Bought HTC Desire 626G+8GB (Blue Lagoon) via order number[protected] on 29th Oct. Have been trying to fulfil return formalities through sites, since 30th, have sent several mails to the customer care link provided with the mail, but to no avail. There is no response as of yet. Have called customer care also, where it took my number and told that they will call back, which they never did. Now, that I am trying to check for any progress in this regard, it shows the date of return has expired... Feeling like cheated... The phone I received is not what i ordered, it seems refurbished... Kindly respond, ASAP @ [protected], [protected]; [protected]@gmail.com. Expecting early redressal ...

    I am very surprised at the service from amazon. i was ordered a moto g plus 4th gen black 32 gb phone vide order no.[protected] on 27th oct-2016 and delivery was estimated on 3rd nov. 2016 but my happiness vanished with the service of amazon. they didn't make sincere efforts to deliver my product and canceled it without my consent. despite their fault of canceling my order they are not ready to provide me the phone. without getting my consent they proceed to refund the paid amount, during my conversation with amazon customer care i asked them to provide me the mobile phone and not refund the amount. the worst part is they are not even ready to lodge a complaint for my grievance and now after the price is increased they want me to order again at the current price, despite the fault from their end. they come up with lame excuses that the product might have been damaged in transit etc.. very disappointed with the company of such repute with this cheap service. hope they realize the mistake and provide a solution.

    I placed an order on Amazon.com for a IPhone 6plus adaptor. I never received the item nor does it show up on my recent orders but I was billed $16.06 on a credit card for the item.

      Offer violation : Order #[protected], placed on 21 September 2016

      With this order there was an offer, which was a Samsung headset. As per the offer the coupon codes to claim it should be sent to the buyers by 31st October 2016. But there are no communication regarding the same from Amazon or the seller till now. The main issue they are pointing out is 'Promotion Team is not responding', is that our problem !!

      I am contacting the customer care since last two weeks to resolve this issue, but I never got a proper answer. Promises are made every day but nothing happens.

        Order a mens Jersey, Amazon have no information where it is. Seller says it have been shipped from them and Amazon don't know about it. And customer care only says what is visible to me on app. They don't even refund money on time. Have past experience for the same about 2 product. Never disappointed by anything else than this application. Please don't go for Amazon, if you need something on time, because they are never on time.

        Have contacted customer care service more than 5times, but they don't have any information about the product.

            Pathetic service from Amazon. I was delighted to order (order no.[protected] a TV during festive season and my happiness vanished with the service of Amazon. They didn't make sincere efforts to deliver my product and canceled it without my consent. My promise to my family to buy a TV blew up with the worst service from Amazon. Despite their fault of canceling my order they are not ready to replace one. The worst part is they are not even ready to lodge a complaint for my grievance and now after the price is increased they want me to order again at the current price, despite the fault from their end. They come up with lame excuses that the product might have been damaged in transit etc.. Very disappointed with the company of such repute with this cheap service. Hope they realize the mistake and provide a solution.

              I ordered Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 for personal use and from amazon website .In description they have mentioned that product has 8 mega pixel camera with flash light I have also attached description image. But product which I have received do not have flash light also product is not properly functioning and charger is missing so I have requested for refund but they refused. Mentioning that we do not have refund policy and also ask me to go lenovo service center but it is not possible for me to go because of my hectic schedule if It was possible in that case I will never buy product from amazon but will prefer to buy from local shop. Customer Service also told me that for charger missing he can provide me 150 rs gift card but product charger defiantly will cost more. I did not get any proper resolution thats why I am registering this complain

                I bought a Motorola mobile which i received on 6th November 2016 I was facing heating issue then the escalation desk informed me to contact service centre and they will provide a letter then we will return but when i visited to service centre of Motorola they refused to provide any letter and the Motorola service centre told you can return the Mobile in 10 days but now amazon India is refusing we will not return .                   I had placed an order on amazon a week back and tracking it almost every day. On the day of delivery the delivery guy called up asking for the address. After one hour I called him back asking for the order the guy started yelling at me that he will not come so far and that the company does not provide him for the petrol charges. I requested him but he said he will not deliver. Again the same guy called the same day evening again asked for the address. And told he is coming but never came. When I called back he did not answer. Now when I track the order on my account it shows return request accepted but I have not requested for any return. This is very cheap

                    Amazon transportation service is the worst service I have seen ever. I purchased a Royal peacock wall clock on 26th October 2016 and its delivery should be expected on or before 2nd Nov 2016 but because of Amazon's fast and ferious courier services I have not received my parcel yet means till 7th Nov 2016.
                    Already my parcel late by 5 days and every time I called to customer care service they are just giving me assurance that my parcel will be deliver by tomorrow. Like that 5 tomorrows already gone.
                    God knows when their tomorrow will come. In hope by 8th Nov they will deliver my parcel

                            Happy Kids Classic Vintage Ride was ordered by me. however as i wanted to cancel the order, on having called the toll free no the cancellation/return was told to me as having gotten registered. and the refund was told will be processed once the item reaches the seller.

                            On having called again when the item reached my friend place for delivery, i again called toll free no to be informed that you should refuse to receive it and then it will be processed for refund .On item having been received my friend to whose place i had sent it informed that they had cancelled it, however she was told by the courier boy to keep it and that separate team will pick it up.

                            Now as 5 days have passed and no message has been received for pick up of returned item or refund i logged in to their official site to check the cancellation status and was shocked to see there was no such marking as item having been cancelled

                            Also, as i tried to cancell the item the following message was thrown

                            "For safety reasons, items that use flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned to Amazon.in. "

                            I do not understand why

                            1) a company who claims to have excellent return policy, has onphone taken my requests is refusing to process my return & refurnd
                            When the item

                            2) who itself says "For safety reasons, items that use flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned to Amazon.in. " yet delivers such items for innocent kids

                            Will some one from amazon bother to respond???

                              Amazon's service has become third rate. The top management does not seem to care about the customer or the problems the customer is raising with them. I ordered an item - Kleio Cloth Potli (Black, BnB415JP-Bl) sold by Royal Deal - on 5 Oct 2016. As I was not satisfied with the quality of the item, I requested a return. The return pick up was done on 17 Oct 2016. Later I was informed by an Amazon Customer Care Executive that the item was lying with Amazon Transportation Services, Pune for THREE FULL DAYS. Three weeks have elapsed since the reverse pick up was done. The refund has not yet been made. The Amazon Customer Care executives plead helplessness saying that it is not an Amazon fulfilled order and that they have no control over such vendors. This, my friends, is what Amazon is in reality. You place the order with Amazon, you make the payment to Amazon, but when it comes to refunds, Amazon tells you to contact the seller for the refund. So, finally, it is the customer's problem. Not just this, I wrote a negative feedback on the seller's webpage on Amazon last night. Believe it or not, this morning it has been removed. The seller cannot do this, so someone within Amazon has removed it. Now why would someone within Amazon remove a negative feedback about the seller unless he/she had some stake in it? Looking at the way Amazon has been operating in the last three months, it appears that the top management has lost control over its operations. It may be wise to switch to other online marketplaces. This is not the same Amazon of even a year ago.

                                  Hi, I bought a Redmi note 3 phone from Amazon with the order no.[protected] and it got delivered on 09 Oct 2016. This phone start creating problem on the first week of purchase as the battery draining within 5 hours. Also in this phone I am unable to switch to multiple apps. When reported this issue to Amazon then they asked to contact to Xiaomi and when contacted to Xiaomi then they asked to contact to Amazon so I am moving back and forth ... I am unable to reach to the right team who can repair this phone, very poor experience

                                      now the problem starts...
                                      I had ordered the product via EMI..received a part of the product, but had paid the full amount...if a certain or the full amount is refunded back..still i would be paying interest @ 12% on 4399...so i would be paying for something that i did not even get...so whats the resolution
