From two months amazon is not delivering their products properly on time. Whenever am contacting to the representative they are telling that they mailed the company to courier it soon but they are all fake promises.I asked one of the representative the location of the order but they told that i should contact the courier company that's not their problem

        I have ordered 3 products altogether in Amazon portal. I was delivered with 2 products. I received a message that other product will be delivered later. Courier guy contacted me to collect, but he went to wrong place. I called him and informed he went to wrong place, he replied that he will deliver it within 30 minutes. I was waiting outside my office under hot sun for 30 minutes. Later I called and he said, he will call me after reaching my place. That day I received message that package was not delivered as I'm not available. It tool few more day but didn't get any alert. Upon checking I came to know package was returned as damage during transit. Illogical this status has. I contacted customer care, and asked if the product is damaged then I should be replaced with similar product. But simply they returned it and asked me to place order again. Irresponsible care from Amazon India. How can I place order for a product under 499 rupess, that will cost me delivery charge.

        After complaining through this consumer complaint portal Amazon dropped me a mail saying the product was lost during transit. Then how come I received a call from delivery man that he is near my office and will deliver package within 30 minutes?

          I ordered some earpieces but i didn't like them and requested return to Amazon but they never came to take the item back and when i called the Amazon customer service they are saying me that the courier service is not going to come take the returned item as they their services do not cover taking back the item. And on top of that they debited the money in the account which is currently not active and it is closed. Please see to it that you resolve your issues with your courier company otherwise do not deliver the item to the customer when you can't take back the item.

          I ordered turmeric powder few days back from Amazon India and i payed online for it but the item never reached me and i got the message that the item is delivered to you. And i contacted the customer service of Amazon India and they said to wait for 3-5 days until the order is delivered to me. How this is possible i don't know. I never expected so poor service from Amazon.in, what if the order is still not delivered to us even after you gave us the time of 3-5 days, where should we go? We are sick of calling your customer service everyday but they are saying the same thing every time i call them. This type of service is not expected by Amazon. And this is not the first time that i am experiencing issues from Amazon. Please see to it that you don't spend so much of money just making advertisements and wooing people, start doing things that promise in the advertisements

                This is satyajit from rourkela, odisha. Actually i would like to highlight one of the most unforgettable incident which has happened with me. Iam a regular customer of amazon & sorry to say that the customer service team of amazon is very much indifferent from the customers aspirations & expectations. Even i heard from one of the customer service representative that we can not help you in this regard.

                In fact, i have purchased 2 nos. Of xiaomi redmi note 3 mobile from your site which got delivered to me on 30th oct 2016 out of which one mobile is working perfectly fine while the other has some battery back up issue.

                I placed a return request to your customer team and they have also acknowledged that as per your return request your item would be picked up by blue dart courier on 10th nov 2016. From 10th nov 2016 till today, i have received 3 messages from blue dart team that your return pick up has been arranged today and please keep your package ready but unfortunately none of the courier boys came for collecting the item. This i would say is a reflection of the bad customer service provided by amazon.

                Moreover i am staying at a place which is 30 kms from the place where i ordered my item. Those people always were to be present in the house since anytime the pick up courier would come for collecting the item. Being a bonafide customer of your site its my right to know when my return pick up would be done and when shall i get the replacement product.

                Iam writing this mail to you directly since i did not get any help from any quarter and i hope that i can get a resolution from your end and expect that the replacement product would reach me within 2-3 days

                  Purchased a mobile on amazon through cash on delivery but I returned this due to some reason and i want refund money in my account and aslo provided complete details of my account to amazon.
                  But one month passed i dont recieve my Money back.
                  Five times contact the amazon customer service but dont give me solid solution and also contact the bank customer service but no solution.
                  I need my money back so please help me and solve this problem

                    I bough a Physical Gift Card online at amazon site of worth 5000/-. It was a wedding gift and as happens in most weddings, it was lost. Amazon Customer Care asked me to talk to QuikCilver who declined my request saying it is not possible to help in this situation. How can it be impossible? It is not a Gift it is Gift Card with electronic amount. This is completely outrageous and I never ever purchasing from amazon.                       Seller: green mobiles.

                      Tried several times to return the product soon after a day of purchase. It had a several issues of overheating, freezing and restarts. But whenever i submit for return, they asked me to contact moto dealers.

                      Amazon not displaying my reviews on that seller.

                      Worst ever product of amazon. I lost my money in vain.

                      Never buy anything in amazon. They have worst and cheating sellers.

                      Frozen and not letting in. Attached a photo. Tried hard resetting but waste of time.

                          I have done the biggest mistake of my life to order a laptop from Amazon.in, I am really so annoyed, frustrated, I don't have any words to express how stressful it has been for me. They first sent me a wrong laptop, I contacted atleast 5 time to pickup and get a replacement for it. Then delivered again a wrong laptop in replacement and from that day till today. No one came to pick my laptop and refund me the amount. The carrier of my laptop is amazon itself. Its not a third party carrier, that's why I am so annoyed. I know its the seller who has sent the wrong laptop. But amazon has the responsibility to pickup and give back my money and that's why its such a big disappointment to me.                             Today 15/11/2016 at 12:50AM, I got an email from Amazon.in stating that your order[protected] was cancelled as the seller Bangalore Refinery (P) Ltd failed to confirm the shipment. I am staying in Bangalore and still 2days remaining on estimated arrival on 17/11/2016...What is the reason. I did not actually know why my order was cancelled after 19 days of order conformation. Amazon can asked me for few more days to Delivered the order. What about the Deal and offer just for making the fool the Customer. I booked this order on Dhanteras. This deepawali actually Amazon cheated me badly. Now i am not eligible for Rs 2000/- cash back from SBI also.

                            After doing all payment i was waiting for product from last 19 days. Now I lost my 2000/- Rs as caskback from SBI and 600/-Rupees on product as today same product cost is 600/-Rs More which i have to pay extra if purchased today from market.
                            Total lost around Rs2600/-

                                On 11/11/16, i received my product.. And since 500notes were not accepted, i decided to pay by card, and the delivery boy had withdraw twice from my bank account telling that the swiping machine connection was loose, though i told him i got message from my bank account regarding money withdrawal. I enquired customer care too regarding this, they told me to wait till tuesday, but my money has not been returned to my bank account still. Iam very upset.

                                    I got delivered the product on dated 3rd November at evening time and it

                                    Today Morning at 10:30 I had a word with Support executive Mr. Sandeep
                                    regarding refund he informed that you will get your refund ticket number
                                    within 3 working hours but nothing received till 4'o clock.

                                    today Evening around 4:20 PM I had a word with Mr. Ashutosh informed that
                                    it's electronic first time we will replace your product instead of full
                                    refund and suggested to follow Smart check App procedure to get your
                                    product replaced.

                                    It was very pathetic experience while having discussion with your support
                                    Team So please Being a Valuable customer of yours It;s my humble request to
                                    you please proceed with full refund policy and guide your support
                                    executives that Do not float wrong information to client as it consumes
                                    precious time.

                                    I have received order on 03.11.2016 and requested Amazon to requested on 04.11.2016 but higher management is denying that this can't refund due to time duration has passed now and even not replying my emails.

                                    Amazon's delivery boys are very rude, and they don't come to your exact address and call you out somewere near your address, and threaten to cancel your order, if you don't come in 5 minutes, he never gave his name, but his number was [protected]
                                    Ordered for above on 05.11.2016 on debit card payment. It is debited by INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK, CHENNAI, V.HOUSE BRANCH. But today i received a msg, saying the concerned item is being held, want to know the reason.
                                    I have bought Crompton greaves geyser 3liter "solarium plus" but delivered "solarium dlx" & then their customer care is saying that product is same. Also description of product doesn't match. They r giving return request on behalf of me without asking my consent. Also that day product was cheaper when return req was given.I have all print screens

                                      I am deepak from india, i regret i had to write you this mail much against my wishes. My daughter nt sneha hingorani has been regular customer of amazon for on line shopping for past few years. But this year in sept'16 she made purchase of kindle unlimited on line from amazon on line and paid rs 999/- twice through her credit card but service requested was never provided by amazon india. Despite several reminders over phone to amazon call centre, no refund has been given for both the transactions done on 29/09/16. Everytine she called up amazon india customer care - the pet reply has been "we are looking into the matter and amount paid will be remitted back in a weeks time - but over 6 weeks have gone by but still no visible action taken by amazon officials. My daughter because of her professional engagement was unable to scale up the matter further as she
                                      Has trust in brand amazon and told me that amazon is world classs company and that her money shall be refunded. Because of her engagements i asked whether i can take and scale up the matter based on feedback received from the customer care of amazon - that any failed transaction if not reported within 60 days of the same shall lapse and amazon will not take any responsibility thereof.                                         Whenever I book a cod shipment from Amazon I get it within 2-3 days but when I book any shipment by paying cash online it takes around 10 days to reach me. Why there is so much difference between cod and prepaid shipment deliveries? I have booked above shipment on 8th November and till date I have not received above shipment. We buy from Amazon because they are giving good service but if you people are going to do differentiate between cod and prepaid deliveries then we customers are suffering the most. . .
