I purchased one 32inch led onida television from amazon india website on 9th october, tv got delivered on 21st oct & onida company representative came for installation & inspection on 22nd and found the tv damaged. he lodged the complaint about the damaged tv & left. after i made a return request due to damage tv in amazon website. initially they scheduled pickup on 23rd october morning and no one came for pickup. on 24th i send reminder to amazon, they rescheduled on 25th oct 2016. but this time also it failed. on 26th night i made telephone call to amazon customer care and explained this issue. after the phone call they confirmed that the courier will be rescheduled within 12 hours to 24 hours. but again nothing happen. on 29th afternoon again i made a call to customer care executive but the reply remains same (12hours to 24 hours). till now (1st nov) no one call us and convey the delay reason, nor an email. every time we are calling and sending email and reminders but nothing works in good sense.

I purchased this television to my parents for diwali. now diwali was gone and i am failed my commitment in front of my parents. cost of this television is 15990/- inr and the people from amazon doesnt worry about this delay. this is very pathetic and i am extremely upset. please resolve this issue on behalf of me with amazon.

    I ordered phillips airfrier on 3rd oct 16 my order no.is Thanks for your Amazon.in order! #[protected].Original delivery date was 13th Oct but it didnt got delivered, every week Amzon puts new dispatch and delivery date but package is not getting dispatched its been one month now i called customer care 5 times but as of now i dont have proper delivery date. Ihave made full online payment.

    After calling multiple times i was been told to cancel the order but i refused to cancel the order and then customer care team told me tht you will have to wait for few more days but no confirmation on date of dispatch.. But A day later i got confirmation about dispatch of my order and finally i got it on 10.11.16

      I placed an online order for purchasing " LG G5 Compatible Rechargeable Bluetooth Speaker WITH LED Wireless Audio Receiver Outdoor, Home Theatre Portable USB MP3 Player Stereo Surround Loud Mi " on Cash on Delivery. However Amazon India did not deliver the same product instead they a Blue Tooth Speaker which is NOT LG PRODUCT. Amazon India mailed me that product should be replaced but thereafter product has not been taken back since last 10 days. Money has not been refunded to me.

        I have ordered for xiaomi redmi note 3 mobile on 28 th october 2016. The diwali offers were available on the mobile that is the orginal price was Rs:9999. Since diwali sale was going on at amazon the mobile price was dropped to Rs:9499 and had a 15% off while paying through SBI debit card.
        After placing my order after some time when i checked estimated delivery date it was showing estimated delivery date pending .
        i called amazon customer care they told me order was getting ready wait for 24 hours . i waited and contacted the customer care several times. After 72 hours the status was same delivery date pending.
        i called the customer care again but this time they told me they will not be able to deliver the order and asked me to cancel the order.
        why should i cancel the order . the error was on their part and they want me to loose the 500 off on mobile and 15% cashback on sbi card.
        it was okay, if they informed me at the time of placing order. they asked me to wait i waited for 72 hours and after that they are saying me to cancel the order.

        i need the phone. I ordered the phone not to cancel it after 72 hours of placing . if they had informed me at the time of placing order i would have ordered from some other shopping sites like Flipkart or Snapdeal.

        Very bad service from amazon
        If you respect/value the customer satisfaction you should deliver the phone and also make sure that i will not miss the 500 off and 15% cash back on sbi card

          I bought Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 (32 GB, Gold) from Amazon. It was of rs 11, 999. My order Id is [protected]-9084309. I booked on 17 sep 2016 and it deliver at 22 sep 2016. After 3-4 Days I got problem in that phone My phone automatically switch off for 3 days. Lots of times I tried to on but i couldn't help it, I called in amazon also they also tried to switch on but phone was switch off, when i asked for service of MI in jaipur, then they didn't give me any information. I called lot's of times min 5-6 times, Suddenly after 3 days my phone automatically switch on, and work well, but in evening at around 6 pm again phone automatic switch off, and after some times it again on. and that time touch automatically work. I complained again in amazon and request for refund but they were not agree for refund and they said you should go in service center and give us a job sheet of mobile. I went service center and then they provide me a job sheet of mobile then after very request amazon get ready for Refund. When I asked for refund process their executive said to me that, In my area there is no pickup service, You have to do self courier while when I ordered my mobile before that i called in company and when i asked for return they said our delivery boy will come in your area and he will take your item. But then after I packed my product properly. I covered my product and there is no chance to open the box. I sent that box through the "INDIA POST" on 13-oct-2016. Tracking number of the courier is ER[protected]IN. It delivered on 19-Oct-2016. On amazon there was no notification about my product, They didn't give me any information about my product. On 20-Oct-2016 I tracked my product on India post site. Then i saw my product allready delivered one day before. Then i called in Amazon for refund, but their executive said they didn't get any mobile in box. Box was empty. I got shock. I describe everything, then he raised a emergancy ticket. And said, Our investigation team will investigate and give you information in next 24-48 via call back. But after 24 hr i didn't get any call from Amazon. Then I called again, Then their executive said sir this complain take time upto 24-oct-2016. Then i request to executive that please give me information about the box, when you got the box what was the condition of box, it was opened or not, in which conditions you got tha Box, what was you get inside the box. Because on the box there is a label in which weight and all the detail given by INDIA POST, But they doesn't give me any information about my box and everytime when i ask for box they said it was empty. Acording to Amazon my box was empty, If box was empty then how the weight of box was 382gm. They always said my bax was empty, my box was empty but when i want detail they didn't give me. why they didn't provide me any information because they are fraud, they cheated to me.

          I visit India Post Also, They said we delivered the product and now it is not our responsibility. Because they take that box it means box was in good condition, that was not opened and box was packed properly. If box was empty, why they take box, because on the box weight and all the description attached.

          When I call in Amazon, sometime they said We will give you refund, you will get refund in 24 hr. Sometimes they said we are not able to give you refund.

          I am really sick off from Amazon. they always tell lies.

            I have purchased "LYF FLAME 1 (BLACK) 4G VOLTE PHONE" from Amazon vide Order No:[protected] along with few more items, but after opening the box, I explore my ordered item not working (Not charging to start). Further the item already contained with flexible back cover, which should not. Again as per the selling terms the Handset is preloaded with JIO 4G SIM which is not loaded too. Thus I want this item need to be replaced immediately. I appeal immediate action on it.

            I have orderd a watch of 2000 from amazon, but it was broken, and now amazon is not returning they are telling to self ship and i dont have time... they should pickup and refund ... and within past 20 days they are wasting my time

              Wt happen sir y doesn't response me..that's not a fare..in refer and earn condition they do not notify that same delivery address doesn't get refer money...u only mention those criteria which is related to price as well as new email I'd...please give my refer credit as soon so possible ...

                I had ordered an item LENOVO ZUK Z1 which has not delivered on my adresss yet. And now iam getting masseges that i am not available on my address.The customer executive even supervisers are terribly unhelpful.I've ordered it in 20Th Oct with delivery time of 26Th Oct now 30Th October came yet not delivering. I asked please provide me delivery boy no. they didn't provide and just saying wait we can't do anything. Means they have 0% coordination with their own courier service its very disgusting.I requested please this is Diwali gift send it to me before 30 but they saying repeatedly in 24hr again & again.now its getting very irritating. please take action about it.

                  I placed an order on 2nd October 2016 and got wrong product. I returned the product on 17th October, 2016. After one week I mailed Amazon customer care regrading refund as they didn't refund my money in my given bank a/c. Then they assured me to resolve it soon. But still I haven't got my money back. Please look into this. Order details and mail details are attached here.

                    On[protected] i tried to buy a set of joe aviator black sun glass. On placing the order i was diretected to make payment. I made the payment of rs.302.00 being the cost of the glasses including freight. First i got the message, "payment was successful". Then in few minutes there was an sms saying that the payment was failed and if i wanted to purchase the glasses i must make payment once again. Hence i tried to make the payment. This time also the same thing happened as said above. Hence i had to try a third time and the above was repeated. So i checked my bank account and to my dismay i found that each time i tried rs.302.00 totaling rs.906.00 was deducted from my account. Immediately i tried to cancell the transactions, but the message was flashed saying that the order was already processed and it was handed over to delivery. On[protected] two packages arrived one containing one set of sun glasses and another containing two sets of sun glasses. I explained the matter to the delivery man and returned the package containing two sets of sun glasses bearing no. Awb.[protected]. All that i wanted to buy was only one set of sun glasses but my account was debited three times, each time saying that the payment was not successful and that if i wanted the product i must make payment once again. Now that i have returned the goods. Kindly arrang to refund the money for the two sets of sun glasses that i have returned.

                        Hi Team,

                        My Sister Sandhya Order for Skirt for her friend Kid Birthday on 14th Oct and we haven't received yet. Today its 31st Oct and we have been following this up with Amazon Customer care for multiple times and yesterday we got confirmation that the order cancelled for because the Order got damaged. We got this update only after we call customer care yesterday ( 30th Oct ).

                        On Thursday, we called customer care and they said it will get delivered on Friday and it is not yet delivered.

                        Who can help me on this ?

                            I have ordered the book 'what doctors don't get to study in medical school' by dr. B. M. Hegde on 17th august 2016 at amazon india online. The order id:[protected]. The package is shipped by ats and the tracking id is[protected]. I have not got the book but i have received a sms to my phone on 29/08/16 at 07-28 pm that the package has been delivered by amz agent ([protected]). But i have not got the book till date. The book is in the category of restricted sales with only 2 copies per individual/order. The same amazon agent has misbehaved during my previous order (Amazon.in order #[protected] and i have made a complaint to their complaints cell. They have also replied to me on 16/08/16 that the issue has been taken up and solved. Kindly inquire into the incidence to avoid future malpractices in this regard.

                              I ordered 2 products from Amazon, Oneplus 3 & Mi max, on 18th of October, delivery date was 24th Oct..but haven't received my products till date... On 24th app says there was delivery attempt done by 11:04 pm...which is frustrating.. No one contacted me or visited for delivery... Fake details are updated by the courier team...from 24th onwards m contacting the customer care... And been informed to wait for 24 to 48 hrs...everytime I call.. I have already lost hopes in amazon.. Even amazon not ready to replace the items which they promised earlier... Stating tht as products were bought in exchange offer hence same can't be replaced.. I feel helpless... Please assist

                                Amazon prmsd me that they will deliver my porduct in one day delivery so i paid 100rs axtra too...i had my frnds bday on 28 so i orderd iphone on 26th only with one day delivery...and their delivery boy was [censored]! he said me to come to HIM! what was that?! this is called as home delivery??? then he directly said to me that he is not coming today he will come tommorow...and when in night i checked my account amazon...there was update ki delivery attempted!!! even though he didn come!!! then i called customer care number he said "kal tak aa jayega" mene wait kiya kuch bhi nahi aaya !!!i called them for 15-20 times...evrytime i caled they asked me same information !!! totallly i wasted my 1 and half hour on talking with them!!! they ALL knew nothing about our product!!! where was it...NO one knew it!!! i am college going guy i have more value for my 20000 so i got scared that what is happening with my product!!! i have my exams coming and this people just talk nonsense...they say it will come today or tmrw...then again evening or morning...!!! IT IS HORRIBLE!!! ONLY time wasting they are doing !!! i will give -infinity/stars for AMZON SERVICE!!! they really dont know about delivery!!! i was asking them from last 90 hours where is my product...and none of them knows!!! HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED

                                  Hi,

                                  Today I called regarding a product which was not delivered to me. I called Amazon customer service and talked to a worst customer service rep, who was extremely rude. He was not even professional. He kept saying that our conversation was not effective and he simply said that I need to repurchase the product without any empathy. If amazon is gonna continue to give this worst service, I doubt I will purchase from Amazon again.

                                    I have purchased Motorola mobile "Moto G Plus, 4th Gen (Black, 32 GB)" on 4th October 2016. After received that item I have been observed that mobile has problem with OS and automatic open multiple application. I have logged a complain 24th October to Amazon customer care and they assured me will be replace that mobile after pickup that defective one. They schedule pickup 25th October at 11.00 am-2.00 pm but they cancel that schedule and after that more than 6 times they schedule pickup but every time they did cancel. I have contacted multiple times to Amazon care about my defective item and they are always giving fake assurance and I am get harassed every time. I want my money back. Please need your assistance for the same.

                                      This is regarding order #[protected] placed on 27th oct.16 and it has been canceled on 29th by amazon.com.

                                      I have booked my order in rs6999/- but they canceled and asking me to book a fresh order on site however now price at site is rs. 8499/-

                                      This indicates that amazon has deliberately canceled my order due to price hike.

                                      Yes I am agree, we should file jointly legal complaint in consumer forum against Amazon India
                                      this is similar what has happened with me as well. we should file a formal legal complaint against them

                                        Hi,

                                        I am an Amazon customer since 2012 and had an awesome experience for this Diwali. Order ID:[protected] [JBL 250 Home Cinema Soundbar Speaker System].

                                        The order was made on 17th Oct through the Amazon app. Payment of 17999/- INR was made through instantly during ordering the item. The expected delivery date was 24th Oct. I was tracking the order and the same was shipped through Gati Courier [ Shipping ID:[protected]] as mentioned in the mobile app.

                                        Day 1: 22 OCT 2016:
                                        The package was shown delivered on 22nd Oct in the app and I didn’t get this. I called Amazon customer care with in 1 hour from status update and conveyed that the delivery didn’t happen to me. Amazon executive told that it’s a mistake and the package is delivered at Gati warehouse in Bangalore and will be delivered to you in 24 to 48 hours.

                                        Day 2: 23 OCT 2016:
                                        I contacted Amazon customer care and requested for a status update. The update was that the product will be delivered mostly today, else for sure on 24th Oct, Monday. They assured that everything is in track and there is no need to worry. Amazon being World’s No:1, I TRUSTED!

                                        Day 3: 24 OCT 2016:
                                        I waited till end of the day and nothing happened. I contacted Amazon Customer care asking for an update. The update was the order is pending with courier partner [Gati Couriers] and it’s a delay from them. I asked the executive to escalate this straight away as I smelled a rat. Executive promised me that the escalation is made to senior management team of amazon along with Gati team. Executive promised me that Gati / Amazon will give me a call back and shall update the status. The assured SLA was 24 hours as updated to me and requested me to wait for one day and promised me that the order will be delivered on 24th EOD without fail. Amazon being World’s No:1, I TRUSTED!

                                        Day 4: 25 OCT 2016:
                                        I didn’t get any call back as promised neither from Amazon nor from Gati. I started feeling that the things are not going in track. I waited till 25th noon 2 PM. Since I didn’t get any message that the product is out for delivery, I contacted Amazon. Executive checked with backend [as told to me] and updated that there is a delay in delivery and might not happen today, but for sure on 26th Oct. Being human, I got frustrated and asked the executive to escalate this once again as he told that no escalation was made on this till now. [Engineer handled the call on 24th was bluffing and fooled poor me very well last day!] This time Executive confirmed a real escalation is made and Gati team and Amazon team will contact me back and shall provide the update on status. Amazon being World’s No:1, I TRUSTED!

                                        Day 5: 26 OCT 2016:
                                        I didn’t get any call back as promised neither from Amazon nor from Gati even this time. I understood that this time also it was a pure bluff! I contacted Amazon and the update was that delivery is scheduled. They will try the best to make it happen today without fail. I asked the executive to treat this with atmost priority and follow up with Gati. I requested Mr.Executive to escalate so that someone senior from Amazon will look into this seriously. Call back offer was still offered, but I was this time sure that no one cares as damn about customer in Amazon. I didn’t expect any update from Amazon, but was optimistic about the delivery! Being left with no other choice and Amazon being World’s No:1, I TRUSTED!

                                        Day 6: 27 OCT 2016:
                                        Amazon neither called back neither deliver anything ! I called back and asked for updates. Same GATI DELIVERY DELAY story was repeated along with call back promise. I was slowly understanding that I am being made fun of by World’s No:1 Brand. Still, being a loyal customer for last 4 years and since Amazon being World’s No:1, I TRUSTED!

                                        Day 7: 28 OCT 2016: [ 1 week gets over ! ]
                                        Amazon neither called back neither deliver anything! I called back and asked for updates. Same GATI DELIVERY DELAY story was repeated along with call back promise. I asked executive to give escalation email ID so that I myself can work on getting the package delivered. Executive promised the details shall be mailed to me. Even after 5 hours of the call, I didn’t get any mails from Amazon. I now clearly understood that being a customer is treated as a crime by Amazon. I was made fun of by the executives World’s No:1 Brand. I thought of giving a final day of wait trusting the BRAND AMAZON, the so called World No:1!

                                        Day 8: 29 OCT 2016:
                                        Amazon neither called back neither deliver anything! I now know caring customer has nothing to do with Amazon. I contacted the executive and asked to connect to escalation team. I was connected to Thangamma from Leadership team [ Don’t know whether the name is real or fake!] She validated my case history and asked me to wait as she wanted to check from backend After 15 minutes of waiting, a promise was made to me that the product will be delivered to me tomorrow [30th Oct] without fail. She promised she will send me a mail stating the same along with a delivery guarantee confirmation.
                                        I didn’t get any mail till midnight from Amazon. So I understood, this time, leadership team also started fooling me. Escalation at Amazon is just a waste of time as no one cares a damn about customers. I started waiting the last hours expecting Worlds No:1 fooling brand to fool me again !

                                        Day 9: 30 OCT 2016:
                                        As usual NOTHING SURPRSING HAPPENED till noon. Thangamma never learned sending mails, also didn’t know how to make phone calls! My patience finally met its culmination.
                                        I called customer care. I got some shocking details today.
                                        • My package was wrongly delivered to someone by Gati on 22nd Oct.
                                        • Executive told that this delivery is not going to happen & I can proceed with replacement or reimbursement!!
                                        • I realised that I was fooled by World’s No:1 Brand for the last 8 days by giving false updates.
                                        • No one from AMAZON did nothing in the last 8 days on my order even after calling them 8 times! They just made fun of the calls made by this 4 year old customer. Amazing !!!
                                        • I asked executive to transfer the call to escalation team. Mahesh from leadership team was handed over the call [Name and designations could be again a bluff as its Amazon !]
                                        • As explained by Mahesh here is the flow:
                                        1. On 22nd Amazon understood that the order is misplaced by GATI couriers.
                                        2. Amazon waited for 3 days to get it confirmed! [Don’t know what more confirmation is required]
                                        3. Amazon did nothing till 25th and confirmed that order is misplaced! [Executives kept on bluffing throughout these days anyway as its their style @ Amazon!]
                                        4. As per the process, they were supposed to initiate reimbursement / replacement on 25th. Mahesh tried his best to bluff, but failed miserably explaining why nothing was done till today.
                                        5. Mahesh couldn’t explain why Thangamma bluffed and gave me a false promise last day. Could be because both were from same LEARDERSHIP TEAM !
                                        6. Mahesh at last agreed that Thangamma was bluffing as no delivery will happen on Sunday.
                                        7. I understood, Amazon LEADERSHIP Team means cheating loyal customers.

                                        I am attaching the screenshot from the company website stating the product is delivered on 22nd Oct, which is not true.
                                        How can I proceed legally and ask for a compensation for the financial and mental harassment caused to me from a big brand like Amazon.
