    I ordered a Wallet with Amazon.in Order #[protected]. It's been 1 month, I haven't received my order nor my refund. They are just playing around with my money and the other order which i ordered delivered defective and I am waiting for a replacement after 1 month. Total disappointment with Amazon and everyone, think twice before you choose Amazon. #cheaters

      The rates which are printed on the pack is total Rs.3044 . I don't know why the seller has cheated me . Please look into the matter otherwise I may go to the consumer Forum.

        Dear Amit Agarwal (MD, Amazon India)

        This is in reference to the pathetic and worst services I have ever gone through. On 22nd November using Amazon Prime I purchased Kindle which I promised by kid to be delivered tomorrow on 23rd November before the birthday party starts.
        At 11:22 pm I got SMS from Amazon stating the payment has failed and need to revise the payment to avoid order cancellation. Hence, at 11:25 pm I again processed the payment on Revise Payment option. To my surprise I got an sms at 11:47 pm stating that the payment has failed again and I need to Revise the payment.

        I found this fishy as this kind of payment failure and issues I never faced with Amazon in past. I called my bank and to my surprise they informed that both the payment were successfully debited from my Credit Card.

        I called up Amazon and Ms. Soumya - Telecaller, instead o[censored]nderstanding my issues and acknowledging the same. She kept on saying that I will receive an email from Amazon if the order was successful or not. I was not convinced with this information and asked her to transfer call to supervisor. She not only interrupted a lot while I was speaking She did over talk on me. Which I felt was not professional approach. I asked to transfer line to supervisor. She said she feels the call is going no where and hung up on me.
        This was the worst experience I could ever have in my life.

        I called up again and spoke to Mr. Kishor - Telecaller, he understood the challenge I am going through for over 2 hours to confirm the booking of a product. He checked in the system and said that he could see 3 transactions and 2 payments will be reversed to my Credit Card and one payment will be adjusted and the shipment will be delivered for sure. I was relieved as on birthday I had promised to gift Kindle.

        Today, on 23rd November, till 4 pm there is no call from courier service I called up Amazon to check what is the status. To my surprise Ms. XXX forgot the telecaller name said she checked the system and the order is cancelled. I asked to transfer to supervisor. Mr. Shiva came online. He said its cancelled and all the information given by Kishor were wrong. So I asked him what next thing to do. He said to wait for the payment to get back to my Credit Card. I said that is not a concern, I am more concerned that if I process fresh payment on the same will I get the shipment today, for which he had to words to reply.

        This has been the worst state of my life. Infront on my relatives and during party I will be going infront of my kid without the gift that I promised for.

        Amazon has caused to a sleepless night and a worst experience day today. I want Mr. Amit Agarwal to answer my questions and get this fixed asap.

        Bt it is heated up and i dont like it so i was make cal with amazon customer care but they not allow to return it
        I have brought a case for Lenovo tab 2 which I have applied to return because the product is damaged they have said they will be coming at next day morning 8am to 11am but no one came so I called customer service they said they will come at 2pm to 5pm no one came and they are saying your account is on hold what is this non sense👿👿
        I have purchase prodigy women's clutch gold order ID[protected] and request for return the item on 1st November, 2016 but till date neither pickup the item nor given refund.

            I bought 5 items from amazon.in website they delivered 2 item on time but last 3 items they didn't delivered me after raises so many complaints

            I call customer support team for my product they told me that the delivered as soon as possible but they didn't do this

              It is to inform you I observe to purchase something that there is a a fraud case that Gift Card ID: [protected] Gift Card Code: QCYM-Y52VCQ-A9BJ is not shown in my a/c in website amazon.in . But its Expiry date is 27-OCT-2017 .

              I believe it is a deliberate fraud by the website.Please take necessary steps .

                I booked a Samsung on7 pro mobile on 16th Nov 2016 which payment has been done by debit card on same time. On 22nd Nov 2016 I got the delivery but when I opened the box we found the marble piece in the box instead of mobile. I was trying to register the on amazon about the fraud but they guys didn't log the complaint and told me that send the mail for same. Three time i have sent the mail with the attached snap of fraud delivery. But whenever I called customer care, they refused to get the mail. Today I asked to Customer care executive Mr. Mustafha about I didn't get the response from him. When I asked to log the FIR about the fraud, then he replied ' as you wish'.

                Kindly suggest me now what i do ??

                Still I didn't get any single response from amazon. i don't know weather they have logged my complaint or not. I have been continuously following up with amazon by mail as well as through telephone but din't confirm the status of my complaint

                  Date 23 November 2016 Order id[protected] not delivered and false statement give by Amazon that Customer was not available where as the Delivery was not attemped also calling on Amazon customer serive it was always given the false commitment of product will get delivered by EOD which never happened. How can Amazon state the false statement saying customer was not available where as we were at home. I have checked the CCTV footage of the society which also clearly shows that No one from amazon had visited my place for delivery. Delivery was under GAURANTEED DELIVERY SCHEME. This is the second time Im facing the issue. I have faced the same issue in October 2016 month.

                    The product was "Ecokic Maxi Scooter - Black" where the MRP was Rs. 3999/- and was available at discount of 50% i.e. net price was Rs. 2000/- on 15.11.2016.
                    Now, on 16.11.2016 the company changed the price to Rs. 3000 and was claiming still providing discount of 50% ????
                    HERE the company cheated by changing the MRP of the product from Rs. 3999/- to Rs. 5999/- just in a day, and continues to claim for providing discount of 50%.
                    TOTAL misrepresentation / irregularities of prices and cheat.

                      I have returned the order and got the confirmation also, that they have received the product.
                      Now it is almost 25 days gone, but still, there is no sign of my refund, and their customer care says it will take more 5 days on my each call.
                      I just don't know when their 5 days will come.
                      Please look into it.

                        Hi,

                        I have ordered a shoe with Amazon.in Order #[protected]. They delivered both shows of same leg.

                        And when I initiated a pick up for return, they are saying this service is not available at this pin code.

                        When they can deliver to this pin code then why can't they pick up.

                        They don't think about customer satisfaction. I am very disappointed with them.

                        It's their mistake. They delivered wrong product. Then they should rectify it. Why are they bothering us.

                            This is Rubina from Delhi I have purchased a mobile (order order #[protected]... Redmi note 3 on delivered by me 14 Nov 2016). Actually I would like to highlight one of the most unforgettable incidents which have happened with me. I am a regular customer of Amazon & sorry to say that the customer service team of Amazon is very much indifferent from the customer’s aspirations & expectations. Even I heard from one of the customer service representative that we cannot help you in this regard.

                            I placed a return request to the customer team and they have also acknowledged that as per your return request or satisfaction factor the order will be replace but now they refuse the replacement. This I would say is a reflection of the bad customer service provided by Amazon.

                            Being a confide customer of your site it’s my right to know when my return pick up would be done and when shall I get the replacement product.

                            I am writing this mail to you directly since I did not get any help from any i hope that I can get a resolution from your end and expect that the replacement product would reach me within 2-3 days

                              Dear sir
                              i have booked 2 pillow vied order id[protected] for 2 pillows . I received the material and of this one pillow was no pillow but bundle of cotton sheets wrapped with one pillow. I ordered return of the same and amazone had agreed the same and gave me return label to be printed on return able material. The courier did not turned up and the same return order was invalid with the remark courier failed to collect.
                              So i tried to renew my return complaint by cancelling old return memo. Surprising after cancelling the memo it was termed as return is not allowed now.
                              Secondly surprisingly there is no system in the app of amazone which can connect to their customer service cell. And if we search the net no net can guide us to the customer service department of amazone. So they are purposely not allowing the client to approach or nor had given any window to complaint of clients.

                              This is total injustice with the consumer and you must take up this matter with them that how there is no provision to consumer to lodge complain for there service as well as products

                                  I have ordered one Lenovo mobile on 18th from amazon india.Order #[protected].it was under guaranteed delivery with one day.on 19th morning I received one msg product will get delivered today by so so so agent and mobile no is provided.when I called that agent he is telling he don't know his frnd knows..after that 3 days gone.i didn't rcvd my product yet.every time I am calling they r just assuring me.neither they are providing me courier address neither delivery boy no.i already paid 7000 for that phone..from 5 days I don't have phone and I am spending days in huge trouble as I am holding a gud post in govt service.kindly help me in this matter..i am hugely harassed by amazon.they r not disclosing whre is my product.so much in professional attitude.

                                    I returned my product on 1st October and still the refundable amount not initiate in my bank account... i call customer care 15-16 times. The service mens are always said me that wait for 2 days and sometimes said me that mail us your bank statement and for waiting... today is 21st of November and still i did not get my refund back.. i have a proof slip which is given by an Amazon salesman.

                                    Please take some immediate action on this case.

                                      My sister (hena kalia) placed an order on 11th oct, 2016 (tuesday) for a woodland wallet details of which are as follows:

                                      Product details : woodland camel men's wallet (w 179010)
                                      Order id :[protected]
                                      Buyer name : hena kalia
                                      Seller name : jsk 365 shoppe
                                      Delivery address : chandan kalia (a-501 rutuparna society, baner, pune, near balewadi phata), pune, maharashtra 411045)
                                      Price : rs 510/-

                                      The order was received by chandan kalia (me) at around 6:50pm on 19th oct, 2016.

                                      Issues:
                                      1) firstly, instead of one wallet, they delivered two (2) which is a very strange thing.
                                      2) although 2 wallets were there in the packing, none of them was the one
                                      Ordered.
                                      3) amazon proudly projects itself as an online marketplace where 100% genuine products are kept and delivered, but i'm afraid to say that the product is completely fake as you can see from the pics in the attachment. (the logo itself is not aligned)

                                      After discussing the matter with customer care operator for 2 hrs and writing them email, they assured me for a product pickup on 20th oct, 2016 (next day), but they never turned up. i am really frustrated with them. kindly help me in solving the matter.

                                        I had a charge of 37.77 and I need to know what for, because I haven't order anything from Amazon, so I need this resolved asap. I have children and it's the holidays. As a mother I need my money. I want my money back asap.I don't even know what Amazon.mktplace.com is. I never been on this website and never order anything on it. I really need to understand why this charge has been made on my card.
