and the cost was rs 2099/-but delivery was received on 15 dec.                                       I had purchased a lenovo laptop :order details

                                      Placed on wednesday, october 15, 2014.
                                      As there was some loose connection in the laptop where the screen would become blank and stop workng and woud have to be restarted again.
                                      I took it to the above centre in kolkatao on 28th october for the loose connectin to be repaired. However knowing fully well that my keyboard was absolutely perfect, i had to get it replaced on there advice. : invoice no ves/m/119/16-17. They ripped me of rs 1, 650.00, and returned thelaptop after a cosmetic adjustment. Iam dismayed as the laptop is still facing the same issue and i am infuriated at being cheated by this service centre, and i either want a refund from these people or have my laptop properly repaired.

The item was automatically cancelled and they banned my account.. Then i checked my email.. They have sent me an mail that the refund may initiated with in 3-5 days but still now i didn't get any refund amount from amazon.. Would you please help me to get my refund back
