I have purchsed a panasonic p55, novo from you, which was delivered on 6th of october to me, while checking the same i got to know the same is 3g mobile phone, as i need the 4g mobile.
From the same day the product was delivered the same was lying packed with me, and regularly i am follow the process to return the same but no response was coming from your end. Finally i called customer care today and ms. Aakriti on customer desk inform me the the product i purchased is non-returnable / replaced which was mentioned on the page where product is displayed. But i have not seen the same (Image attached) where the product details are mentioned.
Since the product is returnable till 18th, but they are not accepting the return.

As per the discussion held with you, i had send the final letter to Amazon through Speed Post (Which was delivered to them on 08th of Nov) to return the Panasonic Mobile P55. Till date i have not received any call / reply from there end regarding my query, hence you are requested to take the further action in this regard and resolve my issue at the earliest.
After offer priod over the cancelled my order.
They're not responding on that matter
