Website: Refund money was deposited in the gift card instead of Bank Account

Firstly i made a big mistake by choosing amazon for purchasing lenovo zuk z1 - mobile.
I had a very bad/worst experience from amazon customer care executives.
My refund money of rs 10990=00 was deposited in gift card of amazone india instead of given registered icici bank a/c no.& for this big mistake amazon customer care exec. was given all types of different stories & they forcefully putting on my shoulder that i had given option for refund money into a gift card & for this they don't have any proof with them or in there system also that i have choose a gift card option or i told them to put my refund money into gift card. amazon exec. blindly made such foolish statement.
I am getting frustrated/very nervous by telling amazon exec. repetitively that i have not choose gift card option for refund of my money & for refund of my money i updated my icici bank details on 07th nov.2016 at 10.25 p. m & my refund was deposited on 15th nov.2016 at 8.23 am.
Even though i don't know also that gift card option is available for refund of money at amazone

    I was going to receive the product on 10th of November. But due to cash crush and not accepting of 500 and 1000 rupees notes I requested amazon to send person with card swipe machine. But even after informing them, they came without that machine. So we could not get the parcel.
    Delivery was rescheduled on 12th november after that. I got a call from Amazon agent asking address, and when i explained him the location, he said its not in my limits, so i cannot deliver the product. So even on 12th i dint received it.
    Since then i am continuously following up for my product but there is no specific reply to it, nor i am getting my product.
    This is really shameful on your part, that being such a big company you cannot deliver the product on time.
    I will never recommend anyone to buy anything from amazon.in henceforth if this us what you do with customers.

      Hi Team,

      Myself Raguraman. Recently I bought a Lenovo Laptop from you (Amazon India) on 1st Nov 2016. When I received the Laptop i turned it on but it doesn't boot up, so I contacted Lenovo customer support who then informed me to buy OS and install it at my own cost, which I never expected. As I'm within the return window I decided to return this item and receive a refund but one of your chat agent named Akshya Priyadharshni asked me a letter from Lenovo stating that this system doesn't com with a pre-loaded OS.

      So I contacted Lenovo customer support team and got an email and forwarded that email to your customer service team on 15th Nov, 2016 after that I received only one email from you saying that as it is a laptop you cannot offer me a refund and asking me explain what is the issue even though I explained it 3 times before.

      Don't your agents read customer's previous chat conversations before they reply or you don't give them an access to read it?

      As I'm within the return window why you can't give me a refund and why returns can't be arranged?

      It's been nearly 48 Hrs I replied to the email which is received from you on 15th Nov, 2016 but still I've not received any reply from your email support team.

      As promised by one of your chat agent returns haven't been arranged within 24 Hrs even though I forwarded the email from Lenovo customer support team. I posted in Facebook regarding this issue in Amazon's blog but haven't received a proper reply and their main aim is to hide my post.

      So is this how customer can arrange a returns in 3 easy steeps? Though I'm within the return window why nobody in ready to help me in Amazon?

      I hope you'll look into this issue immediately and help me to get my money.

        I ordered Duck back raincoat on amazon on 3.11.16 and the parcel was received on 10.11.16. Invoice was not sent and only Order and delivery summary was available with the parcel and on the site. I have talked to four persons over the customer care. They responded with palpable words and provided a link for downloading the invoice which unfortunately does not work.

        You may accept that an invoice is always required for any transaction for future issues. Suppose I purchase any long guarantee-able product with big price and invoice is not made available, I should run from pillar to post for any issue of the product. Though your websites boast of so many pride words and promises they appear to be empty words, unable to solve a simple problem of sending an invoice. Your immediate action is solicited.

        I bought jbl T150A earphones in 20 September. And not left side bass is not working. It is also giving problem in connecting to mobile.please let me know the further procedure.

          I tried to contact many times to ship it faster but all in vain
          now seller told me that it was delivered but when I denied he told me to re place the order
          may I know the reason?

          They are playing with it. I need this item to be shipped at the erliest.
          price does not matter but service matters a lot.

            I placed order on amazon on 6 th of November 2016. From 9th of November order shows out for delivery till today 16 November 2016. In between these 8 days I continue call amazon costumer service. They tell me every time same thing " you will get your order with in 24 hours ". When I ask them for courier service phone number or address they said we don't have any number or address of courier service. But yesterday my friend give me address of Amazon courier service. When I reach their courier service office they behav very badly. They said ask costumer service to raise request. I called CS and ask them to raise request. They said they already raised. But after my call I ask courier guy check the request they check n said request not raised by CS. I called and chat with your CS many times. Now I am fed up n going to cancel my order. It's worst experience. Advise to never deal with Amazon.

              I booked one mobile order (order order #[protected]...Redmi note 3). With on 5th nov to gift on a special occasion to my friend on 13th, for which expected delivery was given for 12th nov as the time of order placement.
              ..On 12 around 3.30 pm, talk to customer care and confirmed the delivery person is on the way and when contact the courier person (no# [protected] rcd from customer care) he responded that pkt not laying with him and in this regards once contact customer care they responded that by an oversight its wrong contact no# but its will be delivered by 6.30 . Once called 6.30 they said its will be by 8 pm as our service upto 8pm. Once called again after 8 pm they apologize and committed for early next morning
              ..On 12th call numerous time but nobody ready to shared the related courier person contact no# and only and only assured that its would be delivered shortly.
              ..Funny, on 13th late evening around 9.45 pm got a call from courier person (mobile no# [protected]) and was saying to delivered on that i informed him that i am not at home bcz i was with attending my friends special occasion party so i requested them to delivered my office address next morning or after 6pm on 14th at my home than he confirmed that he will delivered after 6 pm by next day
              ..14th got call from another no# (courier person mobile no # [protected]) he asked about address on which i request him to come after 6pm bcz at home my kids were alone but he said he cant commit and in next 5 minutes i got a message that my "delivery attempt failed as there was nobody at address so its will be delivered next working day "!! i shocked and i continued tried to catch courier person but he didnt picked up my call . Immediately i called customer care and inform about all instance and requested to delivered the pkt and they also assured but its didnt !!

              ..Since 14th to till today evening before received return messages i call many times to customer care, to the courier person who called me. Y/day only the courier person picked up my call once i called from different mobile no# and once i asked about my delivery status he rudely misbehave with me and said you only refused to accept and when i told him that i would complaint against him he rudely said to go where you want !!

              today evening finally, i called customer care and requested for refund and had question to him why they didnt investigate the matter in last five days against my about 17calls, 5 chat messages, two return complaint on portal?? and what action you had taken till date and why everyday i had wrong information from different-different executive...But they simply said (again same) " we are forwarding your complaint for investigation "...
              ..My questions:

              ..Was its my mistake to plan my occasion with amazon and did advance payment?if its was advance payment than why delivery failed on 12th with reasoning due to cash payment issue?

              ..On 12th the customer care executive confirmed about to pay rs.200/- penalty for delay in delivery but whenever i asked about mode they keep silent, why?

              ...As amazon is a business mode company and they are failure on their delivery and harass me a lot, waste my lot time and spoiled my special occasion ...They why shouldn't file a legal sue against company for compensation? why not company paying any compensation...

              ..Main question, what action company is going to take against courier company...As i am very -very much concern about this and keen to know the action taken by company against that courier company

                From two months amazon is not delivering their products properly on time. Whenever am contacting to the representative they are telling that they mailed the company to courier it soon but they are all fake promises.I asked one of the representative the location of the order but they told that i should contact the courier company that's not their problem

                      I have ordered 3 products altogether in Amazon portal. I was delivered with 2 products. I received a message that other product will be delivered later. Courier guy contacted me to collect, but he went to wrong place. I called him and informed he went to wrong place, he replied that he will deliver it within 30 minutes. I was waiting outside my office under hot sun for 30 minutes. Later I called and he said, he will call me after reaching my place. That day I received message that package was not delivered as I'm not available. It tool few more day but didn't get any alert. Upon checking I came to know package was returned as damage during transit. Illogical this status has. I contacted customer care, and asked if the product is damaged then I should be replaced with similar product. But simply they returned it and asked me to place order again. Irresponsible care from Amazon India. How can I place order for a product under 499 rupess, that will cost me delivery charge.

                      After complaining through this consumer complaint portal Amazon dropped me a mail saying the product was lost during transit. Then how come I received a call from delivery man that he is near my office and will deliver package within 30 minutes?

                        I ordered some earpieces but i didn't like them and requested return to Amazon but they never came to take the item back and when i called the Amazon customer service they are saying me that the courier service is not going to come take the returned item as they their services do not cover taking back the item. And on top of that they debited the money in the account which is currently not active and it is closed. Please see to it that you resolve your issues with your courier company otherwise do not deliver the item to the customer when you can't take back the item.

                        I ordered turmeric powder few days back from Amazon India and i payed online for it but the item never reached me and i got the message that the item is delivered to you. And i contacted the customer service of Amazon India and they said to wait for 3-5 days until the order is delivered to me. How this is possible i don't know. I never expected so poor service from Amazon.in, what if the order is still not delivered to us even after you gave us the time of 3-5 days, where should we go? We are sick of calling your customer service everyday but they are saying the same thing every time i call them. This type of service is not expected by Amazon. And this is not the first time that i am experiencing issues from Amazon. Please see to it that you don't spend so much of money just making advertisements and wooing people, start doing things that promise in the advertisements

                              This is satyajit from rourkela, odisha. Actually i would like to highlight one of the most unforgettable incident which has happened with me. Iam a regular customer of amazon & sorry to say that the customer service team of amazon is very much indifferent from the customers aspirations & expectations. Even i heard from one of the customer service representative that we can not help you in this regard.

                              In fact, i have purchased 2 nos. Of xiaomi redmi note 3 mobile from your site which got delivered to me on 30th oct 2016 out of which one mobile is working perfectly fine while the other has some battery back up issue.

                              I placed a return request to your customer team and they have also acknowledged that as per your return request your item would be picked up by blue dart courier on 10th nov 2016. From 10th nov 2016 till today, i have received 3 messages from blue dart team that your return pick up has been arranged today and please keep your package ready but unfortunately none of the courier boys came for collecting the item. This i would say is a reflection of the bad customer service provided by amazon.

                              Moreover i am staying at a place which is 30 kms from the place where i ordered my item. Those people always were to be present in the house since anytime the pick up courier would come for collecting the item. Being a bonafide customer of your site its my right to know when my return pick up would be done and when shall i get the replacement product.

                              Iam writing this mail to you directly since i did not get any help from any quarter and i hope that i can get a resolution from your end and expect that the replacement product would reach me within 2-3 days

                                I had ordered a product from amazon through cash on delivery but due to some reasons i had returned it, but i did not get any refund yet. 1 month has been passed through. Please look into the matter.
                                Due to some issues my bank has not be able to give my money back, i have talked to service centre of amazon, but did not get any solution yet.

                                Purchased a mobile on amazon through cash on delivery but I returned this due to some reason and i want refund money in my account and aslo provided complete details of my account to amazon.
                                But one month passed i dont recieve my Money back.
                                Five times contact the amazon customer service but dont give me solid solution and also contact the bank customer service but no solution.
                                I need my money back so please help me and solve this problem

                                  I bough a Physical Gift Card online at amazon site of worth 5000/-. It was a wedding gift and as happens in most weddings, it was lost. Amazon Customer Care asked me to talk to QuikCilver who declined my request saying it is not possible to help in this situation. How can it be impossible? It is not a Gift it is Gift Card with electronic amount. This is completely outrageous and I never ever purchasing from amazon.                                     Tried several times to return the product soon after a day of purchase. It had a several issues of overheating, freezing and restarts. But whenever i submit for return, they asked me to contact moto dealers.

                                    Amazon not displaying my reviews on that seller.

                                    Worst ever product of amazon. I lost my money in vain.

                                    Never buy anything in amazon. They have worst and cheating sellers.

                                    Frozen and not letting in. Attached a photo. Tried hard resetting but waste of time.

                                        I have done the biggest mistake of my life to order a laptop from Amazon.in, I am really so annoyed, frustrated, I don't have any words to express how stressful it has been for me. They first sent me a wrong laptop, I contacted atleast 5 time to pickup and get a replacement for it. Then delivered again a wrong laptop in replacement and from that day till today. No one came to pick my laptop and refund me the amount. The carrier of my laptop is amazon itself. Its not a third party carrier, that's why I am so annoyed. I know its the seller who has sent the wrong laptop. But amazon has the responsibility to pickup and give back my money and that's why its such a big disappointment to me.
