I booked one mobile order (order order #[protected]...Redmi note 3). With on 5th nov to gift on a special occasion to my friend on 13th, for which expected delivery was given for 12th nov as the time of order placement.
..On 12 around 3.30 pm, talk to customer care and confirmed the delivery person is on the way and when contact the courier person (no# [protected] rcd from customer care) he responded that pkt not laying with him and in this regards once contact customer care they responded that by an oversight its wrong contact no# but its will be delivered by 6.30 . Once called 6.30 they said its will be by 8 pm as our service upto 8pm. Once called again after 8 pm they apologize and committed for early next morning
..On 12th call numerous time but nobody ready to shared the related courier person contact no# and only and only assured that its would be delivered shortly.
..Funny, on 13th late evening around 9.45 pm got a call from courier person (mobile no# [protected]) and was saying to delivered on that i informed him that i am not at home bcz i was with attending my friends special occasion party so i requested them to delivered my office address next morning or after 6pm on 14th at my home than he confirmed that he will delivered after 6 pm by next day
..14th got call from another no# (courier person mobile no # [protected]) he asked about address on which i request him to come after 6pm bcz at home my kids were alone but he said he cant commit and in next 5 minutes i got a message that my "delivery attempt failed as there was nobody at address so its will be delivered next working day "!! i shocked and i continued tried to catch courier person but he didnt picked up my call . Immediately i called customer care and inform about all instance and requested to delivered the pkt and they also assured but its didnt !!
..Since 14th to till today evening before received return messages i call many times to customer care, to the courier person who called me. Y/day only the courier person picked up my call once i called from different mobile no# and once i asked about my delivery status he rudely misbehave with me and said you only refused to accept and when i told him that i would complaint against him he rudely said to go where you want !!
today evening finally, i called customer care and requested for refund and had question to him why they didnt investigate the matter in last five days against my about 17calls, 5 chat messages, two return complaint on portal?? and what action you had taken till date and why everyday i had wrong information from different-different executive...But they simply said (again same) " we are forwarding your complaint for investigation "...
..My questions:
..Was its my mistake to plan my occasion with amazon and did advance payment?if its was advance payment than why delivery failed on 12th with reasoning due to cash payment issue?
..On 12th the customer care executive confirmed about to pay rs.200/- penalty for delay in delivery but whenever i asked about mode they keep silent, why?
...As amazon is a business mode company and they are failure on their delivery and harass me a lot, waste my lot time and spoiled my special occasion ...They why shouldn't file a legal sue against company for compensation? why not company paying any compensation...
..Main question, what action company is going to take against courier company...As i am very -very much concern about this and keen to know the action taken by company against that courier company
