First contact with customer care on oct 25, 2016, they assured it will be delivered by oct 27, 2016.
2nd follow up on oct 27, 2016, said there was some issue will be delivered by 2nov, 2016
On 29 oct, 2016, got message its out for delivery, but no call or message
On 30 oct, 2016, again out for delivery, but the number provided was wrong, also have not got any call
Same day refund initiated,
Contacted customer care same time, they assured, there is some issue, its not returned, you will get it delivered by nov 2, 2016
Got a message on 1 nov, 2016, will be delivered by nov 5, 2016
Contacted cc on nov 2, 2016, they said its been cancelled and we can not do any thing at all and banged the phone on me and didnt let me speak with any senior.
Pathetic experience, worst service.

Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
First of all i want to draw attention that today is 3rd November and my order is Diwali celebration item for my 9 year child.
I purchased a product vide order ID[protected] to be delivered at/ between [Preferred time for delivery27to28oct].which is still pending for deliverey at your end.
I want also draw you attention that i talked of your assistants No. of times total duration 1hrs and the respond was only Sorry or said that they can gave only a very less amount as compensation. it is very horrible that a very renowned and big organization compensate this much amount.
Sir i also want to told to you that your assistants wrong promised me on diwali that they send me my parcel at 5:00pm. my child eagerly waiting that parcel but...
My son was very disappointed on diwali reason by you now tell me in what term you compensate my son's ...
Sir you tell me that what i can do ...
you donn't think so that I will file a case Against Amazon other wise refund amount in my account and send other product free of cost of my son. Panalysis to seller for the dispute.
I need positive reply from your side...
