I have ordered one Lenovo mobile on 18th from amazon india.Order #[protected].it was under guaranteed delivery with one day.on 19th morning I received one msg product will get delivered today by so so so agent and mobile no is provided.when I called that agent he is telling he don't know his frnd knows..after that 3 days gone.i didn't rcvd my product yet.every time I am calling they r just assuring me.neither they are providing me courier address neither delivery boy no.i already paid 7000 for that phone..from 5 days I don't have phone and I am spending days in huge trouble as I am holding a gud post in govt service.kindly help me in this matter..i am hugely harassed by amazon.they r not disclosing whre is my product.so much in professional attitude.

    I returned my product on 1st October and still the refundable amount not initiate in my bank account... i call customer care 15-16 times. The service mens are always said me that wait for 2 days and sometimes said me that mail us your bank statement and for waiting... today is 21st of November and still i did not get my refund back.. i have a proof slip which is given by an Amazon salesman.

    Please take some immediate action on this case.

      My sister (hena kalia) placed an order on 11th oct, 2016 (tuesday) for a woodland wallet details of which are as follows:

      Product details : woodland camel men's wallet (w 179010)
      Order id :[protected]
      Buyer name : hena kalia
      Seller name : jsk 365 shoppe
      Delivery address : chandan kalia (a-501 rutuparna society, baner, pune, near balewadi phata), pune, maharashtra 411045)
      Price : rs 510/-

      The order was received by chandan kalia (me) at around 6:50pm on 19th oct, 2016.

      Issues:
      1) firstly, instead of one wallet, they delivered two (2) which is a very strange thing.
      2) although 2 wallets were there in the packing, none of them was the one
      Ordered.
      3) amazon proudly projects itself as an online marketplace where 100% genuine products are kept and delivered, but i'm afraid to say that the product is completely fake as you can see from the pics in the attachment. (the logo itself is not aligned)

      After discussing the matter with customer care operator for 2 hrs and writing them email, they assured me for a product pickup on 20th oct, 2016 (next day), but they never turned up. i am really frustrated with them. kindly help me in solving the matter.

        I had a charge of 37.77 and I need to know what for, because I haven't order anything from Amazon, so I need this resolved asap. I have children and it's the holidays. As a mother I need my money. I want my money back asap.I don't even know what Amazon.mktplace.com is. I never been on this website and never order anything on it. I really need to understand why this charge has been made on my card.

          Hi,
          I had a purchase of 4 pair of shoes in amazon before a month for ₹1196 including shipping charges.
          In that 2 pair of shoes was missing.
          And the other 2 pair which i got was torn so i returned them and got the refund of ₹598. But they are not giving the balance ₹598 for the product which i didn't get (missing) while shipping.
          I contacted them around 8-9 times. They are playing with me to wait more and more days. Please help me in this here.

            I have purchased a voltas Ac from Amazon site in April 2016. During the purchase a 2000/- cash back offer was provided on my HDFC credit card however till date the said cash back is not provided. Also every time I raise the issue to there customer care they agree of revert in 48 hours and did not do so. They even refuse to provide the escalation matrix for there organization.

                I have ordered and received one full sleeve and one half sleeve jacket of the same size. However the half sleeve jacket was quite big in spite of being the same size like the full sleeve jacket. So i decided to return back the item and claimed refund. After successful lodging the return request on 15.11.2016 it showed that the courier service would come and collect the jacket on 16.11.2016. On 16th nov, i got an sms stating that the package would be collected by the courier service on 17.11.16. From then until now neither any information is received nor the courier service came to take back the shipment. However the amazon site is showing the product is returnable until 04.12.2016. If the courier service does not come how am i suppose to return the item? (Tracking id - [protected]). Please call/ sms me at (1) [protected] or (2) [protected].

                    I had cancelled the order but still on next day got a message the item has been delivered even it was not delivered.
                    I had raised A-z guarantee with Amazon but they have not investigated it thoroughly and just saying item has delivered and we are not doing any further investigation.
                    So at the end I did not not received the item not the money.
                    This is not a question of the product cost Rs. 279 but its about the service a brand like Amazon is offering.

                      Hi team,
                      I ordered jbl flip 3 speaker with aux and cover for that. The cover is delivered and i paid ₹395 usind debit card and another shipment is pending as the delivery agent can not take the payment of ₹ 8231 as he doesn't have the card machine.
                      When asked why you don't have the machines because yesterday the delivery guy went back stating the product will be delivered tomorrow with card machine.
                      Today a person named pankaj called and said if i had cash then he can deliver the product else wait till tomorrow.
                      With the rude tone he was so confident that he asked me to go and complain wherever i want.
                      I hope action will be taken against this and i will get my product asap.
                      Else i don't have any other choice than to return the cover.

                        Hi amazon team,

                        I am frequent user of amazon.in and buy product which was very satisfactory but this time i bought a toy i. E. Avengers 2 age o[censored]outer carton. Jpg
                        Mrp on box. Jpgltron action figure (Hulk) for my 4 yrs son.
                        On amazon site price is rs. 845 and we bought it which has been delivered today but when we check the price on box it is mrp 595.00 (Inclusive of all taxes) and it shocked me. How can a product be sold by amazon more than mrp on it?
                        We have paid rs 845 (Rs 745 + rs 100 as shipping charges) and now as per mrp price of product is only rs 595 where we had to pay extra rs 150 without any valid reason and really this is a fraud with customer and very bad image & experience of amazon for me as well as for my relatives with whom i discuss about my amazon.
                        Please look into this and do the needful so that we can maintain our trust on amazon.

                          Order placed on 16th Nov 2016.Its a prepaid order.I get a mail on 18th Nov mentioned "Order is out for delivery". So i kept waiting the whole day, Didnt go out as i would miss the order.In the evening i get a message that delivery was attempted, which is shocking to hear.Imagine you wait the whole day & youre out patience & you get to hear that "We tried to deliver, but youre not there".I didnt receive any call nor some one came to my residence.They FAKED THE DELIVERY.i Call up the customer care, they say we cant help you.In the tracking its moentined the delivery will be attmpted the next business day, but not delivered the next day also.Basically Amazon has started cheating people with such FAKE DELIVERY ATTEMPTS.Wasting Consumers time.Customer care says we cant help, its not in our hands.Its also a prepaid order, they care a dam cause they alreayd took the money. The order is shipped form 20km away from my residence.They FAKED THE DELIVERY & still they couldnt deliver the product even after 4 days. Whats suprising is that they dont think that they did a mistake.

                          What should we do when brands start treating consumers like this?When brands dont respect consumers time and money?

                          Indian Consumers, its time to know what brands will do to you when they become big.They follow unethical means to achieve numbers, ignoring customer satisfaction.

                          Moral of the story: Dont let brands become so big that the start ignoring the consumer. NO consumer-NO Brand.

                          Same has happened with me 2-3 times. I have wasted so much days waiting for delivery it was returned to the seller. I gave a delivery feedback but no-one at amazon bothers because they have many other customers to handle who are not mad at them so they simply ignore us.

                            I purchased a Mobile Phone from Amazon India (Order No.[protected] in Oct 2016. Due to inability of the seller to deliver the said product to my hometown (Lucknow). I mentioned shipping address as my friend's address / my previous place of posting (Navi Mumbai) for the ease of delivery. But in the invoice the Billing address is mentioned as same as Shipping address. On taking up issue with Amazon India, they are not providing revised invoice in my name while the order has been given from my Amazon's account.

                            In the absence of invoice in my name, how will I be able to prove that I am the legal owner of the mobile phone in case of any unwanted incident like theft or loss of phone.

                            Please help and arrange to provide revised invoice as I already took up the issue with utmost level at Amazon India.

                            Immediately after logging a complaint on 19-Nov-2016, I received a call for confirming for my credit card (payment) details from number +91-[protected] and [protected]. I refused to provide card details due to security reasons.
                            You are requested to confirm whether this call was made from your end or from Amazon.

                              Hi,

                              I've purchased many products from Amazon but this time Amazon has shown his most pathetic & unprofessional commitments.

                              I ordered Bose Sound sport Wireless on 17th Nov with prime one day delivery service by paying 100rs extra as policy by Amazon. It was supposed to get delivered on 18th but it didn't.
                              Same day i initiated 2 calls to the Amazon Customer care & Got Assurance from the Amazon Staff that item won't get deliver on 18th but it will get deliver anyhow by 1pm on 19th. Assurances was provided by Ramvidhya P. & praveen
                              Next morning just for confirmation, i contacted amazon & talked to Rajat & Shri Hari (Senior Manager). They committed that they won't be able to deliver by 1 pm but will deliver by 2-3 pm as it got stuck in Haryana.

                              Around 2:00 i contacted back & got hopeless guy on call Lakhwinder. Who took me on hold for 25 min just to tell me that it won't get deliver on 3 pm but it may get deliver by 7pm.

                              Finally i initiated to cancel this deal & asked them to return my money back but as per their policy it will get credit in 3-4 working days.

                              People at Amazon, this was not just a product. This was gift for someone on his birthday & we are not able to enjoy it cause of you people.

                              & we won't be able to purchase new from Local Store as money is stuck with you all.

                              every guy has confirmed their commitments in written but failed to deliver commitments.

                              Amazon you have spoiled my day & someone's gift.

                              thank you so much for such a bad & pathetic experience!

                              I want all refund on 19th only.

                                I buy a redmi note3 32gb and it causes issues. so i send them request to replcement. so they take the mobile phone and they says that they replace it in 4 days. but now 8 days completed and they don't replace the mobile and without permission they refund it. I bought that mobile phone in diwali offer and now the phone is 1000 rupees expensive.and they only say sorry.

                                  I had ordered "drools cat food 3kg" from amazon.in with order no[protected]
                                  I recived the product and on the pack also its mentioned 400g cat food worths rs 150 free.
                                  I complained with the amazon customer care with id b00le8s414. They told me they had forwarded the complaint to the seller.

                                  Next day i got the revert from the seller "petsworld.in" saying the 400g should b inside. I send them the mail with the pics attached that the 400g free cat food is not included. Actually i have ordered the product before and they send a 400g box seperate frok the 400g pack. Anyway i replied to their mail but there has been no feedback from there side. It has been 4 days now.

                                    I have ordered a product on 8 november 2016 and told it would be delivered on 17 november.
                                    On 9 november i was informed it was on the way.
                                    On 12 november i was informed it was arriving on that day.
                                    On 14th i made a complaint call.
                                    On 17 november i was informed parcel arriving on that day.
                                    On 19 november i made a complaint call and was informed i have to re-order.
                                    I am appalled by your conduct and will never order from amazon again. I will not recommend anyone else order from your company. This was to be my first order.

                                      I have order this body max product from amazon on 19oct2016 and the delivery date is between 27oct to 11nov 2016 but amazon was unable to deliver on committed date! Then i waited for 3 more days for product till 14nov2016. Than on 14nov2016 i called amazon customer care and tell them whole story than they told me to refund my money back in two day... Means i got my money back on 16nov2016. But now on 16nov&17nov when i don't get my money i again called them then they told me it will take more than a week... The amazon is not accepting there fault. They told me you i to contact with seller.. Then i told them amazon is a brand i purchase the product from amazon not from any seller so amazon is responsible... For everything. And it is aprox. One month about the order placed.. If paid in advance and amazon is not able to deliver the product to me on time it is amazon fault... So why they are now delaying to refund my money.. And their customer care executive misbehave too!
