Now see the another lie from Aramax delivery boy. He mentioned that they could not deliver because additional information required in address. Now how big liar they are, see they earlier mentioned that customer was not at home, and this time he could not find the address.
Let me tell the reality, i receive call from Aramax delivery boy i.e. from [protected] and i guided him the path. I asked him to come at nearby shop which is very popular and already known to him. That was Bikaner Sweets. Then i waited there for 15 minutes and continously calling him but neither he picked the call nor responded. I keep trying calling him then he picked the call once and gave execuse that his bike tire bursted and punctured and he cannot come today now. He will come tomorrow.
See how big liar is Aramax company people are. Now they updated addtional address requirement.
Now i would like to tell Abel X(customer executive from Amazon), he told me to have patience. I took the patience and now what happened to me. The services of Amazon and Aramax are so bad and even they don't want to improve it at all. Simply product is not delivered, now does Abel have any answer?
This is how Aramax works. I dont know why Amazon deal with such bad companies. Why Amazon gave product to deliver to Aramax while Amazon its won delivery service is quite well.
I am fed up with these companies. This was my last purchase and i would like to delete my account from Amazon. I would buy little expensive but won't trust on Amazon at all. I don't have any more faith left.

This is how delivery team and Amazon is dealing with Customer. After so many promises today again the product is deliver. The Amazon and Aramex don't have shame in their eyes. Even the delivery boy [protected] also does not have shame in his eyes at all. He is worst person in your life whom you won't like to talk at all.
The delivery boy ask me to come to his office to collect the product. He was also saying me that he is not delivery boy, he will not come to my house. I don't know his office and he is just denying to come at nearby popular shop too.
There is no one to listen my complaint. Everyday Amazon commiting that product will be delivered but daily its not getting delivered. Every evening they are saying it will be delivered tomorrow. No one is man of their word. I feel like i am talking to worst company in India.
No one is taking any action against delivery boy even. Daily he is insulting company brand and Amazon itself not caring for his own brand and allowing a delivery boy to spoil his brand.
I talk to Ritika at 6PM and she promised me that product will be delivered today but it was not delivered at all. Then i talk to Rashita from Amazon and even she is not able to help to get the product delivered.

I have placed an order long time back on amazon and it was expected to be delivered by Friday 11Nov2016.
Its Courier service man(Aramex delivery boy) are such a big liar, they even didnt visit at my home and mentioned that could not deliver because customer was not at home. They are lying because they didnt even call me while generaly delivery boy calls before coming at home. Even i shared alternate number too but still they didnt call on any of the number.
I raised complaint on Amazon three times, they don't have any service like they could give some service request number. So cannot track history of complaints.
I call them daily and for last three days neither i am getting my product nor i am getting any call from courier service. Amazon daily told me that my issue is escalated and it will be delivered today but still they could not help to resolve the issue. Its Sunday, 13Nov2016 and still my product is not delivered.
Amazon is such a third class service and same way its courier service is. Isn't Amazon does not have any way that it could help to resolve the customer issue. They have such a practical scenario that its courier service is doing fraud and Amazon cannot do anything in that.
Shame on such a big company. In india that is the reason that Amazon like companies are not trustworthy and they are just big flop who take your money and then make customer life hell with their poor services.
I dont recommend anyone for Amazon because if you are planning to gift some product to someone then you will face that event is pass away and your product is yet not delivered and even not delivered late too.
Amazon is disturbing online market and doing fraud with indian citizen. such fraudcompanies should expell from our country. This can be done only by not buying product from this mischief company.
Fed-up with the services of Amazon and never like to be its customer again. Only one solution for such fraud company and that is only to drag these companies to the court for justice. I would like to claim for my money, my mental harrasement and time wasted by this company. If i were in UK then this company would have been crying for this big fraud.
