When i was placing this order itβs clear that there are 3 offers applicable for this product.
Exchange 3000 (Which i got)
Amazon cash 2000 (Issue in receiving this)
Kindle e book worth 300
Here i am attaching the (Image) offer that they are giving for this product.
Nowhere is it mentioned that the offer is between 3-10 oct in t&c.
But when i contact the customer care they are telling that this offer is expired. Due to some technical error its showing in the website it seems.
I was ordered assuming that the offer is applicable and i will get the cash back but i was cheated by amazon.
No body is giving clear information on this. They are telling sorry sir we can help you in this and simply saying itβs some technical issue.
Please help me to get my money back. They are not at least accepting the return.

Updated by Raviteja Kumar is there any use in posting a complaint here..? its been one month that the "Amazon India customer support notified" about the issue. No update and nothing happened.

Updated by Raviteja Kumar Its been more than 2 years i have posted this complaint and Amazon was notified about the complaint in the same month.
But there is no response from the company. This shows the irresponsibility of the amazon and their interest to words resolving an issue.
