I bought a phone through amazon (India) a few months back and now is giving some software related problem. As it is under warranty, i can get it serviced from an authorized service center for which they need the invoice. Unfortunately, the imei# on the invoice provided by amazon is incorrect without which the center refuses to provide the service.

I have been following up with amazon for last 2 months to get the correct invoice but no luck yet.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Disgusting amazon services and customer care representative, their customer representative is not at all professional and always makes false promises.

      Ordered redmi note-3, 32 gb mobile is not delivered as committed.
      Order date: 3 october 2016
      Committed delivery date: 10 october 2016.

      Above product is not delivered by amazon till this date i. E. 26 oct, today i got sms saying order is cancelled and refund is initiated.
      I have not initiated the cancellation so i called them again to check. I ordered the product during amazon hdfc bank offer sale, now after this much waiting and harassment they have cancelled my order. Even after calling 11 times
      To their customer care, they are not taking my complaint seriously and giving fake promises
      (Like product will be delivered tomorrow) every time i call them. I have to call every day to follow-up
      And check status on that. Now they have cancelled my product saying it was damaged so they will be paying my money back. I asked them to replace and deliver my product with same offer, they are saying you can buy the product again form portal with sbi offer they will not bw giving and compensation for the loss of hdfc offer.
      After 24 day, they inform me that my product is cancelled and i will not get any compensation for my loss of hdfc offer.
      They said they are not liable for amy compensation but just sorry. Now festive offers are gone for hdfc, if they informed me earlier i could have
      Ordered from somewhere else. They made fake promises and kept me waiting.
      This nonprofessional behavior is causing harassment.
      I am going to raise concern in social media, this is not the way to deal with customers.

Ordered Moto G Plus, 4th Gen (White, 32 GB) the site says this was handed to their Courier on 17th Oct, the product is not yet delivered after 11 days. Whenver I contacted the custome care guys, their standard line is " I'm escalating your issue, sorry for your inconvenient, wait for 24 hrs your product will deliver withing 24 hrs".

      Above product is not delivered by amazon till this date i. E. 1st Nov, I got email saying product has lost in transit and they are able to innitiate refund.
      I have not initiated the cancellation so i called them again to check. I ordered the product during DIWALI sell on exchange offer ( 10, 429.00 ), now after this much waiting and harassment they want me to cancle my order. Even after calling and over chat help they are given me excuses and and requesting me to wait another 24 hrs and after that nothing is happen.They are not taking my complaint seriously and giving fake promises (Like product will be delivered tomorrow) every time i call them. I have to call every day to follow-up
      And check status on that. Now they want me to cancle my order and place a new order. I ask them to give me a same deal but they are not ready.They are saying you can buy the product again form portal with offer they are having now.
      They made fake promises and kept me waiting.
      I think the truth is this is a scam, the discounts they have given on diwali is hurting them, hence the delaying tactics. When people get frustrated they cancel the order, and they are quite eagar and happy to do that.

        Hi,

        I am waiting for my item to be delivered from 24th oct 2016. It was supposed to be delivered by 8pm on 24th oct.
        I am still waiting for the item, every day i get a notification about the dispatch and then by evening i get address details required.
        When i called them they said sorry and it will be delivered byy tomorrow and then the cycle continues.
        Have sent mail tried calling customer support, no response.
        This is frustrating as the item i book was a birthday gift and i have pass days from the committed delivery date.

        This prime thing is all fake, we are getting service worst then ever.

        They add comments as they like on the tracking, i see one status were it says "customer reschedule the delivery". I was never contacted here and they added comments which makes no sense.

          I had placed an order on amazon for a phone samsung a5 2016 with order no.[protected] on 4th of actober 2016 with a stipulated delivery date of 7 to 10 october 2016. On 5th october i got msg from amazon stating my order package was dispatched and on 7th oct another msg from amazon that the package is out for delivery and will be delivered by end of the day did not received the product on that day nor got any call form amazon delivery executive later was confirmed by amazon customer service executive that the package was never out for delivery and the intimation msg was fake. From there on my ordeal started kept calling and mailing amazon daily following up for my package and kept getting fake promises of delivery within 24 hours. At last again one more confirmation on cal and in mail that the package will be deliverd on 17 oct monday again called the customer service in the morning to check the status of delivery which they told they dont have any tracking detail for the package the executive told me to opt for a replacement and insisted me to wait till afternoon as the delivery generally happens in the afternoon and if still you don get the product they will place a replacement request. Again no sign of delivery called in the afternoon again for placing the replacement request to which i was informed that a replacement is not possible they can only refund the amount which i denied as waiting for so long for the package and in the end getting a refund does not make any point. Then in the evening same day got an sms form amazon stating a refund has been initiated when i called the customer service to check the status was informed refund was the only option as they did'nt had the replacement phone but when i checked the site again to check the stock the phone was available with them i escalated the call and spoke to a senior named mr. Ajay there even he declined my request. I ordered the product with amazon becaue they has an exchange offer plus there was a cashback on hdfc bank cards. Now what i want here is either a replacement on same terms and conditions or compensation. They cannot take customers for granted.
          Now they are suggesting me to place a new order with out this offer il be at a loss of 6500.

              Worst experience. Ordered some items as a gift on 7th october. But one of them didn't reach till 21th oct. You ruined my surprise. Tracking details missing. On complaint got tracking details. However as the pack was damaged, torn and opened, the delivery boy threw it above the gate. Amazon is neither arranging pick up nor refunding the money. How can i ask the person to courier it back.. Itz not courtesy. And i ordered it to another city, i cannot travel and courier it.

              Highly unprofessional, unethical behaviour.

                I received phone which has heating issue, arranged an engineer visit and after verification heating issue was confirmed.

                I am forced to get the replacement of the product instead of refund stating that it is as per our policy.

                When asked to provide the same statement in writing, denied and disconnected the call. I am returning product within 10 days timeline as per policy and it is confirmed by their engineer too regarding the fault in phone then why are they not providing the refund also not providing written confirmation if their policy is true.

                I need this sorted on priority. Request your help.

                Wrong information on web site regarding promotion offers on PS 4. they have a link on website which states exchange offer which has expired in 2015 itself. Please read all terms and conditions carefully before you push the "I Agree"button. on amazon website.

                  I have placed an order for Lenovo A2010 mobile phone with black colour. But I received the phone with grey colour. I go for the replacement. I get the phone with grey colour again. It is mentioned as black in the bill but it is grey on the mobile phone box from company. I had placed an order on 4th Oct, 2016 and today is 27th Oct, 2016. in almost 25 days i get nothing but the headache.

                  1. I placed an order for Lenovo A2010 black colour. (www.amazon.in) 2. I have got the messages saying that it is delivered or it will be dispatched. 3. Mobile numbers in the messages were different all the time (might be of local personal) 4. I received a Lenovo A2010 phone with grey colour. 5. I go for the replacement of the same. 6. A person had taken the phone back. 6. after replacing it, I received the Lenovo A2010 phone with grey colour again. 7. The Lenovo company box is saying that it is a grey one. 8. Bills received from Amazon says that it is black. 9. This is started from 4th Oct 2016 and I didn't get desired product yet.

                    Amazon not ready for cancelling my order and making the refund. I am following up with them every alternate day. But they are not cancelling my order. When i am calling them they are not giving me exact information they are making a mockery of my situation and asking me to get some rest. When i am tracking them on chat all of them are not having any information, and not cancelling my order. The height of the scenario is that one of their agents left the conversation in between. I have still not received the refund.

                      I purchase this smartphone on 24oct 2016 and the very first day issue. I purchased a smartphone which is crap compare to its price range and also has many issues. So i contacted the amazon customer care for the return/refund of this phone but they denied to provide any such service and ask me to collect two letters from motorola then they will refund the money.
                      When i contacted motorola for those letters they say they won't provide those two letters infact ask me to contact back to amazon.
                      I want my money refunded not any replacement.

                        I had ordered mobile from amazon and due to some reason i had to return the product. I had raised the refund request on 18th october and the pickup was scheduled for 20th. Bit no one has come till now to collect the product. If it would have been collected on 20th i would have received the refund on 24th. I everyday called customer representative for this issue but everyday there was same response that it will be collected in 24 hrs but there was no action from their side. And i had made payment by credit card. Because of their delay my credit card limit is blocked for rs 8000 (The cost of mobile) and also i will have to pay this 8000 on 30th as the payment is due and this amount will also get blocked. So i am not able to use my limit of credit card because of the company. I request you to make company compensate for the loss.

I am surprise how they have updated wrong information without come to my home. I am receiving message and they will pickup today...

                            I had ordered a kurta and a saree from amazon which was not as per my expectations so i put a return request. It's been 3 days and they haven't picked up the product yet. Everyday they say they will come and they don't turn up. Yesterday i even called them up and requested them to take away the products today by 11 am since nobody would be available from tomorrow. But today also nobody came. The sms sent by them had an amazon executive contact number which was switched off when i called him up.
                            If i mail them, they say it will take 24-48 hrs.
                            Even after saying that nobody would be available for next 10 days at home they don't care enough to come and take the product..
                            My money is also stuck with them.. Such sick people are these amazon...
                            I want my money back.. I don't care for those 3rd class products they have sent me..
                            Kindly help me in getting with touch with some senior person at amazon as soon as possible... Its really urgent...

                              You people are making me fool since last 4 days it create only bad image of Amazon in Indian customers & market.
                              I think Amazon not want to delivered the my packege that's why again sent fake sms & mail by amazon "We could not deliver your order with Safari Thorium Polycarbonate 66 (cms) Silver Hardsided Suitcase (@@ as customer was not available. http://amzn.in/02CyFGh" but nobody had visited my communication address for delivery We are available at home.

                              Verry verry poor sevice provided by amazon.

                                I Was ordered Mobile on Amazon.in on 17 october 2016, for that which i was suppose to get delivery by 21 october 2016, The Delivery person called at 9 pm in Non-Working hours. and i asked him to deliver the product on 24 october but he didnot deliver the product as upto date.This kind of worst delivery i didnot seen before..

                                The delivery person is talking irresponsibly..he again called me at 8pm to deliver the product .but when I went to the point he is not there ..I called him he replied that u have cancelled the order..I said i didn't cancelled the order and I asked him where he is, I decided to go near him to pick up my product..but he very irresponsible..he replied that he is on the way to his home..he cannot deliver the product..and also he said that you can complaint to anyone whom you want... very pathetic situation with the Amazon delivery

                                  Got phone one plus 3 costing 27999 on 19.09.2016 and it got damaged it was in manufacture warranty and when checked with customer care they are saying that nothing can be done.
                                  Please do something on it as we have paid a huge amount and it is just a month old phone.
                                  Please refund our money or get the phone replaced else we need to go to consumer forum as there is still the warranty.

                                    I places an order on 10th aug 2016 (order #[protected] for a laptop (hp pavilion 15-au084tx 15.6-inch laptop (core i5-6200u/4gb/1tb/windows 10 home/4gb graphics), natural silver) sold by vendor (ascent technologies). it was delivered to us on 16th aug 2016. however we were not happy with performance of the item and had process the self return on 25th aug 2016. because this was a self return i had to return the item on my own using my own courier service.

                                    I dispatched the item on 26th aug 2016 using a courier service (awb [protected], http://www.overnitenet.com)and same was delivered to amazon fulfillment center on 9h sept 2016. i was following up with the cs rep on this every alternate day. on 12th sept 2016 (18.45) i received an email as confirmation of items been received by amazon.

                                    The email said "have checked your order #[protected] and confirmed that we received your return item. our return support team processing your refund and will send you a confirmation email once the refund is completed." again i had to do followup with cs rep for refund.

                                    On 29th sept 2016 i got a email saying courier charges would be refunded to my amazon account as gift card and laptop cost would be refunded to original payment method. i did got the gift card of the value same to my courier charges but never got the refund for the laptop.

                                    On 6th oct 2016 i received an email from account specialist and not the cs rep saying that they are unable to issue a refund because they did not received the item. i shared pod on 12th oct which had received stamp on it but never received any reply for that. the last reply i had was on 6th oct.

                                    I am looking forward to get a refund for the laptop. it has been more then a 50 days i have not received the refund.

                                      Hi,

                                      My name is Anshul Khanna, i am extremely disappointed with the use of trade malpractices adopted by amazon these days. Such malpractices include cancellation of order after receiving the payment from customer through online banking.

                                      I did online payment of Rs. 388 through net banking for the order I placed on 24th October, Order #[protected] for book named Criminal Procedure Code Sep 2014 published by Ratanlal & Dheerajlal.

                                      To my surprise they cancelled the order after deducting the payment from my account. I immediately called customer care and they told that they did not receive any payment for the order that is the reason they have cancelled it. When i checked with my bank, they told that the amount of Rs. 388 is credited to amazon from my bank account.

                                      I again checked amazon website and the price of the commodity i ordered is increased. This means that amazon desperately cancelled my order so that i place an order again making an increased amount of payment. Moreover they are not ready to refund the payment which i did in the first place amounting rs. 388.

                                      I have also attached photographs including screenshots and bank statement. This may be helpful for you guys to raise a complaint against them.

                                      I have attached valid proofs including the transaction id - BIL/[protected]/PGMIB-/AMAZON_HICI4850 for the Order #[protected] of Cr.P.C (Criminal Procedure Code Sep 2014)

                                      These proofs include bank statement showing deduction of Rs. 388 by amazon on 24/10/2016, this deduction is cross verified with the screenshot of the order confirmation which shows the amount deducted and also a discrepancy in mode of payment as the screenshot clearly shows the mode of payment as credit card despite of payment being made through net-banking.

                                      I expect a prompt and genuine resolution from your end as you are my last hope to redress my consumer grievance.

                                        Hi,

                                        I ordered a mobile on amazon.in and which i was suppose to get delivered before 21 oct, i get to see updated in the amazon portal that, your order has been shipped and will be delivered before 21 oct. I waited so long and today i got call from the seller that we still did not ship your order.

                                        Amazon should not update any such statuses because we dont go by seller but we go by amazon statuses, else in worst case, amazon should stay neutral if they dont get proper information.

                                        Long awaiting every day from customer is not you should be playing with.
