We have placed an order thru online on 17.10.2016 and paid rs.2850/- and after some time they have expressed their inability in providing the equipment and amount will be deposited but unfortunately none of the amazon person showed interest in returning out amount till today.

In this regard we are requesting to return our fund at the earliest and it is very difficult to lodge complaint against amazon and there is no response from any of the numbers provided by the company

    I ordered Apple 6s PLUS Gold 64 GB with one day delivery and I got it next day at 8:30 am, guess what I got iphone 6 64 GB 4.7 inch Silver colour... woow I should b very happy, I should write an amazing feedback saying amazon's amazing service... early morning instead of having tea I was writing feedback and discussing my issue, WHICH THEY DIDN'T RESOLVE... shame on you guys

      I placed an order for Fotodiox Nikon Macro Extension Tube Set Kit for Extreme Close-up Fits Nikon Cameras (order number #[protected]. It was supposed to be delivered on 26 NOv 2016 by amazon transportation services and I was sent an sms with the contact number for delivery agent [protected] was also sent to me. Evening i got a text and email saying the delivery was attempted but premises was closed. I tried calling the number but it was switched off. The premises was not closed. Unfortunately this is the 10th such incident with amazon. I buy products on EMI, they charge additional delivery charges, the product returns without delivery and then they refund the cost price. I end up paying the bank charges, taxes and delivery charges for which there is no refund. Multiple calls to customer service (paid and toll free) and written emails result into parroted response "i understand your problem, i am escalating the issue etc etc" but no action. I have requested them multiple times to just give me the office number and address of the courier company so i can pick it up myself but they refuse to give any. So finally i end up paying for their inefficiency and unprofessionalism .
      Is there a way this forum can help me secure my product?

          Order has been cancelled as item was bought at heavy discounted rate provided by Amazon. But amazon didn't deliverd the item. Customer representative has informed that parcel has been damaged. On calling again I got an different answer. I am wondering that item bought at cheap rate, So parcel has been cancelled by Amazon.
          I think the ordered was never delivered by seller. It was just a part of trick played by Amazon to flow traffic on the site. Worst customer centered trick played by Amazon. I wondered a company trying to play such trick with there customer, how long could it survive in the market.

          Okay I am happy that my issue has been resolved. Issue has been resolved way back but forgot to mention it here.I am happy that Amazon customer care accepted there mistake and compensiate me accordingly.

            Order Id:[protected] Returned on 4th of Nov.16 and Picked-up on 7th Nov.16 from AMAZON. Already 19 days gone but they have not refund my money against this order No. Always their representative told me that they look into the matter but still not given any solution on this.

            So look into my Complaint against AMAZON on reference to this Order Id:[protected] and take necessary action against amazon. So that no one will face this problem in near future.

            An unauthorized payment of JA 42, 017.07 was placed using my NCB Visa credit card. I really cannot afford to repay this amount as the card was lost and reported to the bank as missing. Purchase date s November 13, 2016. I need the amount to be refunded.

              I placed an order for Phone on Amazon India on 27th Oct and got it delivered on the same day . The Phone was defective and a replacement was delivered on 16th Nov . From 27th Oct to 16th Nov not even once Amazon called us to give update on the Replacement, We were the once who were calling them repeatedly . The replacement phone again was defective and we requested for an refund on 20th Nov. We were verbally assured on phone that we will be reached within next 24-48 hours .No one called us and I called Amazon again on 23rd Nov from Singapore to Amazon India . We got a mail confirmation that that Amazon will reach us within next 24 to 48 hours . As expected no one called us . Amazon at its best .
              I made a call from Singapore to Amazon India again on 26th Nov and spoke for 40 minutes . We were asked to repeat the steps again from Square one to initiate refund . Annoyed and dejected at casualness of the Amazon Executive, I requested Amazon to pick the defective phone by 28th Nov and retain the Money as an appreciation of the poor and lethargic process Amazon India has got .

                  I had ordered the item order #[protected]. (Oneplus 3 mobile)
                  Using promotion going on with statebank card.
                  The cashback was supposed to be delivered by oct10 2016, yet its not credited to my account.

                  Every time i contact amazon they just ask me to wait.
                  Its been 45+ days now, i m yet to get the cashback

                  Few of them say its been initiated few say its pending from bank, but none of them giving me any resolution.

                    I ordered 2 briefs from amazon, my order no. is[protected]).The order is for Rs 868.Ist brief is for rs 499 and the 2nd one of rs 369.I received both of them, the 2nd one is genuine and the 1st one is used macho brief.
                    This type of thing not expected from amazon...
                    From, future i will ask people not to buy anything from Amazon.

                      This is regarding my order number[protected] as per amazon they initiate refund on 12 november 2016 but bank say amazon not initiate my refund rs 6, 245. I am very much upset bank and amazon both unable to locate my money. Where i go don't know. Please credit my money in my debit accounting i have already financial issue. Please do something for me.. I need my money first amazon ownself cancelled my order now they don't provide my money.. I am frustrated i need my money as soon as possible your customer services excetuive say this is not amazon responsible talk to your bank.. I purchase from amazon so amazon should provide by money i don't now how but you have to answer now and give my money back. Reduiclois people worst services. I am going to delete this app for life time.. This kind of things iinever expected from amazon.. Please do something and give my money talk to my bank. This is not my responsibility.. Otherwise i have only one option to take legal action and report my complaint to consumer court.

                            I ordered a Wallet with Amazon.in Order #[protected]. It's been 1 month, I haven't received my order nor my refund. They are just playing around with my money and the other order which i ordered delivered defective and I am waiting for a replacement after 1 month.                                 Dear Amit Agarwal (MD, Amazon India)

                                This is in reference to the pathetic and worst services I have ever gone through. On 22nd November using Amazon Prime I purchased Kindle which I promised by kid to be delivered tomorrow on 23rd November before the birthday party starts.
                                At 11:22 pm I got SMS from Amazon stating the payment has failed and need to revise the payment to avoid order cancellation. Hence, at 11:25 pm I again processed the payment on Revise Payment option. To my surprise I got an sms at 11:47 pm stating that the payment has failed again and I need to Revise the payment.

                                I found this fishy as this kind of payment failure and issues I never faced with Amazon in past. I called my bank and to my surprise they informed that both the payment were successfully debited from my Credit Card.

                                I called up Amazon and Ms. Soumya - Telecaller, instead o[censored]nderstanding my issues and acknowledging the same. She kept on saying that I will receive an email from Amazon if the order was successful or not. I was not convinced with this information and asked her to transfer call to supervisor. She not only interrupted a lot while I was speaking She did over talk on me. Which I felt was not professional approach. I asked to transfer line to supervisor. She said she feels the call is going no where and hung up on me.
                                This was the worst experience I could ever have in my life.

                                I called up again and spoke to Mr. Kishor - Telecaller, he understood the challenge I am going through for over 2 hours to confirm the booking of a product. He checked in the system and said that he could see 3 transactions and 2 payments will be reversed to my Credit Card and one payment will be adjusted and the shipment will be delivered for sure. I was relieved as on birthday I had promised to gift Kindle.

                                Today, on 23rd November, till 4 pm there is no call from courier service I called up Amazon to check what is the status. To my surprise Ms. XXX forgot the telecaller name said she checked the system and the order is cancelled. I asked to transfer to supervisor. Mr. Shiva came online. He said its cancelled and all the information given by Kishor were wrong. So I asked him what next thing to do. He said to wait for the payment to get back to my Credit Card. I said that is not a concern, I am more concerned that if I process fresh payment on the same will I get the shipment today, for which he had to words to reply.

                                This has been the worst state of my life. Infront on my relatives and during party I will be going infront of my kid without the gift that I promised for.

                                Amazon has caused to a sleepless night and a worst experience day today. I want Mr. Amit Agarwal to answer my questions and get this fixed asap.

                                I have brought a case for Lenovo tab 2 which I have applied to return because the product is damaged they have said they will be coming at next day morning 8am to 11am but no one came so I called customer service they said they will come at 2pm to 5pm no one came and they are saying your account is on hold what is this non sense👿👿
                                I have purchase prodigy women's clutch gold order ID[protected] and request for return the item on 1st November, 2016 but till date neither pickup the item nor given refund.

                                      I believe it is a deliberate fraud by the website.Please take necessary steps .

                                        I booked a Samsung on7 pro mobile on 16th Nov 2016 which payment has been done by debit card on same time. On 22nd Nov 2016 I got the delivery but when I opened the box we found the marble piece in the box instead of mobile. I was trying to register the on amazon about the fraud but they guys didn't log the complaint and told me that send the mail for same. Three time i have sent the mail with the attached snap of fraud delivery. But whenever I called customer care, they refused to get the mail. Today I asked to Customer care executive Mr. Mustafha about I didn't get the response from him. When I asked to log the FIR about the fraud, then he replied ' as you wish'.

                                        Kindly suggest me now what i do ??

                                        Still I didn't get any single response from amazon. i don't know weather they have logged my complaint or not. I have been continuously following up with amazon by mail as well as through telephone but din't confirm the status of my complaint
