Hi,
I have ordered two products at amazon.in on 5 oct 2016.
I was given an estimate that they would be delivered by 11th Oct.
They were not even dispatched by 11th Oct, hence I contact amazon customer care and informed them about the same. Customer care guys said that they couldnt do anything until the product was dispatched.
Finally the product was dispatched on 12th Oct and expected date of delivery was given as 16th Oct.
On 17th Oct, I got a message from the courier saying that the product has been delivered, although I dint even receive any call from devliery guy let alone the package devliery.
I did wait for one day for amazon to update the wrong status, but no action was taken.
I was forced to contact them, explain the whole situation. They went through the scene and finally told me that the package has been lost . When i tried to force them for answers how the lost package can be marked as delivered, they "bribed" me by giving me a 100 rupees gift card, and ensure that order would be delivered by 19th Oct.

It was on 21st Oct, I had to contact them again because no package was delivered to me.
Every time I spoke to a customer care representative, they have these precooked answers of "I would ensure the package would be delivered at the earliest".
I contacted amazon customer care to send my package which i paid for, atleast a 10 times with no success.

Today, on 23rd Oct with no delivery yet, I have decided to raise a complaint against them here, hoping for a better service and delivery of my product.

    Purchased a mobile on 2nd october 2016 and got it on 9th oct and the phone was not working at all. Aplied for returning but they say a reason daily and keeping on ignoring it so that they can skip d return period and fraud me. Once a customer care executive said me to take it to service centre and tat mobile company refused to service because it was purchased in amazon

      I brought micromax led tv from amazon.in
      In time of buy the DishTv is free with LED TV. And also mention there will not any extra cost for delivery and installation. But in time of installation they ask me ₹975 for shipping and installation. I have notes from retailer. In this notes they mention nit any cost for delivery and installation. When i try to contact with customercare they not pick my call. So Plz help me. What i do next.

        Ordered on 18 october 2016 order#[protected] on sale and paid full by credit card.
        On 23rd got a message that i refused to accept the order as no body contacted. calling to customer care come to know due to shortage in sale item my order was cancelled.
        As i pay on the sale day i want it on the same offer as no mistake from my side done.
        It will be bounding on companies to pay as promosed as the payment was done for that only and to compensate the consumer.

          I just buy Moto g4 plus handset on 1st OCT and received on 5th but from next day phone start heating and hanging when i apply to return so amazon dont accept my request and give me instruction do this or this bt my problem nt solve out then said talk to motorola coustmer care when i talk they said go to service center when i go then service center executive said we do hardware reapair i dont gave permission to repair hardware now amazon said we cant help u

            I would like to register a complaint against Amazon.in
            I have Ordered a mobile phone through Amazon on 19th October 2016 and have opted for One day Delivery by paying Rs 100 Extra and the Delivery date given by Amazon was 21 October 2016
            But on 21 Oct I got a sms from Amazon that my order is being delivered by Amazon Agent along with his contact no.
            But when I'm calling tht no. No one is responding
            When I called and queried the customer care they said they will deliver before midnight which they haven't done and again the next day I kept calling multiple times on the another delivery agent no which I received
            At last my Order was delivered by the Amazon agent On 22nd October 2016 at 6.30 pm
            My Order was of no use for me as for whom I ordered this product had already left Hyderabad
            This had given me a Mental stress along with loss of money
            Is this the Amazon does for the customers who had made the payment in advance and trust their services
            As of my experience i would not suggest any one to purchase through Amazon

              I had purchased Black & Decker VM[protected]Watt Bagless Cyclonic Vacuum Cleaner (Blue), Sold by: Brands Shoppe, from Amazon.in.

              I requested a refund on October 10. They told me the package will be collected in 2 days. The Amazon agents who come for pickup, refuse to take the package citing transportation problems. They say they have come on a two wheeler and cannot collect a vacuum cleaner.

              The pickup for this product has been rescheduled at least 6 times by Amazon, and the last agent blamed me saying i refused to return it, which is a blatant lie.

              I am awaiting the pickup and refund of 10, 700/- from Amazon.in, who seems the least interested in initiating the process.

                  This is regards to my 2 recent orders with Amazon India through www.amazon.in

                  Issue with my order : 1) Delivery boy did not call me back when attempting for delivery. When I tried to reach him, his phone was switched off. It happened for 2 days /2 attempts. They returned the package to Amazon back.

                  2) I have applied for refund but did not get any refund and it is processed as usual. Why there is delay in my refund when it is your delivery fault ? We pay thousands of rupees with our credit cards and you don't care to call us while delivering the product ?
                  I need my refund immediately.

                  Order 2 : Placed same order next day and cancelled previous order :

                  1. Same issue delivery guy did not call me back on first attempt of delivery (on 20th October)
                  2. Second day no one attempted for delivery. Issue escalated to amazon customer service . But no action taken place.
                  3. There was no second attempt for delivery, neither any sms or message to me. Currently, it shows, customer refused delivery( Highlighted in blue) below. What the hell you guys think to keep such a status message without contacting customer ?

                  I need immediate refund of the same again.

                      I bought a Dell laptop from amazon.in. The laptop is faulty with parts not working and defective. Also it turns out that laptop was originally purchased in United States and is registered there which prevents me from claiming warranty here in India. The seller says that I need to pay Rs. 1400 more if I want Dell NBD warranty (this warranty comes free of cost bundled with every dell laptop purchased in India, so why should I pay extra). They said that the seller will rectify the issue but it is not solved yet. It has been almost a month. Now they are neither returning nor replacing this defective product and asking me to get laptop repaired. Why should I accept the defective laptop in first place. They should have made the disclaimer that the laptop is USA registered. Amazon is abandoning the issue claiming they don't have anything to do after delivering laptop to me and that I contact the dell or seller. I want them to their defective laptop and make full refund of my money. AMAZON IS CHEATING IN DAYLIGHT.

                      Everytime I contact them, they ask for 2 day, 3 days, 4-5 days. My Rs. 50, 999 is stuck and they are just not doing anything other than giving dates. I want my refund to be processes ASAP.

                          So far i believed Amazon is best online shopping cart. But I changed my decision when I purchased a product during offers sale. We have placed an order more than two weeks back. So far the product is not received.i used my credit card to make the payment. After some days we called customer care people about reason for delivery, then they give reason I.e. the product was lost during shipment. But we are not notified about this, we still beleving that, the order will deliver soon as we are receiving message like order will be delivered today, tomorrow etc..We didn't know about lost of product. If we didn't get notification about real facts what about money we paid, we have to pay interesat and other financial. Why Amazon is not telling about real reason, until we reached them. We also heard facts like courier services or misusing the process and they are selling the product with more prices, where Amazon thinks that product was delivered.

                            Not diliver a product .automatically agent is cancel my product and i am waiting from 5 days .
                            sir aapki service itni bekar hai pucho mat mai 5days se wait kr rha tha product ka.
                            mere pas 11:00am pr message aya ki aap ka product out of dilivery ho gya but after 1 hr agent ne mera product apne aap cancelkr diya agent ka mobile no jo mere mobile no pr sms aya tha wo ([protected]).

                              My name is Richu G Samuel. I ordered 3 products from Amazon (Invoice number: KA-QSAR[protected] on[protected]. The product was deliverable on[protected]. I got the message confirming delivery will be done on 22nd morning. I tried to contact the delivery boy provided in the message, but he continuously cut my phone. I waited the whole day, At night around 7 PM, I got a message informing me product cannot be delivered and the package is being sent back to the seller.

                              When I called the customer service, they apologized and told me to order again. I told them the cost of the product has increased by nearly 500 INR (cumulative). If I make a new order, I will be losing that much money and Amazon will be getting that. I believe I am being cheated. Please help me. Please find the attachment for the copy of invoice, new updated product of product on 22nd October 2016.

                              Desirable solution: Please help me to get justice .I believe Amazon should deliver me the product at the same price that they promised me.

                                I had order a mobile handset Samsung galaxy A8 vide order no#[protected] on September 17 2016 and the order was delivered on 23rd September 2016. I received the package on 25th September 2016 because I am 360kms far away from my billing address and I opened the package on 25th September itself and found that there is no handset inside the box except the charger, earphone and simple eject pin. On the same night I complain to the customer care of amazon india and told the details. They had asked for time to investigate the matter which I have excepted and they assured me to refund the money or availed the product to me. As per their time given to me for refund the amount but the amount is not yet debited to my account. Now it is almost one month late. When I call to customer care they always make some reasons. And the most important thing is that they had provide me only one IMEI number in their invoice no. and date video no.TG-HYD[protected]/[protected] whereas the mobile handset is a dual sim handset. When I asked for another IMEI number to provide me they have no answer. The amount of the handset is Rs.27, 999/= only. Now I request you to kindly issue a legal notice to amazon india to provide me the other IMEI number and locate the phone and who is using this Phone or refund the amount either availed the same product to me at an earliest for which I shall be ever grateful to you sir.

                                  Sudesh sabnis placed ordered for mi charger to Amazon which was delivered on my address A/504 Jaylaxmi CHS bldg no 14 Subhash nagar chembur mum 71 on date 21/10/2016 at the time delivery took my old age(age74) mother at home she took the delivery and cash handover rs 2070 instead of rs 270 he not return signal money to her
                                  such a courtesy has been shown by u to an old aged women. I launched complaint to costmor care regarding this but they were not ready to help right now I am going to launch FIR against your company and that delivery boy. and i will give wide publicity in media regarding above matter as well as on social media also if you are not able to take any action delivery boy entered pH no [protected] in society reg which it being switched off from time I am calling

                                  from yesterday several time i called to your customer care till this time i didn't get that delivery boy's name from u if you are are not taking its as serious matter than will hand over this matter to media as well as to police also

                                    Sir, I had booked LG air conditioner model LG LSA5pW3A L-Pearl Split AC (1.5 Ton, 3 star rating, White) on 17/10/2016 at amazon.in website, I paid through my credit card and the air conditioner was delivered with different model No – LG LSA5NP2A1 L-Nova Plus on 19/10/2016. I went to amazon.in website and requested for replacement. But till 22/10/2016 no one came to pick the wrong package and delivered me my correct air conditioner. Today 22/10/2016 evening I called amazon customer care at Mumbai on[protected] and spoke with Mr. Deepak who heard me and told me that he will arrange for pickup but replacement cannot be done for this order and only refund will be initiated and when I said I did not ask for refund and I need an replacement he said firstly that stock is not available and when I insisted for replacement as no mistake from my end and it was amazon mistake by delivering wrong model, Mr.Deepak refuse to give replacement and he said stock is available but we cannot send u as per the agreement for this model. I don’t understand from where this agreement pops up and I am simply asking for replacement and no refund. Mr. Deepak was very arrogant and he did not given me proper support or assistance on requesting him to give me proper customer service. I disconnected the call and called back again to customer case Mumbai Amazon on no.[protected] and complained about my problem and about Mr.Deepak. I spoke with a gentlemen by name Mr. Dinesh who said he will certainly help and took time to speak to his supervisor and finally said the same that we cannot give replacement and we will only do refund of amount and his supervisor has not agreed and he cannot help further. I told him i had requested for replacement and not refund and it is accepted on website for replacement and make my speak with their superiors at amazon email or complaint no but he could not provide it. I feel amazon is cheating customers like us who have done no mistake and deliver wrong model air conditioner and when we ask for replacement they give pathetic customer service on phone and give us refund instead of replacement. On being so famous in market amazon is playing with customer feelings. I request you to kindly register my complaint and resolve my issue. I am asking for my air conditioner which I had ordered for and I don’t need any refund. I have attached the model no detail sticker which is delivered wrong Please resolve this issue at the earliest.

                                      This phone which I bought get mute automatically and I miss calls and alarms. And for again the phone to work I need to switch off and then switch on.

                                      This issue is happening often and I cant use such a phone.

                                      As per per the policy I was eligible for replacement. But Amazon did not provide replacement and asked me to contact service center. This is ridiculous. Also the phone is getting heat like anything. Seems like a faulty handset was shipped to me.
