I ordered 2 phone's from amazon 1+3 & Mi Max, both the delivery was scheduled on 24th October, but haven't received the same, customer service of amazon is helpless as they are hired to only share TAT... After talking to half a dozen Advisor's.. till now delivery is not received.. And on top of this amazon on there App updated that the delivery attempt was made on 24th October by (11:04pm) m actually amazed to see the status as it says Pm... Is amazon insane... I'm completely disappointed with Amazon delivery service... It's pathetic

    My name is Jewel Shetty. I bought Coolpad note 5 couple of days ago and I facing call drop issue with the phone. The microphone also doesn't work sometimes and the phone also gets overheated a lot. I spoke with your representatives named Niketan and Varun and both were not helpful. Both were not ready to listen to my problem and were interfering while I was speaking. This was a real bad experience with Amazon. They asked me to refer a app which was not working on the phone. Even while talking to them the call got disconnected couple of times and even they noticed that issue. They asked me to contact manufacturer for this issue while is totally unacceptable. I have purchased the product from Amazon and there is no point of me contacting the manufacturer for the defect as the mediator is Amazon. The conversation with them was pathetic and even after my humble requets they were repeating the same thing again and again. And when requested for a supervisor or manager, they didn't bother to listen me. Maybe Amazon doesn't want to replace or refund this product as mentioned on the website. Even I requested them that I don't want a refund as I was about a different phone from Amazon. Amazon should take their customers seriously and harassing customers for the refund procedure is not right. I should take this incident to the social media stating that there is no after sales support for this product from Amazon.

      Recently i bought LG G5 phone from amazon and it was damaged from the bottom side. battery case does not close properly from left bottom side.
      when i talked to amazon customer care executive about the replacement of the product.they told me that they cannot process the replacement because the stock with the seller is currently not available". but i saw on there website the same product is available with same seller.when i told them about this they replied me there is some glitch on website the stock is visible on website but not available with us.

      i have bought my phone around 33k in amazon deal but now the actual price of product is 40k and they did not replace my product instead they told me that your money will be refunded. but now on every website the price of product is around 40k because deal is over from everywhere.

        Before we start i want to let you know this email and the response to this will ne shared to other complaints.

        Secondly i do not want this to dealt with MINHAJ or DEEPA, (with no disrespect - i feel they are incompetent and incapable to resolve this)
        And im just 1 step away from going to consumer court about this.

        I have 4 attachments which are proofs which i am sending you guys.

        So starting by the 1st complaint.
        Plesse listen to my calls and emails from 12th oct.

        I ordered this on 3rd oct.. The delivery date was 12th,

        I ordered this so i could play tennis matches so it was very important for me i took a day off from work to receive this item,
        The item was not delivered i called cust service, i was promised the item will be delivered on 13th oct,
        I said never mind- i took a loss of day work and salary,
        I couldnt afford to stay home to receive this so next day i went to work, but i told my cousin to receive my package on my behalf when he comes to the home.

        No delivery on that day, i was upset i called cust service- they offered me Rs 100 gift card as compensation and i was told i will get it by 14th oct as a promise.

        On 14th oct i waited myself to pick this up, i waited till 2pm, no one came to deliver.. I took a half day and when to office late as i thought the delivery guy might come late evening..
        But no one came i wrote email complaint i was given Rs200 gift card.
        Then i was told please wait for next day.
        And again they promise it will be delivered.
        No one came,

        So i spoke to Leadership team now over phone, they said we give you Rs100 gift card please wait till 17th oct and they promise they will deliver.

        I received a call on 16th oct SUNDAY for delivery, as it ws sunday nobody was at home to receive this, i said to the delivey guy can they deliver it tomorow... He said yes they will deliver it tomorow.

        17th monday morning i was waiting, called the same delivery guy number it was switch off so called cust service they said please wait the order will be delivered before evening.

        SO I TOOK A DAY OFF from work,
        Nobody came,
        I spoke to leadership team again, nobody was ready to help as they daid there was no movement of the item and they are unable to track.
        I wrote email complaints, same guy or girl MINHAJ unable to help.

        I start sending complaint email to managing director s about this,

        Because amazon was not ready to compensate for my time loss and money loss.

        I called everyday on 17th 18th and 19th
        I was told same things all wrong info false promise - stating i will receive it tmrw.

        The order was actually lost in transit in HINJEWADI WAREHOUSE, Nobody could find it and they had to search for 4 hours as the transport manager had ordered them

        I received the order on 19th oct at 11pm (yes at night)
        So you guys can imagine the frustration,

        Ordered on 3rd oct received on 19thoct
        Order Rs 1200 which had Rs 300 delivery charge.

        I took 2 leaves from office and 2 half days to receive this which is a loss of Rs 2400.

        Amazon compensation was Rs 400 gift card,
        But for me its actualy Rs 100 because Rs 300 should have been cancelled as its a failed delivery amazon could not delive this on time. So that Rs 300 gift card is not valid.

        My calls records show i have more 32 calls made to amazon and 17 emails sent for this.
        Do you know the time wasted on this?

        This is just the start of the inconvenience.

        I received the shoes when started to wear this thats when i realised amazon seller has screwed my 2 weeks.

        The size i received was number 9 but i ordered number 10.

        The shoe does not fit.

        You guys made me wait for 17days, after 32 calls, the seller sends me wrong shoes.
        How pathetic is that seller because THIS CASUALLY AMAZON IS DOING BUSINESS.
        This might not be Amazon mistake but
        YOU BLIND trust your sellers.

        The seller and amazon just care about their business.
        When size 10 went out of stock you guys sent size 9 thinking customer will not notice if it fits.

        This is bad business, everyone should know about this.

        Amazon has to compensate for this

        2nd complaint similar to 1st but with no late delivery but amazon worst agent.

        On 16th oct i ordered gold chain 28inch size (please see attachment) everything was ok until next day,
        The picture, the item name eveything got automatically changed into Rudraksh chain which i never ordered.

        I called on 17th oct at 8.30 morning (check the calls) i informed the scenario.

        My call was transfered to cancellation and refunds,
        I explained him again that i never order rudraksh chain.

        Advisor said- HE HAS CANCELLED THE ORDER, i will get my money back Rs 200 gift card after 24 hours in my acc and Rs 40 in my credit card within 3 days.

        I was waiting for it, there was no refund.

        I got this item delivered to my house on 20th,
        I thought it was my tennis dampener which i order, i helped thevdelivey with address for next customer..
        Before i realised it was a jewelery which i had cancelled he was gone.

        My question is why amazon has no value for customers time and efforts,

        I wasted hour hour and spoke and cancelled this order.

        If i was promised by the advisor the order is cancelled and i will get refund in next 24 hours... Why was it not done?

        I need amazon to take strict action against that advisor.

        He has caused me lot of time my energy and money waste as i had to arrange returns to amazon again.

        No compensation was given to me for this amazon hassle neither from leadership team neither by Deepa from email resolution team.

        Amazon needs to compensate this to me.

        3rd and last - after being pathetically treated by your leadership team..
        I decided to return the wrong shoes and chain jewelery delivered.

        I was told by the leadership- Sir its simple, return the order and get your money back.
        We cant help you any other way.
        He spoke to as if he was doing a favour to me.

        Thats why i decided no more shopping from amazon.

        I arranged for returns next day on 21st oct between 8am to 11pm

        As i work in a bpo from 10am to 8pm this was only slot available, so i decided to take half day from work causing Rs 400 loss for me.

        Next day i waited till 11am nobody called or came,

        Around 11pm i got message from amazon stating my delivery is RESCHEDULED between 5pm to 8pm

        My question you guys are working fir this nd earning because if this?

        Who gave amazon the pernission to reschedule my returns?
        You have the audacity to do that without informing me?
        Do you think we are unemployed and free for amazon whenever you guys think?

        I want to raise a complaint against whoever rescheduled my timings,

        Because of it i lost rs 400 due to half day and the shoes have not been returned as the returns guy got into an arguement with saying he will not come anytime before 5pm..
        And i can do whatever i can but he will not come.

        I will not talk about false promise,
        Wrong info,
        Number of calls, emails sent

        Lets discuss only monetary

        So in total for these 2 items shoes and jewelery i had loss of Rs 2800 (2 leaves and 3 half days)
        I will not blame it completely on amazon because the sellers were at fault too, and 1 of your guys from refunds was at fault too,
        So amazon has to refund me 50% of this..
        Amazon has Refunded or compensated for Rs 400
        So amazon has to refund me Rs 1000.

        Based on all the interactions i ever had
        Amazon i have realised nobody cares about my time, all you guys care about is your business.
        Amazon has to start taking customers time more seriously.

        Compensate me Rs 1000 so that we can close this here because i have already started searching for third party complaints where i can share this.

          I order a 2 pair of shoes on 18 oct 2016...and the expected time to reach this shoes in my house 22 oct but it not reach on time ...this is a gift for somebody but because of amazon delivery i m not able to gift my friend ...it is not expected form amazon...

                I have ordered an item on 2nd October ( Order#[protected] . I have returned the item as I didn't like it. The return has been approved . Still didn't get my refund. I didn't expect this much time from a leading online retailer Amazon . Very disappointing. Please resolve immediately.

                  I have ordered for one HTC desire 2.5 from amazon india which as supposed to be delivered on 18th october 2016 has no been delivered till date i.e, on 25th oct 2016. when it was enquired at customer care they said that the item will be delivered by 23rd yet there is no response. when we enquired today to our utter surprise it is informed that the same ordered has been cancelled .

                    Sir this is in regard to Redmi Note 3 (Dark Grey) the Order Id[protected] associated with my email id keshu [protected]@gmail.com . Sir on the very first day of receival of the mobile phone it showed the defect in touchscreen and after that i contacted amazon but they blocked my amazon account due to which i am not able to make return of the received mobile phone and when told contacted the customer care of amazon told me that they are not able to take my request of return of my mobile phone as my amazon account was blocked. So sir plz arrange a replacement of my a mobile phone as the defect arise with in 10 days of receival of the mobile. So request you to look into matter and arrange replacement.

                      I was asked to enter the details of my debit card on your website while activating Amazon Prime 30 day free trial which I did as I used to trust Amazon. But about half an hour after logging off from my Amazon account, I received a text message and email from citibank that my debit card has been charged 66.94 Rs.

                      Also I am asked for my citibank IPIN while finalising the transaction and I didn't enter it too.

                      Please look into the matter and refund this wrongfully deducted amount into my account. I am not sure for what purpose this amount has been charged. I need a reply asap.

                        I ordered the product on amazon, it did not get delivered to me. I had reached out the customer care support 3 times now, and all 3 times i was given false commitments.

                        When i took the matter to someone called priya (So called leadership team of chat support) she took 1 hour of my time, and in the end rudely forced ended the chat. To my surprise i also did not receive chat history from her chat.

                        I am facing a loss of inr 2000/-, on top of it i do not have the product in my hand, on top of it i was assured 3 time i will get the product and not refund. And still, i am here frustrated with your chat support agents for misleading me 3 times, and on top of it priya (Claims to be leadership team) very unprofessionally ending the conversation. Her attitude was worst than the chat agents.

                        Totally unprofessional behaviour.

                            This the 5th or 6th time i am calling and writing to amazon. I have lost all faith in its services. Till date all the things efforts are done by me and i have not received any resolution. Let me explain you once again what exactly happen with me.

                            Day one (Saturday 22 october 2016):

                            I received a new mi max prime from your executive and i handed over my old phone under exchange program. I was very happy that i got a new phone but all my happiness turned into grief when i opened the box and realised that i have received a defective phone. Half of the phone's screen was not working. I immediately called amazon and made you guys aware of the situation. Amazon customer service agent tole me not to worry and told me that i will get replacement of the defective phone. They told me that a person will collect my phone and i will get a new phone from amazon.

                            Day two (Sunday 23 october 2016)

                            No-one came to pickup the phone, so i called amazon and found that no-one initiated the process from amazon. Since i did not had my phone so i was already loosing my business. I called amazon again and now they transferred my call to return and refund department. A lady archana answered my call from same department and told me that they will reverse pickup my phone and will refund the amount. (I recorded this call and i have all this on record) she also sent me a acknowledgement email for the issue.

                            Day three (Monday 24 october 2016)

                            No one came to pick up the phone, so i called again the amazon services and it was told to me that archana conveyed me incorrectly and there is no such process. They transferred my call to m a rahim from mobile department and this time rahim told me that a person will come to examine the phone and he will tell amazon about the state and then they will start the return and refund process. He also sent me an email stating the same. I received a message from ad-tvsets sender saying an engineer mansha ram will check my phone with number [protected]. However this number was not available. I tried calling him several times but number was not connected.

                            Day four (Tuesday 25 october 2016)

                            I called amazon again and told them to transfer my call to mobile team and also gave them the call ticket number but they simply refused to do so as this is not a process as per them. On insisting the guy to do so he stopped responding to my questions and left me on mute.

                            Till now i am without a smartphone after 4 days and have no information what is needed to be done. Each time a different story is told to me and still no phone is delivered. I have already received warnings from my office for not responding to my clients on time as i do not have access to my emails over phone. I am suffering a lot because of amazon poor service.

                              I have placed an order of this phone through amazon on 03-oct and was not delivered on time. Thus, i had to process the cancellation on 13-oct-2016 and today is 25-oct-2016. It's been 12 days now, since i cancelled the order. And the product is still not delivered back to the seller. If you can not deliver the product back to seller. It's not my concern. You are incompetent to send the package back on time. I have spoken to amazon a lot of times and was promised that refund will be processed on soon but not on time. Neither i haven't received any communication from amazon regarding the delay in delivery nor for refund. I have tried ordering another phone and the status shows that the phone can be delivered in 48 hrs. Using amazon prime service by paying rs 80 extra and 24 hrs for rs 100. I have already paid for the phone using the credit card. I have already paid the emi. I would never recommend amazon to anyone. The service received from amazon was beyond terrible. Amazon could have tried arranging the delivery of the phone from another seller. If they'd really wanted to help a customer. I have provided the feedback so that you make improvements and "build earth's most customer-centric company". And i don't think that amazon's customer service team has tried even 1% of it.

                              I had to place another order on 14-oct-2016 and received it on 16-oct-2016 through amazon prime.

                              I have collected enough proof including phone conversations recordings, email conversations and communications on amazon website. I have lost all hope to get help from amazon to get my money back.

                                  Please help me to file a case against amazon india and chevron the seller of my product.
                                  I purchased a product from amazon, orderid: order#[protected] on oct 3, 2016. It was supposed to delivered by 15-20 oct. Today is 25th october and there is no resolution. I have made several calls to amazon and emails to the seller however there is no response at all. Amazon says contact seller and seller says contact amazon. This is a real harassment, i just a call with amazon supervisor (Silva the gangster from chennai office) and he disconnected my call saying nothing can be done. I am scared of him.. Oooooooooooooo.. He was talking like as if he is a don and he thinks he can do anything but he is wrong. I was on the call for 55 minutes can you believe, they were keeping me on hold expecting me to disconnect and when i didnt, he hung up on me. Son of a *

                                  Now, do not understand what to do, i strongly request to consumer complaint team or any law firm to take this matter along with other complaints against these mafia's who are looting our country. I want to teach them a lesson. When i thought to raise a consumer complaint, i was shocked that i am the only one.

                                  I want to either make sure that these fake companies cannot run their business in india or atleast an apology letter along with the product or compensation, mere refund wont work.

                                  Attached is the invoice along with the committed date of delivery.

                                  Already called 4 times to Amazon customer care and 3 emails.
                                  Messaged thrice to seller as there is no contact number.

                                  Please let me know if any agency can help me to file a harassment as well as fraud case against Silva and Amazon respectively.

                                  Can someone help? these are harassing me mentally now. If I call them they say wait for 2 weeks and then disconnect the phone. If I ask for refund they say beg from seller???????????? Please any authority or legal firm help me pls to fight against these monsters - Man eaters.

                                    I ordered moto g4 plus on oct 1st, 2016. It got delivered me to by oct 6th, 2016.
                                    There are some issues with my mobile. It has a problem called ghost touch while charging. The same issue i reported to amazon customer care on 14th oct. This product has 10 days replacement warranty. But amazon ask me to contact manufacturer for further support. If amazon gives 10 days replacement warranty it should replace the product.
                                    Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      I had order 2 products from amazon.in on 4 or 5 oct. i received the order on 22nd october that too in broken condition and there is no online option for refund . ii talked to customer care but still no action has been taken. My one product is still not delivered. i have ordered through st.[protected]@gmail.com

                                        Pathetic experience ever.

                                        Company promises to deliver the product after a week by 24th october. I recieve message daily but never received product.
                                        Delivery boy calls and forwards the details to the company as customer not available instead of visiting home address. Worse part is nobody comes to my place but forwards information as product delivered and in the hand of customer, but actually no one comes and calls and says will be delivered next day. Called customer service almost everyday but all efforts goes in vain as no resolution even after all the attempts. Instead gets response they cant co ordinate with delivery guy. Imagine an onlinr portal whose first job should be to get the delivery to the customer cant co ordinate with the delivery team, it was a joke! Secondly, after the delivery date when i ask to speak to manager as 4 attempts were failed and customer service advisor couldnt resolve in 4 days, i am denied by the advisor and shouts and rudely ends the call from his end. Ultimately i speak to a manger, who has no resolution except replacement for the product not delivered which will take 2 more weeks or refund which will take another week. So after you place the order, you spend a week and then u r asked to waste another time and that too for the payment you have already made online. I am not sure how much money company kust be making after keeping customers money for 2 to 3 weeks like this. For the worse customer experience and a delivery time who cant trace a crowded mumbai city's address at malad west, delivery teams inefficiency, you get nothing. However amazon has a policy of just working internally for all the feedbacks causing frustrations and mental agony to the customers and wasting their time. As per them, they dont consider the customers statutory rights and the service customer should get as per customer protection act 1986.
