I had placed the order[protected], with amazon indian it was schedule to deliver on 1-11-16 i call the courier agent 3 time he inform it will be delivered by late night, later when i call in night he informed missed delivery. then on 2-11-16 i had follow-up with the customer care he informed delivered assure on 2-11-16 but it not delivered yet, i am an prime member, the delivred should has done in 2 day now its 5 days but no update.

worst service i got from amazon, order has baby products.

    I booked this order ontuesday 25 october 2016 4:19 pm (Ist). Today is 10th day of booking i don't know where is my shipment. On tuesday 1st nov amazon provide me delivery boy mobile number his number is switch off wholeday i traied many times to amazon customer service but problem still same. My shipment reached gurgaon on 28th october in the morning, today is the 7th day shipment not deliver to me in central delhi (Only 20km far from gurgaon ofice).

        Every time i order anything from amazon it is not delivered on date as per sms. Its always delayed. And they tag it incorrectly 'customer unavailable'

        The customer service agents make false promises and product status is not known even by them. They just play with words and waste our time. If they can't deliver on date promised then why do they give date!

          Dear sir,
          I was brought a handset honor holly 2 plus on 19th oct'16 and same should be delivered on 25th oct'16 but yet not delivered and when discussed with customer care they told that item route was changes hence not deliver and they have raised replacement request.

          My question is that who will bear damages of 14 days during this period my connectivity was lost.
          Please let me know amount damages for the period.. I am expecting free handset of honor holly 2 plus as damages.

            Amazon india is repetitively giving silly excuses regarding their delivery updates, i have ordered xiomi redmi note 3 from amazon.in on 20 of october 2016, the order delivery confirmation message was received on 24 october 2016, but the deliver didn't arrived on the stipulated day. I kept on calling the very next day (25 oct 2016) senior executive kartik said "your product will be delivered today i. E 25 oct 2016, but on that day also the product didn't arrived. The product was delivered to me on another day i. E. 26 october 2016. Amazon is just wasting my time and making false followups.

            The same problem presides another time too, i have ordered sennheiser earphones as on 26 of october 2016, the deliver date given to me is of today i. E. 2 november 2016 but still the product is not arrived today also, customer executive rupesh said to me" that the product will be delivered to me by today itself".
            Amazon is not keeping its word and making bogus followups, even though they didn't have any confirmation regarding their delivery. Hence wasting customers time. And not giving any compensation for their delay.

            Even they are delivering the products late, te take the full amount from the customer.

              My order was supposed to deliver by 1st november 2016. First of all my mom is a homemaker and stays at home, she waited for the entire day but nobody came for product delivery. On top of that today morning (2nd nov) i received a message from amazon saying that delivery boy attempted the delivery of my order but customer was unavailable so delivery attempt failed. The company will do one more attempt of delivery and if this also fails then the product will go back.

              Now the biggest issue is that delivery boy doesn't call before coming over, they don't even appear to your place and report an incorrect information that customer was unavailable. On the other side customer is clueless as to why the order has not delivered on committed date. So basically we are helpless if our order doesn't arrive. This is pure harassment. Now i have no other option than to do a followup with customer care people and when i do they say that i have to wait for 24 hrs more for my order. Just imagine... My order 48 hrs late and that is also not assured.

              For this harassment amazon india, i want compensation as well as my money refund. And trust me i will never come back to your site neither will i recommend you to anyone. You are the worst of all. No level of decency.

              BLODDY AMAZON...CANCEL MY ORDER RIGHTAWAY AND REFUND MY MONEY. ITS OUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND YOU CANNOT CHEAT US LIKE THIS. YOU TALK ABOTU CUSTOMER SERVICE...THIS IS WHAT YOUR SUPPORT STAFF DOES. EVERYONE FROM TOP TO BOTTOM ARE CHEATERS AND FRAUDSTERS.

                1. I have ordered few products from amazon on 4th oct 2016 and paid by gift card balance, the order amount was 1737 rs. And i have 2261 rs as balance. But on 5th oct my gift card balance was 0/-, when i called on customer care they said there are some technical issues and will be resolved within 48 hr. And you will see correct gift card balance as before, but from then i am following up with cc on call and cs dept on mails but no one is responding not a single call i have received from cs department.

                2. I have 1 e - voucher from sbi bank, i have also tried to use when i was ordering on 4th oct but that was also not used, later i follow up with bank as instructed by you cc agents, sbi bank confirmed that my e-voucher is not redeemed and still having 500 balance, but i am unable to use this on amazon.

                  My order order #[protected] get late and delivery date is extended from amazon service there customer committing false commitment that order will reached to you at given deliver date. I had asked them how this is possible its 6 pm of last day of delivery they told no sir there's day remaining and we taking full responsibility to deliver the order. And after that day they extended the delivery date to 2 nov and at this time they can't deliverd my order and make reorder without any premises.

                  This is very disgusting amazon services and customer care representative, their customer representative is not at all professional and always makes false commitment for gift card not even they send the apology gift card. They made fake promises and kept me waiting. Their customer care not even asked you to any other problem and disconnect the chat and call and irritating behavior of low quality service. I am worked in mnc service head office and know the procedure so in my view they are really disgusting and uncared for anything.

                    I had ordered online for the above product. I was informed that it would be delivered on 28th. Meanwhile i received a sms saying it would be delivered on 24th. Since i was out of station i phoned ([protected]) which was given in the sms. The person agreed and informed that the same would be delivered on 28th. However i did not receive the product on 28th. The number given in the sms is switched of continosly and i am unable to communicate. The status shows product as returned. Dot know why it was returned. I am actually waiting for the product and request delivery immediately. The delivery agency is not at all communicating and most inaccessible. Request some response.

                      Order no order #[protected]dry iron) received damaged-not working.

                      Trying from first day to return back (the day i received the iron). contacted amazon people so many times via mail/customer care no but not resolved.

                      Had last conversation with amazon people - gulsan/ jatin / vachaspati over phone no[protected] and they said they will return back my money if i myself return the iron via-post.

                      My complain is :-
                      1. why they did not check that iron before shipping as not working and intimated very first day by myself..
                      2. why should i return the iron - why cant they send to person and get back the iron.
                      3. online shopping generally we do to save few money and and to save time by not visiting offline store in city
                      4. have they mentioned in their site that return policy (goods get back by themselves) is not available on particular/respective pin code where they have delivered the same goods.

                      Kindly resolve.

                        Ordered with ordered id[protected]
                        First contact with customer care on oct 25, 2016, they assured it will be delivered by oct 27, 2016.
                        2nd follow up on oct 27, 2016, said there was some issue will be delivered by 2nov, 2016
                        On 29 oct, 2016, got message its out for delivery, but no call or message
                        On 30 oct, 2016, again out for delivery, but the number provided was wrong, also have not got any call
                        Same day refund initiated,
                        Contacted customer care same time, they assured, there is some issue, its not returned, you will get it delivered by nov 2, 2016
                        Got a message on 1 nov, 2016, will be delivered by nov 5, 2016
                        Contacted cc on nov 2, 2016, they said its been cancelled and we can not do any thing at all and banged the phone on me and didnt let me speak with any senior.

                        Pathetic experience, worst service.

                          On oct 18 i have ordered a black shoe vide rder #[protected]
                          Hello k. Mohamed raffiq, vide order no #[protected]. I have receve confirmation message by both e-mail and sms at 11:17 an another sms at the same day 15:24 say`s that the item will be delivered on or before 26 oct. After this i was waiting and tracking my item. Again on oct 24 at 20:22 a sms say`s item is on time and and will reach you by 26 - oct. On oct 26 at 12:44 a sms states that your package arriving today and will be delivered by agent (Mob no - [protected]) at 20:21 an sms say`s we could not deliver your order as customer was not available and next delivery attempt 27. I was shocked to see this sms because nobody either called or visited my house. I was planed my outstation trip on 27 oct as i suppose to receive the item on 26 oct. I tried to contact the agent his phone was switched off. I informed the customer service that item should be deliver at oct 28 as i was out of station and the same confirm at their 09:16 e-mail. At 15:23 the agent called and asks me, how to came to my house if the agent doses`t know my house how the sms send on oct 26 at 20:21. So it is clear that it`s a lie. This is happening the second time with me. Last time when i order a k 7 antivirus vied order no[protected] in jul. I don`t under stand why the amazon is not taking action against them, and we can`t tolerate this much communication gape between them. As i was fed up due to non receipt of my required item in time, i cancelled that order. As the item was not yet delivered to me they showed much more interest to take back the item which was not supplied the agent called twice ([protected]) to take back the item, still i have either received the item or my money back. If like this service is provided by a reputed firm agents how customer`s can satisfied. I am totally angry on the amazon agents. Please solve my issues.

                            I had ordered adidas shoes worth rs. 4048. I requested return and a blue dart agent picked the item up on 30 september. Very cleverly, they gave me a receipt with the number stated on it as of an item i had already returned. Now after 1 month they say the product us still in transit and they are not refunding the money. Everytime i write to them they give different names with a wait time. I am confused on what to do further. The order number is[protected]. I am attaching the return label too.

                              I have bought bose soundlink mini bluetooth speaker ii and got the delivery on 24 oct'16. I requested for return of the item on 26 oct'16 pickup on the next day of delivery. The return pickup was scheduled on 27 oct'16 by amazon but it was not picked up. Next day i contacted amazon through chat and the amazon representative assured me that it would be picked up in 1 day. Again on the next day it was not picked up.
                              I contacted customer service through chat and again they assured me that it will be picked up on the same day only. As usual it was not picked up again.

                              I contacted the customer support again 2-3 times and they kept assuring me that the pick up will happen in 1-2 days. Till today the item is not picked up and i got a message from amazon that "return pickup refused by customers and return cancelled." without my knowledge the pick has been cancelled. Add to that they falsely claimed that the pickup guy came but it was refused by me. But in reality nobody came for the pickup.

                              I am really frustrated with amazon customer service. I don't have that much time to call customer service every day. It seems from their behavior that they are reluctant to take back the material and just making false claims.

                                  I placed 2 orders at same time & paid 1260 rs for two.

                                  1.[protected] : peter england shirt - price : 822
                                  2.[protected] : peter england t-shirt - price : 438

                                  I returned my first order (shirt[protected]. it was amazon fulfilled & raised refund. they should refund amount of 822. when i checked status, i found that they refunded only 772 rs instead of 822. so i call ed customer care & spoke with manager too, but they hung up the call on my face saying that i only paid 772 not 822.

                                  They are not ready to give full refund of my order.

                                    The order was place on 19th OCT and the delivery was suppose to give on 25th but it was delayed from amazon and promised to give the product on 29th, But still amazon failed to deliver the product, So I personally called amazon and asked about my product and they said it is going to delay for more 2 days and the agents have been really non co-operative and spoke really rudely. Still the product is not delivered, it's been 12 days now the product is not deliver since the order has been placed.. Issue was escalated 3 times and gave the commitment that the product will deliver on 31st of OCT, but still the product not deliver. And then I called Amazon and then they gave me the commitment on 1st NOV about the delivery but still the product is not deliver.. They are not taking this seriously and when i told them that i'll escalate this to consumer forum they didn't bothered as if it didn't mattered. i have wasted my time, energy nd money behind this and want compensation on this. The nly hope i have is from consumer forum to help me on this.

                                      Placed order for iphone 7 on 2/10/16 which was to be delivered by 12/10/16. Advance payment of 70k was made and I was supposed to get 11k as cashback. But due to Amazon's mistake product was not delivered, when requested them to deliver the product under cash back, was told to buy under fresh scheme. Amazon declined to compensate me for their error

                                        I asked for return of my new laptop which was scheduled for 25 oct and was successfully given to the courier man and a return slip was taken with a tracking no. But when i checked my account it says return cancelled. Its been 6 days and i have contacted costumer care but the says we have not picked up your item plz help.
