On 21st August 2016, I placed an order for MOTO E 2nd Gen phone and paid the amount by credit card. However, I cancelled this order[protected]) the very next day since I had accidentally placed the order twice. However, Inspite of following up with amazon customer care there has not been any satisfactory resolution for my request. They have been requesting for tracking details which I didn't have since the product never reached my address.

I want to go ahead and file a complaint for not sending any proper communication and closing the claim with the product vendor without informing me.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Waiting for the reply on above request.

    IPhone ordered on Amazon india.Received Defective piece.Now company is not ready to return and replace the New Item.Both camera defective.Getting blurry images.I have done all correspondence with company.They asked me to send defect confermation letterfrom apple serviice center.I have submit that one also.But now tey refused to return and replace the product.And hang up my phone call. What should I do ?

        I purchased Electric Heating Water Pillow on[protected] against order ID[protected] as prescribed by Doctor, however within one and half months the wire had a short circuit (due to its poor quality) while I was using it under my neck.

        Now I feel very bad about the product and unable to use the same.

        It is therefore requested to arrange to replace the above item in question or refund my hard earned money.

        PLEASE DEAL THE ABOVE MATTER ON TOP PRIORITY as my neck pain has started resuming...

        Kindly find attached herewith Invoice and resolve the issue IMMEDIATELY...

          Hi,
          I had ordered for an Office365 key card annual subscription through Amazon. It was supposed to be delivered on 24-Oct, but the product has not yet been delivered.

          But it shows the status as "Delivered". I reached out to Amazon over phone and chat, and they promise quick revert and ask me to wait for 5 days, since that was the wait/response turn-around time from Amazon.

          I had told them that I cannot wait further and have asked them to cancel the order. I plan to buy it from a local retailer, which would have been faster.

          But still no response from Amazon.

          I need a quick refund on the same.
          It is pathetic that I am subjected to such trash/harsh treatment, being a Prime customer.

          Today(15-Nov), i received a call from Amazon([protected]) asking for delivery information and availability. As stated to the Amazon Agent(over chat) back on 01-Nov-16, i am not interested for the same as i had made alternative arrangements and ordered the same from Microsoft online.

          Earlier, when i had received notifications(related to this order) on delivery from Amazon Agent([protected]). And when i reached out on this #, there was no response. I even went to their warehouse near irimpanam but heard that they have shifted from that place recently and no one was aware of its whereabouts.

          This episode has left a bad slur on my experience with Amazon (while being a customer since 2005 with Amazon.com).

          Amazon had clearly stated that if the item is not delivered by 03-Nov, they would arrange for the re-imbursement. Attaching a copy of the transcript with Amazon agents on 01-Nov.

          Appreciate a quick resolution for all the confusion and pain caused to me.

            6 Days of Complaint and No response from Amazon India. I have asked Amazon to give me what I ordered. I will never order anything from Amazon now and will ask others whom I know, by telling them my experience. This is the last time I have ordered. Prior to this I always praise amazon and kept it above all other online marketers. Now onwards, BIG NO to AMAZON.
            I placed an order on Amazon India for Motorola G Play 4th Gen (Black) Mobile phone on 20th October 2016. It was said to be delivered between 24th and 26th October.
            I bought this as an anniversary gift and want to gift it to my in laws on the festive occasion of Deepawali as their wedding anniversary was on the same date. On 26th October morning, I got message from Amazon India for early delivery of my package and it says that my package will be delivered today. I waited for the entire day so that I don’t miss this delivery. Same day around evening I got another message from the Amazon India that my package could not be delivered as I was not reachable. I immediately called the customer care and told that this is not right as I was waiting for this entire day and I didn’t received any phone call from any courier service. They confirmed that the package will be delivered next day. I was fine with this.
            Next day I got the package delivered and I dint opened it as my husband told it wrap this in the same state and gift it to them. Next I went my hometown where my in laws lived and was happy as I am going to gift them something they want and searching a good option from last few days. I wrapped the package in the gift wrap and gave it to them. They were so happy and so we all were. It got us all shocked when the package was opened. There was no mobile in it and we all found the piece of marble stone inside the box. Initially my relative think that we are playing a prank but when I told everyone that there should be a mobile in it, we were all shocked. It was humiliating and insulting in front of everyone who were present there.
            I couldn’t say anything there and all our happiness was gone. Everyone was not feeling good as they were not happy what just happened and done by Amazon. Amazon ruined our Diwali and all our celebrations. No one was able to celebrate and sadness was everywhere in the family.
            I immediately called the customer care and logged a complaint for this. I was assured that this will be resolved within 3 days. I told them how humiliating and insulting it was. It’s not more than 6 days and nothing has happened. I have repeatedly called them to check the status and every time they have a standard answer “we are looking into this”.
            I have asked Amazon to give me what I ordered. I will never order anything from Amazon now and will ask others whom I know, by telling them my experience. This is the last time I have ordered. Prior to this I always praise amazon and kept it above all other online marketers. I am able to post only one pic, not getting option to upload all. BIG NO To AMAZON.

            I am 71 years old I cannot write 350 words, they took 99.00 from my acct. and I did not get anything I need my money back, cant pay bills this mo.
            I did not approve any such deduction or purches of any item or service...

                I had placed an order with amazon India - Order #[protected] on 3rd Oct 2016, it was suppose to be a gift for my sister, but amazon did not deliver the product after a month as well. It a disgrace to even speak to them, i had called 4 time to customer care checking for the same and every time they assured it will be delivered within 2-3 days but nothing, and when ever i asked for a supervisor to come online, no one would come on line. Spoke to Mr. Arun[protected].35pm) from customer care and asked for a manager to come online but he kept refusing and he processed the refund even after I asked him not to do so. Without my consent he should'not cancel the order.This is really disgraceful and I would never use such a company with the [censored]est customer service ever. Amazon U R a Disgrace in the name of online service

                    I have ordered xiaomi redme note3 on october 26, 2016 from amazon (Order no.:[protected]. Initially it was supposed to be delivered within november 4, 2016 and then they postponed the delivery date to november, 2016. On october 31, 2016, amazon messaged me that my phone is out for delivery and since then i have not received my phone till date.
                    On november 2, 2016, i had contacted amazon customer care verbally as well as dropped a complaint mail, but haven't received any positive results till date. I have already paid for the order.

                      I ordered a redmi watch for 2000 rupees. And the delivered order was a fake and chinese. Also the delivery boy ran away without returning 50 rupees as we gave him 2100 rupees, 50 as a part of delivery charges. Really didn't expect this. You lost your credibility, never going to recommend amazon to anyone in future. It was supposed to be gifted to someone.

                            Late delivery and bad courier services
                            Hi i am prabhakar i have order my mobile on 24th and it was supposed to deliver on 1st which i have not got when i told to reschedule the timing since it's been 4 days no one is bother to call back after my several call to customer care every time i get the answers that product will receive same day but still i have not received also the courier guy number mentioned i called him he told me m number is wrongly updated and end of the day he has updated that additional addresses required which actually was not required he told me we need to update something so i have updated address issue
                            This is what bad service is getting from amazon an one one is bother to call back since 4 daya neither status getting updated
                            I will suggest pls don't go by amazon for bad service

                                  Order #[protected] and order #[protected]. Placed and order on 2nd oct, 2016 and another on 21st oct worth rs.4500/-.

                                  I had to return the products as the quality of the products were not good, and also the website description was inaccurate. I also informed about this to customer care rep, and he assured that to please place a replacement order and you will received the product as per website description. S, i placed a replacement order, but still received the same type of product.

                                  So, i place a request for a refund. But till date i. E 4th november 2016, the products are not yet picked up and i have been following up with them almost every 2-3 days. I every time i hear the same thing, mam this issue has been escalated and it will be picked up by tomorrow. Their tomorrow has not yet arrived. My money is stuck with them for almost a month.

                                  I need my refund asap and compensation from amazon for keeping my money and the time i have wasted for this returningthem

                                      I ordered a mobile phone on 29/10/16. got it delivered on 31/10/16. Its touch stopped working on 04/11/16. When I tried returning this from my order page it was asking run a app on mobile. since my mobile was not working I called them. They said that I have to go to manufacturer service centre and get the job sheet/service denied certificate. I told them, I am a working professional and I cannot go since service centre is operational in working hrs. They say that nothing can be done without required documents.

                                      Why do they not openly state this on their website, this change in return policy if it is going to affect so many consumers and flaunt that they have a return/replacement guarantee on ads.

                                      I can understand ...Amazon has made fraud orders in my account and had took extra shipping charges from me saying that you had ordered the only 2 product not looking at the Amazon fulfillment and it has to be charged with shipping but My order had 4 products they created fake multiple orders in my account and blamed me for not checking it before checkout of order...Hights of Fraud!! They never accepts there mistakes even if the system has made it like this I remembered wht I had ordered...They also sell "chori ka mall" I guess...I ordered a blouse it came with HARD TAGS on it which is in mall for security reasons...They don't understand that such tags should be removed when the sell and dispatch the product

                                        I have ordered Europa twin pad lock & done the payment through debit card. After 4 to 5 days when I check tracking details I saw the message, delayed delivery as per customer request in Ahemadnagar. How can this possible even I don't get any call from courier & even I am not staying in Ahemadnagar. & in tracking details I see the reverse arrow. Very poor service of amazon. Wants a quick reply.
