Hello Amazon Team,
Here i would like address a serious issue i am facing from last 4-5 days.
What happen was:
i ordered one product from my amazon count, after placing the order successfully i found that i have contact number which is not active from my side.
i changed my contact number in my account.
After couple of days, i got a message that product will be out for delivery.
i was happy because that product is for some one special to me.
same day at evening i got a message that not able to deliver because customer not available. i called back the agent and got worst reply. he said "we cannot delivery to other contact person, we want same person with same contact number else we will return the product".
What the hell is this. this can happen to any person. there is a possibility that customer order the product with correct number, and by the time product arrives, customer can lost her cell or dead by mistake.
sending back the product is not the correct step you guys are taking.
Even i was ready to show my IdProofs original ones, still delivery agent was not ready.
I filed couple of request with amazon support team to change my contact number on the delivery list so that agent contacts me and i can receive on time.
after couple of days, again same scenario i am facing, got a message of an agent who is going to deliver the product, this time the it is, now the agent contact number itself is not in service(number does not exist). Now should i fire the agent from job and send it back to home???

I have decided, not to use amazon service in future and would recommend my circle member to avoid it.
Here i just would like to request, to cancel my order and return my complete money(without any deduction).

Moto G Plus, 4th Gen (White, 32 GB) mobile is not delivered as committed.
Order date: 17 october 2016
Committed delivery date: 20 october 2016.
Above product is not delivered by amazon till this date i. E. 1st Nov, I got email saying product has lost in transit and they are able to innitiate refund.
I have not initiated the cancellation so i called them again to check. I ordered the product during DIWALI sell on exchange offer ( 10, 429.00 ), now after this much waiting and harassment they want me to cancle my order. Even after calling and over chat help they are given me excuses and and requesting me to wait another 24 hrs and after that nothing is happen.They are not taking my complaint seriously and giving fake promises (Like product will be delivered tomorrow) every time i call them. I have to call every day to follow-up
And check status on that. Now they want me to cancle my order and place a new order. I ask them to give me a same deal but they are not ready.They are saying you can buy the product again form portal with offer they are having now.
They made fake promises and kept me waiting.
I think the truth is this is a scam, the discounts they have given on diwali is hurting them, hence the delaying tactics. When people get frustrated they cancel the order, and they are quite eagar and happy to do that.
