Dear Sirs,

I had placed order on 16th Oct., 2016 through online shopping at Amazon.in. The payment was instaneously through online payment

I was informed of delivery on 24th Oct., 2016.

Thereafter everyday I tried to reach ut officials at Amazon through Chat or phone call and everybody promised for delivery of 24 to 48 hours.

This limit has not expired and is still running.

Everybody is giving false and misleadng details. At the same time nobody is interested to resolve my issue. (in all have contacted 11 people). .

I was also promised for compensation for delay but till date there is no response in this regards also.

Please requested to help

      I had purchased Royal Oak Mickies Study Desk (Brown) on 18th October 2016 for Rs. 3620 and the website had given me 24th October 2016 as scheduled delivery date.

      I did not receive the product on time and called up on 26th Oct 2016 to enquire about the same. I got the answer that the product quality is bad so the backend team has removed the product from the website itself and I was intimated on the date of delivery that the product is not available.

      I was waiting for the refund but after repeated calling to the customer service I did not get the refund.
      Finally I raised a complaint with the Amazon team on 2-Nov-2016 for the cancellation and refund and I was told that I will get the refund in 2 days max.

      But nothing has happened regarding the refund and when I call up the customer care I am told that there is some technical glitch due to which the product order is not getting cancelled yet and so I will have to wait for the refund for some more time.

      I do not get this how Amazon is working for the same.
      Please help me getting my refund.

        I purchase a item on amazon at the date of[protected] which price is 6599 and order id[protected].It rached on me at the date of[protected].But the item is defected..I return the item through india post( tracking id-ES[protected]IN) at the date of 19-09-16.It reacher to the seller at the date of 02-10-16.In this case they didnot inisiate my refund.After 10 days i did A-Z clame to amazon.They gave me 2 week time.Look sir today is 05-11-16.But i dont recive my money.03-11-16 i again make a call to amazon but didnt response, and again take 48 hour time.What kind of shoping site is this? ther is no customer satisfaction.Now you told me what kind of action i must take

          I placed a order on 27th october order #[protected] for rashid ali or order is [eveready glowy 500-watt mixer grinder (white/blue) with free eveready aa pack of 10 battery sold by: cloudtail india private limited lightning deal] and delivery date in 2nd november but after 2nd november status update delivery attempted on amazon site but no body call me or message me then 3rd november same status updated but also no budy call me again then next day same service available on this,
          After 8 times to talk service center he/she says today your product 100% deliver but after day end updated delivery attempted customer was not ther,
          I am very irritated on this i want to solution on this and i also want late delivery rebate.

                Dear Sir/Madam, I am kulvinder Singh Gill, i have ordered two products, one is Levis inner wear of Rs 185/- and the other one is of Jockey inner wear of Rs 160/-. At the day of delivery, Amazon agent does not come to my home to deliver and refused the products by himself. On the next day, when i got text from Amazon that if you have not refused the product then contact customer care.

                When i called the Amazon Agent mobile number on [protected], he started literally abusing and misbehaving. Amazon agent told me that he will always refuse my products from the next time also. When i told him that i will take action against you, he threatened me and told no one can do anything against neither you nor Amazon.

                  but i didn't received the parcel, but company say it is delivered to you. Company and its service worker are defoliated. Company is making costumers fools.
                  I ordered a phone through amazon it will deliver within 2-3 days
                  i waited for my phone and after two to three days it gave me an update that the product was delivered to you successfully but i didn't received the product at all after few hours it text ed me that the product was not delivered to you because the costumer out of reach infarct i was available at my home all the day they did not tyexted me about my product at a ll itr shows that my product was delivered at my city two days before but when i called the office to pick up my product it says that your product has been misplaced by us they had sold the phone in black market i never saw such a worst company ever

                      Is a defective, substandard, unfinished and not as described product. check the pictures related to it. kindly refund, would find a usable item at a local store.

                      Good branded cookers are available for same price at local shops. have no idea why do such things, dumping scrappy items in online stores. the basic thing is, one cannot use the cookware as it is unfinished half made straight from factory that too for full payment. handles placed wide, edges rough and sharp and finish is of a unbranded one. do prestige produce such products? feedbacks seem to much true.

                      Another, on return have to provide a bank ac available in amazon list or should have giftcard ac. if a buyer dont have both what then? easy way to have a ewallet option.

                      Though filed a refund, what about the time spend over order and unwanted difficulties.

                      Bank AC for Refund

                      Noe for refund have provided Indian Bank co-brand pallavan gram bank ac. Not sure weather the refund would transfer properly. The only other card have is Yes Bank Co-brand IYC Prepaid Card that does not have Branch Name and IFSC Code. For unknown reason amazon ask for this two particulars when add bank AC for refund. Not at all ask for AC holder name. Once selected the bank name the next to ask, AC number and AC holder could do. When online purchase is made with this particulars alone why Branch Name and IFSC Code for refund.

                      Now if amazon apply a gift card/voucher code to the associated amazon AC and transfer the refund to it, would be fine. Do guide.

                        After returning products, I have already communicated with customer care two times. Your agents says refund is initiated but the thing is I do not have money refunded into my bank account.
                        Whats going on Amazon, it is really disappointing, people knows amazon.in for good services. but this is worst experience till now. :(

                          On 21st August 2016, I placed an order for MOTO E 2nd Gen phone and paid the amount by credit card. However, I cancelled this order[protected]) the very next day since I had accidentally placed the order twice. However, Inspite of following up with amazon customer care there has not been any satisfactory resolution for my request. They have been requesting for tracking details which I didn't have since the product never reached my address.

                          I want to go ahead and file a complaint for not sending any proper communication and closing the claim with the product vendor without informing me.

                                I purchased Electric Heating Water Pillow on[protected] against order ID[protected] as prescribed by Doctor, however within one and half months the wire had a short circuit (due to its poor quality) while I was using it under my neck.

                                Now I feel very bad about the product and unable to use the same.

                                It is therefore requested to arrange to replace the above item in question or refund my hard earned money.

                                PLEASE DEAL THE ABOVE MATTER ON TOP PRIORITY as my neck pain has started resuming...

                                  Hi,
                                  I had ordered for an Office365 key card annual subscription through Amazon. It was supposed to be delivered on 24-Oct, but the product has not yet been delivered.

                                  But it shows the status as "Delivered". I reached out to Amazon over phone and chat, and they promise quick revert and ask me to wait for 5 days, since that was the wait/response turn-around time from Amazon.

                                  I had told them that I cannot wait further and have asked them to cancel the order. I plan to buy it from a local retailer, which would have been faster.

                                  But still no response from Amazon.

                                  I need a quick refund on the same.
                                  It is pathetic that I am subjected to such trash/harsh treatment, being a Prime customer.

                                  Today(15-Nov), i received a call from Amazon([protected]) asking for delivery information and availability. As stated to the Amazon Agent(over chat) back on 01-Nov-16, i am not interested for the same as i had made alternative arrangements and ordered the same from Microsoft online.

                                  Earlier, when i had received notifications(related to this order) on delivery from Amazon Agent([protected]). And when i reached out on this #, there was no response. I even went to their warehouse near irimpanam but heard that they have shifted from that place recently and no one was aware of its whereabouts.

                                  This episode has left a bad slur on my experience with Amazon (while being a customer since 2005 with Amazon.com).

                                  Amazon had clearly stated that if the item is not delivered by 03-Nov, they would arrange for the re-imbursement. Attaching a copy of the transcript with Amazon agents on 01-Nov.

                                  Appreciate a quick resolution for all the confusion and pain caused to me.

                                    6 Days of Complaint and No response from Amazon India. I have asked Amazon to give me what I ordered. I will never order anything from Amazon now and will ask others whom I know, by telling them my experience. This is the last time I have ordered. Prior to this I always praise amazon and kept it above all other online marketers. Now onwards, BIG NO to AMAZON.
                                    I placed an order on Amazon India for Motorola G Play 4th Gen (Black) Mobile phone on 20th October 2016. It was said to be delivered between 24th and 26th October.
                                    I bought this as an anniversary gift and want to gift it to my in laws on the festive occasion of Deepawali as their wedding anniversary was on the same date. On 26th October morning, I got message from Amazon India for early delivery of my package and it says that my package will be delivered today. I waited for the entire day so that I don’t miss this delivery. Same day around evening I got another message from the Amazon India that my package could not be delivered as I was not reachable. I immediately called the customer care and told that this is not right as I was waiting for this entire day and I didn’t received any phone call from any courier service. They confirmed that the package will be delivered next day. I was fine with this.
                                    Next day I got the package delivered and I dint opened it as my husband told it wrap this in the same state and gift it to them. Next I went my hometown where my in laws lived and was happy as I am going to gift them something they want and searching a good option from last few days. I wrapped the package in the gift wrap and gave it to them. They were so happy and so we all were. It got us all shocked when the package was opened. There was no mobile in it and we all found the piece of marble stone inside the box. Initially my relative think that we are playing a prank but when I told everyone that there should be a mobile in it, we were all shocked. It was humiliating and insulting in front of everyone who were present there.
                                    I couldn’t say anything there and all our happiness was gone. Everyone was not feeling good as they were not happy what just happened and done by Amazon. Amazon ruined our Diwali and all our celebrations. No one was able to celebrate and sadness was everywhere in the family.
                                    I immediately called the customer care and logged a complaint for this. I was assured that this will be resolved within 3 days. I told them how humiliating and insulting it was. It’s not more than 6 days and nothing has happened. I have repeatedly called them to check the status and every time they have a standard answer “we are looking into this”.
                                    I have asked Amazon to give me what I ordered. I will never order anything from Amazon now and will ask others whom I know, by telling them my experience. This is the last time I have ordered. Prior to this I always praise amazon and kept it above all other online marketers. I am able to post only one pic, not getting option to upload all. BIG NO To AMAZON.

                                        I had placed an order with amazon India - Order #[protected] on 3rd Oct 2016, it was suppose to be a gift for my sister, but amazon did not deliver the product after a month as well. It a disgrace to even speak to them, i had called 4 time to customer care checking for the same and every time they assured it will be delivered within 2-3 days but nothing, and when ever i asked for a supervisor to come online, no one would come on line. Spoke to Mr. Arun[protected].35pm) from customer care and asked for a manager to come online but he kept refusing and he processed the refund even after I asked him not to do so. Without my consent he should'not cancel the order.This is really disgraceful and I would never use such a company with the [censored]est customer service ever.
