I have placed an order (moto g turbo and jbl ear phones) in amazon.in on 5th october 2016 and it was expected to deliver on 13th october 2016. but still i have not received order till date.

Have called amazon many times and they were saying "wait for 24 hours and you will be getting your product". this is happening almost every day from 13th october 2016 and they are saying same thing everyday. still i did not get any update...
