I have ordered moto g4 plus on 2nd oct. From amazon. I had been assured to get the product on or before 13th oct. But till date i have not received the product.
I called customer care 3 times, every time i was promised to get the product tomorrow by 8 pm. I needed the product badly as a gift for my mom's birthday, but till now only false promises from amazon i have received, and what really frustrating was they are asking me to cancel...

Details : i had ordered a mobile phone (moto g plus, 4th gen - white, 32 gb) from amazon.com with order no#[protected] on 3rd october. it was supposed to be delivered between 7-10th october. but even after contacting customer care several times over the period of last 3 days its not yet delivered. every time i talk to customer care they promise me that they have accelerated the issue to higher level and contacted courier service...

Amazon india sale sucks big time...

I placed the order on 4th oct'16 during the sale of a one plus 3 mobile phone, they committed a delivery date of 13th oct'16 which according to me was already too much but because of rush. To my surprise this early morning at 02:00 am they updated status as "customer rescheduled the delivery" which i never did. Now they are asking me to wait till tomorrow and package is still lying at bangalore facility.

I m devarasan from alandur, chennai behind of s-1 mount police quarters... My wife name is renukka shree as a sub-inspector of police was booking english book before two days. On 13.10.2016 at 17.19 at our amazon company delivery one man was contact through cell phone [protected] with me and he was said that without respect, vulgar words also i am working in chennai police... Pls necessary action taken against delivery...

I have been speaking to customer service and escalation team regarding my phone not delivered as guaranteed. Instead of providing me with the solution they just ask to wait for another 24-48 hours and end chat without even giving the solution.
Why is it so difficult to contact your own department for tracking and delivering!!
I have never experienced such a pathetic service from any other company. I normally keep on buying products...

Dissatisfaction and Trouble – Mobile shopping from Amazon.
Amazon Great Indian Festival (1st – 5th Oct’16) proved to be a real nightmare. Replacement was guaranteed within10 days of purchase but in vain as they are not ready to replace or refund the money and is stating...

The product received was defective. the led back light did not work. after talking to amazon customer service, they finally accepted to send a replacement.

Replacement order was created on 06-oct-2016. order #[protected]. the replacement product also was defective. it had the exact same problem as the earlier one.

I had ordered the above mentioned laptop from amazon. I received this product on 5th OCT, 2016. I called amazon customer service that the product they have sent is not functional and i need to return this. They said that I can return a product only after 3 days of delivery. I called in again after 3 days and they said that I cannot return the product as they can only replace. I said that this product is eligible under your return policy....
