This is to keep you posted that i have been facing lot of issues with one of your product which is lenovo zuk z1 and now i need replacement of it.

I purchased this phone in the mid of june 2016 and started to get problems from the last week of july.

Amazon's refused to replace it even if the fault is from their end.

I've been using amazon since for my shopping purpose since ive gone thru many products that the price they show are so much high. I came across a product (No marks from bajaj 25g) that actually costs ₹65 rupees but what amazon india mentioned its price as ₹3, 439 rupees. It clearly cheating customers. I am not able to understand why Amazon provide 'Edit Address' button even after payment also if they are not agreeing to ship the product on another address.

I called to the customer care and she told directly for cancelling the order. Then why are you proving that 'Edit Address' button even after made the payment.

Or else give instruction clearly that updating address is possible only for the current locality...

Highly concerned how amazon deals with returned mobile. Not safe at all. I had returned micromax mobile. Seems amazon has sold the returned mobile phone without formatting and someone still has my google access as i can see that mobile has my access and recently being synced.
