I am fed up with Amazon and it courier services.Amazon push my product to Aramex courier service to deliver my package. The detail are

I have placed an order long time back on amazon and it was expected to be delivered by Friday 11Nov2016.
Its Courier service man(Aramex delivery boy) are such a big liar, they even didnt visit at my home and mentioned that could not deliver because customer was not at home. They are lying because they didnt even call me while generaly delivery boy calls before coming at home. Even i shared alternate number too but still they didnt call on any of the number.
I raised complaint on Amazon three times, they don't have any service like they could give some service request number. So cannot track history of complaints.
I call them daily and for last three days neither i am getting my product nor i am getting any call from courier service. Amazon daily told me that my issue is escalated and it will be delivered today but still they could not help to resolve the issue. Its Sunday, 13Nov2016 and still my product is not delivered.
Amazon is such a third class service and same way its courier service is. Isn't Amazon does not have any way that it could help to resolve the customer issue. They have such a practical scenario that its courier service is doing fraud and Amazon cannot do anything in that.
Shame on such a big company. In india that is the reason that Amazon like companies are not trustworthy and they are just big flop who take your money and then make customer life hell with their poor services.

I dont recommend anyone for Amazon because if you are planning to gift some product to someone then you will face that event is pass away and your product is yet not delivered and even not delivered late too.
Amazon is disturbing online market and doing fraud with indian citizen. such fraudcompanies should expell from our country. This can be done only by not buying product from this mischief company.

Fed-up with the services of Amazon and never like to be its customer again. Only one solution for such fraud company and that is only to drag these companies to the court for justice. I would like to claim for my money, my mental harrasement and time wasted by this company. If i were in UK then this company would have been crying for this big fraud.

Forwarding concern not always gonna resolve the issue. Today i have more to say for this complaint:-
Now see the another lie from Aramax delivery boy. He mentioned that they could not deliver because additional information required in address. Now how big liar they are, see they earlier mentioned that customer was not at home, and this time he could not find the address.
Let me tell the reality, i receive call from Aramax delivery boy i.e. from [protected] and i guided him the path. I asked him to come at nearby shop which is very popular and already known to him. That was Bikaner Sweets. Then i waited there for 15 minutes and continously calling him but neither he picked the call nor responded. I keep trying calling him then he picked the call once and gave execuse that his bike tire bursted and punctured and he cannot come today now. He will come tomorrow.
See how big liar is Aramax company people are. Now they updated addtional address requirement.
Now i would like to tell Abel X(customer executive from Amazon), he told me to have patience. I took the patience and now what happened to me. The services of Amazon and Aramax are so bad and even they don't want to improve it at all. Simply product is not delivered, now does Abel have any answer?
This is how Aramax works. I dont know why Amazon deal with such bad companies. Why Amazon gave product to deliver to Aramax while Amazon its won delivery service is quite well.
I am fed up with these companies. This was my last purchase and i would like to delete my account from Amazon. I would buy little expensive but won't trust on Amazon at all. I don't have any more faith left.

This is how delivery team and Amazon is dealing with Customer. After so many promises today again the product is deliver. The Amazon and Aramex don't have shame in their eyes. Even the delivery boy [protected] also does not have shame in his eyes at all. He is worst person in your life whom you won't like to talk at all.
The delivery boy ask me to come to his office to collect the product. He was also saying me that he is not delivery boy, he will not come to my house. I don't know his office and he is just denying to come at nearby popular shop too.
There is no one to listen my complaint. Everyday Amazon commiting that product will be delivered but daily its not getting delivered. Every evening they are saying it will be delivered tomorrow. No one is man of their word. I feel like i am talking to worst company in India.
No one is taking any action against delivery boy even. Daily he is insulting company brand and Amazon itself not caring for his own brand and allowing a delivery boy to spoil his brand.

I talk to Ritika at 6PM and she promised me that product will be delivered today but it was not delivered at all. Then i talk to Rashita from Amazon and even she is not able to help to get the product delivered.

    I have order a Lenovo phone from amazon at time of Diwali offers.
    Offer price was Rs - 11000. i have to gift that mobile to my wife on diwali.

    i ordered on 19 October 2016 and delivery date was 25th Oct, product was not delivered after 15 days of delivery date and at last my ordered was cancelled.

    I purchased mobile as a emi, so i have loss the emi charges and now it is showing price 14000.

    i called to customer care approx 20 times for delivery status...every time they said my is on high priority and they assured me for next day delivery but product was not delivered.

    Ridiculous service by amazon... i will never trust on amazon.

          This email is to inform you about my recent experience with amazon India. I am a long term customer of amazon India and have purchased many product from amazon India. The experience I had this time was worst. Let me explain the experience I had, First I ordered the Kenstar Hot Spring KGS06W5M-GDE 6-Litre 2000 Watt Storage Water Heater on 28th October and it showed that I will get the delivery on 7th Nov, I was pretty fine with that. After I placed the order I read some reviews that amazon delivers a 3 star power saving rating whereas it is mentioned in the website as 5 star power saving rating, i was quite concerned and I contacted amazon chat support and shared my concern, I was assured that I would receive 5 star power saving rating and I need not worry. Then on 4th Nov morning I received a message that the my delivery would arrive today with a contact number as [protected], but no one called me till 4PM, I called on that number and a person told he would come and took my address but no one called or came to my house and send a mail on the next day that I was not present at my address. I was amazed to see that, I contacted amazon call and someone told that it was a mistake and amazon sends false sms by mistake and harsh customer. He told that the package will be delivered the next day. I again waited the whole day, contacted support and this time they said that it will arrive by today. He assured me 100%, I confirmed with him on phone. No one came, I again contacted amazon support. the same lines get repeated by them, I was sick and tired of this kind of service. Today in the morning I again received a sms about delivery today with another contact number as [protected], when I called this number, it says that this is incorrect. I contacted amazon support and they told I need not worry I will receive it by today or tomorrow. Finally at 2 15PM I got the product, then I opened the pack and to my frustration found a 3 star power saving rating geyser inside. I am a customer of amazon from a long time previously also I faced minor problems like my ORDER #[protected] is still expected to be delivered on 27 August 2016, sounds sarcastic. I would never go for amazon from now on, it might not be of much worry to amazon if a single customer is not a part of it, but it will be if this kind of service continues and you will loose many like me, your support and courier are the worst and just say the same copied lines. The worst experience ever. I have attached all the voice recording and the chat scripts with amazon in this email. Next I will post this in twitter Facebook and then go to consumer forum for harassment.

            I had ordered a shoes from from amazon.in on 10th of november . and also canceled the order due to some of the un avoidable circumstance regardeing the currency i had also made the payment trough my debit cad and till now they have not refund my money and while contacting to them they only say that they have crdited the refund money in my account but it has not been credited till now . please look on to thos matter as soon as possible . my order id is[protected]

              On[protected], I ordered one Morphy Richards 1.5 lt. Tea maker vide order number[protected] . On[protected], the item was dispatched & estimated delivery was fixed on[protected] as per your SMS). On[protected], I received a SMS stating that the said item was out of delivery & would be arriving on that same day. Immediately, after a minute, I received a SMS from your side stating that the item has been returned to the seller because it was refused at the time of delivery. I am unable to understand how this happened as neither any delivery person came to our place nor were we contacted over telephone. As a result, there arises no question of refusing the item from our side. Kindly take the matter into your immediate attention & resend the item if possible.

                On 10 nov 2016 i had ordered two t shirts (Campus sutra men's cotton t-shirt (Sss16ldr_rnfstr_m_blgr_xl_black), size xl & gritstones round neck full sleeve t shirt gsfstsht1303mrnblk_xl, size xl) on amazon.in site and my order no. Is #[protected]. I have already paid the order amount rs. 1252/- through my bom debit card. But today ie on 12 nov i have received only one tshirt (Gritstones round neck full sleeve t shirt gsfstsht1303mrnblk_xl, size xl). As i had paid for two t shirts, the other t shirt (Sss16ldr_rnfstr_m_blgr_xl_black), size xl) is not received yet. Pls do the needful on urgent basis. This is scam by amazon as this is happening with me second time (Kindly refer my other complaint where i order two shirts on provouge site but the payment and delivery done through amazon.in site and received only 1 shirt). When you ordered two things in one cart and if you have already paid for it. Amazon delivers only one thing. Its happened with me second time. Kindly resolve the issue as early as possible.

                  I orderered a mobile phone gionee s6 pro from amazaon during recent diwali sale .during my research for best price i found one seller with extremly low price and further on instant credit card discount. this was very well deal. i took lot of time doing this resarch and finally ordered my phone.
                  next day i receive the mail advising my order is cancelled and refund processed without any reason. they did not even had courtesy to call and say sorry and admit that price loaded was wrong or the seller is not under their control. on writing a mail they did not even bothered to answer and instead offered me 500 rs gift coupon. whereas i did not buy thephone from another side . resulting in loosing the deal on other website which was in time frame.
                  i almost bought phone 2500 rs higehr from another side. finally i have asked them refund for this amount and they are not ready to respond even the mail has been sent to their md [protected]@amazon.in

                  this is not the second time in last few days.they cancelled similarly one order of my without checking with me and processed refund advising not available with seller . infact the same p;rice was in chepaer price available on their own site thru another seller. they did not even bothered to changed the supplier. instead canclled myorder. me ultimately loosed the deal. secondly my transaction which was above 6000 applicble for cash back automatically reduced from 6k and thus no cash back applicabel.

                        I had odered a smartphone on amazon on 7th of November 2016 and the oder was delivered on 12th of November 2016. The model was Hicell TX4 Android phone 5.5... But when I unpacked the product, I found the screen cracked and damaged...So I want my phone to be replaced.It would be grateful if you would take my complaint to attention as soon as possible. I want my phone to be replaced as soon as possible.

                          The product turned out to be defective.

                          I Immediately informed Amazon and initiated a return.
                          But they did not send anyone to collect the item.

                          I have placed 2 complaints but on both occasions having been promised that they would arrange for a pickup, no one has turned up.

                          After the third complaint they said that I myself must ship the product to them.

                              Hello sir,
                              I ordered Miltop Cashew Nuts W320, 500g and Miltop Pistachio Salted, 1kg through "Amazon.in" on 17 October 2016 (Order#[protected] for my family. The expected delivery date was 27th October 2016, and after 16 days from the expected delivery date. I thought that maybe there is some technical delay in shipping as the "track package" on the amazon.in website was showing somewhere stuck before 27th october 2016.
                              And after all these days of long waiting my wife received a package today. After opening the package my was surprised that one item was missing, which is "Miltop Cashew Nuts W320, 500g". But this product is written in the invoice. I don't know who is responsible, amazon? courier people? or seller?.
                              And other products which I ordered with these products reached my family on time without any issues. I ordered these products from amazon.in because I thought it's a well reputed brand. So I trusted them. It's a big disappointment for a customer like me. After this how anyone buys any products from amazon.in. So I request you to look at my complaint and resolve it with no delay.

                                  First i got broken TV (ORDER #[protected] and its taken more than seven days for someone to pick it up and now replacement is still not showing as delivered, even the delivery date i.e. 7 November is exceeded .
                                  So i asked them for clarification -why is it so hard for them to deliver a single TV and what is the status of it :-
                                  due to a technical error at the fulfillment center the package hasn't dispatched yet.
                                  Please check the attached image to see expected date.
                                  They even don't want to give Gift cards for wasted time.
                                  I have been long time amazon customer but now had enough of this, so please help.

                                  Hi,

                                  This issue has not been resolved yet, now Amazon has said they will refund the price amount which is 15 K rupees as it was on Diwali lightning deal, but my problem is -the original price of Nobel TV -40 inch is 20 K .
                                  So i request you guys to help me to get my 5000 Rs difference back or ask Amazon to let me order the same product for 15k price, which i was getting it earlier.

                                    I booked a 1 th hard disk product on Amazon website on 4 th Nov 2016 and estimated delivery is 9th but still I didn't get the delivery till date is 11th even customer care of Amazon told they do no when it will be delivered.I made a big mistake in going for Amazon first time... Please guys don't book in Amazon i[censored] cant wait for minimum more than 10 days. Actually flipkart got good delivery system. my order no#[protected]. Really worst experience.

                                      Since 5days different courier guys are being sent todeliver a product to my new address that has been updated to amazon. But as the old address is convenient to reach so the courier guys are going all the time to the old address given on pack and telling the receiver to come and collect. When the receiver tells them to come to new address which is 2kms away then the courier guys instead of going they leaving the spot giving feedback that customer not aavailable.

                                        I've returned phone to Amazon on date 20 September 2016 and still i did not get my refund every customer care executive gave me wrong information about my refund they said I'll get refund in 24 to 48 working hours but after 1.5 month also i did not got my refund!

                                        They also refused to transfer their call to incharge and manager.
                                        They said manager can not speak to customer!
