    Hi,

    I have ordered reebok sandals on 21st oct 2016 and my delivery date was 26th oct 2016. From 26th oct to 29th oct i have called customer support 5 times to know the status of my product delivery. Every time they assured that the product will reach by 8 pm tomorrow. Yesterday evening they gave me the delivery courier service number who was going to deliver my order. Today when i called the courior service they said that your order is cancelled as it cant be delivery in pune city as that it not their area. I am surprise as earlier i have ordered 10 times and received the delivery.
    Being a old customer to amazon i am frustrated with this behavior and will know never buy anything from amazon and also ask my friends & colleagues not to buy from amazon as they cant delivery in our city and they only make fool o[censored]s by using our money for 8 days and than cancel our delivery, will prefer flipkart than amazon.

    You have become they worst e shopping site as you dont need customers know. Will also post on facebook & twitter on my experience with amazon.

      I order iphone 7 on 18/10/216 and i receivd the poduct on 23/10 but they send me iphone 6 instead of iphone 7... I complain on same day i. E 23/10/16 they said to me send the pictures of the product you have received and i do the same thing... They said it is mistake from the amazon and you will be given a replacement.. And product will picked up on 24/10/16... But since they are giving me the fake promises that product will be picked up... But today i. E is 29/10/16 it is not picked up... It product coast me rs 60000 and i paidthrough my credit card.. And if it is not refunded on 05/11/16 i have to pay the bill..

        Amazon make me fake promise. I wanted to buy mobile for my fiance. I placed order on amazon and clearly told there customer care executive that i want my product before 29th october (Diwali). Till 29th october afternoon, amazon customer care person make me fool that your product is on the way and will be reached at 4 pm. After some time when i called them amazon said me that your product is damaged and cant be deliver at your address. I have talked with customer care team head also, he just clearly say we cant help you in that case. Now who will pay my personal relation damage. Amazon customer care executive also said me clearly that we cant help you and cut my call. I am feeling cheated and my personal life relation with my fiance is going to damaged. I request please help me in that case so i can get justice.

        i cant even place new order of nubia z11 mini mobile. I feel cheated. My fiance want only this mobile as a diwali gift. and i am not able to place this order.

          I bought tartarus™t-b 788 stylish cooling pad on 4th october from amazon india but the product has not been delivered to me yet. And further information is also not provided by either amazon india or seller i. E blue dart couriers. Its already a month and also the return of product is also expired. The delivery system of the blue dart is very poor in this case.

            • Product delivery update and attempt wrong updated
            • Courier Company never called and response on phone and update that attempted to deliver.
            • When you called to Amazon service centre agent like Pratipal will be rude. Addressing issues without even listening your problem. If you ask to transfer the call he will refuse. Over lapping on call/Rude answers/ also will not disconnect the call if you request.
            • Kindly retrieve the call recording between 8:45 am till 12:00
            • 6 calls no resolution//no text no email... fake promises..
            • If you call again you will get an ensurance that you product will be deliver. No text on phone not evens a confirmation or acknowledgment over the email.
            • Fake promised that everything will be look after you email already sent which is not.
            • Finally i took off from my office as per last agent of Amazon services & such a shock i received final call that product has been delay.
            • I knew it’s Diwali festival that is why it hasn’t been delivered. However, no information provided.
            • Domestic market for online shopping will remain unsuccessful.
            • In order to improve the service action is most important.
            Moral of thee story... Careless// they do not value of a customer.

              This is regarding the refund of order no.[protected]...

              I never asked amazon to credit the refund in amazon gift card account... I don't want my refund in amazon gift card account...

              As spoken to one of your customer care executive on the day of returning the product, i was told that i will receive cheque of the same...

              So i request you to pls arrange to issue cheque in favour of my name - sandeep joshi...
              I am really very sorry to say that i can't accept the gift card...

              This is because my experience with amazon is too bad till now and i am nevertheless going to do any purchases on amazon, that's why this gift card is of no use for me...

              I request you to pls refund my money in cash or through cheque... Or else i will have to take some legal action against amazon because i was informed by one of your customer care executive that i will automatically get the refund via cheque within7 working days...

              It's also unlawful to refund via gift card without the concern of customer...

              Either you pls refund my money via cash or cheque in2 working days or else i will take some legal action against amazon...

              I hope its clear to you now that i am not going to accept this gift card as refund because i have made the payment in cash...

                Customer gets message that the product is going to be delivered today. But the contact number of the delivery person in the message is different or the delivery person is busy with other jobs, asks the address several times and delivers late after repeated calls. Sometimes the order is cancelled by itself.The delivery may be before the expected time but it is not satisfactory.

                  I have purchased a LeEco Le Max2 (Rose Gold, 32GB) on 25th Oct 2016, poor battery in half an hour its showing full battery after use of 3-4hr the battery is dead I think your providing the fake or damage pieces to the customers the cost of that is 17999.00/- so pls pls I need to change this mobile or change this piece wat the fake product. For the first time am buying electronic product from amazon but the worst experience I think you people are providing the same damage /fake products yo the customers/buyers

                      I got this msg todat. I got similar message yesterday also that maeterial out for delivery. I contacted the courier person regarding delivery. He was quite rude and said it will come when it will be delivered. He then just cut the phone.
                      Delivery was planned for 27th Oct. I have spent 2 days now idling, just to receive the material.
                      Pls advice action taken.

                        I had placed an order on Amazon.in for tampered glass which was supposed to be delivered on 20th Oct but it is 28th Oct today and I have not received it even the Amazon customer care couldn't track it now because of Amazon mistake the phone which is newly bought has a crack in the glass. Whenever I call customer care they tell me this order is of outside seller and the outside seller calls next morning and tells he will look into the matter and solve it by evening and revert but nothing is done he doesn't even care to call back..please help

                                I am Ramneek, I received One Plus 3 couple of hours back (28/10/2016) and its Disgusting to see a faulty phone to arrive after waiting for 3 days and especially on the occasion of Diwali.
                                Amazon really has spoiled my festive season by sending this faulty phone whose Home Button does not work. I Could not even set up the phone with finger print sensor as it was not reading it. I tried so many times with hard and soft push, from set up or from Settings Options but did not work. Later i found that even pressing so hard on the Home button i am unable to go to Home Screen.
                                Highly disappointed on this purchase and the item sent to me.
                                Moreover now the seller does not have replacement with him and I was informed to return the phone (by Amazon Customer Care[protected] and money will be refunded whereas i requested earlier for replacement.
                                Even the packaging was pathetic, just one simple buble wrap and nothing else. I was expecting the phone to come in Proper hard box from amazon to protect a costly phone like this.

                                  Hello,
                                  I regret to be writing this mail as this is not a mail to appreciate the services that amazon provides in India. This mail lists of events that I have faced and how the Amazon team has harassed a loyal customer of theirs.

                                  I had placed an order exactly 9 days back from another account whose credentials are the follows: Email Id-archana.[protected]@gmail.com

                                  The estimated date of delivery was 28th of September and this was acknowledged and accepted by me only because I had got a message from them abut the delays due to Festive season. On the 24th and 27th of September, I get a message at 9.45 PM and 7.30 AM, that delivery attempt has failed, which was obviously not true as my number was on throughout and we haven't received a single message and that could be confirmed from the service provider as well. And if you notice the timings those are not even in the normal delivery timing brackets. Curious and anxious I call them on the 28th to enquire about the FRAUDULENT messages that I receive from Amazon about Delivery attempts. Now starts the real ordeal and a saga of calls to Amazon which finally leaves back a harassed and frustrated customer.

                                  My first call was answered and responded in a way which implied that I was wrong to even ask for my delivery status and the CSE had the audacity to tell me to either cancel the order or wait and not have FOOLISH thoughts. I immediately took this up with the supervisor and she instead tells me all she can do s look into the matter later as they are busy with Diwali. I told them I am flying off the country tomorrow hence the enquiry and she tells me its not her fault that I m flying out of the country and she could go ahead and cancel the order for me. This can be validated through the "so called" call recordings.

                                  I again called up to speak to another supervisor whom i though would be saner than the previous one and tried conversing. The very fact that they knew it was my 3rd call already, she was very prompt to acknowledge their mistake and promised me delivery by evening. I was calm and waited patiently till evening. I had already raised complaints about the behavioural issues the CSE and supervisor had with me earlier. All goes on to deaf ears I suppose.

                                  At around 5PM, with no updates, I called them again and as the process requires it, I explained the entire situation to another CSE and asking him for an update. After putting me on hold for nearly 23minutes(again can be validated through the so-called recordings) .He tells me with a rude voice that I had called in the morning so they know they issue, and it will be delivered in the next 48HOURS. I lost it. I started telling explaining the entire situation and all he was doing was cutting more down and also had the audacity to tell me that you cancel the order. I tell him to arrange for a call back from the manager and he says even they will tell you to cancel your order so don't waste your time, and the phone gets cut.

                                  I call again and directly ask to speak to a manager and the CSE this time tells that she cannot do it. I cut the call and call again. I was determined to let them know how they are setting benchmarks in harassing their customers.Finally when I got through to a so-called member of the "Leadership team", 'SHAMA. She tells me that nothing can be done now it will reach only after 48 hours and used the word unfortunately 200 times. I told her about my ordeal and how the "award winning customer" team has handled the situation, all she said was she will look into it and she can't promise my delivery at all.

                                  Now the deal is this AMAZON, I am sure you have a lot of learned guys in your leadership team and you boast about that quite often, but this is something called the CLV, where is the V stands for value. YOU GUYS DONT KNOW WHAT CLV MEANS and you are screwing it up big time. Please let you entire structure have a workshop on it, I can suggest a few good ones. As far as your award-winning customer service is concerned, either the "award Winning" adjective had given them the head weight they can't handle or the awards are bought.

                                  Situations like these are bound to happen but a gesture would have just promising me 48 hours on my first call in the morning and being sorry for the fake updates that you send to let the customers feel they missed out due to their negligence. Also, If Jeff Bezos was to get these shoes delivered (my orders), I think he would go that extra mile to have me alive in the CLV graph(workshops required).

                                  Now you guys either take action and make me feel worth spending so much valuable time of mine on you or consider me as one lost customer who doesn't matter much. It is completely up to the "LEADERSHIP" team to decide. But coming from a similar background of work, a suggestion would be to take these things seriously.

                                    I had ordered a phone "Moto g4 plus, 32gb " worth RS 13499, but I got defective product .
                                    1st the charger is not working properly and 2nd the phone's power button was inclined in one side..it was loosely attached.. I asked Amazon to replace my phone and as they are promising that they will look into my problem and solve it.. They are not keeping their promise and no courier boy are coming to take phone yesterday I had talked with Amazon via mail they had told me that they will surly send courier boy today but today also nobody had came I got a message "Your return pickup is scheduled for today and will be picked up between 5:00PM-8:00PM by AmzAgent([protected]).Details http://amzn.in/5WrBf97" but still no one came.

                                        I have ordered a product on amazon.com. Today morning one message came to me that the product will deliver today.. But the delivery man called me once.. But unfortunately i missed the call. After some time i called back to him. But he said that though i had not received the call the product will not be delivered today.. This is my fault.. I am not finding any reason behind this explanation.. Being a working person a phone call can be miss for single time.. But i think the amazon.com should mention when ordering that if you miss the call the product will not deliver. If they mention it then i never order any product..
