I ordered Salwar suit on 20th Oct 2016. Two of similar kind. One I received n other I didn't. But in app, email, msg it is SHOWING AS DELIVERED!!! I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PRODUCT!!! Consider this immediately and act accordingly!!! I have paid n u ppl r showing it delivered n I haven't received my product!!! Order no[protected], S.B creations Salwar suit.. I don't mind if delay in shipping, but hw can u show a product which is not delivered, as delivered!! ?? Cheating ds is called as

    Till today,
    we dont have any solution for it,
    No help from amazon itself,
    but they are ready to refund,
    This is not he correct trade,

    I have personnely contacted 5 times to resolve the issues,
    Still they dont have any answer for it,
    My last chat was perposefully stopped in the middle,
    So i am complaining to indian consumer forum for help

    below are the last chat history:

    Keerthi: I have checked it for you that the product have been out of delivery for 1st of November and on 3rd of November and it have delivery attempt for the product.

    Keerthi: As per the policy the delivery can be attempted only for two times in this case the product will be marked as undeliverable and it will return to the seller.
    Me: On last Saturday, It was write on your website, That it will be delivered by Monday,
    on the next day, it went to undelivered state,
    this was ridiculous,

    or shall i repeat it again?

    i didn't received any call or msg,
    if i would received,
    i would have personally called the courier guy, ...
    now, this would be the 5 time i am repeating the question,
    tell the valid reason for not delivering the product on time,

    Keerthi: Yes I have explained you already that the delivery have been attempted twise in this case the product is returning to the seller in this case we can issue you only the refund of the product.
    Me: This is the 6th time ia ma asking,
    as per you,
    delivery are attempted,
    so tell me y it was not successfull???
    is it my fault?

    then tell me

      I've bought a MOTOROLA G4 PLUS mobile from Amazon India. The delivered product was defective as the proximity sensor was not working. On asking for refund/replacement I was asked to get a service denial certificate from the service centre which the service centre people refused to give stating that they would provide service. It has been in the service centre for the past month and the replacement window has already lapsed. When I questioned Amazon they said they cannot help in anyway and have replied that I can proceed with complaining. I request prompt action to be taken against them. All this hiatus has cost me my mental peace. I have wasted 13000 rupees trusting in amazon and they have broken my trust.

        I am following up the customer care of Amazon.in through phone, chat, for the status of my order. But everyday they are giving fake promises that the order will be delivered by tomorrow. But still today 08.11.2016, 9.55 PM, the status have been updated that "It has been delayed by Customer." But no phone call came. Infact they didn't even bother to call me that why my order is being delayed so much. First delay reason they are giving it's raining in kolkata. Second delay reason they have given the product is being damaged. Third reason they given is that the status is wrongly uploaded. Amazon.in have wasted my precious time by wrongly updated the status that it is out for delivery and make me sit in the home for the whole day waiting for the order.

        Lastly I don't know whether I will get my order or not. The main concerned they have made me lost my precious time.

              Refund my Rs and compensate from company for harassment and late.

Have been trying to fulfil return formalities through sites, since 30th, have sent several mails to the customer care link provided with the mail, but to no avail. There is no response as of yet. Have called customer care also, where it took my number and told that they will call back, which they never did. Now, that I am trying to check for any progress in this regard, it shows the date of return has expired... Feeling like cheated... The phone I received is not what i ordered, it seems refurbished...                   I am very surprised at the service from amazon. i was ordered a moto g plus 4th gen black 32 gb phone vide order no.[protected] on 27th oct-2016 and delivery was estimated on 3rd nov. 2016 but my happiness vanished with the service of amazon. they didn't make sincere efforts to deliver my product and canceled it without my consent. despite their fault of canceling my order they are not ready to provide me the phone. without getting my consent they proceed to refund the paid amount, during my conversation with amazon customer care i asked them to provide me the mobile phone and not refund the amount. the worst part is they are not even ready to lodge a complaint for my grievance and now after the price is increased they want me to order again at the current price, despite the fault from their end. they come up with lame excuses that the product might have been damaged in transit etc.. very disappointed with the company of such repute with this cheap service. hope they realize the mistake and provide a solution.

                  I placed an order on Amazon.com for a IPhone 6plus adaptor. I never received the item nor does it show up on my recent orders but I was billed $16.06 on a credit card for the item.

                    Offer violation : Order #[protected], placed on 21 September 2016

                    With this order there was an offer, which was a Samsung headset. As per the offer the coupon codes to claim it should be sent to the buyers by 31st October 2016. But there are no communication regarding the same from Amazon or the seller till now. The main issue they are pointing out is 'Promotion Team is not responding', is that our problem !!

                    I am contacting the customer care since last two weeks to resolve this issue, but I never got a proper answer. Promises are made every day but nothing happens.

                      Order a mens Jersey, Amazon have no information where it is. Seller says it have been shipped from them and Amazon don't know about it. And customer care only says what is visible to me on app. They don't even refund money on time. Have past experience for the same about 2 product. Never disappointed by anything else than this application. Please don't go for Amazon, if you need something on time, because they are never on time.

                          Pathetic service from Amazon. I was delighted to order (order no.[protected] a TV during festive season and my happiness vanished with the service of Amazon. They didn't make sincere efforts to deliver my product and canceled it without my consent. My promise to my family to buy a TV blew up with the worst service from Amazon.                             I ordered Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 for personal use and from amazon website .In description they have mentioned that product has 8 mega pixel camera with flash light I have also attached description image. But product which I have received do not have flash light also product is not properly functioning and charger is missing so I have requested for refund but they refused. Mentioning that we do not have refund policy and also ask me to go lenovo service center but it is not possible for me to go because of my hectic schedule if It was possible in that case I will never buy product from amazon but will prefer to buy from local shop. Customer Service also told me that for charger missing he can provide me 150 rs gift card but product charger defiantly will cost more. I did not get any proper resolution thats why I am registering this complain

                              I bought a Motorola mobile which i received on 6th November 2016 I was facing heating issue then the escalation desk informed me to contact service centre and they will provide a letter then we will return but when i visited to service centre of Motorola they refused to provide any letter and the Motorola service centre told you can return the Mobile in 10 days but now amazon India is refusing we will not return .                                 I had placed an order on amazon a week back and tracking it almost every day. On the day of delivery the delivery guy called up asking for the address. After one hour I called him back asking for the order the guy started yelling at me that he will not come so far and that the company does not provide him for the petrol charges. I requested him but he said he will not deliver. Again the same guy called the same day evening again asked for the address. And told he is coming but never came. When I called back he did not answer. Now when I track the order on my account it shows return request accepted but I have not requested for any return. This is very cheap

                                  Amazon transportation service is the worst service I have seen ever. I purchased a Royal peacock wall clock on 26th October 2016 and its delivery should be expected on or before 2nd Nov 2016 but because of Amazon's fast and ferious courier services I have not received my parcel yet means till 7th Nov 2016.
                                  Already my parcel late by 5 days and every time I called to customer care service they are just giving me assurance that my parcel will be deliver by tomorrow. Like that 5 tomorrows already gone.
                                  God knows when their tomorrow will come. In hope by 8th Nov they will deliver my parcel

                                    I have ordered for TBZ Tempered Glass Screen protector for Micromax canvas Q417 Mega 4G on 05-10-16 vide order No:[protected], the same item was delivered on 20-10-16, but it was damaged, so i requested for return of the same item. Item was picked up by the company representative on 22-10-16, with tracking No:[protected], until now the refund was not done.                                       Iam prime member of amazon.in from 2 months but from last ten days amazon stop my all orders cash on delivery and my pincode is 400063 all amazon fullfield item available at my location and also available on cash on delivery so...why amazon stop my COD... Please take action on amazon... because he is cheater
                                      And main thing is that iam regular customer of amazon...iam not expect this from amazon
