Having ordered an item orpat ORH[protected]W room heater

The product turned out to be defective.

I Immediately informed Amazon and initiated a return.
But they did not send anyone to collect the item.

I have placed 2 complaints but on both occasions having been promised that they would arrange for a pickup, no one has turned up.

After the third complaint they said that I myself must ship the product to them.

    according to mail which i have i received i should have received the check by now but i have not yet received my check.my order IDare[protected] and[protected].I have requested the the refund please see till when can i receive my check.

      Hello sir,
      I ordered Miltop Cashew Nuts W320, 500g and Miltop Pistachio Salted, 1kg through "Amazon.in" on 17 October 2016 (Order#[protected] for my family. The expected delivery date was 27th October 2016, and after 16 days from the expected delivery date. I thought that maybe there is some technical delay in shipping as the "track package" on the amazon.in website was showing somewhere stuck before 27th october 2016.
      And after all these days of long waiting my wife received a package today. After opening the package my was surprised that one item was missing, which is "Miltop Cashew Nuts W320, 500g". But this product is written in the invoice. I don't know who is responsible, amazon? courier people? or seller?.
      And other products which I ordered with these products reached my family on time without any issues. I ordered these products from amazon.in because I thought it's a well reputed brand. So I trusted them. It's a big disappointment for a customer like me. After this how anyone buys any products from amazon.in. So I request you to look at my complaint and resolve it with no delay.

          First i got broken TV (ORDER #[protected] and its taken more than seven days for someone to pick it up and now replacement is still not showing as delivered, even the delivery date i.e. 7 November is exceeded .
          So i asked them for clarification -why is it so hard for them to deliver a single TV and what is the status of it :-
          due to a technical error at the fulfillment center the package hasn't dispatched yet.
          Please check the attached image to see expected date.
          They even don't want to give Gift cards for wasted time.
          I have been long time amazon customer but now had enough of this, so please help.

          Hi,

          This issue has not been resolved yet, now Amazon has said they will refund the price amount which is 15 K rupees as it was on Diwali lightning deal, but my problem is -the original price of Nobel TV -40 inch is 20 K .
          So i request you guys to help me to get my 5000 Rs difference back or ask Amazon to let me order the same product for 15k price, which i was getting it earlier.

            I booked a 1 th hard disk product on Amazon website on 4 th Nov 2016 and estimated delivery is 9th but still I didn't get the delivery till date is 11th even customer care of Amazon told they do no when it will be delivered.I made a big mistake in going for Amazon first time... Please guys don't book in Amazon i[censored] cant wait for minimum more than 10 days. Actually flipkart got good delivery system. my order no#[protected]. Really worst experience.

              Since 5days different courier guys are being sent todeliver a product to my new address that has been updated to amazon. But as the old address is convenient to reach so the courier guys are going all the time to the old address given on pack and telling the receiver to come and collect. When the receiver tells them to come to new address which is 2kms away then the courier guys instead of going they leaving the spot giving feedback that customer not aavailable.

                I've returned phone to Amazon on date 20 September 2016 and still i did not get my refund every customer care executive gave me wrong information about my refund they said I'll get refund in 24 to 48 working hours but after 1.5 month also i did not got my refund!

                  I had ordered 'jbl flip 2- bluetooth speaker' from amazon with order #[protected]. the received product quality is very low so had raised a refund request as per amazon policy. but still the pick up of product is not been done from last 16 days. i did continuous follow up of 7 days but finally found helpless.

                  I am fed up with this poor quality of service from amazon. please do the needful.

                    Amazon tries to fool customers!!!
                    First they promised me by saying my product will be replaced with new one.
                    Then they cheated by changing your word by saying replacement cannot be done rather you will refund the amount.

                    We both agreed with condition that they will be crediting the difference amount before I place the new order.

                    Now again they change there words. They say the they wont credit the amount to amzon Gift card rather they ask me to place the order, once the product is deleivered they would credit the amount.

                    It's very disgusting that your company doesn't have any morals value, rather they just change there words and promise based on there convenience.

                        I had place an order for an Atlanta air purifier and a replacement filter order no[protected],[protected] on 6/11/2016 through my debit card..the initial payment method failed but was successful in the second attempt(screenshot on photos)..I was eagerly waiting for the product as Delhi was reeling under alarming levels of pollution..to my surprise today, when I went to track package, I saw that my order had been cancelled without even informing me and a refund had been process for the said order for which I haven't got the refund yet..this is very unprofessional on the part of Amazon as I could have bought from some other ecommerce site or appliance shop at the earliest as pollution was a grave concern..I have also uploaded screen shots of the said transaction.

                                They sent me a defective product. It is not responding in printing and scanning also the control panel display is not working correctly sometimes. No cartidge is there. And the product which is delivered to me has not warranty, the warranty is expired. So everyone must be careful about this seller before purchasing any product.

                                  I had ordered 6 pens online on 3.10.16 and made payment of Rs 6976 online. when pens were recieved, I did not like 3 pens of Sheaffer. I initiated return process of 3 pens on 15th October-1 pen SH 323-2CH and 2 pens-Sheaffer 9400-2.
                                  the amazon person collected all the three pens but the status of 1 pen SH 323-2CH showed that the refund will be processed once the pen is collected. hence, the return of this pen was showing in my mobile app.
                                  I called the helpline number and they said that they will inform the local office to update the status. but no action was taken.
                                  I called again 4 days back and spoke to a senior lady who said she will address the issue immediately and process the refund. Till date, no message has been received of status updated.
                                  no challan is given when any item is received by Amazon. The persons say that it will be updated automatically. but my refund s still pending. Please look into it.

                                        Amazon India service is equally bad as good is Amazon US service. Twice experienced when product sent was damaged or wrong. For replacement & return there is "preferred time" to pick up post which replacement or refund to be done. The time you sent is replaced by Amazons suitable time which is not maintained either. After all such harassment the replaced product is another damaged or wrong product. Three times failure after the same process wherein forced to cancel & ask for refund. Pathetic service as compared to Flipkart whose service I have faced no complain till date. Amazon is the last option for purchase.
