I bought MI power bank from amazon.com. I was not a genuine product. I is counterfeit. My product was not taken back nor it was change. How do i proceed further to claim my money.

I had a nightmare experience with amazon transportation service recently.

I've ordered moto g4 plus in this website. when i was booking it, it showed me eta as 12th oct. when the product is shipped eta changed to 15th oct my friend birthday falls on oct 15th. so i contacted them asking for a delivery on oct 14th. i even said that i was ready to go to warehouse which is 10kms away from me. they said they would expedite the request....

Horrible Horrible company! Why give discounts when you don't want to deliver the order at all. Keep extending the delivery date without even telling the customer!
