I have placed an order for Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 (Gold, 32GB) on 3 October 2016 at Amazon.in. Details are as under:-

The same was delivered me on 10 October 2016 but the handset was defective. it is heating up too much. I have purchased it for my wife but afraid to use it. it can be blast any time. I am not using the same and packed it as it is. Secondly, The ringer volume of the same is too low. it is very difficult to hear the ring tone of the handset.

while i am approaching to customer care/website for return the handset and refund the amount to me. They say for repairing the same at Authorized service center. i dont want to repair the New handset and want to return and refund for the same.

    I placed order # Amazon order #[protected]Moto G Turbo) from Amazon.it was expected to deliver by 10 Oct but still no information when it will be deliver and no information about my prepaid order .I contacted so many time with customers care and now Amazon customer service is helpless.
    It was my first order and really surprised with the Amazon courier service and poor customer service.

      Amazon is added vendor without verifing the vendor detail of services . Due to which customer are facing lot of issues . I have purchased a Panasonic LED TV, where the dealer was not provided the wall mount, it's was ok I order it. When the enginerer came for installation he is asking 1500 K for installation . If this is the process kindly mention that at ur website . You can't fool customer by doing this.

        Ref my profile with you .as i observed that cod from your side stopped.fine that is your internal matter .now i wish why my cod has stopped 1 its not mistake from my side. 14 month old code dated stock sent to me and that was returned. it was cheating from your side that is why i stopped all orders from your side 2 and when i ordered lotto shoe from your side offer was around 1100 and includes transportation charges of 150. company may good but the system is deviating.now i request you cancel all my orders and pl sent mail why my cod fesility stopped.until its revoked saying good bye to your site and the balance may be transferred to gift card you may enjoy with the card regards.

            I have purchased MicroMax Canvas 4G from Amazon. On the same day of product receipt I tried to return it because of not meet quality experienceof product.

            Today is third day from receipt date and after trying very hay wired process to return a product I reached their customer service department their I was told that they don't have any policy to return this product and refund the amount.

            I really feel I have been cheated in name of advertising they show aap ki dukaan hamari dukan, I really feel they are nothing but thieve. Instead o[censored]sing knife they are using policies because in both scenarios common man like us becomes help less.

            I do not support any promotional thing online. Please suggest a way to get my hard earned money back.

              My order no. #[protected] place on 2 oct 16 .but order is not yet delivered and i got a message from amazone that we could not deliver your order so sir i had paid the price of the product via visa debit, can you please tell me that my product is deliver or not otherewise please refund my payment back . this is really very dissopointment from amazone please improve your courier service and please reply me.

                Support Service & Product Delivery - BOTH ARE HORRIBLE!
                Check my Calls regarding Order#[protected].

                I spoke to Payal from customer service team and Anurup & Nagesh from Amazon Leadership Team. Terrible support attitude with no help provided at all! My ordered product was returned without contacting me and your support service & leadership team is so helpless in doing anything to make up for the blunder they did with my order!.

                Also, callback assured by Anurup from Amazon Leadership team but i never received a call - I am not surprised on this unprofessionalism anymore though.

                  I order redmi note 3 mobile on amazon on 1 oct 2016 and payment method is prepaid and estimated delivery date is 10 sep. 2016 but it is extend to 14 then i call to amazon customer sevice no. he will asking plz give us time 24 hour after 24 hour my prodect is not delivered then re call after 24 hour he asking or 24 to 48 hour plzzz help amazon courier sevice is very poor and my order id[protected]

                    Dear sir,
                    I had made an order on 2 oct 2016, named as mototrance blaze helmet, order no[protected], amazon made a promiseto delivered the item by 12 oct 2016, while automatically increased the date limit and at 13th they send a mesg on my registered no regarding delivery person name and contact while during contact that person not entertaining the issue, while without visit that delivery person directly provide that coustmer was not at home, during two days continue follow up with coustemer care executive, they were not able to provide any answer and time completely helpless guys and one member was always sitting ideal at home to receive the product.
                    Now got frustrated with amazon services who claimed himself no 1 organisation
                    Please do needful and necessary action on this type of organization who are not providing any answer and fraudly acting in market.

                      After waiting 1/2 a month delivery is still not arrived. Tried to contact 5-6 times they were keep telling to wait for 24 hr and then no response. After 15 days when I forced for inquiry they told the order is disconnected. Pathetic service.
                      Now I was told to take your money back or reorder and it will gonna again 12-15 days.
                      I am highly disappointed with amazon service. Not a good customer any more.

                        [protected] i am very disappointed your services.i have order on 3 oct and my excepted delivery date is 12oct .its 11Day for delivery. i request to provide me earlier your customer care accept my request but they dont provide as my acceptance date .on 12oct they dont deliver .they message sorry for late we deliver to on 16oct. i dont know why you provided this bad service first you say 11 day and after you say 16 day you miss your tata for delivery.than i call to why my product not delivered so they promiss me today 100℅ your product deliver but no one come wasting my time false statment and next day i shock .they cancel my order without any information me not send me any single messege.or if i ask so they say stupid resion .already 15 day is gone for my order and they agine do all process and agine provided me 8 day for deliver so total 20 day .and right now i have not recived my product .customer care told false statement .You dont do your responsibility i have no complas regarding Amazon but plz take a some action for your transpotaion team because i am suffering and i dont want other one suffer same problum its damage your branding and image. i already done my paymet.actuly i surprise if i see the same order last week now they promise to deliver 2-4 day so why are you chetting with me .really i am disappointed about your service and promises its better to me go with flipkart or snapdeal.they atlest give for your promise date .plz do your work with properly and you promise .customer suffering and you just say sorry.take a some legal action on your Currier company.one more thing this is last time if i dont get my product so i invest 2 thousand more and file one case for your company regarding Flud case than you messege and calll me properly.because i am frustrated about your service .

                          I ordered xolo era 4g phone through amazon few days back and got the delivery today...

                          This is the first time i ordered a mobile through amazon.. Usually i prefer n trust flipkart only...

                          Well.. Issue is... That the phone is having lot of problems... Like... Heating, camera quality, touch not working properly, hangs alot... Network not detected... 4g net not working... Whereas same sim's 4g is used in another handset of motorola very well...

                          I am under return and refund policy within 15 days... But customer are is denying for refund... Can only go for replacement...

                          The issues are with the company. Software... Do not wish to go for the same handset...

                          I am disappointed with the reply... Where i am unable to use my right of refund...

                          Kindly help

                            Payment declined by amazon, but sbi bank not crediting back the amount
                            An online purchase of rs.17965/- placed at amazon.in on oct 11, 2016, payment made through sbi credit card. Money got deducted from credit card account. Wrote to both sbi customer care and amazon customer care. Amazon says they have not received the fund from the bank. Bank says that the transaction was successful!!. Bank asks me to contact amazon and amazon says to contact sbi.

                            Kindly help me with this as both are not resolving my problem

                                Hi,

                                I am sending this email with great disappointment and a lost of trust towards amazon after this pathetic shopping/customer care experience.

                                I had placed the above order almost 3 weeks back, which was attempted for delivery on 9th Oct. As I was not at home, the order was asked to be delivered next day. However the account has been updated for delivery attempt on 10th, but I did not receive any call or sms for the same day.

                                Also, my account has been falsely updated from your backend for delivery reschedule on 12th Oct and 14th Oct, which I never asked for. I have been calling 2-3 times everyday with an assurance given to me that order will be delivered same day or next day before 12pm, but unfortunately it was never delivered and I was given all false hopes by your customer executives.

                                I was told that issue has been escalated twice or thrice but to my surprise no action has been taken yet by the amazon leadership team. You have lost a customer today and I shall make sure I circulate this bad experience on social media so other people can refrain from shopping at amazon.

                                Your executives and logistics have destroyed the customer trust today and it is really sad for your image. I am sure no action will be taken and this email will also go unanswered but I had to do my bit as a customer to pass on my feedback on this terrible shopping experience.

                                Please train your executives not to give false hopes to customers and not to cheat them by falsely updating the reschedules on customer's account, this is the least you can do to save amazon's falling image. I would like to cancel this order and request you to process my refund as you have terribly failed to deliver my order but definitely succeeded in making a customer unhappy.

                                  Instead of beige colour amazon has supplied black colour item, after several complaints now they are asking me to self ship the item, I dont understand why ??

                                  The fault completely lies with Amazon and they are now harassing a customer by asking to self ship the item back . I dont understand if amazon is able ship an item to a particular location then why dont it has a reverse courier facility on the same location, even if it is at complete fault .

                                  Instead of compensating the customer by shipping a wrong item, Amazon is harassing a customer, , , , , very pathetic and extremely poor customer service .

                                        I purchased raspberry pi 3 on 3rd October 2016 and the expected delivery date was 12th oct .
                                        Amazon missed that date and on contacting the customer service they told me that they will deliver within in 24 hrs .
                                        The next again the same thing, no product delivery and again 24hrs . I was promised that it will be delivered today but they again have asked for 24hrs.
                                        Really frustrated from amazon
