It has scheduled by amazon to pickup the product on 24-oct-2016 but till date product has not yet pickup by blue dart and when i track this id# [protected] through online then it has mentioned like "package not ready". I am surprise how they have updated wrong information without come to my home. I am receiving message and they will pickup today...

    I had ordered a kurta and a saree from amazon which was not as per my expectations so i put a return request. It's been 3 days and they haven't picked up the product yet. Everyday they say they will come and they don't turn up. Yesterday i even called them up and requested them to take away the products today by 11 am since nobody would be available from tomorrow. But today also nobody came. The sms sent by them had an amazon executive contact number which was switched off when i called him up.
    If i mail them, they say it will take 24-48 hrs.
    Even after saying that nobody would be available for next 10 days at home they don't care enough to come and take the product..
    My money is also stuck with them.. Such sick people are these amazon...
    I want my money back.. I don't care for those 3rd class products they have sent me..
    Kindly help me in getting with touch with some senior person at amazon as soon as possible... Its really urgent...

      Hi,

      You people are making me fool since last 4 days it create only bad image of Amazon in Indian customers & market.
      I think Amazon not want to delivered the my packege that's why again sent fake sms & mail by amazon "We could not deliver your order with Safari Thorium Polycarbonate 66 (cms) Silver Hardsided Suitcase (@@ as customer was not available. http://amzn.in/02CyFGh" but nobody had visited my communication address for delivery We are available at home.

      Verry verry poor sevice provided by amazon.

      Thanks for wasting my valueable time...

      Amazon team pls provide the Mr Amit Agarwal email id I want escallate the matter to him because I thing he is not aware
      about the bad Amazon service in india.

      Amazon team shared the fake update through sms & email since last 4 days to me package will deliver shorlty to you but still not delivered I think they are not interested to deliver it.

        I Was ordered Mobile on Amazon.in on 17 october 2016, for that which i was suppose to get delivery by 21 october 2016, The Delivery person called at 9 pm in Non-Working hours. and i asked him to deliver the product on 24 october but he didnot deliver the product as upto date.This kind of worst delivery i didnot seen before..

        The delivery person is talking irresponsibly..he again called me at 8pm to deliver the product .but when I went to the point he is not there ..I called him he replied that u have cancelled the order..I said i didn't cancelled the order and I asked him where he is, I decided to go near him to pick up my product..but he very irresponsible..he replied that he is on the way to his home..he cannot deliver the product..and also he said that you can complaint to anyone whom you want... very pathetic situation with the Amazon delivery

          Got phone one plus 3 costing 27999 on 19.09.2016 and it got damaged it was in manufacture warranty and when checked with customer care they are saying that nothing can be done.
          Please do something on it as we have paid a huge amount and it is just a month old phone.
          Please refund our money or get the phone replaced else we need to go to consumer forum as there is still the warranty.

            Hi,

            I places an order on 10th aug 2016 (order #[protected] for a laptop (hp pavilion 15-au084tx 15.6-inch laptop (core i5-6200u/4gb/1tb/windows 10 home/4gb graphics), natural silver) sold by vendor (ascent technologies). it was delivered to us on 16th aug 2016. however we were not happy with performance of the item and had process the self return on 25th aug 2016. because this was a self return i had to return the item on my own using my own courier service.

            I dispatched the item on 26th aug 2016 using a courier service (awb [protected], http://www.overnitenet.com)and same was delivered to amazon fulfillment center on 9h sept 2016. i was following up with the cs rep on this every alternate day. on 12th sept 2016 (18.45) i received an email as confirmation of items been received by amazon.

            The email said "have checked your order #[protected] and confirmed that we received your return item. our return support team processing your refund and will send you a confirmation email once the refund is completed." again i had to do followup with cs rep for refund.

            On 29th sept 2016 i got a email saying courier charges would be refunded to my amazon account as gift card and laptop cost would be refunded to original payment method. i did got the gift card of the value same to my courier charges but never got the refund for the laptop.

            On 6th oct 2016 i received an email from account specialist and not the cs rep saying that they are unable to issue a refund because they did not received the item. i shared pod on 12th oct which had received stamp on it but never received any reply for that. the last reply i had was on 6th oct.

            I am looking forward to get a refund for the laptop. it has been more then a 50 days i have not received the refund.

              Hi,

              My name is Anshul Khanna, i am extremely disappointed with the use of trade malpractices adopted by amazon these days. Such malpractices include cancellation of order after receiving the payment from customer through online banking.

              I did online payment of Rs. 388 through net banking for the order I placed on 24th October, Order #[protected] for book named Criminal Procedure Code Sep 2014 published by Ratanlal & Dheerajlal.

              To my surprise they cancelled the order after deducting the payment from my account. I immediately called customer care and they told that they did not receive any payment for the order that is the reason they have cancelled it. When i checked with my bank, they told that the amount of Rs. 388 is credited to amazon from my bank account.

              I again checked amazon website and the price of the commodity i ordered is increased. This means that amazon desperately cancelled my order so that i place an order again making an increased amount of payment. Moreover they are not ready to refund the payment which i did in the first place amounting rs. 388.

              I have also attached photographs including screenshots and bank statement. This may be helpful for you guys to raise a complaint against them.

              I have attached valid proofs including the transaction id - BIL/[protected]/PGMIB-/AMAZON_HICI4850 for the Order #[protected] of Cr.P.C (Criminal Procedure Code Sep 2014)

              These proofs include bank statement showing deduction of Rs. 388 by amazon on 24/10/2016, this deduction is cross verified with the screenshot of the order confirmation which shows the amount deducted and also a discrepancy in mode of payment as the screenshot clearly shows the mode of payment as credit card despite of payment being made through net-banking.

              I expect a prompt and genuine resolution from your end as you are my last hope to redress my consumer grievance.

                Hi,

                I ordered a mobile on amazon.in and which i was suppose to get delivered before 21 oct, i get to see updated in the amazon portal that, your order has been shipped and will be delivered before 21 oct. I waited so long and today i got call from the seller that we still did not ship your order.

                Amazon should not update any such statuses because we dont go by seller but we go by amazon statuses, else in worst case, amazon should stay neutral if they dont get proper information.

                Long awaiting every day from customer is not you should be playing with.

                    I have ordered cell phone on 9th Oct 2016 as well as on 20th Oct. Both the time got faulty products. All the evidences has provided to amazon customer service.

                    1st time I have asked for replacement but amazon support team directly refunded the amount.

                    2nd time I have asked for refund as I fad up of faulty piece and do not want to use any phone from amazon so they denied and without my confirmation they have initiated replacement.

                    When I contacted support team they have given all the blame to policy and cut the phone without clarification.

                    Today is 26th oct 2016 but they didn't accepted my concern even I have paid the full amount in advance all the time.

                          I have ordered Sony TV in amazon.in (order no:[protected]. The product was sent to wrong hub and crossed the Delivery date and at last I requested Amazon to return the product and refund the money. I got the mail that order was cancelled and refund will be initiated once after product reaches the seller. It has been 1 week and still the product is not yet started to seller. When I called the courier team, they are saying we haven't received any update from amazon. When I called amazon, they are saying we already informed the courier team.

                            I have placed a order of led tv amazon on 14th oct 2016 by paying a amount of 21000. on purchase of the product i have enquired about the delivery to the customer care ; it was promised that it would be delivered within the next 2-3 business days.
                            But this product delivery was postponed more than 4 times (after calling to customer care more than 45 times it was of no use team leader said product is on the way you will receive within 24 hrs from last 6 days i am at home due to product delivery but till now i have not received my product today morning i got msg at 8:05am my product is out for delivery & 8:32 they send me msg they are unable to deliver my product as customer was not available i called customer care they are making fool finally i fed up with the response of delivery and customer care when asked the customer care people regarding the same they respond with the regular way of "sorry it was being taken care... bla... bla"

                            Till now i have not received my product.

                            I have all the details in mails and photos taken (if needed can provide)

                            Please black list amazon...

                                I booked above Wonderchef 400 watt Nutri-Blend, white mixer on 17 October 2016. But, till now I am not getting my product after series of followups through phone calls with your customer care executives. They always give false commitments and fails to resolve my complaint. on 23rd I received a phone call from your courier boy I request to him that give my product at my home in sector-7 but he refused and give assurance that he delivered the product in next day at my delivery address. but still, after many false attempts I am not getting my product.

                                As I frequently purchase lots of things from Amazon, I am 2nd time facing these types problem with courier team. They always give false commitment and come to my premises in late hours.

                                Now, I am going to cancel my order and never ever purchase anything through this site. As I have many options to choose another site for online purchasing.

                                  I have ordered product in Amazon India Website and details are given below.
                                  Order Date: 4 October 2016
                                  Order #:[protected], Product name:Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 (Dark Grey, 32GB). I have paid the amount using my credit card and the expected delivery of the product is 13th October. Till date i have not received product, amazon and it's courier partner are bluffing and cheating me by providing wrong tracking details such as customer is not available.                                     I have placed a order of american tourister in amazon on 1st oct 2016 by paying a amount of 5, 050. On purchase of the product i have enquired about the delivery to the customer care ; it was promised that it would be delivered within the next 2-3 business days.
                                    But this product delivery was postponed more than 4 times (After calling to customer care more than 20 times it was of no use).
                                    Finally i fed up with the response of delivery and customer care ; so i cancelled the order on 18th oct (Tentative) by contacting the customer care again. It was promised by them that money would be refunded within next 2 days.
                                    Till now the money is not credited, when asked the customer care people regarding the same they respond with the regular way of "sorry it was being taken care... Bla... Bla"

                                    Till now the money is not credited in to my account.

                                      After calling 5 to 10 Times no one is coming for the pick of the piece which i got defected every tym i call customer service they only say sir aaj pakka pick up ho jayega i wanted to gift it on diwali to my special ones but this bad service of amazon i'll never use or orderr again from here waste of money, from last three days my pick up time is getting reschedule but u no one is contacting me or even i am not getting any response from the customer service.i had called 5 to 10 times given two alternate numbers but that also of no use are they listening to us or not plzzz yrr solve my issue

The first shipment starts on 7th october via blue dart courier service. The first delivery date was scheduled to 14-17th october which got rescheduled to 20th october to 24th october. I have following up with amazon from 17th october about my product. Every time they will say wait for some more time, we are looking into it and following up with blue-dart though nothing was really happening in reality.
                                        On 25th october, i got to know that my product delivery got cancelled due to some unknown reason. Immediately, i called amazon customer care about this particular situation, after a long discussion the lady (Urvashi) assured me that they are doing an replacement on this product with the same price and same offer. But after sometime, she told me that this product is not available from the same seller, hence i will not be eligible for the cashback. As i faced lots of difficulties for this product, she assured me that instead of the replacement, they will give a full refund along with the cashback of 20%. She also ensured me that she will drop me an e-mail about this.
                                        After waiting for 1 hour, when i didn't receive any e-mail from her, i called amazon again. But this time, one guy from the same team (Refund & return dept.) contradicted by saying that we can't give you the cashback as this is against our policy.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I would like to state that i am not greedy for the cashback. But the amount of harassment i had to go through for this product from amazon, i would really like to file a police complaint against this e-commerce giant.

                                        Please do something.
