I ordered product (Mobile) under 2 days priority delivery and paid extra for it. Now the delivery is 4 days late and every time I call customer care they say "within 24 hours product will be delivered". It's hopeless experience for a loyal amazon customer.

People liked this american company and made it number 1 online e-commerce site because of it's brand and service...

Delivered on 18th October-2016, wrong Moto G4 with 2GB RAM. Made 3 online complaints in the past 3 days, however no response. Require replacement with correct Moto G4 with 3GB RAM & 32GB ROM at the earliest.

Got the product delivered on 15th. Found the product defective. Placed a replacement req on 15th. Also called the customer care plenty of times to pickup the product. They are just sitting on it...while they have a stipulated time mentioned within which the return should be processed. They keep sending me pickup rescheduled messages almost every day. Hi, I had ordered on 17th October

MOTO G4 PLUS was delivered on october 11th.

I have placed an order for One Plus 2 but the product is not yet delivered.expected delivery date was 21 October 2016 by 8 PM. This Product Reached Hyderabad on 18th October, The Product is Out of Delivery for 2 times in these 4 days and interestingly they delivery attempt has not been made, they actually updating the status as insufficient address . After returning a product Amazon had initiated refund but after 3-5 days the website says that the refund has been processed but I have not received anything in my bank account.
