    Hi,

    I have ordered my phone on 16th on that day there was an issue with the payment, i contacted amazon chat department and they said make the payment once again, i did, now the money has been deducted twice, i had talked to the agents on chat supervisors on chat because i am not in India i can't call them. but still i have not received any sought of refund. every one is sending me an email or promising the dates on chats. Starting from 22nd November then 26th then 30 now today Himanshu is saying 2nd dec. Is it the way you people crook us.

    It's my money i need it anyhow and there is no forum who can help in this.These online sellers are crooking India.

      I have amazon.in account with [protected]@gmail.com.
      I purchased a gift card from amazon Of Rs.2000. Then I ordered Mi max mobile of Rs. 15000, order was successfully placed. But immediately I received mail that your account is close and you will get the refund. I had receive gift card refund of Rs. 2000 in my amazon account. And Rs.13000 in my bank account.
      But now I am unable to access my account, and i have Rs. 2000 balance in my amazon account.
      I already contacted many times to amazon customer service. I had receive email from account specialist, and they just said your account is close by amazon. They are not saying anything about my gift card balance.
      I want my gift card balance refund into my bank account. If not possible please unblock my account for sometime so that I can place order with gift card balance.

        I bought an iPhone 7 from Amazon.in on October 01, 2016 when Amazon had an offer that the customer will get Amazon Gift Card worth INR 8000 along with HDFC Bank credit card cashback of INR 11000. They clearly mentioned the HDFC cashback will happen by January 05, 2017 however there was no information about Amazon gift card of INR 8000.
        When I tried to get in touch with Amazon, I was told that I will get my gift vouchers of INR 8000 by Nov 30. Even on Nov 30 I did not receive anything. Upon contacting Amazon, I was not offered any help and they again sent me a mail stating that I will get the Gift card by Nov 30.
        Late in the evening I finally got an e-mail that I will now get my vouchers by December 31, 2016.
        Its been 2 months already since I bought the phone and they haven't given the gift card. Now they are again saying that it will take another month. Amazon did this false commitment to increase their sales of iPhone. They don't have any intentions of giving the vouchers to customers.
        I have 2 e-mails from Amazon committing that I will get the vouchers by Nov 30 (screenshot attached) and still they are not giving.
        Somebody please contact me so that I can file a legal suit against Amazon for not giving the vouchers for 2 months and now again asking for 1 more month.
        Amazon has done this fraud and I am sure they must be doing this with all the customers who bought iPhone 7 during that offer. Amazon saved all this gift card money by showing the fraud gift card messages to customers.

        I got a call from Amazon stating that I will get my vouchers in 1-2 days but now again I have not received anything and have been calling them with no status.

        Nobody is even looking at my complaint.
        I got a call from Amazon last week and was told that I will get the vouchers in next 2 days and now they have refused and even saying that they never promised me that I will get it in next 2 days.
        I have been told that I will get the voucher by Dec 31.
        I was also told by AMAZON that if I will complaint again against them, they will never give me the gift card of INR 8000.

          It's been above 15days that I returned my iPhone. And I didn't get the refund yet. I have contacted customer service a several times and each time the guys answered saying the refund is initiated and I will get it within 2-4days. Today right now I contacted the customer service again and found out that the refund hasn't been initiated yet. So please look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible.

            Amazon India have noticed gets involved in cheating customers by not providing the cash back promised on Super Value Day Purchase. They do not pay and then if some customer does not complain or ask for it they let it go. I have noticed this a number of times happen already. When you do call and ask them they will behave rude and mis guide you . The customer service team does not care a damn. I called them to check for my cash back which wasnt credited from a Super Value Day purchase of 1st Sept and they told me to wait for 90 days. I told them today being 30th nov, 90 days are already up, they stated that it is still 1.5 hr to go before end of day for them and to wait and until then they will not do anything. This is utterly ridiculous. I complained to the escalation team and spoke to a lady called Salaija. She kept me on the phone for over 30 mins and told me after than she cannot do anything about i and she will have to get it escalated with another team. I was so furious and I told her that this is not the way to deal professionally to which she stated I am happy to complain wherever I wanted. This is how they behave. Basically they know there is no one regulating them so they can behave the way they want. I have instances where the customer service person just exits the chat room while you are still chatting for an answer. Again this is very much an Amazon India issue and not Amazon from other countries. If they have even little shame left then they will give me my entire promotional cash back I am entitled to.

              I have ordered Lee Marc Pant Size-32 under order No[protected]-5211510 dtd.18.10.2016 & received the material on dt.22.10.2016. Such material was weared after length tailoring and found that size was 34. So it was loose to wear (Waist).

                I had placed 1 orders. Order #[protected] and . the tops when delivered, I was shocked with the quality of the products. Products were in no way anywhere as per item description. I placed return request on the same day. Nov. 21, 2016 was return pickup scheduled for Order. The pickup was never done for either of the tops. made numerous call to Amazon and was promised pickup will happen soon and they will raise complaint to Nilofar supervisor and team of Amazon. Nov. 30, ...but they are not taking suitable action and

                  Amazon is a fake site with worst customer service they are holding my account for no reason and also not providing me the refund .i will elaborate what happened exactly i have ordered a phone on amazon.in when the time i order it was succesfull after one min got an SMS providing your order is cancelled and i used my debit card to book that now 8999 isnt refunded which i had used for it

                  Sir my account is on hold for 5 days i had purchased an item with my debit card and i lost my money my refund is not provided .account specialist team is not contacting and if my problem is not resolved today i will proceed to consumer court for sure .sir i had a worst customer care experience with amazon .my money is not refunded .i will tell what is exactly happened .i try to book moto g on my amazon app after completing the payment with my debit card it showed the order has been placed .after one min i got an SMS showing order has cancelled .

                    I had placed 2 orders. Order #[protected] and Order #[protected]. Both the tops when delivered, I was shocked with the quality of the products. Products were in no way anywhere as per item description. I placed return request on the same day. Nov. 21, 2016 was return pickup scheduled for Order #[protected] and Nov. 23, 2016 was return pickup scheduled for Order #[protected]. The pickup was never done for either of the tops. made numerous call to Amazon and was promised pickup will happen soon and they will raise complaint to Transport team of Amazon. Nov. 26, 2016 i called Amazon who said they will arrange a pickup for Nov. 28, 2016. Today, Nov. 29, 2016 i call to say that pickup not done, they tell me to wait for another 4 business days and complaint will be raised again.

                    whats wrong with Amazon? they started from being to best and now they have become worst. worst customer service agents who dont even know how to talk to customers. all they say is that they need pickup to be done to process refund. not doing pickup neither processing refund.

                    Highly dissatisfied.

                        I placed an order for water storage heater vide I'd no[protected]. The item was despatched on 12 th nov 2016 and intimated date of delivery at Bhubaneswar at my residence was 24th nov. I made the payment in full. On 24 th I received a message from the courier Gati that the item was out for delivery and cell no and name of delivery boy was also given. When nobody turned up till evening I rang up the fellow. He said the vehicle broke down and the delivery will be done next day. But immediately after that a message came that attempted delivery by the courier had failed as I requested for postponement. I immediately wrote to Amazon through facebook that this was false. They said they will check up. Next day I complained to Amazon through their chat option that the delivery boys are reluctant to make such deliveries due to the size of package. They again assured that delivery will be done in 24 hrs. Delivery did not happen on 26th. So again through chat option I informed Amazon. Again assurance that delivery will be done within 24 to 48 hrs. On 28th I get a message that delivery is returned due to one of several reasons. Refund will be after 3 days of receipt of the material.
                        My money is blocked, my efforts gone waste, my product is no where to be seen. At every stage I kept Amazon informed but no action was taken to set things right.

                              It is regarding my GC (Gift Card) order id: ORDER #[protected]. I placed it on 25th Nov 216. I didn't get it in said 15 mins time (i waited till 1+ hour). I needed to purchase Moto G http://www.amazon.in/Moto-G-Turbo-Black-16GB/dp/B019BH7V0O?ie=UTF8&psc=1&redirec...

                              I called Customer Care and they said there was some problem causing delay. At the same time, timer on Moto G Product page was ticking for next day delivery. I asked customer rep for cancellation of my GC. Rep said that as GC processing was in between, I can cancel it once it's done. After around two hours, when GC was created, I was not able to cancel at my end. I called customer service again and rep promised that she has canceled it from back-end and I'd get my money back in my credit card account in 72 hours. I placed Moto G order of worth 9745/- with my debit card

                              Today I called customer care and they said they can't do anything about it. She said that she DID see that promise was made regarding refund by Amazon on 25th but she admitted that it was FALSE PROMISE.

                              On facebook also they are just apologizing about it, calling it as miscommunication, but not sending my money back.
                              I'm simply asking for my refund as I don't have any plans to use GC now and need my money back as I have to pay my credit card bill and right now for a 9.5K product I have paid 19K Rs.

                                    We have placed an order thru online on 17.10.2016 and paid rs.2850/- and after some time they have expressed their inability in providing the equipment and amount will be deposited but unfortunately none of the amazon person showed interest in returning out amount till today.

                                    In this regard we are requesting to return our fund at the earliest and it is very difficult to lodge complaint against amazon and there is no response from any of the numbers provided by the company

                                      I ordered Apple 6s PLUS Gold 64 GB with one day delivery and I got it next day at 8:30 am, guess what I got iphone 6 64 GB 4.7 inch Silver colour... woow I should b very happy, I should write an amazing feedback saying amazon's amazing service... early morning instead of having tea I was writing feedback and discussing my issue, WHICH THEY DIDN'T RESOLVE... shame on you guys
