I had orderd an motog4 on October 20 2016 but amazon took my money and said that unable to deliver product as they don't have correct address but I got few orders delivered on same dates since they have no reason they mentioned unfair reasons and used my money till 3rd novemeber and refunded this is not fair and I want compensation of RS 2000 and interest money back

        As per review our order and feedback please find below step to improve our sales & service to meet performance

        1. We have already appointed dedicated person to look after customer feedback/inquiry/query etc. And respond on time.

        2. We are planning to put inventory sufficient at our wear house to make sure for fulfillment of order

        3. We have decided to contact customer by sending them welcome/appreciation letter on receipt of order.

        4. We update them through seller account about detail of dispatch.

        5. We are planning to go with fba to improve our order ratio.

        6. As some of order not yet reach is mistaken by local logistic team which is all self ship order where is we are not in fault.

        However we here request you please reinstate our account as we are looking forward to do business positively and increase our span. We are also expanding our range of products very shortly and will be available to all of our customer.

        We have escalate this issue many time with concern team like seller performance, payment team etc. Please find below ponits

        1. Account is in suspended mode due to amazon fault as we escalate many time to concern team about self ship order as local courier is not taking any responsibility to delivery product and take almost rs.700/- per device which is not even we are earning.

        2. We have write complete detail many time but no action taken for the same

        3. If amazon would have suggest about fba then this would not happen.

        4. We are doing very clear business as provide complete product to customer, even this would be created over period of 1-2 months time as your team is not taken any action on self pick order has been cancelled.

        5. You can check only self pick order is impacted none of easy ship has been effected and it is delivered to customer without any delay

        6. Holding fund is the worst part of yours without studding truth behind it... Why is happen...?

        7. We are selling mobile device is very low margin 1% to 2% and facing financial problem as you have hold our genuine fund with you without any proper genuine reason.

        Note : you have to release fund in coming payment cycle, please dont force us to go in to consumer four am or in legal as we are demanding our hard earned money (It will create negative impression in market for amazon and seller both)

        1. We are dealing in mobile handset which is in advance payment mode with respective company.

        2. We have keep enough stock with us to serve & delivery faster to the customer.

        3. All amazon easy ship order is ship almost same day to customer to ensure on time delivery

        4. We are selling 0 defect product with proper packing

        5. We are just started this business on amazon and looking to take it forward in smooth way, but we are facing payment problem

        As if you hold our hard earned money with you for long time it is going to loss to us as we are no even getting 1% to 2% profit as of now looking at small turn over and we are facing lots of problem in our routine even we dont have any surplus fund to manage stock now, we here request you to please release fund on priority basis. Otherwise we will be in great trouble

          I have orderd one item and made payment for that item on October-26
          The estimated delivery date is Nov 8. But in website shows that item was delivered on nov-6
          But yet I didn't received that package,
          After contacting customer service they said it was wrong scan, we will deliver your product with in delivery date, but yesterday (from Nov 6 contacting) I called to customer support. they asked to me as you need refund or can I made one more order for you?

          They are not following complaints?
          How you still didn't update website as order is not yet delivered? Cheating ah?
          I have received a call from local delivery hub on nov12, came and collect order?

          But now they said your item was missing at somewher?

          If that item was missed means ? How it was updated as delivered?
          How the local courier person contacted me regarding my order?
          Then how you again said it was missing?

          Now they ask refund or product?
          So finally I understand you didn't make anything regarding my problem yet.. You are expecting this problem will be automatically get solved?

          My personal experience, first amazon people will try to pacify you and buy time but after one point they will stop replying to your emails. I have been chasing them for last 2 months for one of the issues but no help. I have copied Jeff (CEO of Amazon) too in my emails but no response. If the package is expensive, reach out to consumer court which will definitely help but if you think the effort is not worth, write it off and forget about it.

            I bought an earphone from Amazon.in worth 3800 rs on 29th of Oct after 9 days using the earphones they stopped working and those earphone can not be repaired because there is no service center in india and amazon.in is not accepting the earphones because the earphones worked for the first 7 days. I have had word with several amazon people they are showing me the policy and that's not helpful I tried everything. No body wants to repair them and amazon.in won't listen if you can help me kindly help.

            its ankit jajunda, today i gota call from amazon.in and the guy on the other side of the phone said hello and asked if i am Mr ankit, to that i replied yes and he said its regarding your complaint and he hung up without saying any more. see guys this is how you resolve a complaint, he must have thought that i wont pick up my phone or may be i will pick up the call with faulty earphones so it would be very hard to hear but no that did not happen and no the issue is not resolved and yes you took my money and yes you sell products whose service center in not even is asia.

                I am writing this letter in the hope that somebody in the higher ups take notice of how badly amazon customer service is treating their customers now a days. The incident started when I stumbled upon a good product listing on amazon India. ( to be specific this one : http://www.amazon.in/LG-22MP68-Full-MONITOR-1920x1080/d...). That particular LG monitor was listed for selling at Rs. 8000/-(around usd 120) and I double checked that my pin code 700149 was deliverable.
                There was an ongoing promotion of 15% cashback for amazon gift card and I loaded appropriate balance only to purchase that monitor. But to my astonishment, when I went to payment page, it was showing that the product could not be delivered to my address. I went back to product listing and it was still showing that the product is deliverable to my pin code (as of writing today, it is still showing deliverable to my pin code). I got suspicious and checked some other monitors of the particular seller and found that the seller is shipping them to my address even at payment page. Clearly this was an incorrect/fraudulent listing by the seller and as a result of that my whole money got stuck in that gift card.

                I contacted amazon support and told them the whole story that I am suffering for the incorrect/fraudulent listing in amazon site. I requested them to either deliver the product to me ( as the seller clearly delivers to my pin code as verified from other products of same category) or refund the amount to my bank account. I did not want the promotional amount of cashback, I just wanted the money I loaded in gift card as the card was bought for sole purpose of buying that monitor. I came across 3 support executives and 2 supervisors but they did not resolve my problem. One supervisor named Mohammad Abdul promised me that he has cancelled the gift card and refunded the amount and apologized for the troubled I faced. Next day I came to know that nothing has been done and it was outright lie.They even acknowledged that the other executive was lying. I came across various support executives and supervisors. But they did not do anything to resolve my problem. They just talked like some robots and told they can't do anything. I have the whole chat transcripts saved with me for future references.

                I had been purchasing from amazon for the last 3 years and recommended to everybody for their customer centric approach. I never imagined that I would have to face this kind of problem. Honestly, this whole incident is leaving a bitter taste in my mouth. Please be aware of degradation of amazon customer service.

                    I had ordered four sarees from amazon online shopping. i received the order and paid the full amount and since i did not like the products i put for return request. the company did not have return pick up policy so i had to parcel back all the four sarees. i got refund for only one saree out of four, now that its been three months that i returned the sarees the company has still not refunded the amount of remaining three sarees..when i called their executives they are putting blame on sellers.. hw are we supposed to run after the sellers..its companies responsibilty to look after the refund procedure..i can show the detail report of my bank account wich is linked which shows tht the refund is not proccessed yet for remaining three and only one refund was proccessed.
                    now neither do i have money nor do i have sarees in my hand..hoping that u will look in the matter and solve my problem

                        I had booked online Lennovo mobile from amazon on 7th October16. The money was deducted from Citibank credit(5015) card but I found it costly so i cancel it and got message that the money would be refunded in 2-5 business days but till date I have not receive the refund.I have written several mail to their customer care team but they only say give us 24-48 hrs we are looking into it.

                          I had ordered moto g4 mobile phone the money was deducted from my citibank card on EMI.When the mobile was delivered the courier of Amazon asked for COD cash on delivery despite my proving the money has been paid.On persistent calls to call centre.Amazon india was unable to solve the problem and the consignment went undelivered.Highly unprofessional approach of the company.I don't know when will the refund be initiated.Lackadiasical attitude of Amazon India.No phone no mail from the company.I real bad experience.

                            I am fed up with Amazon and it courier services.Amazon push my product to Aramex courier service to deliver my package. The detail are

                            I have placed an order long time back on amazon and it was expected to be delivered by Friday 11Nov2016.
                            Its Courier service man(Aramex delivery boy) are such a big liar, they even didnt visit at my home and mentioned that could not deliver because customer was not at home. They are lying because they didnt even call me while generaly delivery boy calls before coming at home. Even i shared alternate number too but still they didnt call on any of the number.
                            I raised complaint on Amazon three times, they don't have any service like they could give some service request number. So cannot track history of complaints.
                            I call them daily and for last three days neither i am getting my product nor i am getting any call from courier service. Amazon daily told me that my issue is escalated and it will be delivered today but still they could not help to resolve the issue. Its Sunday, 13Nov2016 and still my product is not delivered.
                            Amazon is such a third class service and same way its courier service is. Isn't Amazon does not have any way that it could help to resolve the customer issue. They have such a practical scenario that its courier service is doing fraud and Amazon cannot do anything in that.
                            Shame on such a big company. In india that is the reason that Amazon like companies are not trustworthy and they are just big flop who take your money and then make customer life hell with their poor services.

                            I dont recommend anyone for Amazon because if you are planning to gift some product to someone then you will face that event is pass away and your product is yet not delivered and even not delivered late too.
                            Amazon is disturbing online market and doing fraud with indian citizen. such fraudcompanies should expell from our country. This can be done only by not buying product from this mischief company.

                            Fed-up with the services of Amazon and never like to be its customer again. Only one solution for such fraud company and that is only to drag these companies to the court for justice. I would like to claim for my money, my mental harrasement and time wasted by this company. If i were in UK then this company would have been crying for this big fraud.

                            Forwarding concern not always gonna resolve the issue. Today i have more to say for this complaint:-
                            Now see the another lie from Aramax delivery boy. He mentioned that they could not deliver because additional information required in address. Now how big liar they are, see they earlier mentioned that customer was not at home, and this time he could not find the address.
                            Let me tell the reality, i receive call from Aramax delivery boy i.e. from [protected] and i guided him the path. I asked him to come at nearby shop which is very popular and already known to him. That was Bikaner Sweets. Then i waited there for 15 minutes and continously calling him but neither he picked the call nor responded. I keep trying calling him then he picked the call once and gave execuse that his bike tire bursted and punctured and he cannot come today now. He will come tomorrow.
                            See how big liar is Aramax company people are. Now they updated addtional address requirement.
                            Now i would like to tell Abel X(customer executive from Amazon), he told me to have patience. I took the patience and now what happened to me. The services of Amazon and Aramax are so bad and even they don't want to improve it at all. Simply product is not delivered, now does Abel have any answer?
                            This is how Aramax works. I dont know why Amazon deal with such bad companies. Why Amazon gave product to deliver to Aramax while Amazon its won delivery service is quite well.
                            I am fed up with these companies. This was my last purchase and i would like to delete my account from Amazon. I would buy little expensive but won't trust on Amazon at all. I don't have any more faith left.

                            This is how delivery team and Amazon is dealing with Customer. After so many promises today again the product is deliver. The Amazon and Aramex don't have shame in their eyes. Even the delivery boy [protected] also does not have shame in his eyes at all. He is worst person in your life whom you won't like to talk at all.
                            The delivery boy ask me to come to his office to collect the product. He was also saying me that he is not delivery boy, he will not come to my house. I don't know his office and he is just denying to come at nearby popular shop too.
                            There is no one to listen my complaint. Everyday Amazon commiting that product will be delivered but daily its not getting delivered. Every evening they are saying it will be delivered tomorrow. No one is man of their word. I feel like i am talking to worst company in India.
                            No one is taking any action against delivery boy even. Daily he is insulting company brand and Amazon itself not caring for his own brand and allowing a delivery boy to spoil his brand.

                            I talk to Ritika at 6PM and she promised me that product will be delivered today but it was not delivered at all. Then i talk to Rashita from Amazon and even she is not able to help to get the product delivered.

                              I have order a Lenovo phone from amazon at time of Diwali offers.
                              Offer price was Rs - 11000. i have to gift that mobile to my wife on diwali.

                              i ordered on 19 October 2016 and delivery date was 25th Oct, product was not delivered after 15 days of delivery date and at last my ordered was cancelled.

                              I purchased mobile as a emi, so i have loss the emi charges and now it is showing price 14000.

                              i called to customer care approx 20 times for delivery status...every time they said my is on high priority and they assured me for next day delivery but product was not delivered.

                              Ridiculous service by amazon... i will never trust on amazon.

                              You are right, Amazon is not trustworthy. Govt should ban this fraud company. I am planning to add this in NEWS channel. Below is my issue i faced:-

                              I have placed an order long time back on amazon and it was expected to be delivered by Friday 11Nov2016.
                              Its Courier service man(Aramex delivery boy) are such a big liar, they even didnt visit at my home and mentioned that could not deliver because customer was not at home. They are lying because they didnt even call me while generaly delivery boy calls before coming at home. Even i shared alternate number too but still they didnt call on any of the number.
                              I raised complaint on Amazon three times, they don't have any service like they could give some service request number. So cannot track history of complaints.
                              I call them daily and for last three days neither i am getting my product nor i am getting any call from courier service. Amazon daily told me that my issue is escalated and it will be delivered today but still they could not help to resolve the issue. Its Sunday, 13Nov2016 and still my product is not delivered.
                              Amazon is such a third class service and same way its courier service is. Isn't Amazon does not have any way that it could help to resolve the customer issue. They have such a practical scenario that its courier service is doing fraud and Amazon cannot do anything in that.
                              Shame on such a big company. In india that is the reason that Amazon like companies are not trustworthy and they are just big flop who take your money and then make customer life hell with their poor services.

                              I dont recommend anyone for Amazon because if you are planning to gift some product to someone then you will face that event is pass away and your product is yet not delivered and even not delivered late too.
                              Amazon is disturbing online market and doing fraud with indian citizen. such fraudcompanies should expell from our country. This can be done only by not buying product from this mischief company.

                              Fed-up with the services of Amazon and never like to be its customer again. Only one solution for such fraud company and that is only to drag these companies to the court for justice. I would like to claim for my money, my mental harrasement and time wasted by this company. If i were in UK then this company would have been crying for this big fraud.

                                    This email is to inform you about my recent experience with amazon India. I am a long term customer of amazon India and have purchased many product from amazon India. The experience I had this time was worst. Let me explain the experience I had, First I ordered the Kenstar Hot Spring KGS06W5M-GDE 6-Litre 2000 Watt Storage Water Heater on 28th October and it showed that I will get the delivery on 7th Nov, I was pretty fine with that. After I placed the order I read some reviews that amazon delivers a 3 star power saving rating whereas it is mentioned in the website as 5 star power saving rating, i was quite concerned and I contacted amazon chat support and shared my concern, I was assured that I would receive 5 star power saving rating and I need not worry. Then on 4th Nov morning I received a message that the my delivery would arrive today with a contact number as [protected], but no one called me till 4PM, I called on that number and a person told he would come and took my address but no one called or came to my house and send a mail on the next day that I was not present at my address. I was amazed to see that, I contacted amazon call and someone told that it was a mistake and amazon sends false sms by mistake and harsh customer. He told that the package will be delivered the next day. I again waited the whole day, contacted support and this time they said that it will arrive by today. He assured me 100%, I confirmed with him on phone. No one came, I again contacted amazon support. the same lines get repeated by them, I was sick and tired of this kind of service. Today in the morning I again received a sms about delivery today with another contact number as [protected], when I called this number, it says that this is incorrect. I contacted amazon support and they told I need not worry I will receive it by today or tomorrow. Finally at 2 15PM I got the product, then I opened the pack and to my frustration found a 3 star power saving rating geyser inside. I am a customer of amazon from a long time previously also I faced minor problems like my ORDER #[protected] is still expected to be delivered on 27 August 2016, sounds sarcastic. I would never go for amazon from now on, it might not be of much worry to amazon if a single customer is not a part of it, but it will be if this kind of service continues and you will loose many like me, your support and courier are the worst and just say the same copied lines. The worst experience ever. I have attached all the voice recording and the chat scripts with amazon in this email. Next I will post this in twitter Facebook and then go to consumer forum for harassment.

                                        On[protected], I ordered one Morphy Richards 1.5 lt. Tea maker vide order number[protected] . On[protected], the item was dispatched & estimated delivery was fixed on[protected] as per your SMS). On[protected], I received a SMS stating that the said item was out of delivery & would be arriving on that same day. Immediately, after a minute, I received a SMS from your side stating that the item has been returned to the seller because it was refused at the time of delivery. I am unable to understand how this happened as neither any delivery person came to our place nor were we contacted over telephone. As a result, there arises no question of refusing the item from our side. Kindly take the matter into your immediate attention & resend the item if possible.
