I ordered a moto g4 play on 18 th of October with advance payment ..& it is supposed to delivered on 24 th but haven't received yet.. i called customer care several times but no assurance from them..

should i launch a complaint against them in national consumer forum?

    I ordered an hp cartridge 703 (black) long back with advance payment. I was informed on 3rd of Nov.2016 that no one was available for receiving delivery. This is 100% false. OK even if the delivery person could not find me, why did he not ring me up ? Why does the Company ask customers to mention the Mobile Number? My order No is Order Id:[protected]. Its a matter of shame for a company of this fame.

    One more point that I wish to raise. Why does Amazon not give freedom to the customers to lodge their complaints on their Tracking page ?

    This happened with lot of customer. I am also suffering from it in same way. Below is my issue details

    I am fed up with Amazon and it courier services.Amazon push my product to Aramex courier service to deliver my package. The detail are
    Courier: ARAMEX, Tracking #: [protected].

    I have placed an order long time back on amazon and it was expected to be delivered by Friday 11Nov2016.
    Its Courier service man(Aramex delivery boy) are such a big liar, they even didnt visit at my home and mentioned that could not deliver because customer was not at home. They are lying because they didnt even call me while generaly delivery boy calls before coming at home. Even i shared alternate number too but still they didnt call on any of the number.
    I raised complaint on Amazon three times, they don't have any service like they could give some service request number. So cannot track history of complaints.
    I call them daily and for last three days neither i am getting my product nor i am getting any call from courier service. Amazon daily told me that my issue is escalated and it will be delivered today but still they could not help to resolve the issue. Its Sunday, 13Nov2016 and still my product is not delivered.
    Amazon is such a third class service and same way its courier service is. Isn't Amazon does not have any way that it could help to resolve the customer issue. They have such a practical scenario that its courier service is doing fraud and Amazon cannot do anything in that.
    Shame on such a big company. In india that is the reason that Amazon like companies are not trustworthy and they are just big flop who take your money and then make customer life hell with their poor services.

    I dont recommend anyone for Amazon because if you are planning to gift some product to someone then you will face that event is pass away and your product is yet not delivered and even not delivered late too.
    Amazon is disturbing online market and doing fraud with indian citizen. such fraudcompanies should expell from our country. This can be done only by not buying product from this mischief company.

    Fed-up with the services of Amazon and never like to be its customer again. Only one solution for such fraud company and that is only to drag these companies to the court for justice. I would like to claim for my money, my mental harrasement and time wasted by this company. If i were in UK then this company would have been crying for this big fraud.

      Actually maine 6 oct.2016 ko moto g4 plus purchase kiya tha laken ab usme first display problem aa gai display mai apne app white lines show ho rahi hai or kuch nahi ho raha and second jack ke pass crack hai jo maine dekha hi nahi pehle laken ab dekha to maine call ki laken customer care walo ne kaha ki ab bo kuch nahi kar sakte. please help me !

        Yesterday on 2/nov/2016 received my package of i phone 7 with order id:[protected] from amazon.in with the tracking id is[protected]. when i opened the box i found that instated of an apple i phone 7 i got a soap bar packed in a fully sealed package. i have all the videos and pictures to show as proof.

          Dear sir,

          I have given order (order reference no. order#[protected] dt 17.10.2016) of rs. 595/- to amazon india. there was 2 different items. i have received only one items out off that two. another item was missing. i have raised my voice to amazon customer care immediately on 20.10.2016 when they updated the delivery status as successful, though i have not received that item. i told them to check my consignment they told 1st that the consignment is with courier guy after that they have asked 7 days time to deliver a fresh but till now i have not clear what happen with my consignment. so please resolve the issue.

              I purchased a philips viva air fryer on amazon. I opened the pack two days back and find that they have delivered a broken product. Now they are refusing to replace it saying i have delayed in raising the complaint. Attached photographs will show that product has not even been used and it is complete packaging failure. Philips wants to charge for parts if we take their warranty. Completely poor packaging and terrible handling of complaint by amazon.

                I have requested for the return of this order #[protected] on 18.10.2016 and a pickup date had been scheduled by amazon on 19.10.16. but the courier company did not try to contact me and they rescheduled the date and finally my return request was cancelled. then i contact the customer service agent of amazon and he assured me and scheduled for an another pickup date. but again the courier company rescheduled the date and finally my return request was cancelled. again i contact the customer service agent and rescheduled for a another date of pickup but courier did not come for the pick up as usual and further rescheduled the date and finally canceled my return request.

                Sometimes i feel they are playing hide and seek game with me. i have nothing to say on this poor service by amazon.
                Please try to arrange the return of my product and refund my amount as soon as possible.

                    This order was to be delivered on 02 nov. No updates were there on website on that day. I called amazon thrice the same day and then i received a message stating the package will be delivered today along with amazon delivery agent's phone number. However, when i called that agent, he stated that he does not have my package. Then later on i see that the site states the package was attempted to be delivered at 11.14 pm and customer was not available. That too on a commercial address for which amazon's delivery timings are 10 am to 6 pm. I called customer care again on 03 nov and the executive states they will deliver the package tomorrow i. E. On 04 nov. I had ordered this item to gift it to someone on his birthday. It is of no use to me now. Amazon ruined my relations with a person and amazon should pay for this

                      I placed a sony mdr-zx110a stereo on-ear headphone (White) order on 26th october 2016 through amazon. Order no #[protected]. The item was supposed to be delivered through india post with tracking no aw[protected]in. I received the item today 3rd november from india post. But when i open the package, it was totally empty.
                      Now i am cheated by amazon india or by india post courier service. Please help me to get back my item. I am attaching the order invoice and the delivery packet adress picture.

                        I ordered a redmi note 3 32 gb phone which was delivered on 2nd nov, 2016.

                        But it's not detecting sim card even though sim is inserted properly. Neither it is detecting wi-fi. I wanted to return the product but the return policy is horrible. It asks to visit a url from the affected device which is not possible in my case as the phone is not even getting connected to internet. How is it possible to visit a url from the affected device?

                        I have been using redmi phones from last 1 year but never seen such a huge blunder. This return policy is created in such a way that the customers fed up and stop using amazon any longer.

                        Last date to return the product is 15th nov, 2016 and i am not sure how that can be done. Amazon has to understand that there are very few xiaomi service centres and it is not feasible for customers to go to service centre whenever they have such challenges in the newly purchased product. The product was purchased from amazon and they should be responsible end-to-end. Why the customers should bear the pain of going to service centre for a brand new product that is defective.

                          I had ordered a samsung curved monitor and as per the offer amazon.in had to provide me samsung level u headset promo code before 31st october 2016. Its 3rd november 2016 and i havent recieved the code yet. The customer service executive placed my call on hold for more than 5 mins and didnt even get back. I wish for a resolution to this as soon as possible.

                              Hello amazon,

                              This is nagarjuna. i have ordered honor 5c grey colour mobile on 29-oct-16, order #[protected]. delivery person came on tuesday for two times but he never called me. how come this is possible, he is supposed to call me right? though i called to that delivery person but he is not responding to my call. even i have called to amazon care but they are convincing me from last two days they are telling that product will be delivered today. what should i do now??? is this a fraud??? i got cheated?? i will go to local police and will file a case??? i need a solution by end of the day.

                                I had placed the order[protected], with amazon indian it was schedule to deliver on 1-11-16 i call the courier agent 3 time he inform it will be delivered by late night, later when i call in night he informed missed delivery. then on 2-11-16 i had follow-up with the customer care he informed delivered assure on 2-11-16 but it not delivered yet, i am an prime member, the delivred should has done in 2 day now its 5 days but no update.

                                worst service i got from amazon, order has baby products.

                                  I booked this order ontuesday 25 october 2016 4:19 pm (Ist). Today is 10th day of booking i don't know where is my shipment. On tuesday 1st nov amazon provide me delivery boy mobile number his number is switch off wholeday i traied many times to amazon customer service but problem still same. My shipment reached gurgaon on 28th october in the morning, today is the 7th day shipment not deliver to me in central delhi (Only 20km far from gurgaon ofice).

                                      Every time i order anything from amazon it is not delivered on date as per sms. Its always delayed. And they tag it incorrectly 'customer unavailable'

                                      The customer service agents make false promises and product status is not known even by them. They just play with words and waste our time. If they can't deliver on date promised then why do they give date!

                                        I was brought a handset honor holly 2 plus on 19th oct'16 and same should be delivered on 25th oct'16 but yet not delivered and when discussed with customer care they told that item route was changes hence not deliver and they have raised replacement request.

                                        My question is that who will bear damages of 14 days during this period my connectivity was lost.
                                        Please let me know amount damages for the period.. I am expecting free handset of honor holly 2 plus as damages.
