Also it turns out that laptop was originally purchased in United States and is registered there which prevents me from claiming warranty here in India. I had requested returns for a specific product from Amazon on the 14th oct 2016 . The website very efficiently displayes an option where the customer can chose the date and time of pick up of the product that is intended for returns . However the following day that is 15th which is when the returns was scheduled I get a text from Amazon stating that the returns has been rescheduled . I have waited for a week with call and mails to Amazon...

1. The charging cable is not fitting into socket properly and come out. Virtually i have to push inside and even the slightest of movement - the charger comes out of the socket.

Its creating lot of heat even with in one minute

Amazon India — FRAUD and HOPELESS COMPANY

I ordered product (Mobile) under 2 days priority delivery and paid extra for it. Now the delivery is 4 days late and every time I call customer care they say "within 24 hours product will be delivered". It's hopeless experience for a loyal amazon customer.

People liked this american company and made it number 1 online e-commerce site because of it's brand and service...
