    This is Vivek Kumar from Patna bihar. I was a order from Amazon on 26/11/2016 product name is dynamite face wash of Amway company to rs. 535 (including delivery charge) but till 13/12/2016 co. Is not delivered to my product nor refund my amount whenever I have many time connect to Amazon but he not satisfied reply given to me. Also no any representative of Amazon has reply or alternative solution.

      Game plan with Amazon, They are not delivering what ever products i ordered during the SALE, Customer care is of no help they want me to listen what ever they say but they are not ready to listen to me. I have problem with the 2 products i purchased from Amazon. I ordered a Men's shirt and they have sent me womens shirt and they are not ready to send men's shirt though it is their mistake on their website and not ready to compensate the same amount. the order product i ordered got cancelled with no reason they themselves don't know why they cancelled it and they just say it's a price error and they won't be able to provide any product/compensation. This is just ridiculous there is no value and respect to customers time and money

        I have plcaed the car cover order and which was delivered on 23rd oct 2016with order ref. No order #
        [protected] as the quality was worst i place a return request on the same minute so the cover was taken back on 29th around its been more than a month and yet not received any refund money in my acount. I worry that will amazon return my money back or not. I have been calling to customer complaints dept. For more than 10 times yet no action taken every time the same reply i got was the return is in process no updates provided from amazon. The worst experience ever.

          I have placed the Karcher K 3 Car with vario power & car kit from amazon india for RS 11999/-
          Order Details Ordered on 31 October 2016 Order#[protected]
          they took more than 30days to ship the product later i have returned it because the market price of that product was reduced from what i have made the price to amazon.

          after returning the product no respence another 20days over i have called amazon and ask them why my money is not refunded.with my call they said it will take 6 to 7 working days.

          after 10days i called again they were asking my bank statement to raise the complaint.

          it's been 3 months i am unable to collect the money from amazon i have called more than 100 times they all ways say wait 24/48hr our back end team will respond.

          i am really fedup with amazon and still my money is not refunded.

          3months they are holding my money.

          they were asking my personal bank statement screen short but they are not ready to share the transaction number of refund made, amazon is cheating the customers i really wanted to file a case against amazon because they are not doing good in india the customer care center is useless no knowledge no training how to resolve the customer issues i was asking them who is going to take the responsibility every one says i will followup but they never do followup amazon is cheating the customers by holding money for months and if customer is not noticed they are looting the money like this we can't imagine the number of customers who simply believed that they will refund but really they never do they just keep the money with them.

            I am somnath panja. 9months ago, my amazon account hacked. so i do not understanding how do not related any other account. so, amazon account speciyalist cheating to me. i requested them that please open my account or please refund my money. Amazon is cheating to me.

            they do not open my account and do not get refuned money.

            why When i added 26700 gift balance added, my, account is closed by account specialist.

              I ordered MI band 2 on 5th-dec-16 vide order number:[protected].
              It reached nearest courier facility on 10th Dec and was out for delivery but not delivered as tracking showed that delivery attempted but customer was not available but I was home whole day but no one came.I contacted customer care executive and they told me that they've filed a complaint and the product will be delivered to me by next day surely.But that didn't happen too.Next day tracking details also showed 'out for delivery' at 5:04pm and 'delivery attempted' at 5:05pm.
              Now tell me how can they reach me from their local courier facility to my house in just 1 minute??
              It just shows that they just wanted to close the delivery for that day by showing in the records out for delivery and delivery attempted but fools forgot to change the time and due to that I caught them.I again told customer executive and he told me the same crap that he has filed the complaint and product will be delivered next day and they will reattempt the delivery.Now it's 12th dec and No one has came yet.
              Such pathetic experience with Amazon which never happened to me with flipkart and snapdeal. I'm seriously regretting my decision to purchase from Amazon next time I'm sticking to flipkart and snapdeal only which actually cares about its customers.

                Hi Amazon,

                I am a regular customer of amazon and placed many orders.

                This time i really didnot like your courier partner aramex .

                Aramex is not good, inspite of giving office address they didnot call to collect courier. They simply sign it as customer is not available. If it is office address any courier company calls and ask customer to come outside.
                Aramex simply msg me delivery could not happen as customer not avaliable. When i asked at customer care that i didnot get any call they simply said that office entry is restricted thatswhy but they didnot called me.

                  First of all, there was no option to order one unit of these earplugs i order. Named something like simon's studywell earplugs. It costed around ₹ 160 per pack and there was no option to buy single pack and i had to buy two packs for ₹300 and right after i opened them i realized they're not working at all. They're not at all doing what they should and when i wrote to the seller they said earplugs can't be replaced.

                      I have brought my Lenovo 80M0007LIN 11.6-Inch on 15 of Dec 2015 and they claimed its new one.
                      Now I am facing some issue with laptop from last couple of month so I have visited Lenovo service center, Where I found my laptop warranty already has been expired on 4 Aug 2015.
                      Regarding that I have contacted customer care of Amazon India. But they are not ready to help me. They always try to say you have to contact seller he can increase ur warranty but does provide any contact no.
                      I am the customer of Amazon not there seller.

                        I Online purchased a book from Amazon.in Of 176 rs. Which I paid from my debit card and I got the message from Amazon that successful transaction has been done. I checked my balance. My earlier balance was 32, 199 and after transaction it is 32, 023. Now Amazon is asking for revise payment and pay for that order again or else They'll cancel the order...What about my 176 rs. Which are debited from my account by Amazon and What about the book.. .Will I get it ? As I have made the payment once... Please Help me

                          Respected sir/mam,
                          I am divyang dave from mandal, ahmedabad, gujarat. I have ordered one webcam from amazon on date: 28/11/16 and paid via netbanking and it should deliver to my address on 9/12/16 but till today it didn't.

                          Meanwhile i was daily tracking my package and on 6/12/16, i found the package is gone wrong way and i also inform to amazon customer care but they said your package is delivered on time.

                          After that i track it on 9/12/16 but still it shows same place so i called customer care and tell to provide proper location or status for my delivery but they didn't and they also stick with your package will deliver before 6pm.

                          After 6 i called them that package is yet not deliver so customer care representative person named "abhimanyu" spoke with me in rude manner and said your package will not deliver in next 3 days too..

                          So, please help me in it...

                            Dear Sir,

                            I placed an order for purchase of Instant Geyser from Amazon.in through Order ID #[protected] on 2 December 2016. It was scheduled to be delivered by 3 December 2016 under guaranteed 1 Day Delivery schedule.

                            The Order was delivered to me on 4 December 2016 (instead of 3 December). On the same day, I noticed that the product was defective for which I placed the return request same day and it was returned on 6 December 2016. In return, I was expected to receive a replacement product by 10 December 2016.

                            On 10 December, the courier agent reached my place in the evening after several follow ups. The courier agent (Sandeep) was quite unprofessional and rude. When I objected, then Sandeep denied to hand over the product and just took it back with him.

                            I placed the complaint with Amazon on this matter over the call and they assured that strict action would be taken against the courier guy and also the product would be delivered to me very soon.

                            On 11 December 2016 morning, I received an auto message that the product would be delivered to me today. After 30 minutes, I received an another auto message that the delivery couldn't be made as "Nobody was at home to collect the package" which was not the case. I contacted the courier guy over the call and he coincidentally happened to be the same person "Sandeep" who refused to deliver the product.

                            RESOLUTION EXPECTED:-
                            - Immediate delivery of the product
                            - Action against the courier guy - Sandeep

                                  I have purchased P55 Novo 4G mobile on 7/12/16 in Amazon.in by looking at the description provided saying it supports OTG.
                                  After getting the mobile, when I checked it physically, the mobile doesn't support OTG.
                                  As OTG is my priority, I can't use this mobile now. it is of no use.

                                  But I can't even return the mobile to Amazon because of some return/ refund policy.

                                  When I enquired about the same with Amazon, they asked me to confirm the same with Panasonic. They also said me that the mobile is not compatible with OTG.

                                  I need help in refund.

                                  Amazon is asking me to talk to Panasonic and get the Written record or Service Letter saying that the mobile doesn't support OTG.
                                  But there's no reply from the Panasonic for the sent mail.
                                  Pathetic service from Panasonic and also Amazon.

                                    It has been more than 11 months using Amazon Account Today I receive mail that My Account is suspended because they said infringing intellectual property rights.
                                    The tone of the email didn’t give me a lot of hope. It’s clear that Amazon is not willing to provide details on how they made this determination, or leave an opportunity for appeal. And to be clear, I’m certain that I’ve tripped a false positive of some sort. I have never used another seller account on Amazon.in. Its people say they are not bound to answer questions of sellers. They can suspend any account at their wish.
                                    Amazon thinks India is under American rule. Such foreign companies should not be allowed to India to loot innocent people.

                                      I had bought a Medella Swing Maxi Electric Breast Pump online on amazon for INR 17, 000..however the same did not work properly and was useless..I called up the customer care..they made me wait for 15 days while checking internally how should the product be returned..and finally i got a call from them on 7th December informing me that baby products are not returnable and we cannot do anything about it..horrible customer service..i have faced this issue always with amazon..you need to keep calling them up and following up on your orders but they will never call you back..on top of that the solution they provide is of no help at all..very disappointed..I want to return the product and get my money back..please help me in the matter and do let me know if any additional information is required from my end

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I had placed order for 8gb ram on Dec 5 2016. and its delivered to me on Dec.7 nearer to 8 pm.

                                        After receiving the package, i had connected to my pc, there follows a beep sound, so iam unable to use it. So i had to return the product. I kept a request on that So i scheduled a pick up at 8 to 11 am on Dec. 8 2016

                                        Almost a Day completed, still today Dec.9th 2016 No Customer service people had contacted the address to make the pickup.

                                        Kindly make the pickup early and refund at the earliest.
