Happy Kids Classic Vintage Ride was ordered by me. however as i wanted to cancel the order, on having called the toll free no the cancellation/return was told to me as having gotten registered. and the refund was told will be processed once the item reaches the seller.

On having called again when the item reached my friend place for delivery, i again called toll free no to be informed that you should refuse to receive it and then it will be processed for refund .On item having been received my friend to whose place i had sent it informed that they had cancelled it, however she was told by the courier boy to keep it and that separate team will pick it up.

Now as 5 days have passed and no message has been received for pick up of returned item or refund i logged in to their official site to check the cancellation status and was shocked to see there was no such marking as item having been cancelled

Also, as i tried to cancell the item the following message was thrown

"For safety reasons, items that use flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned to Amazon.in. "

I do not understand why

1) a company who claims to have excellent return policy, has onphone taken my requests is refusing to process my return & refurnd
When the item

2) who itself says "For safety reasons, items that use flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned to Amazon.in. " yet delivers such items for innocent kids

Will some one from amazon bother to respond???

    Amazon's service has become third rate. The top management does not seem to care about the customer or the problems the customer is raising with them. I ordered an item - Kleio Cloth Potli (Black, BnB415JP-Bl) sold by Royal Deal - on 5 Oct 2016. As I was not satisfied with the quality of the item, I requested a return. The return pick up was done on 17 Oct 2016. Later I was informed by an Amazon Customer Care Executive that the item was lying with Amazon Transportation Services, Pune for THREE FULL DAYS. Three weeks have elapsed since the reverse pick up was done. The refund has not yet been made. The Amazon Customer Care executives plead helplessness saying that it is not an Amazon fulfilled order and that they have no control over such vendors. This, my friends, is what Amazon is in reality. You place the order with Amazon, you make the payment to Amazon, but when it comes to refunds, Amazon tells you to contact the seller for the refund. So, finally, it is the customer's problem. Not just this, I wrote a negative feedback on the seller's webpage on Amazon last night. Believe it or not, this morning it has been removed. The seller cannot do this, so someone within Amazon has removed it. Now why would someone within Amazon remove a negative feedback about the seller unless he/she had some stake in it? Looking at the way Amazon has been operating in the last three months, it appears that the top management has lost control over its operations. It may be wise to switch to other online marketplaces. This is not the same Amazon of even a year ago.

        Hi, I bought a Redmi note 3 phone from Amazon with the order no.[protected] and it got delivered on 09 Oct 2016. This phone start creating problem on the first week of purchase as the battery draining within 5 hours. Also in this phone I am unable to switch to multiple apps. When reported this issue to Amazon then they asked to contact to Xiaomi and when contacted to Xiaomi then they asked to contact to Amazon so I am moving back and forth ... I am unable to reach to the right team who can repair this phone, very poor experience

            received the sub woofer but not the speaker set...when i filed a a-z claim...i was told that i would be helped to get a full refund...thats ok
            now the problem starts...
            I had ordered the product via EMI..received a part of the product, but had paid the full amount...if a certain or the full amount is refunded back..still i would be paying interest @ 12% on 4399...so i would be paying for something that i did not even get...so whats the resolution
            when i complained about the matter this was the response..

                I bought my jbl t150 a in ear earphones (black) from amazon (order #[protected] at rs. 1159. suddenly one earbud has stopped working. so i contacted both amazon and jbl for replacement of the order as it is under warranty.

                Pfb comment from amazon:

                "all electronic goods purchased on amazon are covered by the standard manufacturer warranty, unless otherwise stated on the product details page.
                As you need to claim the warranty, we recommend that you consult the manufacturer."

                Pfb comment from harman-jbl:

                "with reference to your email, we regret to inform you that your seller om shree jai jai mobile shopee is not an authorized online seller with jbl.
                Please contact amazon for claiming warranty of the product.
                We do not provide any consent letter but you can consider this mail as one.​"

                I have sent numerous mails explaining my concern but i get the same auto-mated reply.

                Please help.

                  I ordered intel it 881u 2.1 computer multimedia speakers, cost of product 1207 including shipping charges, when i recived the product on 24 oct, i found
                  Product is not as per good. I called the call center and request for return of product on 29 oct 2016, which was confirmed by company that the return was shedul on 31 oct the agent no also share in message no [protected] which was not working (Wrong no given), but no such pick happed, again they reshedule the pickup on 1 st nov with same mobile no but no picked happen,

                  Again since on 2 nov to till date i. E 06 nov 2016 we again and again complain on called center regarding the our above compalint, but they less bothered about our coplant, every time we recived the mesaage that pick up will happen on this date and time but nobody turns up.

                  Today on 6 nov i had called several time to call center confirming about the picked up, they hold my phone and then confirmed me that they sheduled my pick up priroty today but no pick up happen yet, again number share by amazon was wrong (Swithed off), i called to customer care and speak to mr, zuber suorvisor who say he is last auhtority for exclation, he told me thta wait till 8 or tomarrow on 7 nov 2016 definetly pick up happen (After explaing him everything what happen since morning)

                    I have placed the order on 30th october 2016. On 31st oct 2016 I have called to amazon and tell them to redirect the same to my home address. Those VIP guys of amazon are least bother to listen to the customer and they keep on fake promises and till date the product not yet delivered to my address and now they are denying to refund my money.

                      I had ordered (order #[protected] my product on 5th October, 2016 and till date, nothing has been received. The payment for this order was made upfront at the time of placing the order.

                      The initial delivery date given was 12th October, 2016 but it never got delivered. I called up again on 17th October, 2016 to check on the status, the customer care agent initiated a replacement (Order #[protected] and promised that it will be delivered by 24th October, 2016 but unfortunately it didn't got delivered then also.

                      I called up again on 25th October, 2016 and it was promised that delivery would be done in next 48 hours but again nothing happened.

                      Again I have to call on 31st October, 2016, but nothing has been delivered so far.

                      Only false promises but not the product. Money charged Rs. 6879/-

                          It's been almost 15 - 20 I have made an order for refund of the product which I had received.
                          1stly the handset was a duplicate as well as all the parts in the phone wer duplicate which was confirmed my the apple store as well as with the help of EMI number the handset is also out of warranty and 2 years old.
                          2ndly it's been 15 days I didn't get the refund for which whenever I call you i dnt get satisfying answers nor is the refund being processed . Always a flash hope of 3 days, 5 days or 7 days is given however to which it's been 15 days now and more 5 days are being asked. If I dnt get the refund by Tom I have to lodge a complain in the consumer forum

                                My order was suppose to be delivered by 2nd of Nov`16 but for some reason they rescheduled it to 6th Nov`16. Then on 5th Nov sent me sms that I have requested a delayed delivery and asking me to provide a new schedule.

                                Case points.

                                Case - 1

                                Bogus message generated by Amazon acting on behalf on the customer.

                                The order was supposed to be delivered to me on or before 6 Nov ( original delivery date was before 2nd Nov). But on 5th of Nov I received a message stating that I have asked for a delay in delivery, I have not requested any delays. Amazon is sending bogus messages that the delivery has been asked to be rescheduled by me.

                                Case -2

                                Hijacking customer funds ( order no.[protected]

                                The mentioned order was a gift for someone flying out of country on 6th Nov, so since after calling the customer agent I got to know that your delivery partner will not be delivering as per schedule I mentioned on 5th Nov and again on 6th Nov that I would like the order to be cancelled and have by money back in my account. ( No option was available to cancel by app or online in my case).

                                On this I have been told that unless the tracker status get change to `item return` they cannot initiate the refund. The support team was totally aware of the situation and was clearly able to see that the package has not been delivered to me and yet they are not ready to initiate cancel and the refund. The communication between Amazon and its partners are not customers` concern and they cannot hijack my money on that ground.

                                  I had placed an order on the amazon site as of 25th october regarding 2 products by debit card got debited by a specific amount of Rs. 720 and its reflecting that i received my product as of 28th october which i have not since 12 days and still counting . Calling the customer number was also of no use my order no. was[protected] so my concern is either give me the product quickly as possible or refund me the amount . my contact no. is - [protected] and my email id is - [protected]@gmail.com and secondary is - [protected]@gmail.com so please look into this matter. The 2 products are 2 books which is one indian girl and breakout nations.

                                    I have ordered 2 bed sheets on 26.10.16 and paid the amount. one bed sheet reached to me on 03.11.16 but the other one has not reached to me as yet.
                                    i get message regularly that today my order will be delivered but it never happens. i am surprised that the same brand bed sheet same price one delivered to me and other is always on the way.

I got payment confirmation and post that shipment trackjng no received of fedex. i rcd msg tat my order will be delivered on 6 nov and on the same day i rcd mag from amazon that my refund has been initiated.

                                      This is kind of a cheating as i placed the order and everything was done and duddenly refund was initiated.

                                      When i checked the price for same 2 batteries it was approx Rs.14000/-.

                                      This is not what i expected.

                                        I have ordered Phillips Viva Collection Air Fryer on Great Indian Festival Sale on Dated: 03/10/2016 Quantity: 2 Pieces Amount: Rs.10228/- But my order is not yet dispatched after purchasing from such a reputed website Amazon.in, Really very disappointed and annoyed from my purchase, ever expected this thing, after regular tie up with Amazon customer care they only gave the same excuse your order is with our courier Partner and it will be delivered soon but on website it shows the order is not yet shipped and expected shipping date changes time to time but order is not getting shipped its really a shame on there services what they are giving to there customers and making customer Fool by wrong commitments, the same Amazon cloudtail India have product in stock even than they are not dispatching it, customer is suffering unnecessarily but customer satisfaction is nothing for them, even my money got blocked since one month, I want my order however which I have placed while utilizing my precious time in selecting and placing an order. I request my consumer complaint should be resolved after proper judgement and do Justice, I want these types of website should be punished so that they should take care of customer on priority level and don't make customer disappointed. Please send my Order on priority basis and give compensation of wasting my precious time.

                                        Product received From Amazon after one and a half month, really disappointed with there poor service, need compensation.
