    The Amazon delivery ... Efficient and always paid invoice amount.
    The delivery guy on 18/10/2016 demanded an extra Rs 10 as it seems it's a new policy by amazing since 10/10/2016. I am very surprised... Amount did not reflect in the invoice!!!
    Was I duped by the delivery guy? Or is this really happening??? Amazon collecting Rs 10 from millions of customers and not invoicing???

      Order no is[protected]. I have not received the product. But ATS tracking shows its delivered. And I have not received it till now. so I initiated a claim and that was also rejected and closed. Amazon india has fraudulent persons in their delivery system and in accounts section and cheating poor customers.I want my money back . I am facing a problem with Amazon the first time. Their customer service will wonderfully tackle the situation but there will be no result. Finally we will be left with the same issue without being settled. Shame on you people for cheating a regular customer like me. Don't cheat. You are not able to show me delivery copy with my signature.

      I contacted customer care so many times.Finally my mail to the chief solved my issue.Customer executive team finally helped me to get this settled.

      I purchase Coolpad note 3 light one month back from Amazon through online, but Missing of head phones and charger, screen guard, there is also heavy heat from phone, but company did not respond on toll free no. As I lost my Amazon account

        I buy the Motorola g plus 4th gen phone from Amazon site..The operating System mentioned in the feature is different than the phone OS.In phone there is a stock Android and as they mentioned in features Android Marshmallow 6.0.1.The stock Android don't have too many features it is a simple phone.I buy this mobile because of the Android Marshmallow 6.0.1 mention in the features.I don't like this phone.I want refund of the mobile.I doesn't want this stock Android phone.please register my complete.

          Sir i bought mattress from amazon.in on 5 oct and their last delivery date was 17 october. and my product reached on destination on 17 october early morning 3am. but on that date they didnot deliver to me i call the amazon customer care about that i have to go out station on 18 october so plz deliver it today band customer care told dontworry it will be deliver todayat 7 o clock evening i again called themnthen said that dont worry today it will be deliver at last timing slot. but they didnot deliver now problem is that i have to cancel out ticket and schedule to go next day so called on 18 october to dliver but customer care said that it will sure deliver today but untill i didnot got any message regarding out for delivery. i get harrased by them in two ways first that they always tell lie second i have to postpond my journey and getting loss on ticket cancelation. if i canceled then they will provide my payment in gift voucher that i dont want . becouse again i dont want to buy from amazon anything because of this behavior of their services. so plz tell they to provide product at time today or give refund in my bank account i dont want in gift voucher .that was my payment method bcouse i have purchased that gc from my bank account . amazon account [protected]@gmail.com

          got loss of about 300 due to 2 ticket cancellation due to shipment delay...from now never buy from amazon and also mently frustated by their customer care.

            Online no where amazon has mentioned that Lenovo Z2 Plus is actually Lenovo ZUK Z2 Plus. Online they are misleading as Lenovo Z2 Plus Phone.

            I already had bad experience with ZUK brand, so immediately asked amazon to initiate return/refund but they refused and told that only for mobile phones they have changed their policy and now don't take return and refund the money.

            This is wrong, as we haven't seen the phone and purchased online. Amazon have recently changed the return policy for mobile without informing/warning Customer. They should have warned when purchasing that the return/refund is not possible only exchange if defective.

            They are hiding facts and cheating with Customers. After seeing the look & feel, especially the fact that it's ZUK, we have right to return it.

            Request you to help us and protect our rights.

              I had bought an MI MAX phone from Amazon a few days back (along with a One Plus 3). Now i had heard of some issues with the phone from a few people. Like the Brightness is not up to the mark and that the Camera Quality is not as good as it should be, even though it is a 16 MP phone.
              HENCE, BEFORE BUYING THE PHONE, I HAD MY HUSBAND CONTACT AMAZON CUSTOMER CARE AND EXPLICITLY CONFIRM WHETHER THE PHONE CAN BE RETUNRED IF I DONT FIND THE BRIGHTNESS / CAMERA UP TO THE MARK. THE CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE READILY CONFIRMED THIS WITH US. I EVEN HAVE THE TRANSCRIPT OF THE CONVERSATION SAVED / ATTACHED.

              Now when i try to return the phone (which i have been trying since last 2 days), they tell me that the CC representative gave me false information and that the phone cannot be returned. All i am being pointed towards is the Return Policy on the website. I had already read the return policies and hence thought appropriate to contact CC anyways beforehand to confirm this, which she did. Else i would not have risked buying the phone in the first place !
              The gentleman that i had a conversation with, about this, said that it was Customer Care representative's fault to give me wrong information on this.

              Now i am stuck with the phone, whose Camera and Brightness are not up to my mark and no one is ready to entertain my claim about Amazon CC giving me wrong information leading to my purchase.

              If this is Amazon CC's fault, as confirmed in my previous chat with CC, shouldnt Amazon be owning up to the mistake ? Why am i made to to suffer on this for someone else's fault ? My family (me, my husband - [protected]@gmail.com and my father in law - [protected]@gmail.com) have been loyal Amazon customers since 4-5 years now. We have bought products worth more than 4 lakh rupees from you all, including 4-5 phones till date. When there wasnt an issue, we never complained about anything. But now that there is, i urge Amazon to own up to the wrong information provided to me and submit my claim ! I dont think that a loyal customer should be made to suffer for something which was a misunderstanding on Amazon's part.

                I ordered iphone 6s 16 gb worth rs 38, 990 through amazon and my order id is
                Order No:[protected] . I paid extra Rs 100 for fast delivery as i have to present gift to some body, but still amzon delivered 1 day late. Neverthless iphone was defective, microphone not working. I called amazon people they are saying go to apple i store to fix it. Why should i go to store, as its a new product and shouldn't be fixed, it should be replaced. Also why should i take leave from work and go to apple store. They have delivered defective phone and they should take pain in it. I am in consumer ministry and i will be putting case in consumer ministry regarding this farud.

                  I have brought Redmi 2 Prime on 13th Oct 2015.

                  Recently my mobile has giving issue with Camera. So i went to Redmi Service center in Vashi Navi Mumbai with invoicalled.ce for warranty claim. There I found IMEI number on invoice which I received from amazon is incorrect.
                  Then I contacted Amazon several times and seller E-Mobile 4 times. But no luck. I haven't received any solution yet. Now warranty is expired.
                  Anyway I have reported issue well before warranty expire. They are telling me that, we will take care of your issue even after warranty expire.

                  Here is history for my conversation on phone, email and chat.
                  29th Sep 2016 called two times. As previous representative confused and asked me to download invoice from site.
                  They asked me to wait for 4 business days.

                  2nd Oct: Again asked me to wait for 2 days.

                  4th Oct contacted seller as Amazon asked me to contact. They didn't read mail. Simpy replied me just reading subject line. Asked me to download invoice Again from site.
                  Send Required attachment.

                  6th Oct E-mobile: They rejected as they said. I have to contact Amazon for any billing discrepancy : Provide required attachment.
                  6th Oct Contacted Amazon. He asked me to wait for 3 business days.
                  12 Oct E-Mobile: I contacted again on Amazons request. Again they rejected.

                  12 Oct : Contacted Amazon. Asked me to wait for 4 days.

                  16th Oct: they have exclalated to higher level.
                  17th Oct: Again asking for snapshost of IMEI number displayed on mobile.

                    I have booked One Moto G4 Plus phone through Amazon on 5th October’2016 under old phone exchange offer. (Order ID#[protected]; Courier: Amazon Transportation Services, Tracking #:[protected].

                    At the time of booking Expected delivery date was 8th of Oct.; but after two days of placing my order ESD changed from 8th to 12th Oct.; on 12th status change to “Customer request For Delay Delivery” ; I never call & request them for the same. Phone was in my city since 9th Oct. but it was deliver to me on 15th; in between number of times I had called & requested Customer support team, but they were making false updates & promises.

                    On 15th deliver attempted, but I was not at home so delivery reschedule to 17th.on 17th Amazon transport Service person called me and asked for pick up the courier from nearest location, I asked him to deliver courier to my home as I was not at home. he came for deliver and asking for original phone accessories, (which was not mention on site at the time of booking). I called Amazon care center & begging for help; but result was as expected……they do nothing . I asked courier person to deliver my phone, he told me “without accessories I will not deliver anything, this is my job, every day I deliver number of items, I know better then you, what is terms and condition of Amazon”. Courier was return and on Site they updated “Customer refused for delivery”…what a bluff..!!!

                    I had mail & tweet amazon for help…but they are like duff & dumb…..nothing did….

                    This is second case when my ordered item not deliver to me without any reason, previously also I face same problem with amazon(combo shoes, ORDER #[protected]

                    My humble request is please look into this matter and do the need full help; I paid my amount in advance….now I am begging for my phone.every time Amazon making false promises…its really frustrating….

                          I order moto g4 pluse moblie. On 8th of this month. Whn I am placing the order it was showing it will b delivered with in 2day after all payments done it's was showing on 13th. It was not delivered on 13th and whn I contacted cc thy said u should wait for 24 to 48 hrs and thy r giving all fake promise till today my product is not delivered. On 17th whn I called tht agent he said he will deliver me by 10pm and again I called him thn he just disconnect my call and he switched off his moblie. This the services Ur giving

                              I had ordered a mobile phone of micromax but at the time of pickup I saw that it was without a charger so on that day itself I filed a return request in amazon but they told me that return cannot be made for this mobile so I will have to refuse the delivery boy at the time of replacement that I don't want this phone then my refund could be facilitated( this was a suggestion given to me by amazon customer care service) . IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN A WEEK THAT I HAD DONE AS SUGGESTED BUT STILL I HAVE NOT GOT MY REFUND. THEY HAVE A VERY DIRTY POLICY OF harassing THE CUSTOMER . I WOULD REQUEST ALL MY FRIENDS NOT TO SHOP FROM AMAZON . FLIPKART AND OTHERS ARE BETTER BECAUSE ATLEAST THEY DONT CHEAT PEOPLE . IT WAS MY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

                                I had ordered an item (Puma Men's Running Shoes) on the 1st of October. Blue Dart sent an sms on my number saying that it will be delivered on 6th October. They also provided a track link to track the package, as seen in the attached screenshot of my mobile. The item didn't reach me on the 6th and I kept tracking the package in the url provided. The screenshot of track record is also attached.

                                When the package reached Kolkata and was't moving further, I call Blue Dart and they said the package is near me and they would deliver the package by 17th October. The person also said that the package could not be delivered during Durga Puja due to the rush and will be done after that.

                                But then, on 16th, Amazon sends me an sms (also attached) saying that the package will be delayed by 2 more days and reach on 19th, due to "inclement weather conditions". This term "inclement weather conditions" is something that disappointed me a lot. This is because when I saw the track, it said the package is in Kolkata (Ccu bda warehouse) and I, living in Kolkata for all these days, did not find any "inclemency" in Kolkata weather.

                                I don't know who is at fault here - whether Amazon or Blue Dart, but such wrong information should not be provided to a customer.

                                Please see to it that something is done about it. I know I will receive the product sometime this week, but this is a fraudulent activity from one side (maybe amazon or blue dart) and they should be truthful to their customer.

                                  I ordered Nikon Cam and is suppose to be delivered by 13th October. I called Customer Care and requested if it can delivered early. Customer Service responded positively and said the at they will although its not guaranteed. I waited till 13th and on 13th around 9 pm got a message saying that Couldn't deliver as Customer not available. I immediately called Customer Service and informed about this. They said they will escalate this but the product will be delivered on next day. I didn't receive it even in next two days. Today I called Customer service and they said it will be delivered today. To my surprise I again got the same message saying "Couldn't deliver as Customer not Available"
                                  I clearly requested the Customer service Team to make a call to me before the delivery boy start for delivery.
                                  To summarize,
                                  Two times the delivery boy ( who mobile switching off) wrongly updated that Customer not available.
                                  I called Customer Service 6 times but nothing really happened.

                                  Instead of false promises, they should have updated the real status.

                                    Hello, My name is Abhishek Surve, I have placed 1 order (Product Description - Sanyo 124 cm (49 inches) XT-49S7100F Full HD LED IPS TV (Black) (Transaction Mode - Online Payment Done), which was ordered on 03-Oct-2016 (Order#[protected], the expected delivery was on 12-Oct-2016 which is not yet delivered to me & today is 17-Oct-2016.
                                    I have been calling the customer service from last 4 days they kept me promising that the TV is on it's way in the next 24-48 Hrs which i waited for 96 Hrs and yet the TV hasn't reached to me.
                                    I'm very much tired of calling the customer care and keep on telling the problem repeatedly.
                                    Everytime i call i get a new person to attend my problem and answers the same to wait for 24 Hrs more.
                                    Please let me know where my TV is, I am not interested to get the money refunded as i've already waited for 15days and still waiting for it.

                                    Please let me know if any other details required.

                                      On 2nd of Oct'16 I have ordered 2 water purifiers through Amazon where there was a offers are going on, the product what I have orders has a 63% discount. I have ordered 2 water purifier at the rate of 5, 999.00 Indian rupees and the Actual price in Amazon is 15999.00 Indian Rupees. The appropriate delivery date was 12th of Oct'16. I thought the product will reach to me little early, however 1 water purifier reached to me on 12th Wednesday. When I opened the product on 13th in the morning, I saw that the purifier is used one and purifier is with water and mud and also the quality is not at all good when I compare with showroom piece. We have same product available in show rooms and the quality and other parts are much better than this and its a new product not used one. Even the purifier is also broken not is used condition.
                                      The 2nd product did not reach on time even though have ordered same products with quantity 2, it reached to my door step on 15th night and when I open the product its same USED product again Amazon has delivered. This is the second product they sent the USED one and I have take a picture and started escalating the issue to Amazon and not yet received any response still. The second product is with full of mud and I can easily make out that the product is USED one, you can also see the picture which I am going to attach.
                                      I have also ordered two extra water purifier worth of 598/- rupees, One is totally broken in that and both of them are not so useful.

                                      I have raised a return request today to return the products as I have not got any response from Amazon after sending many reminders, I feel there is no use of doing follow up wasting my time.

                                      Please find the pictures o[censored]sed products and if you can please help me at the earliest. I have added 2 picture under videos due to size consumption.

                                        I ordered product from u r site through net banking payment system but it deliver without vessel and hand of product damaged cooking from this cookware is not possible.
                                        When I talk to customer care they reply purchase from shop not from site .
                                        If we purchase from shop then why r u sale on site
                                        U have to pay damage charges to me for my inconvenience
                                        Customer care services is too poor
