This is a complain regarding the purchase i have done on the Amazon.in. During the online sales 1st o october, i have ordered LG refrigerator but the product is not yet dispatched.

I have talked to the escalation team and they told me that your product will be delivered to to you. If i call customer care they said to me that you can cancel the order and we will issue the refund.

Amazon is added vendor without verifing the vendor detail of services . Due to which customer are facing lot of issues .
