I have placed an order of LG Automatic Washing Machine from Amazon and they delivered through Blue Dart Service. I purchased a product from Amazon online, a Philips viva collection electric induction stove and when i first received the product, it came with no or almost zero packing apart from the manufacturer's box and a cheap third grade 0.2 micron plastic was wrapped around it and the box was utterly in a bad shape and since there was no additional protection for the induction as well, so i guess the plate must have taken quite a jerks and shocks...

I had placed an order wih amazon on 3rd oct and it was to be delivered on 10th oct, since 10th oct i have been contacting amazon customer service i spoke to sindhu, ankita, mathan, jenima, all of them gave me false assurity of delivering my product and till date my product is not delivered.

The product should have been delivered by 12. Oct.2016, there was no one at home, couldn't collect the package, but as per the website statement. It should have been delivered by 13th but there was no calls no msgs no updations in website.
I had called customer care 3 times and they are least bothered about the complaint.
