    The earton seller has sent be lower size product (9 uk), different product than shown in amazon website image and inferior product.

    Kindly send me 10 uk size product as well as same product which had been displayed in your website. Other wise please black listt earton seller.

      I am Ramneek, I received One Plus 3 couple of hours back (28/10/2016) and its Disgusting to see a faulty phone to arrive after waiting for 3 days and especially on the occasion of Diwali.
      Amazon really has spoiled my festive season by sending this faulty phone whose Home Button does not work. I Could not even set up the phone with finger print sensor as it was not reading it. I tried so many times with hard and soft push, from set up or from Settings Options but did not work. Later i found that even pressing so hard on the Home button i am unable to go to Home Screen.
      Highly disappointed on this purchase and the item sent to me.
      Moreover now the seller does not have replacement with him and I was informed to return the phone (by Amazon Customer Care[protected] and money will be refunded whereas i requested earlier for replacement.
      Even the packaging was pathetic, just one simple buble wrap and nothing else. I was expecting the phone to come in Proper hard box from amazon to protect a costly phone like this.

        Hello,
        I regret to be writing this mail as this is not a mail to appreciate the services that amazon provides in India. This mail lists of events that I have faced and how the Amazon team has harassed a loyal customer of theirs.

        I had placed an order exactly 9 days back from another account whose credentials are the follows: Email Id-archana.[protected]@gmail.com

        Order ID=[protected]

        The estimated date of delivery was 28th of September and this was acknowledged and accepted by me only because I had got a message from them abut the delays due to Festive season. On the 24th and 27th of September, I get a message at 9.45 PM and 7.30 AM, that delivery attempt has failed, which was obviously not true as my number was on throughout and we haven't received a single message and that could be confirmed from the service provider as well. And if you notice the timings those are not even in the normal delivery timing brackets. Curious and anxious I call them on the 28th to enquire about the FRAUDULENT messages that I receive from Amazon about Delivery attempts. Now starts the real ordeal and a saga of calls to Amazon which finally leaves back a harassed and frustrated customer.

        My first call was answered and responded in a way which implied that I was wrong to even ask for my delivery status and the CSE had the audacity to tell me to either cancel the order or wait and not have FOOLISH thoughts. I immediately took this up with the supervisor and she instead tells me all she can do s look into the matter later as they are busy with Diwali. I told them I am flying off the country tomorrow hence the enquiry and she tells me its not her fault that I m flying out of the country and she could go ahead and cancel the order for me. This can be validated through the "so called" call recordings.

        I again called up to speak to another supervisor whom i though would be saner than the previous one and tried conversing. The very fact that they knew it was my 3rd call already, she was very prompt to acknowledge their mistake and promised me delivery by evening. I was calm and waited patiently till evening. I had already raised complaints about the behavioural issues the CSE and supervisor had with me earlier. All goes on to deaf ears I suppose.

        At around 5PM, with no updates, I called them again and as the process requires it, I explained the entire situation to another CSE and asking him for an update. After putting me on hold for nearly 23minutes(again can be validated through the so-called recordings) .He tells me with a rude voice that I had called in the morning so they know they issue, and it will be delivered in the next 48HOURS. I lost it. I started telling explaining the entire situation and all he was doing was cutting more down and also had the audacity to tell me that you cancel the order. I tell him to arrange for a call back from the manager and he says even they will tell you to cancel your order so don't waste your time, and the phone gets cut.

        I call again and directly ask to speak to a manager and the CSE this time tells that she cannot do it. I cut the call and call again. I was determined to let them know how they are setting benchmarks in harassing their customers.Finally when I got through to a so-called member of the "Leadership team", 'SHAMA. She tells me that nothing can be done now it will reach only after 48 hours and used the word unfortunately 200 times. I told her about my ordeal and how the "award winning customer" team has handled the situation, all she said was she will look into it and she can't promise my delivery at all.

        Now the deal is this AMAZON, I am sure you have a lot of learned guys in your leadership team and you boast about that quite often, but this is something called the CLV, where is the V stands for value. YOU GUYS DONT KNOW WHAT CLV MEANS and you are screwing it up big time. Please let you entire structure have a workshop on it, I can suggest a few good ones. As far as your award-winning customer service is concerned, either the "award Winning" adjective had given them the head weight they can't handle or the awards are bought.

        Situations like these are bound to happen but a gesture would have just promising me 48 hours on my first call in the morning and being sorry for the fake updates that you send to let the customers feel they missed out due to their negligence. Also, If Jeff Bezos was to get these shoes delivered (my orders), I think he would go that extra mile to have me alive in the CLV graph(workshops required).

        Now you guys either take action and make me feel worth spending so much valuable time of mine on you or consider me as one lost customer who doesn't matter much. It is completely up to the "LEADERSHIP" team to decide. But coming from a similar background of work, a suggestion would be to take these things seriously.

          I had ordered a phone "Moto g4 plus, 32gb " worth RS 13499, but I got defective product .
          1st the charger is not working properly and 2nd the phone's power button was inclined in one side..it was loosely attached.. I asked Amazon to replace my phone and as they are promising that they will look into my problem and solve it.. They are not keeping their promise and no courier boy are coming to take phone yesterday I had talked with Amazon via mail they had told me that they will surly send courier boy today but today also nobody had came I got a message "Your return pickup is scheduled for today and will be picked up between 5:00PM-8:00PM by AmzAgent([protected]).Details http://amzn.in/5WrBf97" but still no one came.

              I have ordered a product on amazon.com. Today morning one message came to me that the product will deliver today.. But the delivery man called me once.. But unfortunately i missed the call. After some time i called back to him. But he said that though i had not received the call the product will not be delivered today.. This is my fault.. I am not finding any reason behind this explanation.. Being a working person a phone call can be miss for single time.. But i think the amazon.com should mention when ordering that if you miss the call the product will not deliver. If they mention it then i never order any product..                   I have ordered Samsung On7 Pro Black from amazon.in on 17th October 2016 and my order no. is[protected]. I was being told that product will get delivered to you on or before 26th October 2016. I received message on 23rd October stating that product will get delivered to you today and the contatc number of courier person were also provided, but I haven't got, then again 24th October also got same message that product will get delivered today with the contact number of some other courier person but he also didn't delivered the product, in the evening I called up on the number of courier person which was provided and surprisingly he told me that we are located in different area then yours then we won'e be able to deliver product to you, Courier person said that HE IS NOT A COURIER PERSON, BUT HE IS A MOBILE SHOP OWNER AND HE GET ONLY Rs.20/- FROM AMAZON.IN then why should he spend Rs.100/- to deliver the product to me
                  Then again on 26th October I got message from amazon.in and provided me contact number of third courier person, he also didn't delivered product on 26th October and he was not even answering the calls also

                  Then after frustration I called amazon.in customer service number[protected] on 26th October and the executive has promised me that I will get product delivered in next 24 hours, that also didn't happened, I called customer service number on 27th October and 28th October also, and everytime got the same answer that product will get delivered in next 24 hours. I am really NOT SURE that when this 24 hours will come and I will get my product.

                  I have never expected such kind of service from multi billion amazon.in company

                    I place a order from www.amazon.in on 25-Oct-16 Order no.[protected] & made a payment through Credit Card EMI
                    on the very next day 26-Oct-16 i called to customer care & infrom them to i dont want this product so please cancel the order they confirm me that the mail sent to their courier team & the same will be returned on 27-Oct-16 i again call to customer care & repeat the same thing on 28-Oct-16 I got a sms that your product will be delivered by today EOD i again call to customer care & ask that i dont need this product then why they deliver the same & i need Refund of my Amount that said that the amount will be processed when they receive the item
                    Please Help as they are Cheating their customer & hold their payment for more than 10-15 Days they dont refund the amount instant

                      I ordered a mobile phone and it was returned with comments customer refused to accept where as I never did and customer care representative told me that we are not able to help you and you have to reorder.
                      Second time when I ordered as a prime customer it was showing 2 days delivery but when I placed order it showed me 5 days to deliver the product. I called them and requested to deliver in 2-3 days but they refused.
                      Now after 8 days also I am waiting for the product. Called amazon almost 11 times but they are failed to provide me any information.

                        I ordered a led TV on 5th October and got a different product on 19th October. I have been calling the customer care since 23rd October but no satisfactory results and now my replacement is expected to be done by 7th Nov but I urgently needed it till 3rd november . the pickup is still not done. All my complaints are still unresolved as they are just following their own techniques.

                          I have placed order(canon 1200d) on 3rd Oct, But today they are saying that not going to deliver the item because of damage of product and not going to replace again. first time they try to deliver on 16th but they didnt do that and requested replace of item by them only.

                            I have recieved a defective device but they are not replacing my product since last 2 weeks. Neither they are refunding my money.

                              I had ordered for one milton water jug 6, but the item delivered was Milton casserole set. Next day, again one item was deliverered, which I did not order. My family thought that there will be right item, milton water jug 6 and the amazon boy came to replace item. But, in the second box, there was also milton casserole set. Since, my wife opened the second item to check whether the right item is or not, I had to pay second time also to amazon boy. I requested for return and refund of one item online. But the second item has no online record either to Amazon or me. How can I get the second item returned and get my refund?

                                I am yet to receive the article Nikon DSLR Camera after 7 days of placing order (place on 20th Oct) with full payment. I had to call numerous times the help desk of Amazon and I am told the item is lost in transit and seller cannot provide another item, so I need to cancel it. I agreed but the system did n't allow me to cancel, the support staff tried but also they could not cancel the order. I have paid full amount and now I am not sure when I am going to be get my refund. I made several calls to the help desk but they could not do much. I have tried to reach out to a senior person of Amazon but no one provided me contacts. I am not sure what do I do now.

                                  I had ordered a product from Amazon which as per them was sent to me via BLUEDART courier service. Unfortunately i don't comprehend for what reason this courier service is reluctant to contact me even a single time and unfortunately AMAZON is least bothered about it though i had written so many mails regarding order. All they say is the my issue and details are corresponded to BLUE DART And what i get finally is this msg –--------
                                  This is to inform you that a package from your order, with tracking ID [protected], shipped via Blue Dart, has been refused on a delivery attempt.

                                  If you've already paid for the order, we will initiate a full refund once the package is received at our Fulfilment Centre. We will send you an email once we process the refund.

                                  Unfortunately, we're unable to re-dispatch orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If this is a mistake and you still want these items, we'd suggest you to go ahead and place a new order.

                                  I am tired of complaining again and again to amazon but they are showing ZERO interest in addressing customer's concern. Please help i[censored] can

                                    I received wireless n 300 range extender from tenda
                                    this is absolutely cheat with customer the MRP of the product i received is 1500 and the model number and item is exactly same
                                    and what amazon people had done they had inflated the rates twice that is 3000 and give 67% discount though the discount is only 33 % in their lightening deal this is cheat i need my money back i need 67% discount on Rs 1500 else i want to file a case against them.
                                    they are making fool to customer by increasing mrp
                                    they are doing this so that they can fetch more customers
                                    i am sending you the snap shot of product and there website and also the snapshot of sam product on other website
                                    i want to take the case ahead as i need ur help and want to make sure that desk MNC won't make customer fool further.
                                    they are doing all this so that they can increase the number of customers on they shooting days this so bad
                                    i am slso sending you the word file of customer service chat
                                    they people are saying that they will rectify the same on website rest they can't do any thing
                                    more over i can't return the product as they were running a offer of 15 % cutback when we shop for 5000 and above using sbi card and if i return the item my total purchase will be less than 5000 and will not get my cash back so only customer will be at loss
                                    else i will buy whole of the goods using gift vouchers and will get 5 % discount but i haven't used it. please i request you to look in to the matter
                                    they are playing with mrp like any thing. Kindly look in t matter seriosly

                                        Hello Amazon Team,

                                        Here i would like address a serious issue i am facing from last 4-5 days.

                                        What happen was:
                                        i ordered one product from my amazon count, after placing the order successfully i found that i have contact number which is not active from my side.

                                        i changed my contact number in my account.

                                        After couple of days, i got a message that product will be out for delivery.
                                        i was happy because that product is for some one special to me.

                                        same day at evening i got a message that not able to deliver because customer not available. i called back the agent and got worst reply. he said "we cannot delivery to other contact person, we want same person with same contact number else we will return the product".

                                        What the hell is this. this can happen to any person. there is a possibility that customer order the product with correct number, and by the time product arrives, customer can lost her cell or dead by mistake.

                                        sending back the product is not the correct step you guys are taking.

                                        Even i was ready to show my IdProofs original ones, still delivery agent was not ready.
                                        I filed couple of request with amazon support team to change my contact number on the delivery list so that agent contacts me and i can receive on time.

                                        after couple of days, again same scenario i am facing, got a message of an agent who is going to deliver the product, this time the it is, now the agent contact number itself is not in service(number does not exist). Now should i fire the agent from job and send it back to home???

                                        I have decided, not to use amazon service in future and would recommend my circle member to avoid it.
