We purchase mobile Xiaomi redmi note3 on amazon(order id:[protected], delivered on 15th oct2016)& we found its defective, so we immediately contact Amazon & register our complaint, but instead of solving the issue they continuously misguided us by given wrong information. (I have all conversation's audio recordings)
first before purchase product thay assured us that they will refund if any defects or we want to return by any reason, but after that when device delivered and we found problems, then they said 'their policy is change now and go to service center and contact mobile brand we can't help you'.
We explain that service center is not available in our city and very far from our residence(more than 252km+252km & 12 hours Gerry by both sides) which is very inconvenience to go there, means our complete loss on online shopping. Still amazon not accept our complaint.
We have all evidence of conversation with their service center and its clear that they trying to misguide me so that i waste my time and expire the date of returns.
As well as we also contact to mobile brand xiaomi's service center, they also replied that we should do contact to Amazon, in this issue, it is amazon's responsibility to solve our problems and take return that defective product back and refund your money.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
