I booked above Wonderchef 400 watt Nutri-Blend, white mixer on 17 October 2016. But, till now I am not getting my product after series of followups through phone calls with your customer care executives. They always give false commitments and fails to resolve my complaint. on 23rd I received a phone call from your courier boy I request to him that give my product at my home in sector-7 but he refused and give assurance that he delivered the product in next day at my delivery address. but still, after many false attempts I am not getting my product.

As I frequently purchase lots of things from Amazon, I am 2nd time facing these types problem with courier team. They always give false commitment and come to my premises in late hours.

Now, I am going to cancel my order and never ever purchase anything through this site. As I have many options to choose another site for online purchasing.

Amazon having very poor service of delivery

    I have ordered product in Amazon India Website and details are given below.
    Order Date: 4 October 2016
    Order #:[protected], Product name:Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 (Dark Grey, 32GB). I have paid the amount using my credit card and the expected delivery of the product is 13th October. Till date i have not received product, amazon and it's courier partner are bluffing and cheating me by providing wrong tracking details such as customer is not available. I have made couple of calls to the team but they are not providing any resolution other than saying me to wait till it got delivered.

      I have placed a order of american tourister in amazon on 1st oct 2016 by paying a amount of 5, 050. On purchase of the product i have enquired about the delivery to the customer care ; it was promised that it would be delivered within the next 2-3 business days.
      But this product delivery was postponed more than 4 times (After calling to customer care more than 20 times it was of no use).
      Finally i fed up with the response of delivery and customer care ; so i cancelled the order on 18th oct (Tentative) by contacting the customer care again. It was promised by them that money would be refunded within next 2 days.
      Till now the money is not credited, when asked the customer care people regarding the same they respond with the regular way of "sorry it was being taken care... Bla... Bla"

      Till now the money is not credited in to my account.

      I have all the details in mails and photos taken (If needed can provide)

        After calling 5 to 10 Times no one is coming for the pick of the piece which i got defected every tym i call customer service they only say sir aaj pakka pick up ho jayega i wanted to gift it on diwali to my special ones but this bad service of amazon i'll never use or orderr again from here waste of money, from last three days my pick up time is getting reschedule but u no one is contacting me or even i am not getting any response from the customer service.i had called 5 to 10 times given two alternate numbers but that also of no use are they listening to us or not plzzz yrr solve my issue

          I had placed an order for xiaomi redmi note 3 (Price - rs. 10, 999 with additional 20% cashback within 5th january, 2017) on 3rd october, 2016 in amazon india. The first shipment starts on 7th october via blue dart courier service. The first delivery date was scheduled to 14-17th october which got rescheduled to 20th october to 24th october. I have following up with amazon from 17th october about my product. Every time they will say wait for some more time, we are looking into it and following up with blue-dart though nothing was really happening in reality.
          On 25th october, i got to know that my product delivery got cancelled due to some unknown reason. Immediately, i called amazon customer care about this particular situation, after a long discussion the lady (Urvashi) assured me that they are doing an replacement on this product with the same price and same offer. But after sometime, she told me that this product is not available from the same seller, hence i will not be eligible for the cashback. As i faced lots of difficulties for this product, she assured me that instead of the replacement, they will give a full refund along with the cashback of 20%. She also ensured me that she will drop me an e-mail about this.
          After waiting for 1 hour, when i didn't receive any e-mail from her, i called amazon again. But this time, one guy from the same team (Refund & return dept.) contradicted by saying that we can't give you the cashback as this is against our policy.

          Dear sir,
          I would like to state that i am not greedy for the cashback. But the amount of harassment i had to go through for this product from amazon, i would really like to file a police complaint against this e-commerce giant.

          Please do something.

            ​I bought Oneplus Three Mobile from Amazon on 17th Sep 2016, The phone is delivered on 26th Sep 2016.The phone is not working properly, I am facing below issue with mobile.

            1.Network is suddenly vanishing.
            2.Touch Keyboard is not working as it should be.
            3.Heat dissipation.
            4.Phone is crashing sometimes.

            With all these I am anyhow not interested to use this phone. So I called Amazon customer care for cancellation on 4th Oct 2016 to return phone, They are asking me to go to service center to get it repaired. I am not interested to go to service center. Why I am not interested to go to service center is it a brand new phone how can they ask customer to go behind service center with in week.

            So after all this, They are telling they wont accept return on this, But before purchasing this mobile I called customer care and asked what is return window for Oneplus Three, He sad there is 10days return policy on that phone. But now when I am asking for return they said there is no return on this, when I told that one guy from Amazon said there is return policy, she is telling that he had given wrong information, she is saying sorry for that. Saying sorry will solve my problem? Simple sorry will vanish the solve my problem? My demand is they should accept my cancellation because one of the executive said so. I am sending the mail which I received from Amazon and sending screen sheets how network in vanishing and keypad is not working. I hope Amazon care about the customer.

            You can only return the Phone to us within 10 days if there is external damage. And if the phone is defective you will have to download the smart check app and visit the service center for further assistance.

            so we will take this as feedback and make sure it is not repeated. And action will be taken against that particular agent.

                  Amazon.in order #[protected] if you ever want to put yourself into risk at getting products at time and further humiliation and alot of harrassment then "ek bar amazon try to kar". i ordered a shoes from amazon on 5th October and the track status showed that it reached my city on 9th october but it didn't get delivered to me and the reason i was given for whole week was my address is unlocatable when i have always received the products at same address and my home is in heart of city. so i was told to some more nearby landmarks and i did as i was told. The customer care service executive aste so misleading so never believe when they say we are trying our best to get your product delivered within 24 hours. After losing my patience i told them to give me the courrier agency contact number so i can get it by myself but the amazon denied doing that. This continued for another 10 days and in the end i was told that my product is lost in transit and the sum i paid will be credited into my account within 5 days but it has been a week since i haven't received my money back and recently i got an email from amazon that your product is sent back to the consignor and you will receive your payment once the product is recorded. this is height of stupidity and the cheapest service in whole world. i want to know why is there a delay in crediting the money back into my account when you already know the product never reached me. i wish i had time to sue this cheapest company

                    I’ve purchased 6 Blackberry Z3 Mobile from your website amazon.in on 21 July 2016 with 6 tempered Glasses but I’ve observed that all Mobiles are faulty and not working properly. After 15 days l’ve faced display problem with one of blackberry Z3 Mobile, for solution I have contacted with your customer support team and requested them for replacement but they replied we can accept return request within 10 days after delivery so we can’t accept your request so now you have to visit your nearby blackberry service center, next day I had visited Blackberry service center but they dined to provide any service support because I don’t have any Invoice copy of my order, and your seller didn’t sent any invoice detail with order neither got from your side. Again I’ve contacted with your team for invoice detail but again they answered that go online and request to seller for your invoice.
                    From that day I’m frequently contacting with you and seller (Seller suggested by you) for Invoice detail and for Replacement but both of you (amazon & seller) making excuses and false commitments and not serious on this matter I don’t know why. I’m suffering with your lethargic service from last more than 2 month.

                      False delivery attempts were published by amazon. Neither they called us nor attempted to deliver. Its been already 20 days till date and now i am asked to cancel the order and book new one without the exchange offer. The money was paid in advance to gift my daughter for Dasara. We kept the exchange piece ready and we wasted lot of time and money in trying to reach customer care and amazon delivery agent. 3 times it was We have CCTV footage to prove that none of them attempted to deliver.

                      The kind of tension we went through in following up and our money got blocked for 20 days. We need proper action to be taken against it as soon as possible. We are expecting a new phone with same cost and additional penalty on team for the delay and tension we went through in the process

                        I have ordered an western dress for birthday gift on 19th OCT 2016.
                        today 26th OCT. without any verification from your side How the product has returned ? I have given all my address details. And Continue I have communicated with your customer care executives on 23rd, 24th and 25th @ 10 A.M in the morning and 8 P.M in the Evening. Each and everybody of the executives said that "your product reached on next day mam". But today when I tracked my order details then I saw that product has returned to Amazon.in. How is it possible?                           I have ordered Moto G on exchange offer. On 24th Oct., the delivery boy did not delivered the product citing damage on the back cover of the mobile to be exchanged. (The damage we could not identify as it is minute chip-on). I contacted Amazon customer care (Soujanya) and they assured that they will re-send the product.

                          The product again reached home on 25th Oct but not delivered again by citing a different problem this time which is of battery. Note that the battery is in good working condition and the mobile is in use. During both time I was in office and my wife was dealing with these delivery boys. The delivery boy did not even wait for a call to customer care at Amazon.

                          Today, 26th Oct I again contacted Amazon customer care (Anita) and to my surprise got information that the product is rejected due to the mistake of the delivery service. To rectify the mistake, they informed me to re-purchase the product from website (Since the product is rejected) so that they can help me get the product. However, I will not try this option as I lost the trust.

                          I need following clarification and help, if possible, to get the product.
                          1. In the absence of the clarity of "condition for exchange" how customer can trust these exchange offers.
                          2. What is the criteria for rejecting as two different delivery boys cited two different problems to reject the mobile.
                          3. Why customers to suffer for the mistake by Amazon deliver service? Why the mistake as admitted by Amazon customer service cannot be rectified by resending the right person to evaluate the mobile.
                          4. Why the customer is not notified before rejecting the product.

                            I ordered 2 phone's from amazon 1+3 & Mi Max, both the delivery was scheduled on 24th October, but haven't received the same, customer service of amazon is helpless as they are hired to only share TAT... After talking to half a dozen Advisor's.. till now delivery is not received.. And on top of this amazon on there App updated that the delivery attempt was made on 24th October by (11:04pm) m actually amazed to see the status as it says Pm... Is amazon insane... I'm completely disappointed with Amazon delivery service... It's pathetic

                              My name is Jewel Shetty. I bought Coolpad note 5 couple of days ago and I facing call drop issue with the phone. The microphone also doesn't work sometimes and the phone also gets overheated a lot. I spoke with your representatives named Niketan and Varun and both were not helpful. Both were not ready to listen to my problem and were interfering while I was speaking. This was a real bad experience with Amazon. They asked me to refer a app which was not working on the phone. Even while talking to them the call got disconnected couple of times and even they noticed that issue. They asked me to contact manufacturer for this issue while is totally unacceptable. I have purchased the product from Amazon and there is no point of me contacting the manufacturer for the defect as the mediator is Amazon. The conversation with them was pathetic and even after my humble requets they were repeating the same thing again and again. And when requested for a supervisor or manager, they didn't bother to listen me. Maybe Amazon doesn't want to replace or refund this product as mentioned on the website. Even I requested them that I don't want a refund as I was about a different phone from Amazon. Amazon should take their customers seriously and harassing customers for the refund procedure is not right. I should take this incident to the social media stating that there is no after sales support for this product from Amazon.

                                Recently i bought LG G5 phone from amazon and it was damaged from the bottom side. battery case does not close properly from left bottom side.
                                when i talked to amazon customer care executive about the replacement of the product.they told me that they cannot process the replacement because the stock with the seller is currently not available". but i saw on there website the same product is available with same seller.when i told them about this they replied me there is some glitch on website the stock is visible on website but not available with us.

                                i have bought my phone around 33k in amazon deal but now the actual price of product is 40k and they did not replace my product instead they told me that your money will be refunded. but now on every website the price of product is around 40k because deal is over from everywhere.

                                  Before we start i want to let you know this email and the response to this will ne shared to other complaints.

                                  Secondly i do not want this to dealt with MINHAJ or DEEPA, (with no disrespect - i feel they are incompetent and incapable to resolve this)
                                  And im just 1 step away from going to consumer court about this.

                                  I have 4 attachments which are proofs which i am sending you guys.

                                  So starting by the 1st complaint.
                                  Plesse listen to my calls and emails from 12th oct.

                                  1. Chevit combo shoes speedwike

                                  I ordered this on 3rd oct.. The delivery date was 12th,

                                  I ordered this so i could play tennis matches so it was very important for me i took a day off from work to receive this item,
                                  The item was not delivered i called cust service, i was promised the item will be delivered on 13th oct,
                                  I said never mind- i took a loss of day work and salary,
                                  I couldnt afford to stay home to receive this so next day i went to work, but i told my cousin to receive my package on my behalf when he comes to the home.

                                  No delivery on that day, i was upset i called cust service- they offered me Rs 100 gift card as compensation and i was told i will get it by 14th oct as a promise.

                                  On 14th oct i waited myself to pick this up, i waited till 2pm, no one came to deliver.. I took a half day and when to office late as i thought the delivery guy might come late evening..
                                  But no one came i wrote email complaint i was given Rs200 gift card.
                                  Then i was told please wait for next day.
                                  And again they promise it will be delivered.
                                  No one came,

                                  So i spoke to Leadership team now over phone, they said we give you Rs100 gift card please wait till 17th oct and they promise they will deliver.

                                  I received a call on 16th oct SUNDAY for delivery, as it ws sunday nobody was at home to receive this, i said to the delivey guy can they deliver it tomorow... He said yes they will deliver it tomorow.

                                  17th monday morning i was waiting, called the same delivery guy number it was switch off so called cust service they said please wait the order will be delivered before evening.

                                  SO I TOOK A DAY OFF from work,
                                  Nobody came,
                                  I spoke to leadership team again, nobody was ready to help as they daid there was no movement of the item and they are unable to track.
                                  I wrote email complaints, same guy or girl MINHAJ unable to help.

                                  I start sending complaint email to managing director s about this,

                                  Because amazon was not ready to compensate for my time loss and money loss.

                                  I called everyday on 17th 18th and 19th
                                  I was told same things all wrong info false promise - stating i will receive it tmrw.

                                  The order was actually lost in transit in HINJEWADI WAREHOUSE, Nobody could find it and they had to search for 4 hours as the transport manager had ordered them

                                  I received the order on 19th oct at 11pm (yes at night)
                                  So you guys can imagine the frustration,

                                  Ordered on 3rd oct received on 19thoct
                                  Order Rs 1200 which had Rs 300 delivery charge.

                                  I took 2 leaves from office and 2 half days to receive this which is a loss of Rs 2400.

                                  Amazon compensation was Rs 400 gift card,
                                  But for me its actualy Rs 100 because Rs 300 should have been cancelled as its a failed delivery amazon could not delive this on time. So that Rs 300 gift card is not valid.

                                  My calls records show i have more 32 calls made to amazon and 17 emails sent for this.
                                  Do you know the time wasted on this?

                                  This is just the start of the inconvenience.

                                  I received the shoes when started to wear this thats when i realised amazon seller has screwed my 2 weeks.

                                  The size i received was number 9 but i ordered number 10.

                                  The shoe does not fit.

                                  You guys made me wait for 17days, after 32 calls, the seller sends me wrong shoes.
                                  How pathetic is that seller because THIS CASUALLY AMAZON IS DOING BUSINESS.
                                  This might not be Amazon mistake but
                                  YOU BLIND trust your sellers.

                                  The seller and amazon just care about their business.
                                  When size 10 went out of stock you guys sent size 9 thinking customer will not notice if it fits.

                                  This is bad business, everyone should know about this.

                                  Amazon has to compensate for this

                                  2nd complaint similar to 1st but with no late delivery but amazon worst agent.

                                  On 16th oct i ordered gold chain 28inch size (please see attachment) everything was ok until next day,
                                  The picture, the item name eveything got automatically changed into Rudraksh chain which i never ordered.

                                  I called on 17th oct at 8.30 morning (check the calls) i informed the scenario.

                                  My call was transfered to cancellation and refunds,
                                  I explained him again that i never order rudraksh chain.

                                  Advisor said- HE HAS CANCELLED THE ORDER, i will get my money back Rs 200 gift card after 24 hours in my acc and Rs 40 in my credit card within 3 days.

                                  I was waiting for it, there was no refund.

                                  I got this item delivered to my house on 20th,
                                  I thought it was my tennis dampener which i order, i helped thevdelivey with address for next customer..
                                  Before i realised it was a jewelery which i had cancelled he was gone.

                                  My question is why amazon has no value for customers time and efforts,

                                  I wasted hour hour and spoke and cancelled this order.

                                  If i was promised by the advisor the order is cancelled and i will get refund in next 24 hours... Why was it not done?

                                  I need amazon to take strict action against that advisor.

                                  He has caused me lot of time my energy and money waste as i had to arrange returns to amazon again.

                                  No compensation was given to me for this amazon hassle neither from leadership team neither by Deepa from email resolution team.

                                  Amazon needs to compensate this to me.

                                  3rd and last - after being pathetically treated by your leadership team..
                                  I decided to return the wrong shoes and chain jewelery delivered.

                                  I was told by the leadership- Sir its simple, return the order and get your money back.
                                  We cant help you any other way.
                                  He spoke to as if he was doing a favour to me.

                                  Thats why i decided no more shopping from amazon.

                                  I arranged for returns next day on 21st oct between 8am to 11pm

                                  As i work in a bpo from 10am to 8pm this was only slot available, so i decided to take half day from work causing Rs 400 loss for me.

                                  Next day i waited till 11am nobody called or came,

                                  Around 11pm i got message from amazon stating my delivery is RESCHEDULED between 5pm to 8pm

                                  My question you guys are working fir this nd earning because if this?

                                  Who gave amazon the pernission to reschedule my returns?
                                  You have the audacity to do that without informing me?
                                  Do you think we are unemployed and free for amazon whenever you guys think?

                                  I want to raise a complaint against whoever rescheduled my timings,

                                  Because of it i lost rs 400 due to half day and the shoes have not been returned as the returns guy got into an arguement with saying he will not come anytime before 5pm..
                                  And i can do whatever i can but he will not come.

                                  I will not talk about false promise,
                                  Wrong info,
                                  Number of calls, emails sent

                                  Lets discuss only monetary

                                  So in total for these 2 items shoes and jewelery i had loss of Rs 2800 (2 leaves and 3 half days)
                                  I will not blame it completely on amazon because the sellers were at fault too, and 1 of your guys from refunds was at fault too,
                                  So amazon has to refund me 50% of this..
                                  Amazon has Refunded or compensated for Rs 400
                                  So amazon has to refund me Rs 1000.

                                  Based on all the interactions i ever had
                                  Amazon i have realised nobody cares about my time, all you guys care about is your business.
                                  Amazon has to start taking customers time more seriously.

                                  Compensate me Rs 1000 so that we can close this here because i have already started searching for third party complaints where i can share this.

                                    I order a 2 pair of shoes on 18 oct 2016...and the expected time to reach this shoes in my house 22 oct but it not reach on time ...this is a gift for somebody but because of amazon delivery i m not able to gift my friend ...it is not expected form amazon...

                                        Bough a furniture from Amazon but they have not sent any carpenter to assemble the furniture, and they are not taking any responsibility of fixing the issue even after calling customer care.
